Objective : The purpose of this study is to assess the communication and medical interview level of the students in the college of korean traditional medicine using Standardized Patients(SP). Method : 35 students of 5th grade in the college who are doing their clinical practice class participated and conducted medical interview on standardized infertile female patient. SP and professor who observed the interview evaluated the students' communication skill and medical interview level using the assessment sheet composed of 23 questions. Results : 1. Satisfaction of SP was 1.66 of 3. In the communication section, students conducted well in appropriate voice and no inappropriate interruption but they didn't show good practice in considerate physical examination, understandable explanation relatively. 2. The scores that were acquired by students in informing the time required, obtaining agreement at initiating and closing, family history taking, checking mental status and physical examination 2 were low in the medical interview section. 3. There were some differences in the communication and medical interview scores by the students' sex (p<.01), age(p<.05) and medical camp experience(p<.05). But we couldn't find any evidence about the relation between character type and the communication and medical interview scores(p>.62). Conclusion : On the whole, students who participated this study had difficulties in building relationship with patient and conducting medical interview. They need to improve their ability in those fields by appropriate education before their graduation.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to clarify the effect of pre-training about role-behavior on the evaluation of communication and clinical skills in clinical training using role-playing. Methods: This study used data of 116, 4th grader students from Korean Medicak College of Dongshin University in 2016 and 2017. The data was divided into two groups: those who did pre-training about role-behaviors and those who did not. After performing their role-playing, they were asked to fill out questionnaires about 2 categories-communication and evaluation skills-, composed of 10 items each. Results: 1. Through pre-education, communication skills required the form and content of questions and the practice of communicating with patients. 2. Through pre-education, there was the need to practice listening for medical history, diagnosis skills and establishing relationships with patients. 3. Pre-training of communication skills and clinical skills helps to expose the shortcomings of clinical practice. Conclusions: In conclusion, pre-training about role-behaviors can help improve communication skills and clinical skills in clerkship using role-playing.

The following lessons have been learned from the application of reliability methods in the practice of geotechnical engineering: 1. Establishing Goals Is Important; 2. Mitigating Consequences Can Be Effective; 3. Performance Depends on Systems; 4. Physical Factors Are Important in Statistical Models; 5. Too Much and Too Little Conservatism Are Both Problems; 6. Value of Information Depends on Decision Making; and 7. Effective Communication Is Essential. While the potential for application of reliability methods in the future is unlimited, there are major needs related to each of these lessons that will have to be addressed in order to realize this potential.

단말기 페이징이란 특정한 이동 단말장치의 정확한 위치를 결정하는 과정을 말한다. 페이징 비용은 단말기를 찾기 위한 페이징 사이클의 수와 검색되는 셀의 수에 비례한다.본 논문에서는 이러한 페이징 비용을 감소시키기 위하여, 실생활에서 단말기 사용자의 이동 패턴이 일정하다는 가정 하에 Shortest-Distance-First 방식에 단말기 사용자의 이동경로 이력 리스트를 부가한 이동경로 기반의 페이징 기법을 제안하고 폴링 사이클의 수와 폴링 시그널의 수 관점에서 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존 SDF 단말기 페이징 기법과 성능을 비교 분석한다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 제안된 방식이 폴링 사이클과 폴링 시그널의 수를 감소시킴을 보여준다

Gebode defect, that can accurately be treated surgical repair, is defined as a true communication between left ventricle and right atrium. A 74-year-old woman with a worsening history of ortophnea and peripheral edema was hospitalised. A communication between right atrium and left ventricle was diagnosed using transeusophageal echocardiography. The defect was repaired and mitral valve was replaced with a biologic valve. It would be beter to tailor surgical strategy for each case with atrioventricular canal defect after preoperative transeusophageal echocardiography and peroperative direct sight.

본 논문에서는 무선인지네트워크를 위한 효율적인 채널 선택 알고리즘을 제안하고 그 성능을 비교분석한다. 제안된 알고리즘에서는 다중의 가용한 채널들 중 최적 채널 선택을 위해 히스토리 윈도우 범위에서 각 채널의 기(primary) 사용자에 의한 채널 사용률 및 성능, 현 채널 품질 그리고 기 사용자의 통계적 트래픽 활동 특성을 고려한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 무선인지(secondary)사용자들이 제안된 알고리즘을 통하여 다중의 채널들중 데이터 전송을 위한 최적의 채널을 선택할 수 있음을 보였다.

A large amount of efforts are required to search user's preferred contents for the program contents being provided by IPTV services. In this paper, using collaborative filtering, an automatic recommendation method of IPTV program contents is presented by reasoning similar group preferences on IPTV program contents which constitutes personalized IPTV environments. The proposed method models the user's preference of IPTV program contents with the program attributes such as content, genres, channels actor/actress, staffs and calculates it using the watching history of program contents in different genres and watching times. Also, the proposed method considers timely changing user's preference and the preference oon the content itself, which improves the traditional collaborative filtering methods that can not recommend the non-consumed items.

A fluid transient analysis on the Koreasat 1 & 2 pipeline system is conducted through numerical parametric studies in which unsteady friction results are compared with quasi-steady friction results and show relatively accurate prediction of the response curve with the unsteady friction. The code developed and used in this analysis has finished verification through comparing with the original Zielke model, the full and recursive convolution model and quasi-steady model as a reference. The unsteady friction is calculated by the recursive convolution Zielke model in which a complete evolution history of velocity field is no longer required so that it makes the fluid transient analysis on the complicated system possible. The results show that the application of quasi-steady friction to model cannot predict the entire response curve properly except the first peak amplitude but application of unsteady friction to model can predict reasonably he response curve, therefore it is to know the characteristics of the propulsion system.
