The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in coach's leadership, exercise participation motive, and exercise satisfaction according to the demographic characteristics of participants in living sports. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 194 members(men and women) who have participated regularly in living sports at sports centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were selected as a population, and data were collected by using the scales of leadership, exercise participation motivation, and exercise satisfaction, and then the statistical analysis was performed accordingly. The results of analysis were as follows; first, there were significant differences in leadership, exercise participation motive, and exercise satisfaction according to the gender of the participants in living sports(Willks' Lambda=.864, F=.886, p<.05). Second, there were significant differences in leadership, exercise participation motive, and exercise satisfaction according to the age of the participants in living sports(Willks' Lambda=.706, F=.453, p<.01). Third, there were differences in leadership, exercise participation motive, and exercise satisfaction according to the number of exercise participation of living sports participants(Willks' Lambda=.915, F=.704, p<.01). In conclusion, if differentiated instruction is done in the field of living sports according to the demographic characteristics of participants, it will have positive effects on the practice and exercise satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction perceived in the purchase of goods and the use of a court in badminton club members. The results will be used for basic data to increase club members and present the methods to activate badminton. The survey on goods, price, programs, facilities, staff, and publicity was conducted. The IPA matrix was applied for data processing. The following conclusions were drawn. First, as a result of analyzing the ranking of importance and satisfaction, the first place of importance was coach's professionalism of staff factors, followed by safety of facility factors and program contents and effects of program factors. The first place of satisfaction was cleanliness and management of facility factors, followed by coach's professionalism of staff factors and staff's kindness of staff factors. Second, as a result of the IPA matrix of importance and satisfaction, Quadrant I included appropriateness of training time and program contents and effect of program factors, parking size and cleanliness and management of facility factors, coach's professionalism and staff's service attitude of staff factors, and customer service and complaint resolution of publicity factors. Quadrant II showed appropriateness of price, value for money, and discount policy of price factors and materials and design of goods factors. Quadrant III included excellent customer service of goods of goods factors, various program construction of program factors, court location and accessibility, and various convenient facilities of facility factors, and various publicity and event programs, website construction, and various publicity strategies of publicity factors. Quadrant IV showed brand value of goods, awareness, and brand specialty of goods of goods factors.

The SIV(Static InVerter) of the electric coach mainly consists of GTO type inverter. But, it is the drawback that GTO type inverter must have the complicated driving circuits. Recently, appearing the IGBT of high speed switching frequency, simple driving circuits, relative large capacity, GTO type inverter is changed IGBT type inverter. In this paper, IGBT type SIV substituting for the existing GTO type SIV is designed and producted. The experimental results are presented to verify the performance of the designed IGBT type SIV.

Railroad noise is one of the main causes of environmental impact. Whenever a new railroad line is planned or a housing project near an existing railroad is proposed, an estimate of the relevant noise levels is usually required. For this, it is necessary to quantify those paramters that affect the railroad noise. This paper presents an accurate prediction of railroad noise.

The exterior ballistics of small rifles mist be analyzed for the shooter and coach who are seriously interested in attainment of maximum performance in the art of rifle marksmanship. It provides also a basic reference material for the designers of rifles having better hitting rates. The exterior ballistics are computed using a state vector analysis and presented to facilitate use by individuals according to the atmospheric conditions. The ballistics are changed by the pressure, temperature and humidity of the air.

In this paper, we develops the hybrid career coaching model combined the face to face and the E-coaching, and applies students of childhood education for career guidance. The presented hybrid career coaching manages a profile and state information and a remote access between the coach and coachee on Internet. Then, online part of hybrid coaching deals with saving the data, and understand of the situation of the coachee if it is necessary. And face to face part of hybrid coaching have a conversation, the checking, counsel and introspection if the coach needs. Presented hybrid career coaching model has th procedure of 6 steps such like career coaching guidance, self-understanding, career decision-making, establishment of the career execution planning, execution plan and action will inspection and execution result inspection. Proposed hybrid career coaching is possible to understand coachee's current state on the career map, realize the importance of the execution strategy and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness self-regulation capacity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of coaches' transformational transactional leadership on athletes' self-efficacy among high school students. A total of 400 high school athletes from S and D city were selected through the convenience sampling method. A total of 258 questionnaires were returned and 39 were discarded due to missing values. Therefore, a total of 219 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. This study found the following: First, the intellectual stimulation of leadership had the greatest effect on self-regulated efficacy of self-efficacy. Second, inspirational motivation of leadership had the greatest effect on confidence of self-efficacy. Third, leadership factors did not affect task difficulty preference of self-efficacy.

In electric motor coaches, the rolling stocks move by the adhesive effort between rail and driving wheel. Generally, the adhesive effort is defined by the function of both the weight of electric motor coach and the adhesive effort between rails and driving wheel. The characteristics of adhesive effort is strongly affected by the conditions between rails and driving wheel. When the adhesive effort decreases suddenly, the electric motor coach has slip phenomena. This paper proposes a re-adhesion control algorithm which uses the maximum adhesive effort by instantaneous estimation of adhesion force using load torque disturbance observer. Based on this estimated adhesive effort, the re-adhesion control Is peformed to obtain the maximum transfer of the tractive effort.
