CNN 모델과 Transformer 조합을 통한 토지피복 분류 정확도 개선방안 검토 (Assessing Techniques for Advancing Land Cover Classification Accuracy through CNN and Transformer Model Integration)

  • 본 연구는 Transformer 모듈을 기반으로 다양한 구조의 모델을 구성하고, 토지피복 분류를 수행하여 Transformer 모듈의 활용방안 검토를 목적으로 하였다. 토지피복 분류를 위한 딥러닝 모델은 CNN 구조를 가진 Unet 모델을 베이스 모델로 선정하였으며, 모델의 인코더 및 디코더 부분을 Transformer 모듈과 조합하여 총 4가지 딥러닝 모델을 구축하였다. 딥러닝 모델의 학습과정에서 일반화 성능 평가를 위해 같은 학습조건으로 10회 반복하여 학습을 진행하였다. 딥러닝 모델의 분류 정확도 평가결과, 모델의 인코더 및 디코더 구조 모두 Transformer 모듈을 활용한 D모델이 전체 정확도 평균 약 89.4%, Kappa 평균 약 73.2%로 가장 높은 정확도를 보였다. 학습 소요시간 측면에서는 CNN 기반의 모델이 가장 효율적이었으나 Transformer 기반의 모델을 활용할 경우, 분류 정확도가 Kappa 기준 평균 0.5% 개선되었다. 차후, CNN 모델과 Transformer의 결합과정에서 하이퍼파라미터 조절과 이미지 패치사이즈 조절 등 다양한 변수들을 고려하여 모델을 고도화 할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 토지피복 분류과정에서 모든 모델이 공통적으로 발생한 문제점은 소규모 객체들의 탐지가 어려운 점이었다. 이러한 오분류 현상의 개선을 위해서는 고해상도 입력자료의 활용방안 검토와 함께 지형 정보 및 질감 정보를 포함한 다차원적 데이터 통합이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper presents a constructing theory of variable arithmetic operation systems for computing multiplications and multiplicative inverse in GF(2**m) based on a modulo operation of degree on elements in Galois fields. The proposed multiplier is composed of a zero element control part, input element conversion part, inversion circuit, and output element conversion part. These systems can reduce reasonable circuit areas due to the common use of input/output element converison parts, and the PLA and module structure provice a variable property capable of convertible uses as arithmetic operation systems over different finite fields. This type of designs gives simple, regular, expandable, and concurrent properties suitable for VLSI implementation. Expecially, the multiplicative inverse circuit proposed here is expected to offer a characteristics of the high operation speed than conventional method.

  • Intel 8080을 바탕으로 하여 마이크로컴퓨터 시스템을 모듀울형으로 설계하였다. 모든 모두울은 공통버스시스템을 통하여 정보를 교환하며 각 모듀을은 버스의 임의 위치에 연결할 수 있다. 기억모듀울과 입출력 모듀울의 번지는 모듀울에 있는 스윗치 레지스터에 의해서 설정된다. 이 시스템은 계속적인 연구, 개발 및 확장용 그리고 학생 교육용으로 사용하기 위한 것이다.

  • CEPS(Common Electronic Purse Specification) 전자지갑 규제 표준을 기반으로 한 전자상거래서비스의 요구사항 및 시장성이 점차 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 전자지갑의 전자화폐 충전기능은 물품기능 만큼 매우 중요한 안전 필수 요구사항이다. CEPS에서는 LSAM (Load Secure Application Module) 기능을 통해, 전자금액 충전기능을 담당하도록 정의하고 있다. 전자지갑 본 논문에서는 전자지갑의 전자금액 충전기능을 설명하였다. 그리고 정형기법을 이용하여 CEPS 전자지갑 표준에서 정의한 전자금액 충전기능을 정형명세 및 정형검증 하여, 전자상거래시 발생할 수 있는 취약점을 확인하고 분석하였다.

  • Therefore, with this development assignment we'd like to develop the hybrid system combining 800W DMFC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cell) and 1.6kW of Lithium secondary battery pack which can be applied to the most common small cart. a scooter, to secure the development capability of hundreds of Watts DMFC, the high-capacity Lithium secondary battery pack, the technology of BMS (Battery Management System) and the development technology of hybrid system. DMFC, in fact, has lower energy efficiency than PEMFC (Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell); however, it has several advantages in terms of fuel storage and use. It is pretty easy to be stored and used without any additional colling and heating devices because of its insensitive liquid methanol to temperature. In conclusion, DMFC system is the most suitable device for small mobile vehicles.

  • In information security and network management, attacks based on vulnerabilities have grown in importance. Malicious attackers break into hosts using a variety of techniques. The most common method is to exploit known vulnerabilities. Although patches have long been available for vulnerabilities, system administrators have generally been reluctant to patch their hosts immediately because they perceive the patches to be annoying and complex. To solve these problems, we propose a security vulnerability evaluation and patch framework called PKG-VUL, which evaluates the software installed on hosts to decide whether the hosts are vulnerable and then applies patches to vulnerable hosts. All these operations are accomplished by the widely used simple network management protocol (SNMP). Therefore, system administrators can easily manage their vulnerable hosts through PKG-VUL included in the SNMP-based network management systems as a module. The evaluation results demonstrate the applicability of PKG-VUL and its performance in terms of devised criteria.

  • Trusted operating systems (OS) provide the basic security mechanisms and services that allow a computer system to protect, distinguish, and separate classified data. Trusted operating systems have been developed since the early 1980s and began to receive National Security Agency (NSA) evaluation in 1984. The researches about trusted OS are proceeding over the world, and new product type using the loadable security kernel module (LSKM) or dynamic link library (DLL) is being developed. This paper proposes a special type of product using LSKM and specific conditions for operational environment should be assumed.

  • This paper suggests the advanced reliability assessment tool for railway signaling Hot-Standby sparing system. Existing reliability assessment for Hot-Standby sparing system controller is done by using single module mean failure rate based on approximated Hot standby sparing system function. Although approximated Hot standby sparing system function can be applied to various Hot standby sparing system, however, it is not able to reflect the exact system structure. In this paper, we suggest the advanced reliability function by identifying changeover-related failure factors and common failure mode which is not considered in existing approximated Hot standby sparing system reliability function via developing Hot standby sparing system model for railway signaling and applying FMECA to this model. Also. we compare reliability assessment results for model system to reliability assessment for existing system.

칼만 필터를 이용한 DGPS의 위치측정 정확도 향상에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of DGPS positioning accuracy using a kalman filtering method)

  • For each reference station and user, the proposed DGPS system is implemented by a GPS module and a modem. The reference station makes plans of the receiving schedule from the satellite sets at each period and then provides the correction data for various satellite sets in a period. Users can utilize the correction data continuously and efficiently through the recursive least squares lattice filters. Furthermore, after taking DGPS techniques, we can improve the positioning accuracy using a kalman filter by decreasing anti-common errors between a reference station and a user. Experimental results show the positioning accuracy of better than 5 meters in almost real time.

  • As consumer's desire becomes various, agility of mold manufacturing is most important factor for competence of manufacturer. In common works to use commercial CAM system to generate tool path, some decision making process is required to produce optimal result of CAM systems, The paper proposes a methodology for computer-assisted tool selection procedures for various cutting type, such as rough, semi-rough and finish cuts. The system provides assist-tool-items for machining of design model part of injection meld die by analyzing sliced CAD model of die cavity and core. Also, the generating NC-code of the tool size is used to calculate machining time. The system is developed with commercial CAM using API. This module will be used for optimization of tool selection and planning process.
