이석 윤문 및 채집시기를 이용해 분석된 남해 멸치(Engraulis japonicus)의 연령과 성장특성 (Age and Growth Characteristic of Pacific Anchovy, Engraulis japonicus, in the Southern Waters of Korea Based on the Year Ring of Otolith and Collection Date)

  • 멸치의 연령 및 성장특성을 분석하기 위해 2004년에 남해 연안에서 채집된 개체들의 이석 506개를 분석하였으며, 윤문에 의해 결정된 연령과 채집시기를 기준으로 멸치의 월령을 추정하였다. 월령별 가랑이 체장을 이용하여 구한 성장 매개변수인 이론적 최대 체장은 132.9 mm, 성장계수는 0.1079/month였으며 체장이 0일 때의 이론적 연령은 1.0262월이었다. 이들 매개변수로 von Bertalanffy 체장성장식을 나타내면, Lt=132.9(1-e-0.1079(t-1.0262))였다. 연륜과 채집시기를 통해 설정한 월령 기준의 성장 매개변수 추정은 우리나라 멸치의 성장특성을 파악하기에 적절한 것으로 판단되었다.

기상요인과 채취시기가 옻나무 칠액채취량 및 칠액의 質에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Climatic Factors and Tapping Date on Yield and Quality of Lactree (Rhus verniciflua) Sap)

  • This study was conducted to understand the effects of weather and tapping date on yield and quality of lactree(Rhus verniciflua) sap yield showed a significant positive correlation with the minimum temperature of one day before sap collection at 1% level and with theminimum humidity of theday of sap collection at 5% level. However, the differences between the maximum and the minimum temperatures and humidities of the day of sap collection were negatively correlated with the sap yield at 5% level. Multiple regression analysis indicated that the minimum temperature of one day bofore sap collection and the minumum humidity of the day sap collection were important factors for increasing sap yield. The high sap yield of lactree by Japanese tapping method was recorded during mid-July and early August. Seasonal variation in lactree sap constituents was observed. The sap collected on 15th of August contained the highest urushiol content (68.3%) and the lowest water content resulting in high quality of lactree sap. By reversed-phase HPLC analysis, fove urushiol components were separated from each other depending on the number of doulbe bonds in the side-chain , and seaxonal variation of urushiol composition was noticed. The 3-C15 triene content fo the sap collected on 5th of July was the highest(77.56%) indicating the major component of urushiol which affects lactree sap quality.

고려인삼 열매채취시기에 따른 열매형질 및 진세노사이드 함량 변화 (Changes of Berry Characteristics and Ginsenoside Content Depending on Collection Time of Korean Ginseng Berry)

  • Background: This study was carried out to determine the best time for collecting ginseng berries without reducing the ginsenoside-Re content of ginseng roots, which are used as food, medicine, or cosmetic materials. Methods and Results: The test variety of ginseng used in this study was is Chunpung, which was collected from a 4-year-old ginseng field. Ginseng berries were collected at 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, and 56 days after flowering. The number of berry bunches per $1.62m^2$ ranged from 43.4 to 61.4, while the weight of berries per $1.62m^2$ was the greatest when they were collected 49 days after flowering. The root fresh weight per $1.62m^2$ was increased by 0.21 - 1.00 kg compared with that before the test, but root weight gain was decreased as the berry collection time was delayed. Total ginsenoside content of 4-year-old ginseng was the highest when berries were collected 7 days after flowering, while the ginsenoside-Re contents was the highest when collection was done 14 days after flowering. Conclusions: The most suitable period for ginseng berry collection was proposed to be from 14 to 21 days after flowering, as this is when the content of ginsenoside-Re, which is useful as a medicinal or cosmetic material, is still high and the ginseng root has not yet decreased in weight.

  • The knowledge on the number of necessary and collectable reflections for the crystal structure analysis is greatly helpful in choosing the conditions for X-ray intensity data collection using automatic four circle diffractometer. In this paper, we represent a method to calculate the total unmber of collectable intensity date in an asymmetric unit.

