공감 능력이 사회 정의 실천에 미치는 영향: 사회 인지적 관점에서 (The Effect of Empathy on Social Justice Commitment: A Social-Cognitive Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 공감 능력이 사회 정의 실천에 미치는 영향을 사회 인지적 관점에서 알아보고자 하였다. 구체적으로 인지적 공감과 정서적 공감이 사회 정의 자기 효능감, 사회 정의 결과 기대, 사회 정의 관심이라는 사회 인지적 기제를 통해 사회 정의 실천에 어떤 영향을 주는 지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기도에 거주하는 20대 537명을 대상으로 사회적 이슈 질문지, 사회적 바람직성 척도, 한국어판 공감 지수 척도를 포함하는 자기 보고식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 사회적 바람직성을 통제한 뒤 연구 모형을 구조 방정식 모형을 통해 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 인지적 공감에 비해 정서적 공감의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났으나 두 변인 모두 사회 정의 실천에 유의한 영향력을 행사하며, 특별히 사회 인지적 기제를 거쳐 간접적으로 사회 정의 실천에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 공감 능력이 일반적인 이타행동 뿐만 아니라 사회적 불평등과 차별의 개념을 포함하는 사회 정의 실천 역시 예측한다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하여 정서적 또는 인지적 공감의 측면에서 사회 정의 실천을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

  • The paper analyzes the effect of expected future demand on the investment decisions of multinational enterprises. In particular, I explore the issue of the timing of switching between exporting and FDI in the host developing country and explicitly incorporate the firm's attitude toward risk in the model. The model demonstrates that the optimal time for switching to FDI depends on the expected future demand and the degree of its uncertainty.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 외식 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹점에 대한 가맹본부의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 변수를 사후 지원서비스로 설정하고, 사후 지원서비스가 가맹점의 관계품질(신뢰, 만족, 몰입)과 경영성과(재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과)에 미치는 영향에 대한 포괄적인 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 서울 및 경기 지역의 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점 경영자 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여, 구조방정식을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사후 지원서비스 요인 중 제품범주 및 가격 요인과 정보제공 및 문제해결 능력 요인은 가맹점의 만족과 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류지원과 슈퍼바이저 지원 요인은 신뢰와 만족에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재교육 및 훈련지원 요인은 가맹점의 신뢰와 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 판매촉진 요인은 신뢰 만족, 그리고 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관계품질요인들 간의 관계는 신뢰가 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 몰입에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고, 만족을 통해서 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 신뢰는 재무적 성과에만 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 만족과 몰입은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과요약과 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

  • 본 연구는 레저서비스 환경에서 서비스경험, 기업이미지, 서비스신뢰, 감정적몰입 및 서비스충성도 간 구조관계를 확인하고, 기업이미지와 서비스신뢰 및 감정적몰입의 인과적 역할을 설명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 SPSS 23.0 및 AMOS 20.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 구조방정식모형분석으로 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 서비스경험은 기업이미지와 서비스신뢰에 영향을 주었지만 감정적몰입에는 영향이 없었다. 둘째, 기업이미지는 서비스신뢰와 서비스충성도에 영향을 주었지만 감정적몰입에는 영향이 없었다. 셋째, 서비스신뢰는 감정적몰입과 서비스충성도에 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로, 감정적몰입은 서비스 충성도에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 서비스제공자는 이용자가 인지적이고 감정적 측면에서 탁월한 서비스를 경험하게 하여 기업이미지를 높이고 서비스충성도를 구축해야 할 것이고, 또한 우수한 서비스경험으로 인해 이미 서비스신뢰가 높은 고객에게는 감정적으로 몰입하도록 동기부여 함으로써 서비스충성도를 높일 수 있는 마케팅전략을 계획하고 실행해야 할 것이다.

관계지향적 리더십이 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 중식당 소유주와 지배인 간의 관계를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Relational Leadership on Empowerment, and Organizational Commitment: Focus on the Relationship between Owner and Manager in Chinese Restaurant Context)

  • This research is to examine the structural relationships between transformational/transactional leadership, empowerment, relationship quality, and organizational commitment in Chinese restaurant context. In order to empirically investigate the proposed model, the data were collected from 188 respondents randomly selected from among the managers who work in 188 Chinese restaurants in Seoul and Kyonggi-do, which registered in Korean Food Central Association, korean foodservice management Association, Menupan.com We choose to limit our investigation to luxury Chinese restaurants where the average check is above 12,000 won. The survey was executed during two-week period in the autumn of 2004. The findings and discussion are as follows: First, intellectual stimulus behavior of transformational leadership had a positive effect on empowerment. Second, contingent reward leadership had a positive effect on empowerment. Third, empowerment had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment. Fourth, empower had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment. Fifth, intellectural stimulus behavior of transformation leadership had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment indirectly and had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment indirectly through mediating role of empowerment. Finally, contingent reward leadership had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment indirectly and had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment indirectly through mediating role of empowerment. At the end of this paper, managerial implications, discussions, and limitations and future research directions are presented.

