The 21st century is the age when a sensational image has more explanatory power and can deliver a more powerful message than a message consisting of logical thinking. Powerful visual images create a big impact on many people throughout the world, overcoming linguistic barriers and even replacing language as a means of communication. In the fashion field, the concept and power of visual images within the new multimedia of the 21st century are becoming increasingly important. In recent years, other than the above methods, videos, movies and animation features have been produced directly to enhance visual effects and attempts are increasing to use these new tools as communication methods. This study focuses on animation contents that have been used in the fashion industry to overcome prejudice of luxury international brands that feature images that emphasize value, quality and heritage. The purpose of this study is to focus on the specific character of fashion animation in order to overview the concept of 21st video fashion communication and to show how the collection concept that includes color and detail places an emphasis on visual images. Analysis of previous research, theoretical research through literature and case study on Prada fashion animation led to the following conclusion. The common features of two different Prada fashion animation show that both animation have the following features in common : realism, dramatic impact and convergence for expression methods, and creativeness, hybrid and a happy ending for contents. Beginning with this study, I believe that various angles of interest and concern about communication in the fashion world, which is a social and cultural phenomenon that changes rapidly, can be will be looked at and learned from.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to present the basic data required for effective communication by identifying the effects of communication within the hospital organization on organizational conflict and organizational performance. Methods: For this study 298 medical workers and general administrative staff working in small and medium hospitals were selected. Results: Upward and downward communication had a negative effect on individual conflict and on upward, and horizontal communication between individuals. Likewise, horizontal communication had a negative effect on conflict between groups. Upward, downward, and horizontal communication are defined based on organizational performance. It has been shown to affect. Conclusions: In order to improve conflict management and performance within hospital organizations, effective communication plans appropriate to the situation and targets have to be developed.

객체 지향 실시간 통신 분산 프로그래밍 구조를 구체적으로 나타내기 위해 시간 구동과 메시지 구동 (TMO : Time-triggered Message-triggered Object Model)에 대한 구조를 일반적인 형태의 구조로 모델링 하였으며, 이러한 모델링은 분산된 실시간 통신 객체와 비실시간 객체를 포함하여야 하고, 메시지 구동과 시간 구동을 모든 객체 구조 형태에 적용함으로서 실시간 통신 프로그래밍 설계가 이루어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 TMO 구조를 이용하여 실시간 통신 시뮬레이션 프로그래밍을 하기 위해 환자 모니터 원격진료 시스템 응용 환경에 적용하였다. Central Monitor로부터 전송되어진 환자의 생체정보 Raw Data가 HIS의 데이터 수신 모듈을 통해 사용가능한 데이터로 재구성될 수 있도록 설계가 이루어져 있다.

In this paper, we propose service discovery mechanism, using CALM agent platform to guarantee scalability of scope of available services without modifying existing service discovery protocols. The proposed service discovery mechanism provides users with a wider selection of services, and convenient search methods.

최근에는 대용량의 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 수중 레이저 통신에 관한 연구가 활발하다. 그러나 수중 레이저 통신은 수중에서 신호의 흡수, 산란 등으로 인한 왜곡에 의해 성능이 감소하며, 이를 보완하기 위하여 채널 부호화 방식을 적용한다. 초기에는 구현이 간단한 RS 부호 및 BCH 부호를 적용하였으나, 거리의 확장, 성능 향상, 해양 채널 환경의 열악성 때문에 강력한 채널 부호화 기술이 요구되었으며, 적용 가능한 부호화 기법들 중 LDPC 부호 방식의 연구가 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LDPC 부호화 방식과 M-ary PPM 변조 방식을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. LDPC는 부호어의 크기 N과 M-ary PPM 변조 방식에서 M의 크기, 송수신간의 거리 등에 따라 성능 분석하였으며, 시뮬레이션 결과 M-ary PPM에서 M의 값이 성능을 좌우하는 요소임을 확인하였다.

