분리저장 방법에 따른 막걸리의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of Makgeolli during Separation Storage Methods)

  • 전통식품에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있는 현재 최근 막걸리에 대한 개발이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 막걸리의 경우 유통 중 발효현상에 따른 저장 안정성이 중요하게 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 막걸리 저장을 위한 안정성에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 저장 시료로는 대조구 및 원심분리를 하여 얻은 상층액(SS), 침전물(SD)로 하였다. 저장 실험은 $10^{\circ}C$에서 30일 동안 시행하였으며, 저장기간에 따라 취한 시료에 대해 이화학 분석 및 미생물 실험을 하였다. 그 결과 모든 시료군에 대해서 환원당은 10일째부터 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 산도 및 색도 경우 저장기간에 따라 지속적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 특히, 침전물 부분은 yellowness value가 저장 초기보다 2배 정도 증가하였다. 미생물의 경우 유산균은 저장기간이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 효모는 저장 15일 이후 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나 그 유의차는 크지 않았다. 이러한 변화는 원심분리한 후 저장한 시료군에 대하여 비교적 적게 나타났다. 따라서 분리저장 방법이 저장 유통 중 막걸리의 품질변화 개선 효과에 대해 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 향후 막걸리 제품에 대해 분리형 포장 기법이 막걸리 유통 안정성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.

중학교용 에너지 교육 자료 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of Energy Education Materials for Middle School Students)

  • Our country has been consuming a huge amount of energy in the course of industrialization and its demand is expected to increase enormously in the future. However, the deposits of energy resources are so limited that the settlement of energy problem comes up the essential subject. To solve the energy problem, it is requested that new resources to gain energy stably should be developed and also energy should be economized and used effectively. The effective use of energy and an the wisdom of economy in energy are requested to everybody and these things should be habitualized from very young age through education. Nevertheless, almost every school in our country hasn’t been concerned about energy education. Even though they have a concern, they are very short of the energy education materials and the quality of the materials is not so good. Therefore it is very meaningful to the settlement of energy problem of the country to make the students who will lead our country to make the students who will lead our country in the future realize the seriousness of energy problem and to provide them the necessary knowledge and methods to solve this problem so that they practice those things in everyday life. Having these necessities, this research, supported by The Korea Energy Management Corporation(KEMCO), was performed for 8 months from April 17, 1994 to December 17, 1994. Many peoples participated in this study such as 30 staffs of researchers and authors, 5 staffs of photographers and illustrators, and 3 VCR program producers developing an energy education material set for middle school students that includes a printed material for student, a diskette for computer simulation, a teacher's guidebook, VCR material and its guidebook. The following main development direction was established : First, the material for student should be consisted of units that let students know the seriousness of energy problem. Second, the focus should be put on the necessary method and practice to economize energy actually in real life based on the basic knowledge learned in elementary school. Third, material for student should be consisted of modules to be student activity-oriented teaching-learning rather than lecture-oriented one. The activity, to maximize student's interests, should be presented in various forms such as experiments, investigation, play, data interpretation, computer simulation, visits, expression and appreciation, etc. To develop the energy education materials for middle school students, a research plan was made first. After literature review about domestic and foreign energy education materials, several research trips home and abroad, and discussion meetings, the basic theory of energy education such as the principle, objective, contents, teaching-learning method, and evaluation method was established. Material for student was developed through the following procedures : The activities in the existing energy education materials were analysed and were divided into four categories related to energy using places of home, school, community, and country, and which were again divided into three categories related to time of past, present, and future, Considering these division, nine modules which are structure units of material for student were chosen, Each module comprises 2-4 activities. Totally 31 activities were designed in this way. The syllabi were made out for each activity and writing was asked for to experts related to each activity after several discussions and revision. To complement the draft, another several discussions and revision were also made on it and then pictures and illustrations were asked for. All these procedures complete the material for student, titled ; Energy Inquiry of Middle School Students', which totals 129 pages and is all in color. As the manuscript of material for student was fixed, writing for teacher's guidebook was asked for to the same writers. The draft of teacher's guidebook was also complemented through the several concentrated works and discussions. Teacher's guidebook focused on the teaching-learning principle and methods of energy education and on the concrete instruction cases for effective instruction of material for student. It is organized with two parts : the one is 'general outline' which introduces theoretical contents and the other is 'details' which are practically helpful to teaching-learning. It is totally 131 pages including both 'general outline' and 'details'. The VCR material and its guidebook consist of contents that cultivate the good attitude trying to economize energy and raise student's interests with a purpose of strong motivation to recognize the necessity of economy and practice it. After establishing development direction of VCR material through discussion meetings and research trips, its script was made by relevant experts. Then the script was also reviewed two times. The drafted VCR material made by a video material developing expert was examined and modified by previews twice. After completion of VCR material, the VCR guidebook was made. All these procedures led to the development of VCR material which runs 20 minutes in VHS type. The VCR guidebook shows a production purpose of the program, structure of contents, evaluation methods, and contents of the program in detail to give help to instructors when they use this VCR material, When these energy education materials are used, it is desirable that the VCR material should be presented first to induce student's motive, and then material for student is introduced Since the material for student is composed of activity-oriented modules and each module is independent one another in general, and each activity is, too. the necessary module or activity can be chosen and utilized in any order according to school or class conditions. This energy education materials will contribute to the development of student's ability to solve energy problem in everyday life and teacher's ability to teach the fundamental knowledge and method in solving energy problem.

