Purpose: Psychological and clinical studies targeting children and adolescents have become increasingly important in recent years as researchers strive to understand better the psychological and physiological development of children and teens. The purpose of the study is to explore significant research ethics on the psychological and clinical study targeting children and adolescents. In addition to these ethical considerations, international and national codes of ethics and regulatory bodies guide ethical research practices with children and adolescents. Research design, data, and methodology: The present study used the qualitative textual collection through investigating the past and current literature review. Numerous prior studies have conducted this research design to obtain the right prior studies. Results: Previous Research has indicated there are four research ethics on the psychological and clinical study targeting children and adolescents. (1) Respect for autonomy, (2) Respect for privacy and confidentiality, (3) Respect for vulnerability, (4). Respect for beneficence. Conclusions: In conclusion, research ethics are essential for protecting children and adolescents when conducting psychological and clinical studies. In the future, research should focus on developing innovative methods to ensure the safety of children and adolescents while still allowing them to participate in research.

Misguided use, manipulation, misappropriation, disruption and mismanagement of Information deeply affects the infosphere as well as the social and moral fabric of a society. Information ethics is an attempt to bring the creation, organization, dissemination, and use of information within the ambit of ethical standards and moral codes. The diverse and inherently pluralistic nature of societies however puts forth an additional demand on us - to come up with an intercultural information ethics. An intercultural ethics which is other-centric, context sensitive and workable without being homogenizing, patronizing and colonizing. An endeavor in that direction has already been made by proponents of intercultural information ethics like: Charles M. Ess, Fay Sudweeks, Rafael Capurro, Pak-Hang Wong, Soraj Hongladarom et al. In our paper, we propose that the kind of ethical pluralism being sought in the domain of information ethics can be attained by having a reappraisal of the current methodological strategies, by casting a critical relook at the Eurocentric ethical model. This paper analyses the current framework of Intercultural Information Ethics. And in an endeavour to move towards an all-encompassing, other-centric, workable, intercultural, harmonious and compassionate model of 'Pluralistic Information Ethics', it proposes the Indian / Asian philosophical method of 'Samvāda' to the current inventory which includes methods like: 'parrhesia/free speech' and 'interpretive phronēsis.

The ethical decision making processes of multinational corporations consist of the three steps of utilitarianism, individual righteousness, and fair distributions. The utilization methods of this study are as follows. 1. They can be reflected in the formulations of business ethics codes. 2. They can be utilized in the executions of business ethics educations. 3. They can be utilized as means to heighten the ethics standards of business interests groups.

This study is designed to prove the role and effect of ethics codes in professional societies, especially for scientists and engineers working in R&D project groups. The hypotheses of influence on ethical conduct within the sample groups are tested and analyzed by statistical methods. Results show that the age of researchers and the integrity factor among the ethical conduct factors have significant influence on ethical conduct of research groups. The regression model of the ethical conduct factors also indicates a meaningful reference in an application or development of new ethics code in research organizations.

Background: This study aimed to create and present content that can be used in the dental hygiene ethics process to help dental hygiene students develop desirable work ethics and ethical values. Methods: In order to operate the dental hygiene ethics course in all academic systems, one three-year dental hygiene professor and one four-year dental hygiene professor participated in setting core competencies and learning goals for the dental hygiene ethics course. The class consisted of two credits, two hours of theoretical classes, and class activity sheets developed according to the learning contents and learning topics for each week that can be operated for 15 weeks. Results: The contents of the dental hygiene ethics subject were developed to be conducted as theoretical education and case-oriented discussion classes. The 15-week class consisted of a theory lecture on dental hygiene work ethics (eight weeks), discussions and presentations for ethical decisions based on actual cases related to dental hygiene ethics (four weeks), and the design and presentation of individual professional mission statements and codes of conduct (three weeks). The class data for each week consisted of four stages: "Learning goal-thinking," "open-thinking," "learning content-thinking," and "according to learning goal." Conclusions: In order to establish desirable workplace ethics and ethical values for dental hygiene students, it is necessary to approach education in a way that values understanding and application of dental hygiene practices, legal and ethical standards, ethical decision-making models, and ethical principles.

