예비 수학교사 교육에서 수업장학이 중요함에도 불구하고 예비교사의 수업기술 향상과 이로 인한 수업의 효과 증대에 필요한 수업장학의 구체적 방안에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 국립사범대학에서 수학 수업장학을 받고 교육실습을 다녀온 74명의 예비 수학교사를 대상으로 한 설문 조사와 4명의 예비 수학교사를 대상으로 한 면담을 통하여 수학 예비교사의 수업장학에 관한 실태 및 요구를 조사하였다. 설문 조사 및 개별 면담을 분석한 결과와 수업장학에 관한 이론을 바탕으로 중등수학 예비교사의 수업장학을 위한 제언을 하였다. 조사 결과, 사범대학의 예비 수학교사 교육에서 이루어지고 있는 발표수업과 수업장학은 예비 수학교사가 수업 기술을 발전시키고 전문성을 신장시키는 실질적인 하나의 방법이었다. 한편, 효과적인 수업장학을 위하여 교육실습 기간의 수업장학은 현장과 대학의 협동장학으로 이루어질 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Little has been known about the process of the language teacher professional development. The present study aims to investigate an assumption that anybody who has subject matter knowledge will be a good language teacher. A teacher with rich linguistic knowledge started to question the effectiveness of his online class. The teacher, in collaboration with a teacher trainer, became involved in the critical examination of his online class, seeking for more effective ways of teaching. The trainer provided the teacher with clinical supervision, which is characterized as developmental, collaborative, non-judgemental, interactive, and teacher-centered. The data collected at the multi-facets of the online teaching shows how the process of the teacher's decision-making became principled on the basis of recent developments in English language teaching, and how the teacher has gained pedagogical knowledge through reflection upon his teaching. The feedback from the students reveals that such teacher professional development is beneficial to student learning. These findings suggest that language teacher's professional development can take place when they are engaged in reflective teaching and classroom investigation. It is also suggested that the process of teacher development can be enhanced through collaborative supervision with trust, openness and congeniality between parties involved.

Objective: This study was aimed to establish a quantitative detection method for meat contamination based on specific polypeptides. Methods: Thermally stable peptides with good responses were screened by high resolution liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Standard curves of specific polypeptide were established by triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Finally, the adulteration of commercial samples was detected according to the standard curve. Results: Fifteen thermally stable peptides with good responses were screened. The selected specific peptides can be detected stably in raw meat and deep processed meat with the detection limit up to 1% and have a good linear relationship with the corresponding muscle composition. Conclusion: This method can be effectively used for quantitative analysis of commercial samples.

Due to the division of China's departmental laws, the disconnect between theory and practice, and the influence of traditional academic thinking on the understanding of the knowledge structure of arbitration legal talents in practice, the construction of law school colleges, teaching teams, and research centers mostly revolves around departmental laws, tearing the connection of the arbitration legal system. The student-centered, process-guaranteed, and result-oriented arbitration master of law training model is "virtualized," the shaping of arbitration professionalism is ignored, the coverage of practical teaching is narrowed, and the arbitration legal profession is mostly formalized. The prevalence of specialized curriculum systems shortage, single faculty, formalized practical teaching, outdated curriculum settings, unsuitable curriculum system design for development, and inaccurate professional curriculum standards and positioning renders it difficult to integrate the "Belt and Road." The cutting-edge, the latest research results, and practical experience cannot reflect the connotation, goals, and requirements of "Entrepreneurship" education, as well as arbitral issues such as the ineffective monitoring of practical education and the inconsistent evaluation of standards and scales. Under the background of the "Belt and Road," based on system theory and practice and through training goals that innovate and initiate organizational form, activity content, management characteristics, assessment and support conditions, etc., the arbitration law teaching curriculum system is gradually improved and integrated. Through the establishment of a "Belt and Road" arbitration case file database and other measures, a complete arbitration law theory and practice teaching guarantee system has been established. Third parties are introduced, arbitration law experimental modules are developed, students are guided how to discover new knowledge, new contents are mastered, solidarity, cooperation, and problem-solving capabilities are cultivated in the practice of the "Belt and Road," and quality education, vocational education, and innovation education are organically integrated. In order to implement the requirements of arbitration law education, innovation development and collaborative management of arbitration law teaching practice base should be cultivated, thus giving full play to the effect of collaborative education between universities and arbitration institutions.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관 활용수업을 운영한 사서교사의 자기평가 결과에 나타난 성과와 한계를 분석하고 현실적인 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 결과 도서관 활용수업의 계기는 주로 교과 교사의 학습 자료 요구이고, 사서교사의 교육적 역할은 정보 탐색 및 접근과 정보 종합 및 표현에서 이루어지고 있다. 기존 연구와 비교하여 본 연구에서 나타난 도서관 활용수업의 추가적인 제한 요소는 수업에서의 사서교사 역할 제한, 교과교사의 수업권 보호 심리와 수업 공유에 대한 거부감 그리고 다수의 동일 교과 교사와의 협력의 어려움과 교과 교실제 등이다. 사서교사들이 생각하는 도서관 활용수업의 활성화 방안은 동료교사와 친밀감을 형성하고, 학교 교육과정협의회와 동료장학 및 교사의 공개수업에 적극적으로 참여해야 한다는 것이다.

