In this paper, a design of radiation detector for gamma column scanner is introduced. Distillation column is important unit in Petro-chemical industries, and its on-line diagnose is very important. To get density profile measured by the radiation transmitted through column is well method for on-line diagnose as gamma scanning. For this purpose radiation detection circuit, radiation source and mechanical system for moving source and detector are required. Conventional radiation detection circuit for this application is sensitive to electric noise because of interface between the radiation circuit and the controller for mechanical system. The radiation detection system introduced here is using loop coil instead of slip ring to remove contact noise. Radiation detection system designed here for gamma scanning consist of BGO detector, high voltage circuit, PHA circuit and FSK modem. The BGO detector is used as radiation sensor, high voltage circuit and peak height analysis circuit is essential to process the signal generated from BGO detector. Micro controller convert measured data into ASCII data. FSK modem transmit ASCII data. Transmitted ASCH data is picked up in antenna coil and processed for combined function with mechanical system. This method gives good result by isolating the controlling circuit of mechanical system from radiation detecting circuit which is sensitive to noise.

Key aspects of the Norwegian Method of Tunnelling (NMT) are reviewed. These include a predictive method of support design using the six-parameter Q-system of rock mass characterisation. The rock mass rating or Q-value is updated during tunnel driving. The designed tunnel support generally consists of wet process, steel fibre reinforced shotcrete combined with fully grouted, untensioned rock bolts, Even in poor rock conditions S(fr) + B usually acts as the final rock reinforcement and tunnel lining. Since it is a drained lining, it is very economic compared to cast concrete with membranes. Light, free-standing steel liners are used to prevent water affecting the runnel environment. Rock mass conditions, and hence lining design and cost estimation can be assessed by careful use of seismic surveys. Relationships between the P-wave velocity, the rock mass deformation modulus and the Q-value have recently been established, where tunnel depth, rock porosity and the uniaxial compression strength of the rock are important variables. The rock mass modulus estimate, and simple index testing of the joints, provide the key input which joints are discretely represented (either in two dimensions with the UDEC code or in three dimensions with the 3DEC code) is generally favoured compared to continuum analysis. The latter may give a misleading impression of uniformity and deformations tend to be understimated. Q-system NMT designs of S(fr) + B (fibre reinforced shotcrete and bolting) are numerically checked and adjustments made to bolt capacities and shotcrete thickness if overloading is evident around the modelled profile.
The general and some pharmacological actions of DWP 301 were investigated in animals and the following results were obtained. In central nervous system, DWP 301 had no effects on the pentobarbital induced anaesthesia, rotarod test, traction test, analgesic action, anticonvulsant action in mice and body temperature in rat. But DWP 301 showed a little decrease of locomotor activity at a dose of 3,000 mg/kg. From these results, DWP 301 was considered to have little pharmacological effect on the central nervous system. Furthermore, DWP 301 had no influences on the normal blood pressure and heart rate. DWP 301 showed no effect on the isolated guinea pig ileum, trachea, right atrium, and nonpregnant rat uterus. But, in the isolated guinea pig vas deference, DWP 301 had showed inhibitory effect on the contractions produced by norepinephrine. DWP 301 showed rise of gastric juice pH and decrease of urine volume. Also, DWP 301 had no effect on the gastrointestinal motility and blood aggregation. From these results, it is concluded that the general pharmacological effect of DWP 301 are similar to or weaker than M and AGA.
The general and some pharmacological actions of DWP 305 were investigated in animals and the following results were obtained. In central nervous system, DWP 305 had no effects on the pentobarbital induced anaesthesia, locomotor activity, rotarod test, traction test, analgesic action in mice and body temperature in rat. DWP 305 showed no depressive action on convulsion induced by strychnine, electronic shock and pentylenetetrazole. From these results, DWP 305 was considered to have no pharmacological effect on the central nervous system. Furthermore, DWP 305 had no influences on the normal blood pressure and heart rate. In the isolated ileum of guinea pig, DWP 305 inhibited contractive effects against the acetylcholine (10$^{-6}$ g/mι), histamine (10$^{-6}$ g/mι), 5-hydroxytryptamine (10$^{-6}$ g/mι) and BaCl$_2$(10$^{-4}$ g/mι) at a concentration of 2.15$\times$10$^{-4}$ g/ml in bath. In the isolated trachea and vats deference, DWP 305 showed no effect on the contractions produced by histamine and norepinephrine, respectively. DWP 305 showed inhibitory effect on the contractions produced by acetylcholine and oxytocin at a concentration of 2.15$\times$10$^{-4}$ g/ml on the isolated nonpregnant rat uterus. DWP 305 had no effect on the isolated right atrium of guinea pig, bile excretion, urine volume, pH, gastrointestinal motility, gastric secretion and blood aggregation.
Penicillin amidohydrolase was partially purified from the fermented broth of Bacillus megaterium, and was immobilized on nylon fiber. The surface area of nylon fiber was increased by roughening it with fine sand and activated by acid treatment. The free amino groups on the nylon fiber exposed by such treatment were then utilized to immobilize the penicillin amidase. Enzymatic properties of penicillin amidohydrolase immobilized on the nylon fiber by covalent bonding and cross linking with glutaraldehyde were studied and compared with those of soluble enzyme. The optimal pH and temperature profile of immobilized enzyme showed only slightly broader peaks, and the values of kinetic constants, $K_m$, $K_{ia}$, and $K_{ip}$, of the immobilized enzyme are only slightly greater than those of the soluble enzyme. These results suggest that the mass transfer effect on the reaction rate for the penicillin amidase immobilized on nylon fiber is not so significant as the enzyme immobilized on some other support material like bentonite. The experimental results of batch reaction agreed well with the results of computer simulation for both the immobilized and soluble enzyme systems, confirming the validity of the rate equation derived which was based on the combined double inhibition by two reaction products.
As the growth of developing Islamic countries, Muslims are into the world. The most important thing for Muslims to purchase food, ingredient, cosmetics and other products are whether they were certified as 'Halal'. With the increasing number of Muslim tourists and residents in Korea, Halal restaurants and markets are on the rise. However, the service that provides information on Halal restaurants and markets in Korea is very limited. Especially, the application of recommendation system technology is effective to provide Halal restaurant information to users efficiently. The profiling of Halal restaurant information should be preceded by design of recommendation system, and design of recommendation algorithm is most important part in designing recommendation system. In this paper, an Intelligent Recommendation Service system for offering Halal food (IRSH) based on dynamic profiles was proposed. The proposed system recommend a customized Halal restaurant, and proposed recommendation algorithm uses hybrid filtering which is combined by content-based filtering, collaborative filtering and location-based filtering. The proposed algorithm combines several filtering techniques in order to improve the accuracy of recommendation by complementing the various problems of each filtering. The experiment of performance evaluation for comparing with existed restaurant recommendation system was proceeded, and result that proposed IRSH increase recommendation accuracy using Halal contents was deducted.