이 글의 목적은 전문직의 정체성, 이른바 프로페셔널리즘(전문직업주의, professionalism)을 심도 있게 규명함으로써 통합적 관점에서의 전문직윤리의 중요성을 살피는 것이다. 구체적으로는 프로페셔널리즘에서 전문직윤리로 이행하는 과정에서 규범적 필요성을 강조함으로써 우리 사회에 적실한 전문직윤리의 가능성을 살펴볼 것이다. 해당 전문직종사자 간의 피할 수 없는 생존경쟁이 격화되고 있는 현실에서, 이른바 전문직의 희소가치가 감소 추세에 있는 오늘의 상황에서 프로페셔널리즘과 전문직윤리는 어떤 의미를 지니는가? 직업적 영향력과 경제적 보상이 전문직의 권력(professional power)을 구성하는 가장 큰 요소라고 할 때, 그 권력이 뚜렷하게 약화되고 있는 지금의 상황은 과연 통상적인 윤리(ordinary Morality)의 수준을 넘어서는 전문직윤리의 가능성을 확보할 수 있는가? 이 글은 전문직윤리를 통합적으로 다루면서 이러한 질문에 대한 답변의 실마리를 찾아볼 것이다.

Purpose: This research was to discover the value of ethics of physical therapy students and physical therapists. This study was launched to provide the bedrock for this field of study by means of getting the data about the current address of value of ethics. Methods: This investigation was conducted with 900 students from seven different universities in Republic of Korea (3, 4-year colleges) and with 350 clinical physical therapists who are currently working in the national capital region. The tool for the research was to revamp and supplement ethics codes in Korean Physical Therapy Association and a set of questions of Jeom Hui Youk (1992), Young Ran Choi (2001), etcetera and each question was provided with different points by the set of measurement we created. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Results: Comparing the average ethics score both on the general information of both groups and the value of ethics of both groups, we were sure to say that the average ethics score of ethics value was significantly more meaningful than that of general information. Conclusion: Physical therapy students establish a correct ethics values and physical therapists should have training in ethic values education are combined accordingly to correct the wrong ethically values and clearly established.

본 연구는 도서관, 기록관, 박물관의 협력에 있어 실무자들의 업무와 인식의 근간이 되는 전문직 가치를 논의하고 윤리강령 분석을 통해 세 분야에서 공통적으로 제시되는 전문직 가치와 각 분야에서 차별적으로 제시되는 전문직 가치를 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 미국, 캐나다, 영국, 호주의 도서관, 기록관, 박물관 협회 윤리강령을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 전문직 가치에 대한 이론적 연구를 조사하여 공통된 가치를 추출하였으며 이를 근거로 분석을 실시하면서 최종적으로 13개의 공통 요소를 포함하는 분석 기준을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 공통된 전문직 가치로는 접근, 개인정보 보호, 소장물 관리, 전문직으로서의 임무, 사회적 책임인 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 분야에서는 지적자유, 기록관 분야에서는 증거로서의 기록, 박물관 분야에서는 연구 해석 기능이 각 분야에서 고유하면서도 강조되는 윤리적 측면인 것으로 나타났다.

PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to examine the ethical values of physical therapy. This study was launched to establish a foundation for this field of study by gathering data about current topic of ethical values in the field of physical therapy. METHODS: This investigation was conducted with 900 students from seven different universities in the Republic of Korea (three, four-year colleges. The methodology of this research was directed at revamping and supplementing ethical codes in the Korean Physical Therapy Association and establishing a set of ethics-related questions as inspired by the studies conducted by Youk and Choi. Each question was assigned a different point-value according to the standards of measurement that we established. RESULTS: The scores of participants and their sibling status, it appears that whether participants had siblings did significantly impact their ethical outlook. The scores based on sibling one and two siblings, more than three siblings, no sibling were 29.42, 29.03, 28.25, and 28.19, respectively (p<.05). But in examining the average ethics scores with regards to reported past experiences with ethics education, we can see that past experience significantly impacted the results of the study on medical ethics perceptions. The scores corresponding to responses that one did or did not have prior experience were 29.40 versus 28.99. CONCLUSION: It is crucial to assure that physical therapy students receive well-founded information and proper ethical value. We suggest that create an ethics education program to enhance physical therapists and physical therapy students.