감귤과피 분말을 첨가한 식빵의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Pan Bread Added with Citrus Mandarin Peel Powder)

  • 본 연구는 현대인들의 건강기능성 식품에 관심이 높아지고 있는 가운데 감귤과피 분말의 첨가량에 따른 식빵의 품질 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. Mixograph를 이용한 mixogram 결과 대조구와 감귤과피 분말을 3% 첨가한 반죽이 제빵적성에 적합하였으며, 반죽의 stickiness는 감귤과피 분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 점착성이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 발효율은 대조구에 비해 감귤과피 분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 감소하였으며, 반죽과 식빵의 pH는 감귤과피 분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 유의적으로 감소하였다. TPA분석에서 감귤과피 분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 단단해졌으며, 부착성은 높아졌고, 탄력성, 응집성, 씹힘성은 감소하였다. 감귤과피 분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 crumbScan의 기공의 조밀도가 높아졌고, 식빵의 부피와 비용적은 작아졌다. 기호도 검사 결과에서 속질색, 조직감, 향, 맛에 있어서 M3이 가장 높았으며, 전체적인 기호도 역시 M3이 가장 좋았다. 이상의 결과로 M3이 전체적인 기호도와 맛, 조직감 등에서 가장 좋음을 나타내므로 M3이 감귤과피 분말의 최적 첨가량으로 보아진다.

건강기능성 우렁이 만두제품의 마켓 테스트 (Product Development and Market Testing of Ready-to-Eat Mandu with Pond-Snail as a Health Food)

  • Recently, according to increase in production of pond snails resulting from the widespread organic farming, organic farmers are showing a lot of interests in the promotion of consumption and extending the market of pond snails. This study was performed to suggest the process of product development of the ready-to-eat pond-snail Mandu as a health food, to show the results of market test of the pilot product, and to investigate the change of the sensory characteristics during storage periods. For the market test of pond-snail Mandu, the survey was developed and delivered to consumers. The questionnaire consisted of 3 parts such as respondents demographic characteristics, customer's perception of pond-snail Mandu before tasting, and customer's perception of that after tasting. And the market test was carried out with university students, welfare institution residents and apartment residents in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. As a result of the test, the most important purchasing factors were determined in the order of taste (49.5%), hygienic quality (12.5%), nutritional value (10%) and price (9%). And only 4.2% of respondents selected brand name as an important purchasing factor. After tasting pond-snail Mandu, consumers had suggested the better taste (t=6.986, p<0.000) and price (t=2.082, p<0.05) than those of before tasting. In response to favorable impression of pond-snail Mandu, 54.5% of total respondents evaluated positively. The favorable impressions came from iron-rich Mandu (27.6%), high protein and nutritious Mandu (24.4%), calcium-rich Mandu (17.9%), diet Mandu (13.3%), and delicious Mandu (12.5%) respectively. Sensory characteristics of pond-snail Mandu were evaluated by professional panels in terms of the softness of Mandu skin, chewiness, moistness, toothpacking, color, aroma, saltiness, and degree of plain, taste, and aftertaste. The evaluation of sensory characteristics on a 7-point scale, showed that softness of mandu skin (4.44) and aftertaste (4.11) got a low scores. The statistical difference of the tastes (p>0.05) was not founded by storage period of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Based on the result, the improvement of these characteristics are desired in developing the pond-snail Mandu. Research method applied to this study can be useful for developing a new product.

