'홍백' 복숭아를 대상으로 저장 및 유통 중 품질 향상을 위한 1-MCP처리 방법과 4종의 선도 유지제 처리효과를 구명하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. '홍백' 복숭아의 적정 1-MCP 농도는 1000ppb였고 경도유지 및 착색지연에 있어서 가장 우수한 효과를 나타내었는데 당도 및 산도의 변화에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않았다. 유통온도에 따른 1-MCP와 에틸렌 제거제의 효과를 보면 $20^{\circ}C$ 저장의 경우에 비하여 $30^{\circ}C$ 저장의 경우 1-MCP 처리의 긍정적 효과가 더욱 크게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 1-MCP 처리가 고온에서의 유통과정 중 품질유지가 효과적일 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 한편 1-MCP와 선도유지를 위한 박스 내 충진물질의 복합처리 효과를 검토하여 본 결과 1-MCP와 카본세라믹 복합처리구의 경우에서 가장 높은 경도유지효과를 나타내어 실용성이 인정되었다.

The features of special brand eggs are growing more and more diverse and it is hard to draw a clear distinction between these and ordinary (no-brand) eggs. Special brand eggs range from those with objectively recognizable characteristics to those given only an unsubstantial product image and price differentials are among them great, too. The relation between product features and prices is unclear. Special brand eggs are the commodity whose characteristics are the vaguest of all livestock products. Farm's brand eggs produce a high profitability to producers is they are directly sold to consumers, by, for example, home-delivery service. But if they are sold to supermarkets, etc., producer's (poultry farmer's) income becomes lower by the amount of distributors' margin, reducing the profitability substantially. Thus how to increase the ration of retailing is important for farmers to secure a high profit. The sales strategies of poultry are the combination of two elements, that is, new product development (product differentiation) and creation of new market. But it is difficult for special brand egg producers to develop products with clear characteristics (use value) distinct form ordinary eggs and so these producers depend on the factors of appearance, such as the color of egg shells and package. Special brand eggs manage to keep their marketable value by the combination of the few product features and product image. Thus NB eggs from feed producers have a great market-ability since they can take advantage of the power of patents and TV commercials. However, market differentiation affects profitability much more than product features and price gaps are very wide between directly sold and wholesaled eggs. The producers of special brand eggs have come to the turning point where they have to decide whether they will content with being the subcontractors for NB and PB eggs or they will continue to keep their independence in production and marketing.

본 연구는 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 유채-무채 배색, 면적비, 성별이 남성복 착용자의 이미지에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이들 단서로 사용된 84개의 자극물에 대한 이미지를 평가하기 위해 경남, 서울, 부산, 대구 등지에 거주하는 남녀 대학생 2016명의 피험자를 대상으로 하였으며 26쌍의 의미미분척도를 요인 분석하여 이미지 차원을 밝혔다. 그 결과 이들 단서들이 어떻게 조합되어 이미지에 영향을 미치는지 규명하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 유채-무채 배색, 면적비, 성별에 따른 3색 사선 스트라이프 넥타이 착용자의 이미지 차원은 젊음.활동성, 능력성, 매력성, 현시성, 온유성의 5개 차원으로 도출되었으며, 유채-무채 배색, 면적비, 지각자의 성별이 이미지 형성에 미치는 영향은 이미지 차원에 따라 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과는 넥타이 디자인 기획 시 소비자의 감성을 충족시킬 수 있는 자료제시가 될 것으로 본다.

최근 백화점에서는 고객 유치와 홍보적 수단으로 미디어파사드를 활용하고 있다. 특히, 대형 백화점을 이용하는 고객을 살펴보면 남성보다 여성의 비율이 4.6배나 많다. 이는 성별에 따른 차별화된 미디어파사드 콘텐츠를 제작해야 하는 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 남녀에 의한 미디어파사드의 인지정도에 따른 실증분석을 목적으로 하고자 한다. 먼저 선행연구를 통해 심미성, 예술성, 쾌적성, 조화성 총4개의 인지요인을 도출하고 "각 인지요인이 성별에 따라 지각하는 데는 차이가 있을 것이다"라는 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 검정하기 위해 미디어파사드가 설치되어 있는 국내 대형 백화점을 선정하고 실증실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, 심미성, 예술성, 조화성은 채택되었고 쾌적성은 기각되었다. 이는 백화점에서 더 많은 여성고객 유치를 위해서는 공간과 미디어파사드의 조화, 형태, 색, 배치 등의 아름다움, 그리고 콘텐츠의 연출방식 등에 대해 여성을 고려해야 할 것이다.

