상업시설의 다양성이 소비중심지 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 공간회귀모형의 적용 (A Study on the Influence of Commercial Facility Diversity on the Formation of Consumption Centre: Application of Spatial Regression Models)

  • 활기 넘치는 거리를 만들기 위해서는 다양한 종류의 상업시설의 입지가 필요하다. 상업시설은 지역 유동인구 증가에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 상업시설의 다양성이 높을수록 소비 활성화에 기여할 것이라는 추론이 가능하다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 상업시설의 혼합이 소비중심지수에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 본 연구는 2021년을 시간적 범위로 설정하였으며, 공간적 범위는 서울시로 하였다. 커널밀도분석을 통하여 산출한 소비중심지수를 종속변수로 하고, 상업 특성을 반영한 요인과 도시 특성 등을 반영한 요인을 독립변수로 설정하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 방법은 공간회귀분석을 활용하였고 분석단위는 행정동으로 설정하였다. 분석을 통하여 이종업종의 집적보다 동종업종의 집적이 소비 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 소비 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 업종들의 집적이 필요하다는 시사점을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 소비시장에서 상업시설 입지 정책의 효율적인 관리에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

민간시설 활성화를 위한 공공기록법 개정(안) : 쟁점과 과제 (Revising the Archives Law to Boost Commercial Records Facilities Industry : Issues & Tasks)

  • 우리 기록공동체는 규제완화를 명분으로 기록관리의 본령을 위축시키고자 하는 시도에 지속적으로 대응해왔으며, 이런 시도들을 현안이라고 불러왔다. 2015년에는 민간시설이 공공기관의 기록물보존업무를 수행하도록 허용하는 것을 골자로 하는 공공기록법 개정안이 현안이 되었다. '공공기관의 기록물관리 효율성을 제고'한다는 법 개정 이유 등 주요 쟁점을 놓고 주요 이해관계당사자들의 입장과 해석이 달라 큰 혼란이 야기되었다. 이 개정안은 2016년 1월 현재 국회에 계류 중이며, 이번에 통과되지 않을 수도 있다. 그러나 이와 유사한 이러한 위험한 시도가 계속될 것으로 예측된다. 따라서 이 논문은 '민간시설 활성화를 위한 공공기록법 개정 현안'의 진행과정에서 드러난 주요 쟁점을 검토하고, 향후 과제를 확인하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 진행경과를 살펴보고, 쟁점사항을 검토한 후, (1) 균형 있는 기록생태계의 발전, (2) 전자기록 관리체제의 검토, (3) 공공기록법의 선제적 정비, 그리고 (4) 기록공동체 내부의 소통방식 개선 등의 향후 과제를 제안하였다.

인천광역시 중학생의 근린여가시설 이용실태와 인식도 (Actual condition and recognition of middle school students′ utilization of neighborhood leisure facilities in In-chon)

  • The Purpose of this research is to investigate utilization and recognition about neighborhood leisure facilities of middle school students. The data were collected through the questionnaire from 532 second grade students of 6 middle schools at Yeon-su Gu. Nam-dong Gu, and Suh Gu in In-chon. Results of the study are as follows; 1) They were most likely to use the consumptive and commercial entertainment-association facilities. There was no difference in the total number of frequencies of using facilities among the three areas. The students were more likely to use the leisure facilities whatever available for them easily to access. 2) All the using degree, sufficient degree and satisfactory degree of the leisure facilities were below the middle Point. The degree of using facilities by the student was insignificantly different among three areas but the sufficient and satisfactory degrees were varied. The regression result showed that the use of Public facilities as well as culture or sports facilities significantly increased sufficient and satisfaction degrees This research suggests to offer inexpensive leisure facilities of culture and sports in district residential area so as to access easily and to offer facilities for girls' students to activate using leisure facilities.

특수학교의 학교시설 개방 및 시설복합화를 통한 지역사회 연계 (Connecting School to the Community through Community Use and Multiple-Use of Special School Facilities)

  • The purpose of this study was exploring perceptions of people in community towards community use and multiple-use of special school facilities and providing implications for connecting school to the communities. Survey was conducted to special education teachers, parents of children receiving special education, and local residents. Total 5,702 people participated in this study and general finds were as following: (1) All 3 groups of study participants reported that there was a generally positive perception of special schools within the community, however, at the same time, almost quarter of parents having children with disabilities reported negative perceptions of special schools in the community; (2) among the special school facilities, sports facilities appeared to be the most open to the community and difficulties related to the community-open of school facilities included facility management and safety issues, and inteference with students' school activities; (3) facilities suitable for the multi-use of special schools facilities included sports facilities, cultural and creative spaces, and commercial areas, and those facilities could be open to community during non-class hours such as after-school, weekends, and vacations. Based on the results from survey, implications for planning, designing, and implementing multi-use facilities of special schools were provided.

