중소기업의 산·연 기술협력 성과 영향 요인 (The Success Factors on Private-Public Technology Collaboration of SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업과 출연(연) 간 기술협력과 성과 영향요인을 중소기업 관점에서 전략적 지향성(기업가지향성), 역량(협력역량, 흡수역량)을 중심으로 분석한다. 기업가지향성의 기술협력성과에 대한 직접효과 및 간접효과, 협력역량과 흡수역량의 매개효과, 협력역량과 흡수역량과의 관계를 규명한다. 실증분석을 위해 출연(연)에서 운영하고 있는 기술협력 프로그램에 참여 중인 2,895개 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며 332개의 응답 자료를 수집하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 기업가지향성, 협력역량, 흡수역량 모두 기술협력을 통한 기술혁신성과에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 협력역량은 흡수역량에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업과 출연(연)의 기술협력이 성공하기 위해서는 내부자원의 한계를 극복하기 위한 조직차원의 기업가지향성과 협력과정을 관리하기 위한 역량, 협력을 통해 생산된 지식을 획득 및 활용하여 성과를 창출할 수 있는 역량을 확보하기 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • 본 연구는 국가도서관의 현재 자원들을 정보적, 인적, 공간적 차원에서 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 향후 협력사업의 정책적 과제와 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 외국 사례, 국가도서관관련 법령과 국가정책, 관종별 도서관협력과 국회도서관의 자원별 대외협력사업의 사례들을 분석하였다. 사례분석을 통해 국가도서관 협력사업의 미래방향으로 가치개발, 특화콘텐츠확보, 해외네트워크 리더십확보 등 세 가지 정책방향성을 제안하였다.

Surface Potential Change Depending on Molecular Orientation of Hexadecanethiol Self-Assembled Monolayers on Au(111)

  • Surface potential and growth processes of hexadecanethiol (HDT) self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on Au(111) surfaces were examined by Kelvin probe method and scanning tunneling microscopy. It was found that surface potential strongly depends on surface structure of HDT SAMs. The surface potential shift for the striped phase of HDT SAMs chemisorbed on Au(111) surface was +0.45 eV, which was nearly the same as that of the flat-lying hexadecane layer physisorbed on Au(111) surface. This result indicates that the interfacial dipole layer induced by adsorption of alkyl chains is a main contributor to the surface potential change. In the densely-packed HDT monolayer, further change of the surface potential was observed, suggesting that the dipole moment of the alkanethiol molecules is an origin of the surface potential change. These results indicate that the work function of a metal electrode can be modified by controlling the molecular orientation of an adsorbed molecule.

Understanding University Industry Technology Transfer: Relationship Management Approaches of Leading Universities in Europe And USA

  • The importance of university technology transfer has widely been brought to the center of attention over the last decades. Research and practice thereby often concentrate on issues related to patenting and licensing or entrepreneurship but abstract away from relationship- and network-focused initiatives. In this paper, we argue that efforts to systematically develop close, long-term collaboration partnerships - although complex and resource intensive - are likely to be more beneficial for both universities and industry in the long run. Drawing on data derived from interviews with technology transfer executives of 22 leading European and U.S. universities, we analyze and discuss well-established practices of network and relationship management and their possible impact on technology transfer success. Our findings indicate that dedicated relationship management approaches can yield a sustainable competitive advantage for universities. We thereby shift the focus away from transaction-orientation towards more forward-looking relationship-centric approaches and discuss their institutionalization in great detail.

초임교사 교직 적응을 위한 지원 방안 (Ways of Support for Beginning Teacher Induction in Elementary School)

  • This study is to find ways of support for beginning teacher induction in elementary school with constructing model of professional development. To achieve this purpose, this study reviewed significance of beginning teacher induction program, the bridge to life learning, and constructed the model of professional development for beginning. The final conclusion about ways of support as support intensity are orientation based on demanding of beginning teacher, bridge connection with veteran teacher, coordination of working conditions, collaboration among peer teacher, and strengthening computer network at week intensity level. At strong intensity level, the ways of support for beginning teacher are institutionalization on election and training of mentor, institutionalization on compulsory induction for 1 year, development and operation of teacher education center, and furtherance of school learning organization.

Domestic Production Process of Early Korean Broadcast CG Equipment

  • The development process of domestic CG (Computer Graphics) needs to be studied by classifying the technical part and the design part. This paper analyzes how early domestic broadcast equipment evolved and focused on what went through the development process. Domestic broadcasting companies have introduced and used overseas equipment and have begun to develop their own technology. The development process of the early domestic production technology of broadcasting stations was classified into Character Generator, On-line Real-Time Graphic and Sport Coder. It was found that the orientation of broadcasting technology was conclusively focused on visualization, with socio-cultural factors acting along with the evolution of hardware and software. This research is meaningful in reorganizing the history of the development process of domestic CG technology in the early days through previous research (primary verification), newspaper articles and news coverage (secondary verification). This paper looks at what is missing by regaining the past of CG, and argues that with the advent of new technologies today, we must develop through appropriate division of roles and collaboration between engineers and designers.