Objective: The present study identified the minimum legible text size by an experiment for eight combinations of background and text colors, which will be used in designing visual information on group-view display (GVD). Background: Information on minimum legible text size is needed to design the visual information presented on GVD in a radioactive waste control room. Method: The experiment was conducted for 22 male participants (age: mean = 37, SD = 6.7; visual acuity: over 0.8) who were recruited by considering demographic characteristics of current control room operators. Eight combinations of background and text colors were considered and the minimum legible text size was determined for each combination by applying the method of limits, one of psychophysical methods. Results: The minimum legible text size was significantly different in accordance with the combination of background and text colors. Statistical analysis results showed that luminance contrast and color contrast between background and text influenced the minimum legible text sizes. Conclusion: This study concluded that the minimum legible text size is 8 minute of arc for various combinations of background and text colors. Application: The minimum legible text size identified in the present study can be utilized in designing visual information on GVD at the main control room in a radioactive waste facility.

교합형 동방향이축압출기는 고분자재료의 컴파운딩에 주로 사용되는 기계이다. 이축압출기는 가공하는 재료와 생산제품에 적합한 스크류 조합을 설계하여 품질과 생산성이 양호한 컴파운딩공정을 구축할 수 있다. 스크류조합을 구성하는 스크류와 니딩 엘리먼트의 종류, 형상 및 사양에 대하여 정리하였고, 각각의 엘리먼트가 조합될 때 고분자 수지의 가공성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보았다. 범용수지의 대량생산에 보편적으로 적용되는 스크류 조합의 원리를 설명하였고, 피딩, 용융혼련 및 미터링영역에 적합한 스크류조합의 방향과 사례를 나열하였다. 액상첨가제나 무기필러의 사이드피딩, 반응압출, 탈기공정, 밝은 색상과 투명도가 요구되는 제품의 생산 및 겉보기비중이 낮은 재료의 가공 등 각각의 경우에 맞는 스크류조합의 방향과 원리를 제시하였다.

Sea cucumbers (Holothuria scabra), also known as beche-de-mer, are highly valued as a luxurious food item and have been utilized as a traditional tonic food in various Asian countries for centuries. The body walls of sea cucumbers are the main edible part, which are primarily composed of glycosaminoglycan (GAG). The rehydration of dried sea cucumber is a crucial step prior to further processing. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of ultrasound-assisted rehydration (UAR) on the quality of dried sea cucumbers. The experiment used four different rehydration methods, including conventional methods at 27℃ (KV27℃) and 15℃ (KV15℃), as well as a combination of ultrasound at 27℃ with conventional at 15℃ (UAR27 + KV15℃) and ultrasound at 15℃ with conventional at 15℃ (UAR15 + KV15℃). Results indicated that the rehydration rate (RR) was significantly affected by both the rehydration method and the temperature used (p < 0.05). UAR27 + KV15℃ was identified as the most effective method in terms of rehydration behavior and quality characteristics of dried sea cucumber, with a RR of 0.58 ± 0.53 gH₂O/hour and reduced rehydration time of up to 28 hours. Moreover, the UAR27 + KV15℃ method demonstrated superior rehydration potential, nutritional value (proximate composition and sulfate content), color, lower energy, and microstructure properties compared to the other methods. The sulfate content and yield of sulfated GAGs were determined to be 89.4 mg/g and 52.8 ㎍/g, respectively. Confirmation of the absorption band of the sulfate group showed the presence of 3-N-acetyl galactosamine at a wavelength of 1,269 cm^-1 and C-O-S at 860 cm^-1. The sea cucumbers treated with UAR exhibited a GAG content approximately 2.9 times higher than those rehydrated with the conventional method. Eventually, the combination of UAR at 27℃ with conventional at 15℃ methods can significantly accelerate the rehydration of sea cucumber without negatively affecting its physical quality properties.