현재 국내 철도는 철도 통신망의 여러 기능을 통합하고 보완할 뿐만 아니라, 유선으로 구축된 통신망을 무선화하는 통합무선망에 대한 연구가 진행 중이다. 또한 통합무선망 구축에 필요한 철도 주파수 확보를 위한 활동이 진행 중이다. 본 논문은 국내 철도 통신망의 문제점을 분산된 네트워크 구조, 제한된 기능, 상이한 통신방식, 통신방식의 기술적 한계, 비면허 대역 사용을 중심으로 분석한다. 그리고 국내 철도통신과 비교하여, 세계 철도통신의 현황 및 동향에 대하여 분석한다. 분석된 문제점을 해결하기 위한 개선방안에 대하여 제안하고, 이에 대한 기대효과를 도출한다.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of parent- teacher communication on childcare teacher's job stress and turnover intention. This study also examined if the level of active stress coping used functions as a moderator in relationships among parent-teacher communication, childcare teacher's job stress, and their turnover intention. Methods: To achieve this, this study used data from 223 surveys from childcare teachers and analyzed the data with SEM and multi-group SEM analysis methods. Results: First, parent-childcare teacher communication influenced the teacher's turover intention through job stress. Second, the effect of parent-childcare teacher communication on job stress was not found in the higher-level of the active stress coping group. This was different from the significant effect in the lower-level of the active stress coping group. Also, parent-childcare teacher communication influenced teacher's turnover intention through job stress in the lower-level of the active stress coping group. In contrast, the mediation effect was not shown in the higher group. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study show the effect of parent-childcare teacher communication on teacher's job stress and their turnover intention. Also, this study shows that the level of active stress coping could moderate the relationship among parent-childcare teacher communication, teacher's job stress, and their turnover intention.

Purpose : The aim of this integrative review was to describe communication experiences and needs among the critically ill with an artificial airway and evaluate relevant intervention studies. Methods : Using the method employed by Whittemore and Knafl (2005), we searched for papers on PubMed, CINAHL, and Web of Science published from January 1, 2015 to September 25, 2020. A total of 26 papers (11 descriptive studies, 15 experimental ones) were identified and evaluated. Results : Communication experiences while having an artificial airway, identified either by patients' recall or direct observation, were predominantly negative. However, positive experiences were reported in patients with improvements in physical conditions and functions. Patients' communication needs were diverse, encompassing physical, psycho-emotional, social, spiritual, and medical issues. Interventions tested included alternative and augmentative communication strategies, communication intervention packages, and voice restorative devices. Physical, psychosocial, and communication-related patient outcomes were evaluated using various methods including self-report surveys, interviews, and observations. Conclusions : The findings from this review represent the state of science regarding communication of the critically ill whose vocal abilities are inhibited by the presence of an artificial airway. Future studies with rigorous experimental designs and measures are warranted to better understand and support the complex needs of this highly vulnerable patient population.

은밀 수중 통신은 수중에서 신호를 전송할 때 다른 대상이 감지하지 못하도록 보내는 통신 방법이다. 수중에서 정보를 은밀하게 보내는 방법은 Radio Frequency(RF)에서 사용되는 방법과 유사하게 Low Probability of Detection(LPD)와 Low Probability of Intercept(LPI)의 특성을 고려하여 설계된다. 그러나 수중에서 음향을 이용하여 통신하는 경우 협소한 주파수 대역폭으로 인해 은밀성을 확보하기 어렵다. 기존의 신호 전송 전력을 낮추거나 변조 대역폭을 늘리는 방법과는 다르게 수중 포유류의 음향 신호를 모방하여 신호를 보내는 방법이 연구되고 있다. 생체모방 은밀 수중향통신은 주로 돌고래나 고래가 발생시키는 클릭음이나 휘슬음을 모방한다. 본 논문은 이러한 생체모방 은밀 수중음향통신의 발전 가능성과 향후 필요한 연구 분야를 파악하기 위해 생체모방 통신 기술들을 조사하고 이에 따른 연구 동향을 소개한다.

Recently, mobility support of connectionless mobile ATM data service has been mainly studied in wireless ATM communication network. this paper shows the network model for the mobility support of connectionless data service in ATM network, and proposes the methods to minimize COIP (care of IP address) acquisition processing time for MH(mobile host)migration. Th echaracteristics of proposed methods, COIP acquisition probability and IP data communication sequence of proposed model, are discussed in this paper.
