국제 영화제의 서비스 품질 및 기여도 인식과 만족도의 관계에 관한 연구 (Structures of Service Quality, Contributions and Satisfaction : A Study of International Film Festivals in Korea)

  • 이 연구는 국내에서 개최된 국제영화제들을 대상으로 하여 서비스 품질 인식, 기여도 인식, 만족도 사이의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2008년 국내에서 개최된 8개 국제영화제의 방문객 1897명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요인분석을 통해 4개의 서비스 품질요인을 추출하였고, 구조분석을 통해 4개의 서비스 품질 인식과 기여도 인식이 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다. 이 연구는 만족도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인을 다양화하고 그 관계를 국제영화제를 대상으로 검증하였으며, 다양한 영화제에 대한 조사를 통해 연구 결과의 일반화 가능성을 높이고자 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze housewives’ cognition, usage, and management behavior of credit cards according to home management behavior pattern. The sample of this study was selected from the housewives’ living in Seoul who has credit cards. After class-analyzation of the sample, 523 out of 612 repondents were finally selected data. The data were analyzed by the statical methods such as frequency, mean, percentile, Factor Analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan’s multiple range test, Person’s Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis through the SAS program package. The major findings of this study are as followers : First, housewives’ usage and management behavior of credit cards was a positive relationship between home management behavior pattern. Second, housewives’ cognition of credit cards showed a significant positive relationship with usage and management behavior of credit card. Third, the most influencial variables on housewives’usage and management behavior of credit cards were their value and home management behavior pattern.

A Study on Recognition of the Eroticism in Fashion Advertisement

  • This research is progressed to look out for efficient expression-elements of eroticism used in advertisements. Since these expressions of eroticism appealing to sex which is one of the primitive instincts of mankind are increasing in advertisements of cosmetic products which are used more often by recent high-rate-growth and the elevation of living conditions. The most usual expression-elements of eroticism in advertisement are exposure, pose, fashion style, make up, hair style and color. To analyze those expression-elements we made four pieces of fashion advertisement photos with four different types and surveyed both fashion majored students and non-fashion majored students. We applied regression analysis, ANOVA, and frequency analysis to verify the hypothesis. We found that in eroticism, the pose was the most important cognitive feature among the expression-elements and degree of cognition are varied according to major field and sexual interest. As a result, degree of cognition which effected by expression-elements will be varied even in same advertisement. In particular, convincing that the pose was the significant factor of eroticism cognition, expression of eroticism in advertisement would be more diverse and daring.

Screening Tool for Anxiety Disorders: Development and Validation of the Korean Anxiety Screening Assessment

  • Objective This study evaluated the psychometric properties of the Korean Anxiety Screening Assessment (K-ANX) developed for screening anxiety disorders. Methods Data from 613 participants were analyzed. The K-ANX was evaluated for reliability using Cronbach's alpha, item-total correlation, and test information curve, and for validity using focus group interviews, factor analysis, correlational analysis, and item characteristics based on item response theory (IRT). The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the K-ANX were compared with those of the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7). Results The K-ANX showed excellent internal consistency (${\alpha}=0.97$) and item-total coefficients (0.92-0.97), and a one-factor structure was suggested. All items were highly correlated with the total scores of the BAI, GAD-7, and Penn State Worry Questionnaire. IRT analysis indicated the K-ANX was most informative as a screening tool for anxiety disorders at the range between 0.8 and 1.6 (i.e., top 21.2 to 5.5 percentiles). Higher sensitivity (0.795) and specificity (0.937) for identifying anxiety disorders were observed in the K-ANX compared to the BAI and GAD-7. Conclusion The K-ANX is a reliable and valid measure to screen anxiety disorders in a Korean sample, with greater sensitivity and specificity than current measures of anxiety symptoms.