The levels of 12 isoflavones were measured in soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) sprouts of 68 genetic varieties from three countries (China, Japan, and Korea). The isoflavone profile differences were analyzed using data mining methods. A principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that the CSRV021 variety was separated from the others by the first two principal components. This variety appears to be most suited for functional food production due to its high isoflavone levels. Partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and orthogonal projections to latent structures discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) showed that there are meaningful isoflavone compositional differences in samples that have different countries of origin. Hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) of these phytochemicals resulted in clusters derived from closely related biochemical pathways. These results indicate the usefulness of metabolite profiling combined with chemometrics as a tool for assessing the quality of foods and identifying metabolic links in biological systems.

One of the most frequent issues in tunnel excavation is the collapse of rock blocks and the dropping of rock fragments from the tunnel face. The tunnel face can be reinforced using a number of techniques. One of the most popular and affordable solutions is the use of face longitudinal dowels, which has benefits including high strength, flexibility, and ease of cutting. In order to examine the reinforced face, this work shows the longitudinal deformation profile and ground response curve for a tunnel face. This approach is based on assumptions made during the analysis phase of problem solving. By knowing the tunnel face response and dowel behavior, the interaction of two elements can be solved. The rock element equation derived from the rock bolt method is combined with the dowel differential equation to solve the reinforced ground response curve (GRC). With a straightforward and accurate analytical equation, the new differential equation produces the reinforced displacement of the tunnel face at each stage of excavation. With simple equations and a less involved computational process, this approach offers quick and accurate solutions. The FLAC3D simulation has been compared with the suggested analytical approach. A logical error is apparent from the discrepancies between the two solutions. Each component of the equation's effect has also been described.
When monitoring the structural integrity of a bridge using data collected through accelerometers, identifying the profile of the load exerted on the bridge from the vehicles passing over it becomes a crucial task. In this study, the speed and location of vehicles on the deck of a bridge is reconfigured using real-time video to implicitly associate the load applied to the bridge with the response from the bridge sensors to develop an image-based deep learning network model. Instead of directly measuring the load that a moving vehicle exerts on the bridge, the intention in the proposed method is to replace the correlation between the movement of vehicles from CCTV images and the corresponding response by the bridge with a neural network model. Given the framework of an input-output-based system identification, CCTV images secured from the bridge and the acceleration measurements from a cantilevered beam are combined during the process of training the neural network model. Since in reality, structural damage cannot be induced in a bridge, the focus of the study is on identifying local changes in parameters by adding mass to a cantilevered beam in the laboratory. The study successfully identified the change in the material parameters in the beam by using the deep-learning neural network model. Also, the method correctly predicted the acceleration response of the beam. The proposed approach can be extended to the structural health monitoring of actual bridges, and its sensitivity to damage can also be improved through optimization of the network training.

Access to accurate spatial precipitation in many hydrological studies is necessary. Existence of many mountains with diverse topography in South Korea causes different spatial distribution of precipitation. Rain gauge stations show accurate precipitation information in points, but due to the limited use of rain gauge stations and the difficulty of accessing them, there is not enough accurate information in the whole area. Weather radars can provide an integrated precipitation information spatially. Despite this, weather radar data have some errors that can not provide accurate data, especially in heavy rainfall. In this study, some location-based variable like aspect, elevation, plan curvature, profile curvature, slope and distance from the sea which has most effect on rainfall was considered. Then Automatic Weather Station data was used for spatial training of variables in each event. According to this, K-fold cross-validation method was combined with Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System. Based on this, 80% of Automatic Weather Station data was used for training and validation of model and 20% was used for testing and evaluation of model. Finally, spatial distribution of precipitation for 1×1 km resolution in Gwangdeoksan radar station was estimates. The results showed a significant decrease in RMSE and an increase in correlation with the observed amount of precipitation.
