Cognitive radio (CR) technology based on geo-location database access approach and/or wideband spectrum sensing approach is absolutely vital in order to recognize available frequency bands in white spaces (WSs), and efficiently utilize shared spectrums. This paper presents a new structure for the TVWS database access protocol implementation based on Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Protocol to Access WS database (PAWS). A wideband compressive spectrum sensing (WCSS) scheme using a modulated wideband converter is also proposed for the TVWS utilization. The developed database access protocol technology which is adopted in both the TV band device (TVBD) and the TVWS database operates well in the TV frequency bands. The proposed WCSS shows a stable performance in false alarm probability irrespective of noise variance estimation error as well as provides signal detection probabilities greater than 95%. This paper also investigates Federal Communications Commision (FCC) regulatory requirements of TVWS database as well as European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) policy related to TVWS database. A standardized protocol to achieve interoperability among multiple TVBDs and TVWS databases, which is currently prepared in the IETF, is discussed.
The purpose of this study is to develop a critical pathway (CP) for the prevention of adverse reactions to contrast media for computed tomography. The CP was developed and implemented by a multidisciplinary group in Seoul National University Hospital. The CP was applied to CT patients. Patients who underwent CT scanning were included in the CP group from March in 2004. The satisfaction of the patients with CP was compared with non-CP groups. We also investigated the degree of satisfaction among the radiological technologists and nurses. The degree of patient satisfaction with the care process increased patient information(24%), prevention of adverse reactions to contrast media(19%), pre-cognitive effect of adverse reactions to contrast media(39%) and information degree of adverse reactions to contrast media(19%). This CP program can be used as one of the patient care tools for reducing the adverse reactions to contrast media and increasing the efficiency of care process in CT examination settings.
This study was conducted on 175 child-care teachers, who participated in in-service education, to research the methods to improve child-care teacher's nutrition management capability for infants and children. Investigated results of child-care teachers' nutrition knowledge, dietary attitude status, and needs on nutrition education in child-care centers are as follows: The score of child-care teachers' nutrition knowledge was 10.83 points out of 15, which is about 72%. Total score increased as teachers' age but not significantly different from their career duration, since teachers who have a child-care career less than 5 years acquired 10.91 points, which is higher than 10.64 points of teachers having more than 5 years of child-care career. Teachers' average recognition to the nutrition knowledge was 90.6%, increased significantly by the older they are, and decreased according to the accumulation of their career. The average accuracy of the nutrition knowledge was 79.7%, increased in proportion to the teachers' age. The marks of child-care teachers' dietary attitude were 41.3 points (possible score range 5-50) and 83%, older teachers tended to have more desirable dietary attitude. As indicated by the increment of child-care career, the score of emotional attitude tended to be increased but which of cognitive and behavioral attitude showed a declining tendency. Nutrition information which child-care teachers were mainly interested in were correct selection of food (58.1%), obesity and weight management (52.7%), and nutrient content of food (44.9%). Nutrition education contents which child-care teachers needed were 'nutritious food and menu for child' (72.2%), 'health management of child' (69.2%) and meal management of child (40.2%). Nutrition education methods, which child-care teachers considered as of desirable ones, were cooking class of small scale (31.8%), visiting class at child-care center (26.5%). In consequence, the nutrition knowledge and dietary attitude of child-care teachers were not good and showed different issues by age and career duration. Therefore, it is requisite to intensify nutrition management courses in child-care teachers' qualification and in-service education courses which has actual necessity and suitability based on teachers' age, career, and the type of child-care center, and to disseminate these through public health centers and child-care & education information centers to pursue the efficient balance of nutrition education programs.
Problem posing in school mathematics is generally regarded to make a new problem from contexts, information, and experiences relevant to realistic or mathematical situations. Also, it is to reconstruct a similar or more complicated new problem based on an original problem. The former is called as problem generation and the latter is as problem reformulation. The purpose of this study was to explore the co-relation between problem generation and problem reformulation, and the educational effectiveness of each problem posing. For this purpose, on the subject of 33 pre-service secondary school teachers, this study developed two types of problem posing activities. The one was executed as the procedures of [problem generation${\rightarrow}$solving a self-generated problem${\rightarrow}$reformulation of the problem], and the other was done as the procedures of [problem generation${\rightarrow}$solving the most often generated problem${\rightarrow}$reformulation of the problem]. The intent of the former activity was to lead students' maintaining the ability to deal with the problem generation and reformulation for themselves. Furthermore, through the latter one, they were led to have peers' thinking patterns and typical tendency on problem generation and reformulation according to the instructor(the researcher)'s guidance. After these activities, the subject(33 pre-service teachers) was responded in the survey. The information on the survey is consisted of mathematical difficulties and interests, cognitive and affective domains, merits and demerits, and application to the instruction and assessment situations in math class. According to the results of this study, problem generation would be geared to understand mathematical concepts and also problem reformulation would enhance problem solving ability. And it is shown that accomplishing the second activity of problem posing be more efficient than doing the first activity in math class.
In covering the controversies surrounding the so-called cyber defamation laws, the Korean press offered competitive frames in terms of values (security vs. freedom of speech) and attributional patterns (episodic vs. thematic attribution). By attending to core values and attributional patterns as two essential components of news frames, this study explored the cognitive and affective processes of value and attributional framing and their effects on issue opinion. According to a 3-group online experiment, first, it was found that core values increased the perceived importance of relevant beliefs, which further affected individuals' attitudes toward the laws. The affective effects of core values were also found marginally significant. The value of security increased the intensity of anger toward deviant netizens (so-called defamatory repliers), and it further increased individuals' support for the laws. It was not substantiated, however, that individualistic attribution, than social attribution, would provoke stronger anger toward defamatory repliers. Instead, episodic frames appeared to be more effective in driving issue opinion as indicated by the value frame.