본 연구는 영자 신문 발간 활동이 영어 의사소통 능력 향상에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 확인하며 프로젝트 기반의 출판 과정을 통한 독립적이면서도 협동적인 학습 환경의 구현가능성을 탐색한다. 한국과학영재학교의 첫 번째 영자 신문 발간 기획은 프로젝트 기반의 교수학습 방법을 적용한 일련의 단계를 거쳐서 완성되었다. 영어 능력과 참여도에 따른 학생 편집자 선발 과정을 시작으로 분야와 주제 및 제재를 선택하고 역할과 기사를 배분하며 결과물을 통합 편집하는 과정을 거친다. 전 과정에 걸쳐 참여자들은 최소한의 지도 감독 아래서 독립적이면서도 협력적으로 활동에 참여하였다. 사후 설문조사에 따르면 성공적인 영자신문의 발간이 전반적 영어 능력을 향상 시켰을 뿐만 아니라 긍정적인 학습자 자아인식과 주도적인 학습 태도를 키웠다고 나타났다. 본 연구는 언어 교육 뿐 아니라 통합적인 프로젝트 기반 교수 학습에 있어 신문 잡지 등의 출판 활동이 주는 장점을 논하는 한편, 향후 프로젝트 교수 학습 방법과 영어 의사소통능력 향상과 관련된 보다 심화된 연구가능성을 제시한다.

본 연구는 개정도서관법에서 중시하는 지역대표도서관의 기능을 재인식하고 지역 공공도서관에 대한 지원과 협력적 역할을 논의하고자 하였다. 지역의 중앙관인 지역대표도서관의 효율적 역할을 위한 협력체계로는 혼합형모델을 통해 국가중앙관인 국립중앙도서관과 지역 단위도서관간의 상호협력을 도모하도록 한다. 지역 공공도서관에 대한 지원과 협력사업으로는 지역도서관서비스위원회를 통한 지역공공도서관의 정책공조를 기초로 하여, 도서관정보화사업 지원. 공동보존, 사서교육의 지역화 및 지역정보자료의 통합체제에 의한 인포메이션 커먼스 등을 핵심으로 한다.

Under 'The Design Street' Project, one of the urban environment improvement projects of Seoul, the facilities on the street have been greatly varied in terms of design. In addition, the municipal authority has pushed each district to develop its own identity based on the integrated design of the city. This study was aimed to propose a design which could solve the current problem in street furniture in terms of environmental improvement through an analysis on current street conditions in "Y" District as a part of Seoul Design Street Project. It has attempted to propose 11 street furnitures based on the basic strategy of 'Soft City' which has been promoted by Seoul City in accordance with the Seoul Public Facility Guidelines as 1. Airy Design, 2. Integrated Design, 3. Collaborative Design and 4. Sustainable Design. Among them, for the total design in Seoul six facilities - kiosk, manhole, traffic signal controller, public phone, road sign and waste receptacle were proposed by Seoul City have been accepted. For local differentiation, on the contrary, five items - planter bench, bollard, lifter, bike rack and fence have been newly designed and proposed. Furthermore, it is essential to carry out systematic supervision and continuous management on the detail design and construction of current regional design development projects.

This study is performed to confirm the influencing factors of family health protection behaviors using the variables included in Pender's Family Promotion Model. 1. The subjects are 110 families in preschooler family developmental stage, respondents are children's mother or father. These families are almost all nuclear types(95%), function of families is healthy as much as 8.0 the mean FAPGAR score. The prevalence rate of family members' illness was 14.7% these last 3 months, and 21.1 % of families responded suffered from injury for last 2 years. 2. The practice rate of injury prevention behavior is below a half in supervision and modifying of their home and residential environments, especially controlling through collaborative community power. The more familiar function score is the better practicing rates of injury prevention behaviors. 3. The injury prevention behaviors correlate to family size, health status of family member, and children's congenital defects with statistical significance. Families' economic condition correlates also significantly to family health status, cognition of benefits of injury prevention, cognition of the importance of community collecting power. And the recognition of the benefits of injury prevention correlates the adaptive health concept, family norms about injury prevention, economic status. 4. Considering family health promotion model. the general influencing factor is only affected to family protective behavior, and other paths don't affect to family's behaviors. In simple regression, the family protective behavior model explains 27.8%(P=0.05), significant factors are family function status, family size, chronic illness of family members', mother's education level. father's age. 5. To define of familiar preventive behavior as a unit is very important, but it has the limitation to solve the difficulties of family studies going with the operationalized difficulties of health promotion concept.

국가 운영에서 부정, 낭비, 남용을 방지하기 위해 감사 및 감찰기구를 운영하고, 이들에게 업무의 독립성 보장을 포함한 많은 권한과 책임을 부여하고 있다. 하지만 이들 기관에서 발생하는 문제나 비위에 대해서는 누가 어떻게 감독하는지에 대한 문제가 제기된다. 이러한 감독을 위해 미국에서는 감찰관 법을 통해 감사기구 간 협의체인 감사공동체를 구성하여 업무 수행의 기준 준수 여부와 감사기구 직원의 비위에 대한 조사를 수행하고, 의회, 대통령, 회계감사원, 소속 기관 지도부 등 다양한 이해관계자가 상호작용을 하면서 독립성 보장과 협업 문화를 조성하고 있다. 정부 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 제고한다는 측면에서 감독기구와 의회의 관계를 발전시킬 필요가 있는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 미국 사례를 연구하여 우리나라 감사기구에 적용할 감독제도의 효율적인 정책방안을 제시한다.