생활한복 이미지를 활용한 캐주얼웨어 디자인 개발 (A Study on the Casual Wear Design based on the Image of the Modernized Korean Costume)

  • Costume is a formative art expressed by active human unlike the field of other living formativeness, and an expression of social actions based on a style of culture in a period. Therefore, costume has a deep connection with a mode of living and is recognized as a 'culture for living', and is more characteristic culture than all metaphysical cultures including architecture, craft, painting, and sculpture. Therefore, it expresses wearer's status or social standing, and furthermore, ideas and values of the times with aesthetic features in their form, color, materials, and pattern, so it is expressed as a mirror reflecting the phases of the times as. Korean costume had been dressed until the period of the Joseon Dynasty without a great change and started to be simplified in a simple style on the grounds of inconvenience in behaviors with the opening of an interchange of Western culture in the civilized period. And, this movement had been continued and Korean costume had been applied as an everyday dress under the name of 'Reformed Korean Costume'. Since the middle phase of 1980s, it aroused many people's interests with the introduction of designs focused on activity and convenience. In 1990's, many people had taken a growing interest in Korean costume with development of various designs keeping pace with the internationalization period and Korean Costume had been revitalized under the name of 'The Modernized Korean Costume'. And, since the 21st century, the advanced communication and full-scaled import of Western fashion have made the introduction of many fashion information in the world into Korea, affected greatly the fashion market, led consumers' sensitivity on a trend to be increased. Therefore, a design accepting a trend 'The Modernized Korean Costume' with fashions has risen. Second, this study is an attempt to suggest a revitalization method of domestic casual Korean costume brands by developing and suggesting competitive and highly value-added products with connection of practicality, variety, and highly sensitive fashion styles. For theoretical study, domestic and foreign literatures, academic journals, professional monthly magazines, and newspapers were examined. And, a process of change and features of the Korean fashion since the civilization period, and concept, features and images of casual Korean costume were analyzed, On the basis of analyzing image, features, and consumers' preference of the modernized Korean costume, a design development plan was established and 10 suits of costume were designed and made.