Recently, with the spread of smart device and the introduction of web services, the data is rapidly increasing online, and it is utilized in various fields. In particular, the emergence of social media in the big data field has led to a rapid increase in the amount of unstructured data. In order to extract meaningful information from such unstructured data, interest in big data technology has increased in various fields. Big data is becoming a key resource in many areas. Big data's prospects for the future are positive, but concerns about data breaches and privacy are constantly being addressed. On this subject of big data, where positive and negative views coexist, the research of analyzing people's opinions currently lack. In this study, we compared the changes in peoples perception on big data based on unstructured data collected from the social media using a text mining. As a results, yearly keywords for domestic big data, declining positive opinions, and increasing negative opinions were observed. Based on these results, we could predict the flow of domestic big data.
This study attempts to provide basic information that is necessary to establish the direction of oral health education process abd to develop effective oral health promoting programs for college students by analyzing the modifying factors that may affect their oral health behaviors and their cognitive and perceptive factors. Data for this study are collected by the questionnaire method from college students who attend colleges located Chungchong and Busan province for the period between June 20, 2006 and July 30, 2006. The respondents were chosen from Dental department and Non-Dental department. After omitting the responses with insufficient information, 409 valid responses are used for this analysis. The major finding of the present study are as follows: 1. Oral health behaviors factor is higher rate dental department than non-dental department, dental department than non-dental department appear significant the oral health education, the lasted year round oral examination, the used of oral hygiene supplies, oral prevention treatment. 2. Oral health behaviors and perception-awareness factor is higher score dental department than non-dental department and self efficiency is similar. Oral health behaviors is higher score dental department, the barriers to oral health behaviors is similar. The benefits of oral health behavior is higher score dental department. 3. The oral health behavior is higher dental department. In dental department the overall average score for oral health behaviors question is the correct teeth-brushing, self-restraint of liquor and cigarettes. Non dental department the overall average score for oral health behaviors question is the correct teeth brushing, good nutrition. The lower average score is scaling and periodic oral examination. 4. The correlation coefficient analysis between oral health behaviors and perception-awareness factors, variables which appear significant correlation coefficient by the self-efficiency are the control of oral health, the benefits of oral health behaviors, behavior of oral health, variables which appear significant correlation coefficient by the control of oral health are the benefits of oral health behaviors, the knowledge of oral health, behavior of oral health. And variables which appear significant correlation coefficient by the barriers to oral health behaviors is the benefits of oral health behaviors, variables which appear significant correlation coefficient by the knowledge of oral health is oral health behaviors.

To solve those problems 1 suggested color coding . This study hypothesized that the mapping between burner and switch is realized by color coding. To testy the hypothesis 1 compared A group using general gas range with B group using color coded gas range. The result showed difference between A and B in accuracy ( F (1, 38) = 17.892, p < 0.01) and response time ( F (1, 38) = 6.726 p < 0.05). The result of this test is to certify that color coding affect peoples by presenting the difference accuracy and response time. As result this study presents that color coding can be compatible the product having importance to certify in the design process.

Perception refers to the process of acquiring all the information about the environment through various sensory organs such as the visual, auditory, tactile, and olfactory senses and integrating and interpreting the information transmitted to the brain. The ability to use these perceptions efficiently is called perceptual skill, and perceptual skill is an important factor for improving performance in the field of sports. As a result, many researchers have developed various perceptual training programs to maximize these perceptual skills while they have also progressed on attempting to verify their effects. The perceptual skill training introduced in this study is a training method that focuses on visual perception and is a training method that is applied in the United States and Europe. to improve sports performance. As a result of carrying out the perceptual skills training based on the kicker's important clue (the kicker's hip - the angle of the body and foot before kicking) to the goalkeeper in the situation of a soccer penalty kick improved the ability of predicting the direction of the ball while even in tennis, carrying out the perceptual skills training based on the server's important clue (position, ball, racket) improved the accuracy of the ability to predict in the direction of serve. Recently, there have been numerous research studies that were carried out on such perceptual skills training, but the number of studies conducted are insufficient, especially in Korea where research studies on perceptual training seem to be in a relatively neglected state. In addition, extensive studies need to be carried out to investigate whether the improvement of perceptual skills in the laboratory situation can be transitioned to an actual performance situation. Therefore, in order to elevate sports performance, researchers need to examine the perceptual training program's extent of necessity as well as the research direction regarding its effects.

The indoor areas for the commercial use of automatic monitoring systems of mobile robot localization improves the cognitive abilities and the needs of the environment with this emerging and existing mobile robot localization, and object recognition methods commonly around its great sensor are leveraged. On the other hand, there is a difficulty with a problem-solving self-location estimation in indoor mobile robots using only the sensors of the robot. Therefore, in this paper, a self-position estimation method for an enhanced and effective mobile robot is proposed using a marker and CCTV video that is already installed in the building. In particular, after recognizing a square mobile robot and the object from the input image, and the vertices were confirmed, the feature points of the marker were found, and marker recognition was then performed. First, a self-position estimation of the mobile robot was performed according to the relationship of the image marker and a coordinate transformation was performed. In particular, the estimation was converted to an absolute coordinate value based on CCTV information, such as robots and obstacles. The study results can be used to make a convenient self-position estimation of the robot in the indoor areas to verify the self-position estimation method of the mobile robot. In addition, experimental operation was performed based on the actual robot system.