환경음에 대한 계층별 인식 차이에 관한 조사 연구 (The Study on Cognition Difference of Environmental Sounds due to Subject' Classes)

  • This study aims to induce acoustic environmental characteristics which could be used for soundscape design by carrying out factor analysis on sound source image and cognition analysis on subjects' responses on selective questions due to class differences. The results of this study are as follows ; Satisfaction rate differences on exterior acoustic environment due to sensitivity and residence year were revealed. After factor analysis of living sound sources' image, it is known that natural sound, traditional sound, socials traffic sound, rural sound, religious sound and the others are main factors. Social traffic sound is the most one that should be eliminated and traditional sound is selected as a most Korean-like sound. Natural sound is evaluated as the most one that should be preserved and the most retrospectively one.

일부 지역 치과위생사의 감염관리 인지 및 실천 영향요인 (Impact factor of cognition and practice of infection control in the dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the cognition and practice of infection control in the dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 220 dental hygienists in Busan and Gyeongnam from August 1 to 31, 2014. The questionnaire was adapted from Nam. The questionnaire consisted of four questions of the general characteristics of the subjects, two questions of infection control factors, four questions of clinic environment, 50 questions of awareness of infection control, and 50 questions of infection control practice. Cronbach's alpha in the awareness of infection control was 0.958 and that in infection control practice was 0.950. Results: The dental hygienists in the large scale hospitals tended to have higher score of cognition and practice of infection control thatn those in the small scale hospitals(p<0.001). Small scale hospitals tended to have lower infection rate than the large scale hospitals. The education for the infection control guideline reduced the infection prevalence rate. Conclusions: In order to reduce the infection prevalence rate, it is necessary to educate the dental hygienists continuously and to provide the infection control guideline to the dental clinics.

도시 대표경관의 인지요인에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 서울시를 중심으로 - (An Exploratory Research on Cognitive Factors of Urban Representative Landscape - Focused on Seoul -)

  • 도시이미지 안에서 대표경관들은 그 도시를 상징하며 사람들에게 그 도시의 도시다움을 느끼게 해주는 도시정체성의 중요한 기간자원 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 도시의 대표경관들이 어떠한 지각-인지의 조건들로 인해 대표성을 획득하게 되는지를 밝혀 보고자 하였다. 먼저 서울시를 중심으로 도시 대표경관과 관련된 기존 연구들을 종합하여 대표경관들을 도출하고, 그들 각각의 인지요인들을 설문을 통해 조사하여 유형별 요인별로 다각적 비교분석을 하였고, 그 결과를 향후 대표경관 계획 및 관리방안의 시사점으로 제시하였다. 연구의 기본방향은 특히 가시적 요인, 심미적 요인, 활동적 요인, 문화적 요인을 중심으로 진행되었다. 주목할 만한 사실은 다면적 요인의 분석에 의한 본 연구의 결과는 기존 연구에서의 대표경관의 인지 순위와는 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다는 것이고, 이에는 시민들의 문화적 요인에 대한 인식의 비중이 높아진 것이 원인으로 해석된다. 이러한 연구결과는 아직 기초적 연구결과이기는 하지만 후속 연구의 보완을 통해 향후 대표경관 계획과 관리의 새로운 관점을 제시할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

수학·과학 성취도의 요인 분석으로 본 과학고등학교 학생들의 화학 교과에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Students' Cognition of Chemistry in Science High School by Factor Analysis of Mathematics and Science Achievement)

  • 과학 고등학교에서 다양한 재능을 지닌 학생들의 효과적인 교수- 학습 활동을 위해서, 교수자는 학생들의 다양한 재능과 교과목의 특성에 따라 자연세계의 정보를 인식하고 처리과정에서의 개인차를 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 수학/과학 성취도의 교과 간 상관 및 요인 분석으로 과학고 학생들의 화학 교과에 대한 인식을 규명하는데 있다. 아울러 R&E 학급에 따른 화학 교과의 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 입학 전형과 교육과정의 개편 시기에 따른 G과학고 3개년 입학생(296명)이 주 연구 대상자이고, 경남·울산 지역 2개 과학고를 포함하였다. 성취도의 상관 및 요인 분석은 SPSS 25를 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석법으로 수행하였다. 본 연구의 수행 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 수학·과학 성취도 간의 상관분석에서 화학의 Pearson 상관계수는 다른 교과목들에 비해 높은 정적 상관을 보이는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, 수학·과학 성취도의 요인 분석에서 요인 지표는 수리-논리(수학, 물리)와 자연 이해(생명과학, 지구과학)의 2개 요인으로 구분되는 것이 확인되었다. 셋째, 요인 분석에서 화학 교과는 수리-논리와 자연 이해 능력이 모두 요구되는 교과로 인식하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, R&E 학급에 따라서 화학 교과에 대한 학생들의 인식이 다르다는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, R&E 화학반 학생들은 다른 학생들과 달리 화학 교과를 수리-논리가 요구되는 과목으로 인식하고 있음이 확인되었다.

