The scope of this paper is to show a risk management plan including how to perform risk assessment and to make a mitigation plan aspects of the communication payload system development. According to system engineering management guide of DoD of USA and risk management plan of satellite communication system, risk assessment and mitigation plan of communication payload system were performed. In this paper, it is indicated the process of risk management and risk assessment procedures as well as mathematical model for risk assessment of DoD guide. It is shown how risk assessment and mitigation plan have implemented in communication payload system development through case study.

Exhibit space is result that various kinds works of architecture design, interior design, plan and control of exhibit program, embodiment to display space, operation and administration etc. are formed accomplishing creation. Because exhibit space must consider interaction of value that is in dwelled along with the external form about human and exhibits. Therefore, display space of exhibition must achieve functional role that can accomplish communication with spectator as well as function as place that possess products of accumulative value. Therefore, we must establish effective communication plan by position and form of display space as well as properly of exhibits, display contents, exhibit program to achieve purpose of trade fair display. Display space of trade fair can be classed by wall style, corner style, head style, island style, two entrance style 5 according to the position. And we must plan communication plan by these position dividing the function to passive communication area, active communication area, intensive communication area, function achievement area. We will can grope contents and method for successful exhibit through communication plan that is connected form and position of exhibit between exhibit space of such trade fair and we may achieve purpose of trade fair display.

Library is a communication channel between book and human. Specially public library furniture plays an important role from every aspect in information materials and users, among users and in relationship between library managers and users. This study defined library furniture as a communication channel which connects library materials and users and was based on 35 local libraries and 12 overseas libraries. The author studied major elements and characteristics which constitute communication types among storage furniture, furniture in reading areas and furniture in digital reading area. The followings are the results from the study. First, storage furniture should be designed by reflecting characteristics of library materials and for effective delivering to the users. Therefore utmost communication can be made by searching for various designs in book-shelves and effective manner of display. Secondly, furniture in reading areas should support various users' needs from customized browsing to long hour studying and there should be properly supported for private space and correspondent reading postures. The third, there are needs for design conditions to support privacy and for comfort from long hour reading and mobility out of posture change in digital reading areas. The fourth, there should be ergonomically designed furniture plan and surroundings in public library which can boost various reading postures. Also furniture plan should be done by considering users' bodies and eyes orientations which can result in improved power of concentration.

Communication network numbers are used in classifying each kind of network, identifying the communication companies and choosing services that are supplied by the companies. In the present, a new numbering system is needed to distinguish a new additional communication network. However the present numbering system of domestic communication network has some problems such as exhaustion of network number, excessive local numbers, and so forth So, in this thesis we call the wire and the wireless telephone network, the pager network and the personal number as communication networks, and consider the present condition and problems of our country, Korea, and foreign countries. Then we propose the efficient numbering plan. Firstly, the present 10 numbering systems that are distributed, such as communication networking number $\ulcorner$01X$\lrcorner$ are diminished into 5 communication network numbers that have same quality. Secondly, subscriber numbers are united to 8 digit and 144 area codes are made into widened 5 area codes. Thirdly, the personal numbering services are cross-distributed by century. And we examine the technical convening plan and the legal converting plan and investigate expecting efficiency of proposed numbering system. If this numbering plan is executed, subscriber's number on communication networks are unified at 8 digits, 5 reserve numbers are secured in exhausted communication network number of $\ulcorner$01X$\lrcorner$, and they can distribute subscriber numbers over twice as much. In addition, number acceptability is enlarged from 237,600 thousands to 400,000 thousands. Personal number can be classified at not only century but also a decade. Accordingly, acceptable numbers are increased two folds enough to provide unification and population increase. We were able to confirm all the efficiencies.

The establish the University in the downtown is a significant work in socially and culturally as the urban infrastructure. Besides, this is presenting the master plan not only educational institution purpose but the place for the desirable communication between regional resident in educational and cultural circumstances. It is the main concept for this plan that flexible arrangement of the lower stories buildings on the gentle hill according to the geographic features of the field, road situation, supporting equipment, construction ability and Building materials.

Requirements definition, which determines a project baseline, has a strong impact on the success of a project. However, since in-depth requirements are gradually revealed through the requirements definition process, the requirements definition is not a straight forward process and often falls into disorder. Thus project management standpoints are critical for the success of the requirements definition. In this paper, we present a framework and mechanisms of communication-centered project management, which controls the requirements definition process based on the situation of communication-oriented activities among stakeholders. In addition, we present a communication-centered project plan with a planning method. The project plan, which represents a time schedule of requirements definition activities, is made by a simulation-optimization algorithm using a stakeholder matrix showing the relations of requirements domains and relevant stakeholders. The effectiveness and the significance of communication-centered project management at the requirements definition phase are demonstrated by numerical examples.

New systems and management strategies have been successfully settled in order to be linked to enhancing organizational performance internalization process. The most successful methods for internalization are training and communication strategies. However, the organization must be supported by trust and cooperation cultures for successful education and communication. In this study, we measured the degree of internalization of organized vision, and core values. And then, a successful convergence business strategy internalization plan was presented. Strengthening training plan, communication strategies and management strategies must be internalized in parallel with seeking a change of organizational culture. First, iterative learning is very effective in order to strengthen education and management strategies through talking frequently. Second, chief executive officer should pay attention to communication with employees for the internalization. Finally, in order to change the organizational culture, organizational leaders will establish strategic plan to build open and collaborative culture among colleagues and quantitative and qualitative expansion of the human network.

In broadband satellite multimedia (BSM) system, burst time plan (BTP) is always periodically generated. We find that this method can have a great effect on the system response ability to bandwidth requests. A general analysis model of BTP generation method is given. An optimized BTP generation (O-BTPG) method is presented by deducing the optimal bandwidth allocation period (BAP) and bandwidth allocation latency (BAL) without considering the signaling overhead caused by BTP. Then a novel asynchronous BTP generation (A-BTPG) method in which the BTP is generated asynchronously according to the traffic load from users' bandwidth requests is proposed. Simulation results show that A-BTPG can flexibly realize a trade-off between the system response ability and BTP signaling overhead. What's more, it can be widely used in various regenerative onboard switching BSM systems.