절차공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 임금만족 매개효과 (An Effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Commitment : The Mediating Effect of Pay Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the relation between procedural justice and organizational commitment. A survey was conducted to examine the mediating effect of pay satisfaction on the responses of 529 employees. The study chose sex, age, education, position, job type and career as control variable, and the regression model which treated procedural justice as independent variable and organizational commitment as criterion variables were set. A pay satisfaction was supposed as mediating variable of these relationships. The data analysis was conducted by SAS 9.4ver and LISREL 8.80. The results of this study confirm underneath the followings. First, the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment are significantly unique. Second, procedural justice are positively related to pay satisfaction. Third, pay satisfaction is significantly positively related to organizational commitment. Fourth, the pay satisfaction is partially mediated on the relationship between procedural justice and organizational commitment. This means that the pay satisfaction mediates the relation of procedural justice and organizational commitment. These results are different from the prior researches which had treated pay satisfaction as mediating variable of procedural justice and organizational commitment. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

간호사의 직무스트레스와 소명의식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 부산시 소재 대학병원의 일반간호사를 중심으로 (The Influence of Job Stress and Calling on the Organizational Commitment of Nurses: Focused on Clinical Nurses at University Hospitals in Busan)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to test the influence of job stress and calling on the organizational commitment of clinical nurses. Methods : 220 clinical nurses at two university hospitals in Busan were recruited. They were asked to complete a questionnaire, and 192 data sets were included in the statistical analysis. Results : The mean score of the clinical nurses' organizational commitment was 4.0. All subdomains of job stress and calling were found to have correlations with organizational commitment. The organizational system (t=-6.099, p<.001), lack of reward (t=-3.990, p<.001), purpose/meaningfulness (t=3.624, p<.001), and occupational climate (t=-3.581, p<.001) were revealed to have influences on the organizational commitment. The model was statistically significant, explaining 52.2% of the variance (F=47.808, p<.001). Conclusions : To help clinical nurses become committed to their organizations, administrators need to build fair and rational organizational systems, strengthen various types of rewards, and help nurses reconcile nursing and the meaning of their lives. In addition, every nurse should endeavor to change the nursing organizational climate which is based on vertical collectivism, to a rational climate.

치과위생사의 직업몰입 영향요인 연구 (Determinants of Occupational Commitment of Dental Hygienists)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the occupational commitment of dental hygienists in Korea. The independent variables contain three groups of work rewards variables which consist of task reward variables (autonomy, job significance, resource adequacy, role conflict, workload, and routinization), social reward variables(supervisory support, co-worker support, and negative affectivity), and organizational reward variables(job security and promotional chances), and eight sociodemographic variables. The sample of this study consisted of 474 dental hygienists who work at general hospitals, university hospitals, dental hospitals and clinics across the nation. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using hierarchical regression technique. It was found that: (1) job significance have a significant positive effect on the occupational commitment of dental hygienists; (2) role conflict, workload, routinization, and type of work site have significant negative effect on the occupational commitment of dental hygienists; (3) the study model explains 23.7% of the variance in occupational commitment among dental hygienists. The results of the study indicate that managers of dental clinics and hospitals should make efforts to extend the scope and quality of dental hygienists' work through job enlargement and job enrichment.

초등학교 방과 후 신체활동 프로그램 만족이 몰입 및 지속적 참여의도에 미치는 관계 (The Relationship of Elementary After-school Physical Activity Program Satisfaction on Commitment and Intention of Continuing Involvement)

  • This study analyzed the relationship of elementary after-school physical activity program satisfaction on commitment and intention of continuing involvement. Of the subjects residing in the P City to participate in after-school physical activity program for elementary school students in using convenience sampling, 228 people were sampled. This research made a frequency analysis and reliability analysis of the obtained data using SPSS 17.0 program while making a correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis using AMOS 7.0. were also used. Research results are as follows. First, the satisfaction of the leaders had influenced on the commitment. second, the satisfaction of the facility had influenced on the commitment. third, the satisfaction of the leaders hadn't influenced on the intention of continuing involvement. fourth, the satisfaction of the facility hadn't influenced on the intention of continuing involvement. fifth, the commitment had influenced on the intention of continuing involvement.

  • Objectives : The goal of this study is to investigate how transformational leadership does affect empowerment, organizational commitment and service quality of dental clinics and hospitals and for their efficient human resources management in a rapidly changing business environment. Methods : For this, workers of a dental clinic and a hospital in Gyeongsangnam-do were selected and the survey was carried out during September 1 to 30 of 2011 and the total 203 questionnaires were analyzed. Results : The analysis of structural model shows that transformational leadership has no significant influence on empowerment but does affect organizational commitment and service quality. And the result also reveals that empowerment has significant effect on organizational commitment and service quality while organizational commitment influences service quality. Conclusion : For this, it is needed that the leader of organization promotes the spirit of his subordinates and helps them find their potential ability and achieve goals by developing various leadership skills to cope with rapidly changing environment of dental clinics and hospitals.