  • This article is an attempt to explain, at least in part, the contemporary Korean women's consciousness of Western Dreasses. As time changes, the role of clothing undergoes varisous transitions, while values and ways of life are constantly in change. It is, therefore, proper and appropriate to recognize as among the major aspects of social psychology such phenomenon as interests, understanding of clothing, the choice of a dress, and attitudes toward clothing, etc. The purpose of this study is to discover problems concerning and their clothing and their solutions, by means of a surveying approach. The method of research used is based upon questionares distributed to parents of first-year pupils in elementary schools and to female clerks working in offices, covering the period from August through October, 1976. The number of the questionares distrubuted totalled 600, and 526 were returned to the research to be utilized for analysis. The contents of the survey included such things as values concerning clothing, kinds of clothing and their practical use, the selection of clothing and the method of purchase, fashions, etc. The classification of aquisition are self-made clothing, clothing made to order and ready-made materials. It is composed of 25 items, including affirmative reasons as well as negative ones. The processing of the material returned was made by using the computer, and based upon classifications such as ages, monthly income, occupations; thus diagraming the result in percentages. The conclusion made and the improvements proposed are as follows: 1. The values of clothing were placed on the expression of the wearer's personality (32.7) and on eauty(28. 6%). The lower age group places is stress upon the expression of personality, while the higher age group stresses beauty. About 50% of wearers are contented with their clothing, their clothing, the rest of whom them indicating their dissatisfaction with what they wear. As to designs at the time of selection, about 46% indicated their preference of personal expression, 31.8% on usefulness. In selecting material, practicality is emphasized; in selecting patterns, single color is preferred. In short, personal expression and esthetic values are primary, with consideration of practicality in mind. 2. The classification of clothing according to their uses indicates the highest numbers in normal wear (home wears) and clothings to be worn outside home. As to evening dresses, (party dress) only one or two articles were checked by many, and no such article was clamed to be possessed by most. The highest ratio of wearing was shown in the case of home wear (47.3%) and clothing to be worn outside the home, which is 55.8%. The budget for one article of clothing was greatest in the case of home wear, and clothing worn outside the home. Many used both kinds of articles for the same purpose. It is desirable, therefore, that the kinds of clothing should be varied according to the purpose for which they are worn, and that clothing appropriate for that purpose should be worn. 3. The motivation for purchasing clothing was highly chosen in the item of seasonal change, which was 55.7%; Clothing deliberately made was indicated by 45.2%. In the mothods of purchasing clothing, clothing made to order and ready-made was indicated by 44.4%, which is the highest; Clothing made to order was 25.4%, and self-sewing was 1.1%, which is the lowest. (1) In the case of self-sewing, "I like it but it is very hard," was checked by 43.6%; "It is so difficult that I cannot wear such clothing" was checked by 13.3%. From these, we can conclude that the questionees are willing to make clothing by themselves, but techniques involved in sewing and at her problems involved in the skill are complicated but when those problems are eliminated there is a possibility for practice. The response checked by questionees concerning the self-sewing was, "It's economical", which is a clear indication that many questionees are positive for self-sewing. It is generally believed that ready-made clothing is cheaper, but it is not necessarily so. In consideration of the quality of clothing, self-sewing is a necessity, and it is desirable that it should be encouraged. (3) Problems involved in ready-made clothing, such as designs, skills, size (fitting) should be eliminated. When these problems are scientifically gotten rid of, it is possible that affirmative returns will be expected. Affirmative responses such as "Ready-made clothing is economical," "You can select there on the spot," are good signs that many women expect to wear ready-made clothing. It is in this sense that the prospect for ready-made clothing is brighter when much development for ready-made clothing is on the way. 4. Much concern for fashion are checked in such item of questions as "Fashionable clothing in the show window," "Clothes worn by women." The first item was checked by 50.1 %, and the second was checked by 48.6%. The reason for following fashion is "Because many people wear them," which was indicated by 30.4%. The reason for not following fashion is "It is too expensive," which was checked by 29.6%. The 26.2% of the answers indicated that "Fashionable clothing is devoid of personality," The influences of fashion over the development of fashion over the development of clothing are two-fold: Esthetic and active. 청소년의 교복행동과 외모에 대한 태도와의 관련 연구 (A Study Related to Adolescent Students' School Uniform Behavior and Attitude toward Appearance)

