This paper proposes a public oriented e-Marketplace that induces strategic coalition using database in which detail information about each firm is contained. A public oriented e-Marketplace links each firm through the type of Internet business model and constructs a trading community. We introduce a design methodology of public oriented e-Marketplace called as social network analysis. Social network analysis helps each firm's network easily visualized and completely modeled. Additionally, this paper tries to analyze the relationship among the level of competition, potential of strategic coalition, and financial performance. We demonstrate the firm to easily accept various strategic coalitions can make higher financial performance under the more competitive condition. This implies that strategic coalition through public oriented e-Marketplace provide the each firm with various opportunities.

Recently, Korean government has been initiating various schemes for reactivation of the marginal farmland use. However, although about ten years have passed from the introduction of the marginal farmland redevelopment projects in 1995, there have been very few research works on their systematic and objective appraisal. Therefore, this study checked the statutory concept and development schemes of the marginal farmland, firstly. Ant through case studies on 5 completed project sites and questionnaire/interview surveys on local government officers/private developers, problems and suggestions on project implementation were analysed. Finally, in consideration with analysed results and suggestions together, tentative project directions and reaction schemes on marginal farmland development were proposed.

From 1998, Oriental Medical Physicians(OMP) is distributed in Public Health Sector. but long term plan for Oriental Medicine in Public Health is not existed. So, this study is designed for the activation of OMP Subjects in this study were comprised 3 groups of oriental medicine related persons, the group of which are Students of 11 Oriental Medical Schools, Oriental Medical Physicians in Public Health Sector, Specialist Croup of Oriental medicine Policy(total 1,458 persons). Data were collected from July 1st to November 30, 1999. Direct interview with key persons, systematic interview by using of interview protocol, e-mail and facsimile have been conducted. The results of survey were coded by Excel 5.0, and analysed with SAS 6.12 statistical package. Inter-group difference determined by T-test, and descriptive statistics have been examined. Major findings can be epitomized as follows. 1) OMP disposition to multifarious organizations and institutes such as Public Health Centers, Public Health Sub-centers, Public Hospitals, Private Hospitals in Remote-Vulnerable Area, Community Social Welfare Centers, Institutes for Heath Policy Research, etc, will promise an effective use of Oriental Medical Physician. 2) Average number of patients treated by OMP was 22.8, average budget for oriental medical department, in which OMP were affiliated, was 39.6 million Won per year. Direct cost per every patient visit was 7,210.9 Won, which is considered expensive for public health service. Therefore, development and transformation for Oriental Medical Service in Public Health Sector is desirable in economic and political aspects. 3) It is recommended that ${\ulcorner}Advisory\;Committee{\lrcorner},{\ulcorner}Planning\;Commission\;for\; Public\;Health\;in\;Oriental\;Medicine{\lrcorner}$ should be established for the activation and for the support of Oriental Medical Physician in Public Health Sector, 4) Most effective programmes for oriental public health doctor are health service programmes for the elderly, Home health visit, chronic degenerative disease control services(p<0.001). 5) Standard guideline for facilities and equipments of Oriental Medicine Department in Public Health Center is needed for optimal supply of resources and activation of public health activity.

South Korea had experienced the great of sports since entered in advanced country group. International sports game such as Olympic developed nation. Sports is intermediate that improve Korean public information level in community of nations. It's difficult to find another contents. Also, sports is important means between south and north Korea in branch situation. Sports is expected to practical improvement of country more than ever. In this way, sports had become real means of nation development. Therefore, social effort about promotion of sports need to be engaged in continuous and various form. This research proposed legal improvement for safety promotion of sports equipment. Sports facilities utilization activation may be ended by country sports competitive power.

By the law, "Public Records Act", all public agencies should have at least one record manager. However, education support offices and military related agencies currently have a low recruitment rate than other agencies. To overcome the absence of records manager, several education support offices ran the 'CoP(Community of Practice)s of Records Management'. To determine the current state of operation of the CoPs, a preliminary analysis was conducted on all national education support offices by information disclosures. And then the detail survey was performed by dividing the institutions with/without the CoPs, At the results, the CoPs of record managements help to perform practical task and improve individuals'skills. Meanwhile, even if the CoPs temporarily substitutes record management tasks, the record manager specialist must be recruited. In addition, we proposed an activation plan to identify and solve the obstacles in the operation of the CoPs of records management.

In this paper, the development of differentiated programs for visitors as well as those for teaching, ways on how to make these halls a culture complex that can support diverse cultural activities for citizens, and strategies to increase their utilization for the public as an facility open to the community, given the trend that intangible cultural heritage teaching halls are getting bigger and complex. The intangible cultural heritage teaching halls of it is need to make improvements to the facility for their activation. Therefore In this paper as a collected information on their establishment and administration to find ways for their activation from a user perspective by visiting three intangible cultural heritage teaching halls except Seoul and large cities of metropolitan areas. We expect that findings from the study will provide a basis to set directions to make intangible cultural heritage teaching halls a culture complex facility.

In this regard, this study realized the importance of education and culture, as the current situation in our country and the activation of ceramic craft education is to provide.

Recently, due to a decline in traditional industrial function and recession of the real estate business, urban coastal settlement areas have been promoted in a regeneration way using historical cultural values rather than overall development approach. This study investigated the regional assets of water-front area around Yeongdodaegyo Bridge in Yeongdo-gu, Busan and classified them into physical social economic assets and then, presented the integrated regeneration approach that can increase the place value of this area. First, physical regeneration proposed a regional revitalization plan by considering place and cultural characteristics and second, social regeneration by considering the regional brand through storytelling and third, economic regeneration by considering historical cultural characteristics. Regional assets-based culture experience can be provided by building cultural tourism infrastructure through this and local economy and local community activation can be expected by providing urban vitality base of coastal settlement areas.

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze muscle activation of the lower extremities as a function of changes of the center of pressure (CoP) of the foot during squats in order to provide quantitative information to trainers who would like to teach correct movements for developing muscles. Method: Ten men with over three years of weight training experience participated in this study (age: $26.1{\pm}0.8yrs$, height: $171.2{\pm}3.9cm$, body mass: $71.1{\pm}5.7kg$, 60%RM: $84{\pm}9kg$, career: $4.0{\pm}0.7yrs$). The participants were instructed to perform a squat in each of 3 conditions, with different CoP's (the front, middle, and rear of the foot). Results: The position of the CoP showed significant differences according to instructions in both the eccentric and concentric contraction phases (p < .05). The range of movement of the hip and ankle joints showed significant differences corresponding to changes of the CoP position (p < .05). The rectus femoris and gluteus maximus muscle showed significant differences for different CoP positions only in the concentric contraction phase, while the gastrocnemius and anterior tibialis were significantly different in both the concentric and eccentric contraction phase (p < .05). Conclusion: When the target muscle of squat training is the gastrocnemius, the CoP should be located in the front of the foot for effective muscle training. When the target muscles of squat training are the gluteus maximus and quadriceps femoris, the CoP should be located on the rear of the foot.
