축 대칭 다단 냉간단조의 공정 및 금형 설계자동화에 관한 연구(I) (A Study on the Computer Aided Process Design of Multi Stage Cold Forging of Rotationally Symmetric Parts)

  • This paper describes some development of Computer-Aided Process Planning System for cold-forging of rotationally symmetric parts(soild shape and solid-can combined shape) produced by the presses or formers. Using the developed system, forming sequences for producing final product are generated as graphic forms and process names, preform dimensions and process parameters(load, punch pressure, die pressure) are generated as routing sheets. Konwledges for forming sequence and process parameters are extracted from process limitations, plasticity theories, handbooks, relevent refferences and empirical know-how of experts in cold forging companies. Among extracted knowldeges, general and consistent knowledges are represented as design rules and are constructed as knowledge base. The developed system provides more powerful tool for through checking the producibilities of design, conformation of appropriate forming sequences and discoveries of new possibility. The results of the developed system are in good agreement with the practical data.

보텍스 생성실 지름비가 에너지 분리에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of a Vortex Chamber Diameter Ratio on Energy Separation)

  • As an alternative cooling method to reduce environmental hazard, vortex tubes have been studied for energy separation into cold and hot streams. Hence, the experiments were carried out systematically to find the best ratio of vortex chamber diameter to tube diameter. Also, the work was don to investigate how inlet pressure and geometric ratios of vortex tube affected temperature differences at tow needs as ell as cooling capacity and cooling efficiency. The result showed that the maximum temperature differences at the both ends and the maximum cooling efficiency were obtained when the ratio of vortex chamber diameter was about 1.45, while the inlet pressure ws not higher than 0.7 MPa.

  • Objectives The purpose of this study was to report the improvement of elderly patient's severe anorexia including low blood pessure and cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet after treatment with Osuyubujaijung-tang. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records. This patient was diagnosed Soeumin lesser yin symptom according to Sasang constitutional medicine. He treated by Osuyubujaijung-tang. Results and Conclusions A patient with anorexia, low blood pressure, cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet, dizziness, general weakness showed the improvement of symptoms with treatment after Osuyubujaijung-tang.

  • We are interaction refrigeration warehouse cold water pump system and photovoltaic generation system. At this time, a target pressure is able to control in spite of change of the pressure according to pump head and rate of flow of pump. Also, we carry out the vector control of BLDC moor with the maximum torque operation and a high reliability from territory of each operation speed. Therefore, in this paper, we conclude energy saving technique of refrigeration warehouse cold water pump system.

  • The environmental problems by using coolant demanded the new cooling methods. As one of them, the studies on the finding with compressed cold air and oil mist have been done. The cooling method using compressed cold air was effective through going down the temperature of compressed air supplied below $-25^{\circ}$ and increasing the amount of compressed cold air, but had not enough cooling effect due to the low performance of lubrication. Therefore, the cooling methods using oil mist newly were suggested. This method can satisfy both cooling effect and lubrication with only small amount of coolant, also have the benefit in the point of decreasing the environmental pollution. This paper focused on analyzing the grinding characteristics of the cooling method using oil mist. The grinding test according to compressed cold air, oil mist spray pressure and oil mist supply direction were done.

  • A synchronized secondaty air injection method has been developed to hydrocarbon emission by injecting secondary air intermittently into exhaust port. The method has been tested in a single cylinder spark-ignition engine operating at cold-steady / cold-start conditions. Effects of air injection timing, intake pressure and engine air-fuel ratio have been investigated at cold-steady condition. Also, hydrocarbon emission and exhaust gas temperature with catalytic conberter are compared with a continuous SAI method and base condition at cold-start condition. Resules show that hydrocarbon reduction rate and exhaust gas temperature are sensitive to the timing of synchronized SAI. At cold-steady condition, HC emission is minimum at engine air-fuel ratio of 10. At cold-start condition, the accumulated hydrocarbon emission during the first 120 s decreases about 56% and 22% with the synchronized and continuous SAI, respectively, compared to that of base condition.

  • TDACS의 작동 성능 검증 시험을 수행하기 위해서 유동시험 장치를 설계하였다. 이를 위해서 고체 추진기관 연소관 및 유동시험에서의 압력 거동을 모델링하였고 각 모델의 동적 특성을 나타내는 응답 시간을 구하였다. 본 논문에서는 유동시험 장치의 시스템 응답 시간을 고체추진기관 연소관의 특성과 같아지는 조건을 구하고 이를 설계에 반영함으로써 연소 환경에서 동적 응답특성을 검증하는 것과 유사한 결과를 갖도록 하였다.

  • In the automotive industry, cold-drawn austenitic stainless steel is commonly used to handle high fuel pressures in gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines. In this study, we analyzed the effects of main process variables such as cross-sectional shape, drawing speed and friction coefficient on the microstructure, hardness and residual stress of the drawn material in the two-step cold drawing process. By changing the cross-sectional shape in the first-step cold drawing, the possibility of improving the shape accuracy or physical properties of the finally cold-drawn fuel rail pressure sensor product was investigated.

  • 노즐 목 근처에 설치된 핀틀 형상이 노즐 내부 유동과 추력에 미치는 영향을 공압 실험으로 고찰하여 제시하였다. 핀틀 이동으로 노즐 목 면적이 감소하면 연소실 압력은 부드럽게 상승하나 추력은 핀틀 형상에 따라 증가 패턴이 다르게 나타났다. 동일한 노즐 목과 연소실 압력 조건에서 추력은 전체적으로 핀틀 형상이 오목한 것 보다는 볼록한 것이 컸다. 노즐 벽면 압력과 핀틀에 작용하는 하중은 핀틀 형상은 물론 핀틀 위치 및 노즐 목면적에 따라 큰 차이를 보였다.

  • When a cold HPSI (High Pressure Safety Injection) fluid associated with a design basis accident, such as LOCA (Loss of Coolant Accident), enters the cold legs of a stagnated primary coolant loop, thermal stratification phenomena may arise due to incomplete mixing. If the stratified flow enters a reactor pressure vessel downcomer, severe thermal stresses are created in a radiation embrittled vessel wall by local overcooling. Previous thermal-mixing analyses have assumed that the thermal stratification phenomena generated in stagnated loop of a partially stagnated collant loop are neutralized in the vessel downcomer by strong flow from unstagnated loop. On the basis of these reasons, this paper presents the thermal-mixing analysis results in order to identify the fact that the cold plume generated in the vessel downcomer due to the thermal stratification phenomena of the stagnated loop is affected by the strong flow of the unstagnated loop.
