There is no generally accepted single stylized methodology for the impact assessment of standardization programs even though some scholars in the United States or Europe have been trying to set up a common methodology during past decades. It is because the economic outcome indicators that analysts seek to quantify vary significantly with the diversity and complexity of the affected industry and the analytic approach, as well as the nature of STANDARDIZATION programs. This paper builds up the model to establish common methodology which is designed to enable the comparable economic assessment analysis between various STANDARDIZATION programs. The model thus serves to enable a comparable impact assessment because it enables both universally valid and stylized analysis, while traditional impact assessment analysis can vary depending on the kinds of analytic approaches. In other words, this paper developed the common methodology which is designed to stylize the universally valid impact assessment of STANDARDIZATION programs. In addition, this paper shows that it should be accompanied by empirical research for some items in the model, to enable the realization of the both comparable and sophisticated analysis of impact assessments, thereby outputting in the range of those values which depend on the industry and/or STANDARDIZATION type.

단일 에너지 시스템으로부터 다양한 종류의 제품이 생산될 때, 공통비를 각 제품으로 배분하는 방법론은 생산자와 구매자의 손익과 직접적으로 관련되기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 열병합발전에서 전기와 열의 비용배분 방법론에는 Heat 방법, Work 방법, Benefit distribution 방법, Exergy 방법 등이 있다. 전 세계적으로 Benefit distribution 방법이 가장 많이 알려져 있고, Exergy 방법은 열공학자들 사이에서 크게 인정받고 있다. 검토 결과 Benefit distribution 방법은 일반 상식과 어긋나는 결과가 도출되어 합리성이 낮고, Exergy 방법은 일반 상식과 일치하는 결과가 도출되어 합리성이 높다고 판단된다. 회계학에서는 메리트 방법론으로 계산하여 그 결과를 생산자와 구매자 간의 협상에 활용하고 있으나, 열공학에서는 엑서지 방법론의 합리성을 논문으로만 서술하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 메리트 방법론과 엑서지 방법론의 합리성을 비교 검토하는 데 있으며, 생산자와 구매자가 각 방법론의 합리성을 이해할 수 있도록 세부적으로 서술하고자 한다.

Cost allocation on cogeneration is a methodology dividing the input of common cost to electricity cost and heat cost. In the cost allocation methodology of the electricity and heat on a cogeneration, there are energy method, work method, proportional method, benefit distribution method, reversible work method, various exergetic methods, and so on. In previous study, various cost allocation methodologies have been applied and analyzed on a gas-turbine cogeneration producing the 33.1 MW of electricity and the 32.2 Gcal/h of heat, a steam-turbine cogeneration producing the 22.2 MW of electricity and the 44.3 Gcal/h of heat, and combined-cycle cogeneration producing the 314.1 MW of electricity and the 279.4 Gcal/h of heat. In this study, we integrately analyze the results of previous studies and examine the generality and rationality each methodology. Additionally, a new point of view on the values of alternative electricity efficiency and alternative heat efficiency in the previous methodologies was proposed. As the integrated result, we conclude that reversible work method of various common cost allocation methodologies is most rational.

This study aims to provide direction for the brand goals approaching and analyzing previous studies in social psycholog y perspective, focusing on man and society relationship. 526 preceding 'brand space' associated papers from 1992 to 2012 were collected and analyzed them by year, by space and by theme utilizing the realism methodology, the theor etical relationship methodology. The numbers of the study for 'brand space' had increased gradually from 2003 to 2010 then climbed vertically and the most common study was about place, that shows there is a relationship between variou s social phenomena and human psychology. For the thematic analysis, 'Social psychological components of the brand' based on social psychology was used for analyzing the cognitive aspects, the relational aspects, and the attitudinal aspects. The most common study was the study of the cognitive aspects, and relational aspects, and lastly the attitud inal aspects in order. The strategy was the most common research for the brand associated study. The ultimate point of the strategy is to get 'attitude'. From social psychology perspective, there is a cycle in the minds of consumers, 'Identification', 'Internalization', 'Conformity' and 'Compliance'. Structure of these relationships can provide a clue that consumers' attitude lead the consumers' action.

침입차단 시스템, 침입탐지 시스템 등 정보보호제품이 얼마나 안전하게 개발되고 구현되었는지 검증하기 위한 방안으로 공통평가기준(CC)를 제정 하여 제품을 평가한다. 이에 기존까지 적용된 CC v2.3에서 버전이 3.1로 전환이 되며 가장 큰 차이점인 정보보호 제품에 대한 평가방법론을 사전 확보하여 버전 3.1 수용 준비가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CC v3기반 합성제품 시험 및 취약성 분석 방법에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 특히 합성형 정보보호제품 시험방법론을 기존원칙과 세부 방법론으로 분류하여 구체적 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is aimed to research the management methodology for the process of GIS database construction. In general, used methodologies are made for the purpose of application program development. And the methodologies reflected GIS characteristics are also applied for GIS software development. But the software methodologies are never introduced to construction of GIS database. In this study, various common methodologies are investigated and analyzed, and the methodology which include the characteristic of GIS database construction process as work steps and detail paths is developed and suggested.

In this paper, a methodology is developed to remove the high frequency chattering phenomenon which is the common drawbacks of variable structure control(VSC) system. An improved control law is proposed to achieve continuous control input whose terms are continuous functions during the control process under switching plane, which removes chattering and is robust as well. The methodology developed in this paper is applied to attitude control for spacecraft and the simulated results are compared with those of typical VSC methodology.

In this paper we overview the literature on common features analysis of economic time series. Starting from the seminal contributions by Engle and Kozicki (1993) and Vahid and Engle (1993), we present and discuss the various notions that have been proposed to detect and model common cyclical features in macroeconometrics. In particular, we analyze in details the link between common cyclical features and the reduced-rank regression model. We also illustrate similarities and differences between the common features methodology and other popular types of multivariate time series modelling. Finally, we discuss some recent developments in this area, such as the implications of common features for univariate time series models and the analysis of common autocorrelation in medium-large dimensional systems.

The rapid evolution of ICT industry brings not only new services or products but also changes from common individual life to whole human society. Coping with these situations and survival, companies cannot help regarding R&D as the most important thing. So, discovering R&D projects which are suitable for the alternation is a big issue for many companies. To resolve the issue, KT has adopted Innovative Management Methodology developed by Strategos, which is co-founded by Gary Harmel. This paper describes this Innovative Management Methodology tailored to KT R&D. The methodology consists of five phases : focusing discovery, discovery, ideas/domains, domain elaboration & aiming point and R&D project proposal. Also, it shows some interim findings that came from the Innovative Management Process. Finally, the future plan for elaborating the methodology itself and generating new R&D projects is suggested.

정보보호 수준을 향상시키기 위해 정보보호시스템 평가$\cdot$인증에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있으며 선진국에서는 정보화 역기능 위험 방지를 위해 제도적 일환으로 자국의 환경에 적합한 평가$\cdot$인증제도를 마련하여 정보보호시스템을 평가해 오고 있다. 그러나 상이한 평가기준의 적용으로 인한 시간 및 비용 소모의 문제점이 발생되었으며 이를 해결하기 위한 노력으로 현재 정보보호 시스템 평가를 위한 상호인증을 위해 공통평가기준(CC : Common Criteria)과 공통평가방법론(CEM : Common Evaluation Methodology)을 사용하고 있다. 선진화된 평가제도의 조기 정착과 효율적인 평가 준비 및 수행방법을 위한 정보보호시스템 평가 참여자들의 평가기준 및 방법론에 대한 유연하고 능동적인 해석이 필요하다.
