Interoperable Middleware Gateway Based on HLA and DDS for L-V-C Simulation Training Systems (L-V-C 훈련체계 연동을 위한 HLA, DDS 기반의 연동 미들웨어 게이트웨이)

  • Recently, by developing many training systems in battle field, the demand for interconnecting and internetworking between Live, Virtual, Constructive training systems has been increased to support efficient data distribution and system control. But, there are lots of problems for them to interwork, because the existing researches only support L-L, V-V, C-C Interoperability. Therefore, we propose L-V-C gateway to provide interoperable simulation environment based on HLA and DDS between them. First, we illustrate FOM Management that parses RPR-FOM XML file to acquire Data information to be shared between them, and generates common data structure and source code used for L-V-C Gateway. L-V-C Gateway created from FOM Management supports Data Conversion and Quality of Service between HLA and DDS. HLA Federate and DDS Domainparticipant in L-V-C Gateway play a role of logical communication channel and relay data from HLA Federation to DDS Domain and vice versa.

  • This paper describes the development of pulse code modulation(PCM) data recorder with design, implementation and environmental test. PCM serial data that diverged from telemetry encoder output is used as the input and is reformed to parallel signal through FPGA processing. Controllers construct the packet by the sector and record it into non-volatile memory. Compact flash(CF) memory for data storage media, USB interface for data downloading, and a software for operating status diagnosis and file format conversion are used.

  • Unsteady flow simulation for the tiltrotor Smart UAV configuration was performed to investigate the powered rotor wake effect on aerodynamic characteristics. Calculations were performed to simulate various flow conditions based on different flight modes including hover, conversion and cruise. Three-dimensional compressible Navier-Stokes equation code were used for flow calculation and Chimera grid technique overlapping individually generated grids was employed. A dynamic grid method was adopted in simulation of the rotating blades. Flow calculations were also conducted for the un-powered case. Aerodynamic interaction between the rotor and airframe was investigated comparing three data sets from the un-powered, powered, and isolated rotor cases.

  • 3D 프린터는 연속적인 계층에 특수한 재료를 출력시켜 3차원 물체를 만들어 내는 장치이다. 3D 프린팅을 위해서는 3D 모델을 생성한 후, 이를 3D 프린터에 출력할 수 있도록 G-code로 변환해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이 변환 작업을 완전 분산 방식으로 처리할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위해 하나의 메인 노드와 N개의 작업 노드로 구성한 시스템에서 2단계에 걸쳐 분할 정복(divide-and-conquer) 방식으로 변환하도록 하였다. 실제 구현한 시스템을 이용하여, 성능에 미치는 요소(모델의 크기 및 정밀도)에 따른 변환 시간의 단축 효과를 보였다.

  • Inherited metabolic diseases (IMD) comprise a large class of genetic diseases involving disorders of metabolism. The majorities are due to defects of single genes that code for enzymes that facilitate conversion of various substances into others. Because of the multiplicity of conditions, many different diagnostic tests are used for screening of IMD. Molecular genetic diagnosis is the detection of pathogenic mutations in DNA and/or RNA samples and is becoming a much more common practice in medicine today. The purpose of molecular genetic testing in IMD includes diagnostic testing, pre-symptomatic testing, carrier screening, prenatal diagnosis, preimplantation testing, and population screening. However, because of the complexity, difficulty in interpreting the result, and the ethical considerations, an understanding of technical, conceptual, and practical aspects of molecular genetic diagnosis is mandatory.

  • Recently, because of its pecularity, the Residue Number System has been considerable interest in spacial purpose signal processing. In this paper, a realization of digital filter based on residue properties were considered. To get the residue code directly from the analog input, a direct analog to residue conversion scheme were proposed. Finally error analysis is discussed and scaling error model is established.

A Design of CDMA Demodulator Using Fuzzy Algorithm (퍼지 알고리즘을 이용한 CDMA 복조단 설계)

  • The fuzzy-based SAM algorithm is proposed in this thesis to reduce the idle time. to recover call truncation fast when it is handed off and to last frequency acquisition in the mobile communications. It has additive and adaptive elements. Its weight values are generated not by feedback but by input conversion values. The initial expectation value is defined and forwardㆍbackward searching is executed 4o produce the expectation value of one chip. The fuzzy-based SAM algorithm is applied to the demodulator in CDMA system, and the synchronization time is measured. Synchronization time of PN code is 1.678$\mu\textrm{s}$ by SAM algorithm. It is 993 times faster than time of the conventional systems, 1.667$\mu\textrm{s}$.

  • 21세기 세종계획은 국어정보화를 위한 범국가적 사업으로서 국어 기초 자원을 구축하는데 매우 큰 기여를 하였으며, 그 주요 결과물로 배포된 세종 말뭉치는 많은 연구자들에게 꼭 필요한 가치있는 결과물이다. 이처럼 소중한 국어 자원을 실제 연구자들이 활용하고자 할 때 불편함을 느끼는 경우가 있는데 그 이유는 균형 말뭉치의 구축이라는 말뭉치의 특성 및 원문 자료의 내용을 최대한 보존하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 사용자 정의 영역에 정의된 문자들이 다수 포함되어 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 자연언어 처리, 정보검색 분야 연구자들이 세종계획 최종 결과물 중에서 원시 말뭉치를 활용하는데 있어서 말뭉치에 사용된 문자코드의 유형을 중심으로 코드 변환 문제점과 그 해결 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Development of Audio Watermarking Technique using Group Quantization (그룹 양자화를 이용한 오디오 워터마킹 기술 개발)

  • In this paper, we propose a watermarking technique that it is possible to winnow illegal contents from scattered contents on the internet. The identification is performed using an embedded unique content ID by the watermarking technique. The proposed watermarking technique accepts A/D-D/A conversion and a lot of lossy compression such as MP3, AAC, WMA and Real Audio. Watermark robustness is enabled using group quantization, selecting watermark inserting point, and error correction code. Test results show that the correct extraction is about $90\%$ and SNR is above $50\~60dB$. The above figures means that the proposed technique is able to extract encoded information at least one more times per audio and that it is very difficult to discriminate between a watermarked audio and a original audio.