  • 본 연구는 2007년 11월에서 12월 중에 전라북도 소재 4개교의 남녀 중 고등학생 898명을 대상으로 설문지법에 의해 교복행동(교복에 대한 태도, 교복만족도, 교복변형)을 알아보고 외모에 대한 태도와의 관련성 등 변인들의 영향력을 파악함으로써 학교현장에 청소년기 의생활 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. SPSS 11.5 for Windows Program을 이용하여 요인분석, Cronbach's $\alpha$, $x^2$ 검증, t 검증, 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA), Duncan의 다중비교검증, Pearson의 적률상관관계를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 첫째, 교복에 대한 태도는 유행성, 과시성, 관리성, 변형성 4개 요인이 선택되었다. 교복에 대한 태도에서는 여학생이 남학생보다 변형에 대한 태도가 높았으며, 중학생이 교복에 대한 태도 중 유행성이 높았고, 관리성과 변형성에서는 고등학생이 높게 나타났다. 교복착용실태를 살펴보면, 현재 착용하고 있는 교복의 디자인, 색상, 옷감에 대해 전체적으로 만족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 청소년들이 교복변형의 경험을 가지고 있었으며, 남학생 보다는 여학생이 교복 변형 경험이 많았다. 교복변형실태에서 스커트(바지) 길이를 줄인 학생이 가장 많았고, 대부분의 청소년들은 외모를 돋보이기 위해 교복의 길이, 옆선 등 교복을 줄여서 몸에 밀착된 형태로 변형시키고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 교복변형의 가장 중요한 요인으로 '체형보정', '유행', '활동성', '무난함'의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 외모에 대한 차원을 알아보기 위해 요인분석결과, 외모에 대한 동조 가치 욕구 3개 요인이 선택되었다. 여학생이 남학생보다, 고등학생이 중학생에 비하여 욕구 가치 동조 의식이 높게 나타났다. 아버지의 학력이 고졸 이상 일수록 욕구 가치 동조 의식이 높게 나타났으며, 가정의 월수입이 300만원 이상인 학생들이 욕구와 동조 의식이 높게 나타났다. 한 달 용돈을 3만원 이상 받는 학생들이 1만원에서 2만원 이하로 용돈을 받는 학생들보다 외모에 대한 욕구와 가치 의식이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 조사대상 청소년의 교복변형유무에 따른 외모에 대한 태도, 교복에 대한 태도, 교복만족도의 차이에서 교복변형을 경험한 학생일수록 외모를 변화시키고자 하며 매력적인 외모에 가치를 두고 추구하는 태도를 지니고 있었고, 교복변형을 하지 않는 학생들은 교복에 대한 태도 중 유행성, 상징성, 관리성에서 유의하게 높게 평가하였으며, 교복변형을 한 학생들은 변형성만에서 유의하게 높게 평가하였다. 교복에 대한 태도의 하위영역인 유행성은 외모에 대한 태도와 부적 상관관계를 보였고, 변형성은 외모에 대한 태도와 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 현재 착용하고 있는 교복의 디자인, 색상, 옷감에 대한 만족도와 외모에 대한 태도는 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론적으로 청소년들의 교복행동과 외모에 대한 태도는 관련이 있었으며, 청소년기 외모에 대한 관심은 하루 일과 중 가장 많이 접하는 교복행동 즉, 교복에 대한 태도, 교복만족도, 교복변형으로 이어지고 있었다.

유전자총을 이용한 형질전환 심비디움 식물체 생산체계 최적화 (Optimization of particle gun-mediated transformation system in Cymbidium)

  • 실험은 심비디움 원괴체 (PLB: protocorm-like bodies)를 재료로 유전자총을 이용한 효율적인 형질전환 조건을 확립하고자 수행되었다. 이 PLB 조직에 제초제저항성 유전자인 bar 유전자와 reporter 유전자인 gus를 포함하고 있는 pCAMBIA3301 벡터를 이용하여 유전자총으로 형질전환 하였다. 형질전환 벡터에 포함되어 있는 제초제저항성유전자 (bar)를 이용하여 선발하게 되므로 선발배지에 첨가될 제초제로서 PPT (Phosphinotricin)의 적정 농도를 찾고자 실험한 결과, 5 mg/l에서 최적의 대부분의 PLB의 생육이 억제되고 신초형성이 이루어지지 않았다. 이를 기반으로 유전자총 실험에 맞는 최적 조건을 찾는 실험을 수행하여 1.0 ${\mu}m$ gold입자크기, 헬륨가스 압력은 1,100과 1,350 psi사이에서는 차이가 없다는 전제 하에 물리적 피해가 덜 가는 1,100 psi를 조건으로 선택하였고, 유전자총과 목표물과의 거리는 6 cm 그리고 DNA 농도는 1회 유전자총 발사횟수당 1.0 ${\mu}g$ 조건을 최적조건으로 하였다. 이 조건을 기반으로 100개의 PLB를 형질전환 하면 평균적으로 6 ~ 8개의 PLB가 제초제 저항성을 나타내는 개체로 성장하고 최종적으로 2개체 정도가 온실에서 순화과정을 거쳐 완전한 형질전환 식물체로 생산된다. 이외에도 유전자총 실험 전에 0.2 M sorbitol과 0.2 M mannitol을 혼합처리하여 4시간 동안 배양시키면 2배 이상 효율을 높일 수 있게 되어, 결론적으로 100개의 PLB를 형질전환 수행하면 최종적으로 3.2 ~ 4.0개 정도의 형질전환 심비디움 식물체가 나오는 효율이라고 할 수 있다. 본 실험을 통해 생산된 형질전환 심비디움 개체들은 PCR 분석을 통해 유전자 도입을 확인하였고, 형질전환 개체 중 임의로 선발된 5계통들의 잎을 Basta 0.5% 용액에 침지한 결과, 3 계통은 제초제에 저항성을 가지는 것으로 확인되었고, 그중 1계통은 아주 강한 저항성을 보여주었다. 본 실험 결과들을 바탕으로 환경저항성 등의 유용유전자가 도입된 형질전환 심비디움 식물체 개발에 기여하리라 사료된다.

