Elder berry는 요즈음 미국(美國)에서 기업적(企業的)으로 재배(栽培)가 되고 있다. 이들 열매는 주(主)로 천연색소(天然色素) Jelles, Jam, 과실주(果實酒), 음료(飮料) pie mixes 등에 쓰여지고 있으며 자원식물(資源植物)이므로 재배면적(栽培面積)이 확대일로(擴大一路)에 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 생과(生果)를 채취(採取)하여 과즙(果汁)을 추출(抽出)한 뒤 청징액제법(淸澄液製法), 가당제법(加糖製法), 직공농축법(直空濃縮法), powder의 특성(特性) 및 안정성(安定性) 검정(檢定)등 등의 실험을 통하여 다음과 같은 천연식용색소개발(天然食用色素開發)의 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. Pectinase는 $35{\sim}45^{\circ}C$에서 청징효과(淸澄効果)가 컸다. 2. 청징액(淸澄液)의 저장(貯藏)은 P.V.C통을 이용하는 것이 좋고 적자색(赤紫色)의 원액(原額)에 변색(變色)이 없었다. 3. Stainless Steel drum에 저장(貯藏)된 Juice는 자색(姿色)으로 변화(變化)된다. 4. Juice에 설당(雪糖)을 20~40% 가당(加糖)하여 P.V.C통에 저장하는 것이 Home Juice나 Home wine용(用)으로 활용성(活用性)이 기대 되었다. 5. Vaccum Concentration하여 저장(貯藏)한 것은 흑갈색(黑褐色)으로 변화(變化)한다. 6. 분말상(粉末狀) 천연색소(天然色素)를 만들 수 있고 조해성(潮解性)이 있으며 직공(直空)포장하면 효과적(効果的)이다. 7. Powder인 Anthocyanosid는 다음과 같은 특성(特性)이 있다. 1) Fresh Juice의 흡광도(吸光度)는 파장(波長) $523m{\mu}{\sim}530m{\mu}$사이에 있다. 2) 색조(色調)는 $PH_4$ 이하(以下)에서 안정(安定)하다. 3) 열안정성(熱安定性)에 있어서도 $pH_4$ 이하(以下)에서 안정(安定)하고 $pH_4$ 이상(以上)에서는 갈변(褐變)한다. 4) 내광성(耐光性)은 $pH_4$ 이하(以下)에서 안정(安定)하다. 5) pH의 안정성(安定性)은 $pH_3$에 가장 알맞다. 8. 금후(今後) Used prospects는 천연(天然) 적자색(赤紫色)의 색소(色素)로서 음료수(飮料水), 광과류(光菓類), Candy, Wine, Gum, Jam, Jelly, 등의 제조(製造)에 크게 기대 된다.

This thesis is mainly on the study of Gongbok(official dress) and Sangbok (usual dress) in the system of official o-utfit of the Song dynasty. The Song dynasty has not left many historical remains due to the vicious cycle of intermittent internal disturbance and several outside invasions. According to the records of the Song dynasty which identified official dress with usual dress saying "the official dress of every government officers is his usual dress" this thesis is concentrated on the study of official dress and usual dress among many different types of official outfit. In the Song dynasty had survived until the year of 1123 from the year of 960 us-ing the four colour system of purple chi-nese red green and blue. The four colour system of purple deep red. green and black of official outfit of the Song dy-nasty the first year of Wonpung's regin and wearing Eodae(fish sack)is a sure sign of influence of the system of the Song dynasty.g dynasty.

PURPOSE. In this study, three bioceramic materials, [IPS Empress CAD (Ivoclar), IPS e.max CAD (Ivoclar), and Lava Ultimate CAD (3M ESPE)] were treated with three commercial mouthrinses [Listerine, Tantum Verde, and Klorhex]; and changes in colour reflectance and surface roughness values were then quantitatively assessed. MATERIALS AND METHODS. One hundred and twenty ceramic samples, with dimensions of $2{\times}12{\times}14mm$, were prepared and divided into nine sample groups, except three control samples. The samples were immersed in the mouthrinse solutions for 120 hrs, and changes in colour reflectance and surface roughness values were measured by UV light spectrophotometry (Vita Easyshade; VITA Zahnfabrik) and by profilometer device (MitutoyoSurftest SJ-301), respectively. The change of surface roughness was inspected by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). RESULTS. There was a positive correlation between the ${\Delta}E$ and increase in the surface roughness. Two of the ceramic materials, IPS Empress and Lava Ultimate, were affected significantly by the treatment of the mouthrinse solutions (P<.05). The most affecting solution was Tantum Verde and the most affected material was Lava Ultimate. As expected, the most resistant material to ${\Delta}E$ and chemical corrosion was IPS e max CAD among the materials used. CONCLUSION. This work implied that mouthrinse with lower alcohol content had less deteriorating effect on colour and on the surface morphology of the bioceramic materials.