산모와 배우자의 태교인식과 실천에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cognition and Practice of the Delivered Woman and Her Husband for the Fetal Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to perform the fetal education effectively for the delivered woman and her husband. This study was conducted by the questionnaire survey on 199 delivered women and their 171 husbands at several hospitals located in Seoul and Kyonggi Province from February 28 to March 26, 2002. The contents of questionnaire included the purposes, the cognition and the practice of fetal education. The SAS program was used for the statistical analysis of the data. The character of subject was analyzed by the percentage. The difference between the cognition and practice of fetal education was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Wilcoxon rank sum test. The factor analysis affected on the practice of fetal education was adopted by Multiple regression. The results were as follows; 1. In the purpose of fetal education, the well- balanced emotion showed the highest mark. The cognition of fetal education(woman:$4.39{\pm}0.52$, husband:$3.88{\pm}0.70$) and the practice (woman:$3.88{\pm}0.60$, husband:$3.83{\pm}0.70$) showed the relatively high mark, but the score of cognition showed higher than that of practice. 2. In the comparison of the cognition between the delivered woman and the husband for the fetal education the item of the mental or health state would affect unborn baby, which occupied the highest mark in both woman and the husband(woman:$4.81{\pm}0.44$, husband:$4.81{\pm}0.50$). But they were prohibited to eat the deformed food, which showed the lowest mark(woman:$3.19{\pm}1.12$, husband:$3.21{\pm}1.29$). 3. In the comparison of the practice for the fetal education between the delivered woman and the husband, the practice for the healthy baby showed the highest mark in woman ($4.51{\pm}0.71$), which had a statistically significant difference(P=0.025), compared with that of the husband($4.13{\pm}0.99$). 4. In the comparison of cognition and practice for the fetal education, the general character was associated with the duration of marriage, the satisfaction with marriage and the support of husband on pregnancy. The mark was associated with the age of woman, the level of education and the first birth. 5. The significant factors influencing on the practice for the fetal education were connected with the cognition of fetal education, age, satisfaction with marriage, the support of husband on pregnancy, the type of family, the experience of delivery and the state of health during the period of pregnancy. etc. In conclusion, it is indicated to make effort for transforming and developing the traditional fetal education in accordance with the modern fetal education. And it is suggested that the fetal education might be recognized by all members of family, and the importance of husband's role for the fetal education should be informed as well as that of woman's.

시선 추적을 활용한 패션 디자인 인지에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fashion Design Cognition Using Eye Tracking)

  • This study investigated the cognitive process of fashion design images through eye activity tracking. Differences in the cognitive process and gaze activity according to image elements were confirmed. The results of the study are as follows. First, a difference was found between groups in the gaze time for each section according to the model and design. Although model diversity is an important factor leading the interest of observers, the simplicity of the model was deemed more effective for observing the design. Second, the examination of the differences by segments regarding the gaze weight of the image area showed differences for each group. When a similar type of model is repeated, the proportion of face recognition decreases, and the proportion of design recognition time increases. Conversely, when the model diversity is high, the same amount of time is devoted to recognizing the model's face in all the processes. Additionally, there was a difference in the gaze activity in recognizing the same design according to the type of model. These results enabled the confirmation of the importance of the model as an image recognition factor in fashion design. In the fashion industry, it is important to find a cognitive factor that attracts and retains consumers' attention. If the design recognition effect is further maximized by finding service points to be utilized, the brand's sustainability is expected to be enhanced even in the rapidly changing fashion industry.