포장재에 따른 멸균품의 유효기간에 관한 연구 (Study on the Shelf Life of Sterilized Products according to Packaging Materials)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the most appropriate shelf life for sterilized products according to their packaging material. Methods: Samples were prepared to target six nursing units in one general hospital in Seoul. After steam and E.O gas sterilization, sterilized product, samples were supplied to wards. Data collection was conducted for 3 months, after the expiration date of 3 months had passed for samples packaged with crepe paper and nonwoven wraps. For samples packaged with paper-plastic pouches, data collection conducted for 3 months when the expiration date of 9 months had passed. The sterilized products were collected and tested for microbial contamination. Identification of the storage environment was done as samples were collected. Results: This study confirmed that the storage environment met international standards such as CDC, except for temperature. For steam sterilized crepe paper packaging samples and steam and E.O gas sterilized for nonwoven packaging samples no contamination in all products was found for 3 months past the expiration date. However, in the E.O gas sterilized paper-plastic pouch packaging sterile samples, Gram-positive bacilli were detected in one sample from a surgical intensive care unit at 45 weeks and another sample from an operating room at 47 weeks. Furthermore, the results did not show any microorganisms for up to 52 weeks in all products. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, sterilized product packaging made with crepe paper and nonwoven wraps is better able an extended shelf life from 3 months to 6 months, reducing unnecessary costs.

  • It can be made a definition that scheduling is a imposition of machinery and equipment to perform a collection of tasks. Ultimately scheduling is an assessment of taking order for which would be perform. So it is called "sequencing" in other words. In a job shop scheduling, the main object is to making delivery in accordance with the due date and order form customer, not to producing lots of quantity with minimizing mean flow time in a given time. Actually, in a company, they concentrate more in the delivery than minimizing the mean flow time. Therefore this paper suggest a new priority dispatching rule under consideration as below in a n/m job shop scheduling problem with due date. 1. handling/transportation time, 2. the size of customer order With this algorithm, we can make a scheduling for minimizing the tardiness of delivery which satisfy a goal of production.roduction.

채취 시기와 발아 온도에 따른 진달래의 종자 및 발아 특성 (Characteristics of Seed and Germination of Rhododendron mucronulatum by Collection Dates and Germination Temperatures)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 자생수종인 진달래(Rhododendron mucronulatum Turcz.)의 열매 및 종자의 특성을 조사하여 종자를 통한 대량번식 기술의 기초자료를 확보하고자 실시하였다. 진달래 열매는 강화군 고려산(435 m)에서 2013년 8월 26일, 9월 5일, 9월 12일, 10월 4일에 각각 채취하였다. 채취된 종자의 발아 온도 실험은 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, $30^{\circ}C$에서 실시하였다. 열매의 함수율은 2013년 9월 5일 채취 열매에서 54.5%로 가장 높았으며, 채취일자에 관계없이 열매의 종자개수는 91.3~116.3개였다. 종자의 길이는 10월 4일 채취 종자에서 $1947.4{\mu}m$, 폭은 9월 12일에서 $727.3{\mu}m$로 가장 컸다. 발아율은 종자의 채취시기에 관계없이 $25^{\circ}C$에서 높았으며, 9월 12일 채취한 종자에서 27.3%로 가장 높았다. 한편, 채취시기와 관계없이 5, 10 및 $30^{\circ}C$에서는 전혀 발아가 되지 않았다. $T_{50}$과 평균발아일수는 온도가 높아질수록 짧아지는 경향을 보였으며, 발아균일도는 채취시기가 늦을수록 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 발아속도는 $25^{\circ}C$에서 가장 빠른 것으로 조사되었다. 본 실험의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 진달래 종자의 적정 채취시기는 9월 12일~10월 4일 경이며, 적정 발아 온도는 $25^{\circ}C$인 것으로 판단된다.

  • A common problem encountered in product or process design is the selection of optimal parameter levels which involve simultaneous consideration of multiresponse variables. A multiresponse problem is solved through three major stages: data collection, model building, and optimization. To date, various methods have been proposed for the optimization stage, including the desirability function approach and loss function approach. In this paper, we first propose a framework classifying the existing studies and then propose some promising directions for future research.