색채는 크게 세 가지 속성인 색상, 명도, 채도로 구성되어 있으나 색채를 시감적으로 인지하는데 있어서 각 속성을 구분하여 독립적으로 인지하지 않는다. 채도와 밝기 관련 기존 선행된 연구들은 채도 속성의 순도 정도에 따라 밝기 속성이 다르게 느껴진다는 결과를 유의미하게 얻을 수 있었으나 정신물리학적 실험 대부분이 감산 혼합을 활용한 사례이기에 디스플레이 기반의 색채 인지 기초 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 자체 발광 시스템을 보유한 디스플레이 기반에서 채도와 밝기 관련 시각적 특성을 알아보고자 정신물리학적 실험을 진행하고 이를 분석하였다. 가산 혼합 형태의 디스플레이에서 일정한 밝기를 선정한 후 주요 색상의 채도를 조정하여 실험을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 진행된 실험 결과를 분석하여 감산 혼합과 동일한 결과가 산출되는지 알아보고 색채 인지 특성에 대한 연구 자료로써 유의미 여부를 정의한 후 향후 연구방향을 제시한다.

Chicken dominates meat consumption because it is low in fat and high in protein and has less or no religious and cultural barriers. Recently, meat quality traits have become the focus of the poultry industry more than ever. Currently, poultry farming is focusing on meat quality to satisfy meat consumer preferences, which are mostly based on high-quality proteins and a low proportion of saturated fatty acids. Meat quality traits are polygenic traits controlled by many genes. Thus, it is difficult to improve these traits using the conventional selection method because of their low to moderate heritability. These traits include pH, colour, drop loss, tenderness, intramuscular fat (IMF), water-holding capacity, flavour, and many others. Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) are an efficient genomic tool that identifies the genomic regions and potential candidate genes related to meat quality traits. Due to their impact on the economy, meat quality traits are used as selection criteria in breeding programs. Various genes and markers related to meat quality traits in chickens have been identified. In chickens, GWAS have been successfully done for intramuscular fat (IMF) content, ultimate pH (pHu) and meat and skin colour. Moreover, GWAS have identified 7, 4, 4 and 6 potential candidate genes for IMF, pHu, meat colour and skin colour, respectively. Therefore, the current review summarizes the significant genes identified by genome-wide association studies for meat quality traits in chickens.

After drawing the sensory images from the color green, the difference of sensory images and the difference of the color green according to demographic characteristics and which factors affect the preference have been analysed. The thirty six-photos of 2013 women fashion show on the STYLE.COM were used for the stimuli of green colour fashion for the questionnaire. The people surveyed were adults in their 20s to 50s. The 123 copies of the questionnaire were used for the statistical analysis of this study. Factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and Regression analysis test were carried out by SPSS 19 for the statistical analysis of collected data. The results were as follows. The sensory images of green fashion were drawn in six types. The sensory images of green fashion according to demographic characteristics showed a significant difference depending on martial status, age, monthly income and occupation. The preference of green colour fashion according to demographic characteristics showed a significant difference depending on sex, age, monthly income, occupation. The variables affecting the preference of green fashion were identified as four types, and the most affecting variable to the preference was the favorable and familiar factor. These research results will become available on selecting the target customer and making the marketing differentiation strategy when planning fashion products.

A colour-difference formulae would be based on a colour appearance model, but, So far, most colour-difference formulae in common use are based on empirical fits to data. Therefore, of the many proposed, none are completely satisfactory but advances have been made in recent years. A new color-difference data set has been produced with the aims of making a comparison of the advanced CIE Lab formulae as well as confirming the effect of color-difference. 416 low lightness pairs that have only lightness-difference were produced for evaluation of CIE Lab-based formulae on lightness-difference from glossy polyester fabric. The standard color-difference pair was prepared and used. It was neutral grey sample pair that has only lightness difference. The standard pair was used to investigate lightness tolerances. And grey-scale method used to evaluate visual assessment. CIE Lab coordinates of the samples were measured using a X-Rite 8200 spectrophotometer. Visual assessments were carried out using Gretag Macbeth The Judge II Light Booth. A study of color tolerances at low lightness was carried out and get avaliable some results.

This paper analyses the geometric aspect of Sonia Delaunay′s works on the basis of design elements and principles. Geometric pattern is one of the distinct features of early 20th century avant-garde works. The significance of its pattern and colour comes from the fact that it has not only influenced the contemporary fine art but also offered the basic principle of modern costume design. In 1925 she was designing clothes which could be worn today without appearing old-fashioned. She foresaw the future trends in fashion and interior decoration. One might claim she belongs to the avant-garde even today and no less astonishing a phenomenon than she was in 1925. Sonia Delaunay′s art was one of the first expressions of abstract painting and her "simultaneous contrasts" are among the earliest example of the aesthetic. In Delaunay′s geometric abstraction it is found that the technique of "simultaneous contrasts" is exploited almost without exception. Colour as well as Collage was the favourite technique Delnaunay used in creating a distinct simultaneity. Many "inobjective" paintings as she herself called unite the rigour of simple geometric forms with an inner life and poetry which emanate from the richness of the colour, the musicality of the rhythm, the vibrant breadth of the execution.