This study aimed to reveal the concept and background of emergence of black leather jacket that began appearing in full-scale among youth sub-culture from 1950's, and to research its styles and aesthetic features on the basis of that. The researcher has intended to a theoretical frame to recreate black leather jacket which has been developing in youth sub-culture style as a resource of new design in modern fashion trend through this study There are 5 styles of black leather jacket in youth sub-culture after 1950's. Firstly, biker style black leather jacket showed ruined war heroes substituting for military uniform. Secondly, rocker style black leather jacket brought the conversion in definition of masculinity. Thirdly, greaser style black leather jacket showed the beauty of uncleanness expressing resistance and violence with tattered dirty materials and excessive metal ornaments. Fourthly, headbanger style black leather jacket was prominent in various and compound decoration due to combination of rocker and hippie features. fifthly, punk style black leather jacket was influenced greatly by Sex Pistols. There are broadly three ecstatic features oi black leather jacket among youth sub-culture. With regard to displaying terrorism, black leather jacket displayed threatening aspects with black color, formative beauty of inverted triangle, additional decoration, and animal & brutal feelings. Paradoxical trophyism showed Nihilism, disorder, and resistance through black color that symbolize bad luck and unstability, trophyism with bad flavor, tattered material effect, and destructive message painting. Masculine eroticism appeared in accordance with pursuing after pleasure and masculine sexuality through exposure of buttocks and focused penis due to jacket's short length, and fetish of black.

This study is done to assist in the limit of stage dress design research considering the sense of the times and the sympathy of spectators for actual stage. For the base research, to visualize the image which the spectators are feeling from Shakespeare's Hamlet, the evaluators had to analyze the whole image and color tone of the figures. First of all, 2 clothing for Hamlet, Gertrude and Ophelia had to be designed, and following conclusion has drawn. Hamlet A corresponds with passive looks which is a combination of loneliness, sadness and the unstable mental state of not adapting to and hiding from the reality. Hamlet B has more of matured looks which make Hamlet more free and comfortable from life and death as he overcame a crisis of death. Gertrude A corresponds with the image of coming right out of the funeral of late king. Gertrude B shows more of her sadness as she hears of her son Hamlet's despair and resentment and her maternal return degradation which is a special situations emphasizing her unstable and dizzy image. Ophelia A shows her usual and normal looks of a livelihood and femininity. She congratulates the wedding and coronation, and falls in love with Hamlet which shows a lot of her girlish image. Ophelia B shows dismantled rationality and violated virginity which is a very complex and unstable state showing a completely different image. Based on the above research. It was proposed their clothing through the next study of the characters, and personally make them for 2003 Yeonheedan Street Group's performance Hamlet.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical results of anterolateral thigh free flap on soft tissue defect following wide excision in malignant soft tissue tumor of lower extremities. Methods: Between February 2005 to April 2010, we followed up 19 cases who were undergoing anterolateral thigh free flap because of soft tissue defect following wide excision of malignant soft tissue tumor in lower extremity, including 9 cases were heel, 5 cases in foot, 3 cases in ankle, 2 cases in knee and leg. We observed that of implanted area's color, peripheral circulation at 3, 5, 7 days after operation and evaluated operating time, amount of hemorrhage, implanted skin necrosis, additional operations, complications. And we also evaluated the oncologic results, including local recurrence, metastasis, and morbidity. Results: Average operation time of wide excision and anterolateral thigh free flap was 7 hour 28 minutes. 18(94.7%) of total 19 cases showed successful engraftment, on the other hand, failure of engraftment due to complete necrosis of flap in 1 case. In 18 cases with successful engraftment, reoperation was performed in 4 cases. Among them, removal of hematoma and engraftment of flap after bleeding control was performed in 3 cases, because of insufficient circulation due to the hematoma. In the remaining 1 case, graft necrosis due to flap infection was checked, and grafted after combination of wound debridement and conservative treatment such as antibiotics therapy, also skin graft was performed at debrided skin defect area. Skin color change was mainly due to congestion with hematoma, flap was not observed global congestion or necrosis except 4 cases which shows partial necrosis on margin that treated with conservative therapy. Conclusions: Anterolateral thigh free flap could be recommended for reconstruction of soft tissue defect following wide excision of malignant soft tissue tumor in lower extremity.