Factors Affecting City Image During the COVID-19 Era

  • This study examined the perceived contingent factors that affect South Korean citizens' image of the city they reside in. The respondents in this study perceived the image of their city through two dimensions--leading and safe--during the COVID-19 era. When respondents perceived the openness and expertise of the local government, the transformational and transactional leadership of the government leader, liberal political orientation of the leader, lower degree of law compliance of the mayor, high degree of citizenship, and high level of living infrastructure and competitiveness as attributes of the city, they were more likely to perceive the city as having a "leading" image. The perceived cultural characteristics of the local government, specifically the factor of hierarchy and regulation, the perceptions of citizenship, and all three variables regarding the perceptions related to city attributes (i.e., environmental, cultural, and living infrastructures and competitiveness) positively influenced the perception of a "safe" city image. Based on the results, various theoretical and practical implications were discussed in this study.

집단 창의성 교육을 위한 방안으로서 과학 교육에 디자인적 사고의 도입과 속성 탐색 (The Introduction of Design Thinking to Science Education and Exploration of Its Characterizations as a Method for Group Creativity Education)

  • 최근 미래 인재가 갖추어야 할 21세기 핵심 역량으로서 집단 창의성이 강조됨에 따라, 집단 창의성 계발 방안으로서 협업과 공감을 강조하는 디자인적 사고를 과학 교육에 도입하는 방안을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. 그리고 디자인적 사고의 효과적인 도입과 전략 마련을 위하여 디자인적 사고에 대한 이해가 선행될 필요가 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 일반모델 덧씌우기 방법, 초점집단면접, 중요사건기법 분석을 통해 디자인적 사고의 속성을 규명하였다. 연구 결과, 4개의 역량군과 15개의 핵심 역량을 추출할 수 있었다. 즉, '팀의 조직', '의사소통', '자기조절', '설득력', '주도성'의 5개 역량으로 구성된 협업 역량군, '분석적 사고력', '전략적 사고력', '직관적 사고력'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 통합적 사고 역량군, '사용자 지향', '관계형성', '대인이해'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 인간중심 역량군, '성취지향', '정보수집', '호기심', '유연성'의 4개 역량으로 구성된 다학제 역량군을 들 수 있다. 이 연구 결과는 국내 과학 교육에 디자인적 사고를 효과적으로 도입하고, 집단 창의성 계발을 위한 프로그램 개발이나 전략 마련 등을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Empirical Analysis of Factors which Generate Voluntary Participation in Selling Centers

  • Purpose of the research: In response to the increasing number of selling centers, this paper examines factors that influence the voluntary participation in selling centers. The goal of this study is to enable organizations to meet changing market conditions, which require interdisciplinary collaboration during sales projects. This paper also discusses potential problems which may occure during the implementation of these factors in practice. Research design and methodology: The research method consists of a qualitative cross-sectional study with N=12 interviewees. All interviewees are current or former selling center participants. During the interview sessions, semi-structured face-to-face interviews were used, which were evaluated using a qualitative content analysis. In addition, a frequency analysis was applied to evaluate the number of mentions per factor. Research results: In total, five factors were raised in order to improve the framework conditions of voluntary participation. These factors are performance incentives, transparency, availability of resources, goal orientation, as well as collegiality and affiliation. Major conclusions: The identified factors are also under discussion in the existing literature. Knowing about factors that generate voluntary participation in selling centers pays off particularly in improving the probability of completion of sales projects in which buying centers and selling centers are working together.

  • Autonomous and intelligent resource model (AIR-model) defines a building-block of complex systems to pursue value creation by means of diverse resources, referred to as an AIR-unit, and presents a collaboration model with the AIR-units. An AIR-unit represents a piece of resources, such as machines, labor, raw materials, and other assets, considered individually by a complex system as means to accomplish given tasks. It is defined with its own service capability and a goal, and pursues achieving the goal by means of the capability. Moreover, an Air-unit is equipped with autonomy and intelligence, whereby it makes a decision on its course of action on its own initiative. Air-units collaborate on system operations with each other through goal-oriented negotiations. In this research, distinctive features of the AIR-model are addressed and described in detail. Principal components of the AIR-model are also designed via object-oriented modeling techniques. A prototype system based on the AIR-model is finally presented as an embodiment tool of a fractal manufacturing system (FrMS).