ABC를 활용한 통신 설비 원가 산정 방법론 및 활용 방안 (Methodology to Estimate the Cost of Network Facilities with ABC and its Application)

  • In the telecommunication industry, estimation of the cost of network facilities is very important since depreciation cost of the facilities accounts for a large portion of the product cost. Moreover, cost estimation in the industry becomes more difficult because of increasing indirect cost upon digital convergence, expanding multi-purpose facilities, complexity of service product, etc. Nevertheless, not much seem to have been done in improving estimation methodology of the cost of network facilities. As a result, the quality of cost information on network facilities has deteriorated, and now even decision-makers in the industry dismiss the information. Recently, two major telecommunication companies adopted a new network cost estimation method to deal with the issue. In this paper, we study the concept of new cost estimation method and the procedure to develop and apply it. We also suggest the method to carry out the cost allocation using Matlab which is more efficient and time-saving than other commercial cost calculation packages.

광주시 슈퍼마켓의 상업적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Commercial Properties of Supermarket in Kwangju city)

  • 1970년대에 들어서 우리 나라 상업 시설의 혁신적 변화는 슈퍼마켓의 대두라고 할 수 있다. 이는 식료품을 중심으로 한 일상용품을 판매하는 소매 기구의 대규모화와 근대화를 의미하기 때문이다. 이에 따라, 소매업이 도매업의 기능을 병행하여 유통 경로를 단축시킴으로서 생산자에서 소비자에 이르기까지 변화를 초래하였다. 본 연구에서는 슈퍼마켓의 상업적 특성을 분석함에 있어, 슈퍼마켓을 경영하는 점주의 입장과 슈퍼마켓을 이용하는 소비자의 입장에서 종합적으로 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 전자의 경우 슈퍼마켓 특성을 나타내는 인자는 상업 환경적 특성, 인구적 특성, 규모적 특성, 상품 구성적 특성 등을 나타내는 4개의 인자가 추출되었다. 또한 소비자의 입장에서 슈퍼마켓 특성은 근거리에 위치한다는 점에서 높은 선호도를 나타냈다. 이를 통해 볼 때 슈퍼마켓은 지역 주민의 생활과 밀접한 관련성을 갖는 상업 시설로서 정착되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 한편, 상업 시설은 사회 제반 요소와 소비자 요구에 의해 변화를 거듭하고 있는 만큼, 슈퍼마켓의 상업적 특성 또한 재고되어져야 할 것이다.

  • Contemporary culture of consumption has been transferred from physical satisfaction in the past to the "pleasure" culture of consumption that satisfies emotional needs, generating a new design category - emotional design. The current study analyzes various environmental design techniques of the theme parks, which recognized early the importance of the "pleasure" culture of consumption and used the techniques for sales and as profit-making tools. This study also examines a trend of emotional design in environmental design techniques of the theme park and proves that the design techniques can be applied to a variety of interior design areas, as well as commercial facilities.mmercial facilities.

  • The purpose of this study is examine the characteristics of public open space in the office buildings located in urban commercial strip, in terms of its relationships to street, to building, and to order surrounding facilities. Theoretical basis of this research is that public outdoor spaces are to be the intermediate territory set between streets and a buildings. 5 commercial buildings in Seoul are selected as sample cases and they were closely analyzed in a comparative manner. Based on this comparison, several planning guidelines are suggested for the activation of the space, mainly in terms of the location of public open space in relation to street, the design techniques and devises reflecting the purpose of the space, and territorial arrangement and furniture layout, and the patterns of relationship to surrounding space and facilities.

복합상업시설 간판의 명도변화 색채구성 분석 (Analysis of Color Combination with Value Variation on Signboards in Complex Commercial Facilities)

  • Advertising signboards are designed for the visibility to affects recall and recognition of costumers. It is well know that the visibility from images is created by the value difference among colors. The research defines whether the background color combination of outdoor signboards is configured to maximize visibility, by a series of color value variation in complex commercial facilities. The subject of study is to examine how the visibility is made by the color combination since visibility cannot be obtained independently. Two steps of analysis were performed to confirm that the color composition of signboards was based on the color value difference. The first is to analyze that the entire colors of signboards are clearly categorized as different value groups. All components of colors, hue, value and chroma had been analyzed by color aesthetic measures to prove that the value variation has the only regularity and the principle of composition. The second step is a further verification with an ample amount of samples to determine whether series of signboards create a value altering pattern. The data for analysis is gained by colorimetric survey and the color data are used for exponentializing the degree of combining, which shows selective affinity between each pair colors.

Capacitated Location and Allocation Models of Long-Term Care Facilities

  • People are living longer than ever before. As a result, life expectancy is going up and the demand of long-term care facilities is increasing in most countries. The facilities provide rehabilitative, restorative, and skilled nursing care to patients or residents in need of assistance with activities of daily living. This study deals with the capacitated location and allocation problem of long-term care facilities in a city that consists of a finite number of regions. Assuming that in each region candidate locations for three types of facilities are already given, two integer programming models are developed under the closest assignment rule reflecting the demand characteristics of the facilities. Both the location and type of the facilities to be built become decision variables. To show the validity of the models, numerical problems are solved with commercial software, CPLEX. Also, sensitivity studies were conducted to identify relationships between the system parameters.
