In this Paper, an attempt is made to establish a learning framework for robust planning and real-time execution control. Necessary definitions and concepts are clearly presented to describe real-time operational control in response to Plan disruptions. A general mathematical framework for disruption recovery is also laid out. Global disruption model is decomposed into suitable number of local disruption models. Execution Pattern is designed to capture local disruptions using decomposed-reverse neural mappings, and to further demonstrate how the decomposed-reverse mappings could be applied for solving disrubtion recovery problems. Two decomposed-reverse neural mappings, N-K-M and M-K-N are employed to produce transportation solutions in react-time. A potential extension is also discussed using the proposed mapping principle and other hybrid heuristics. Experimental results are provided to verify the proposed approach.

Erythritol is a four-carbon sugar alcohol with a low calorific value and non-cariogenicity. Erythritol is a new functional sweetener which can be used as sugar alternative. Erytheitol dose not cause discomfort such as diarrhoea and flatulence upon ingestion. The purpose of this study is to develope a novel process of erythritol economically in a large scale. To obtain a high erythritol producer, we have screened 3500 colonies from molasses, honey and honey combs. We have selected 40 erythritol-producing microorganisms, one of which yields 140g/L erythritol in 40% glucose medium. We have tested this strain in 5L fermentor to examine the fermentation characteristics. Results of fermentation show that the erythritol production was about 1.4g/L$.$hr in 400g/L glucose media with a 42% conversion. Further improvements require mutation for a higher producer, process optimization to reduce glycerol, and suppression of excessive foaming.

A No Spin Differential (NSD) design has been improved from evaluation of two NSD models utilizing the axiomatic approach. New design parameters of the second level are developed to satisfy the independence axiom. The design matrices are determined to decouple the relationship between design parameters and process parameters. The values of process parameters are then determined to optimize and improve the NSD design. Consequently a unique and evolutionary NSD design is achieved with the aid of the axiomatic approach.

Two No Spin Differential(NSD) models were benchmarked for a project of Dual-Use Technology. The Axiomatic approach is utilized to evaluate the designs of the models. The Independence Axiom is satisfied at the top level of design but not at the second level, which implies the design exhibits coupling and will admit design improvements. The detailed process of design evaluation is described. It is shown that it is possible to develop a unique and evolutionary NSD design by solving the problems that cause coupling within two models.

그동안 커뮤니케이션 효과에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 특히 의제설정 관련 이론들은 맥콤과 쇼(McCombs & Shaw, 1972)[1]에 의해 최초의 연구가 발표된 이후, 수백 편 이상의 관련 연구들이 축적되어 왔다. 이러한 연구들을 통해서 미디어가 중요하게 보도한 의제는 수용자 의제에 많은 영향을 미친다는 사실을 누구도 부정하기 어렵다. 그러나 이러한 연구들은 주로 언어텍스트를 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 그러나 신문이나 인터넷 미디어와는 달리, TV 미디어에서 수용자들은 언어텍스트에 의해서만 정보를 얻는다고 보기는 어렵다. 본 연구는 텔레비전 뉴스 보도에서 영상과 자막이 수용자의 의제설정 효과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실험을 통해 검증해보고자 한다.

We present a method of using one-dimensional dielectric multilayer structures for designing terahertz frequency spreading filters. The interference of terahertz pulses in these structures composed of alternating weak and strong refractive materials allows design of well-separated THz frequency components within a modulation-limited THz spectral envelope. The design characteristics of these coarse THz combs are limited by the saturation effect and also by the deformation of the THz pulse time-traveling within the structure. The details of the designed THz waveform synthesis from these THz multilayer spectral filters are verified by experiments using time-domain terahertz pulsed spectroscopy.

Amynthas tralfamadore sp. nov. is described from the Mt Halla, Jeju Island biosphere exhibition housed at NIBR Incheon. This species' taxonomy is problematical since it is similar to Amynthas masatakae (Beddard, 1892) from Japan, itself previously reported from Korea and at one time associated with Amynthas campestris (Goto & Hatai, 1898) and A. parvicystis (Goto & Hatai, 1899), all three variously implicated in prior A. robustus (Perrier, 1872) along with Amynthas aspergillum (Perrier, 1872). Based on reinspection of the London lectotype of A. masatakae-here designated and sketched for the first time-the current solution is for maintenance of all five taxa separately. A closely-related Japanese species-Metaphire ryunome sp. nov.-is comparable to Korean Metaphire reisuiensis (Kobayashi, 1938) comb. nov. Another specimen was identified as Amynthas micronarius (Goto & Hatai, 1898), a new record for Korea. It matches the newly-designated neotype (Tokyo NMST An446) and an annotated synonymy is provided; however, erstwhile synonyms, Amynthas shimaensis (Goto & Hatai, 1899) and A. yamizoyamensis (Ohfuchi, 1935) combs. novae, are briefly redescribed and provisionally restored to the Japanese list. mtDNA COI-5P barcode analyses support species identifications.

Chinese Opera-themed woodcut New Year pictures in Yangjiabu are representative of Chinese New Year pictures. This research takes cultural research as a breakthrough point, analyzes and combs its Context, Representation, Coding & Decoding, and finds that: After the imitation and restatement of traditional Chinese opera, the opera-themed woodcut New Year pictures have formed a dynamic intertextual relationship with Chinese culture and traditional Chinese opera. The understanding of this intertextual relationship is not only an important way to study Chinese folk art but also one of the ideas to show the aesthetic spirit of it.