  • 본 연구는 주요 구성지방산이 Oleic acid인 유채유, 동백유, 올리브유와 Palmitic acid가 주요 구성 지방산인 팜유를 기준으로 중량비로 혼합하여 지방산 조성 및 물성변화를 관찰 하였다. 지방산 조성의 변화를 전체적으로 살펴보면 50:50(w/w)비율에서는 Oleic acid은 유채유와 대두유의 혼합 시 42.8%로 가장 낮았고 동백유와 유채유의 혼합비율에서 72.1%로 가장 높았다. 75:25(w/w)유채유와 대두유 혼합비율에서 가장 낮았고 동백유와 올리브유의 혼합비에서 가장 높았다. 팜유를 기준으로 식물성 유지를 혼합하였을 시에는 다른 유지와 혼합 후 총 포화지방산은 감소하였다. 혼합 후 지방산 조절을 통한 산화안정성 및 저온에서의 유동성 개선이 기대 된다. 혼합 후 동백유 > 올리브유 > 유채유 순으로 산가 안전화 경향을 보였으며 이는 Oleic acid 함량에 따라 기인한 것으로 보인다. 또한 혼합을 통한 산화안정성을 개선시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 색도는 비율 및 유지에 따른 유의적인 변화를 보이지는 않았으나 바이오디젤 생산 정제공정에 있어서 혼합비율 조절에 따른 정제비용 절감이 기대 된다. 본 연구를 통하여 유지간 혼합에 의한 특성변화를 확인하고, 혼합유의 원료 다양성 확보 및 품질개선을 위한 정보를 얻어 향후 연구수행의 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

소셜미디어 콘텐츠의 오피니언 마이닝결과 시각화: N라면 사례 분석 연구 (Visualizing the Results of Opinion Mining from Social Media Contents: Case Study of a Noodle Company)

  • Web2.0의 등장과 함께 급속히 발전해온 온라인 포럼, 블로그, 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 소셜 미디어 서비스는 소비자와 소비자간의 의사소통을 넘어 이제 기업과 소비자 사이의 새로운 커뮤니케이션 매체로도 인식되고 있다. 때문에 기업뿐만 아니라 수많은 기관, 조직 등에서도 소셜미디어를 활용하여 소비자와 적극적인 의사소통을 전개하고 있으며, 나아가 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠에 담겨있는 소비자 고객들의 의견, 관심, 불만, 평판 등을 분석하고 이해하며 비즈니스에 적용하기 위해 이를 적극 분석하는 단계로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 연구의 한 분야로서 비정형 텍스트 콘텐츠와 같은 빅 데이터에서 저자의 감성이나 의견 등을 추출하는 오피니언 마이닝과 감성분석 기법이 소셜미디어 콘텐츠 분석에도 활발히 이용되고 있으며, 이미 여러 연구에서 이를 위한 방법론, 테크닉, 툴 등을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 아직 대량의 소셜미디어 데이터를 수집하여 언어처리를 거치고 의미를 해석하여 비즈니스 인사이트를 도출하는 전반의 과정을 제시한 연구가 많지 않으며, 그 결과를 의사결정자들이 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 시각화 기법으로 풀어내는 것 또한 드문 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 소셜미디어 콘텐츠의 오피니언 마이닝을 위한 실무적인 분석방법을 제시하고 이를 통해 기업의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 시각화된 결과물을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국 인스턴트 식품 1위 기업의 대표 상품인 N-라면을 사례 연구의 대상으로 실제 블로그 데이터와 뉴스를 수집/분석하고 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 이런 과정에서 프리웨어 오픈 소스 R을 이용함으로써 비용부담 없이 어떤 조직에서도 적용할 수 있는 레퍼런스를 구현하였다. 그러므로 저자들은 본 연구의 분석방법과 결과물들이 식품산업뿐만 아니라 타 산업에서도 바로 적용 가능한 실용적 가이드와 참조자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.
