In this study, we have selected the coach related to woodworking and furniture of master craftsmen of the Republic of Korea, to confirm the process of until the background and coach of their growth. And through the world of their work after the coach has been, it was done and try to have an opportunity to explore the elements of future development. In this study, select the Republic of Korea mother-of-pearl lacquerware Lim chung hyu coach, I tried to find out the until the background and coach of his growth. And it was done looking for the elements of the future development of the mother-of-pearl lacquerware through the tendency of his work after the coach has been. Lim chung hyu coach is, unlike other mother-of-pearl lacquer craftsman, confirmed the affection and passion to his mother-of-pearl lacquerware as seen through the work to manufacture in his unique way. Through the mother-of-pearl lacquer-ware production processes and trends of his works of Lim chung hyu coach it increased the overall understanding of the mother-of-pearl lacquerware. The work of Lim chung hyu coach was studied analysis confirmed the superiority of the mother-of-pearl lacquer crafts that are completed through a number of steps. A numerical analysis method for predicting aerodynamic noise at inter-coach space of high-speed trains, validated by wind-tunnel experiments for limited speed range, is proposed. The wind-tunnel testing measurements of the train aerodynamic sound pressure level for the new generation Korean high-speed train have suggested that the inter-coach space aerodynamic noise varies approximately to the 7.7th power of the train speed. The observed high sensitivity serves as a motivation for the present investigation on elucidating the characteristics of noise emission at inter-coach space. As train speed increases, the effect of turbulent flows and vortex shedding is amplified, with concomitant increase in the aerodynamic noise. The turbulent flow field analysis demonstrates that vortex formation indeed causes generation of aerodynamic sound. For validation, numerical simulation and wind tunnel measurements are performed under identical conditions. The results show close correlation between the numerically derived and measured values, and with some adjustment, the results are found to be in good agreement. Thus validated, the numerical analysis procedure is applied to predict the aerodynamic noise level at inter-coach space. As the train gains speed, numerical simulation predicts increase in the overall aerodynamic sound emission level accompanied by an upward shift in the main frequency components of the sound. A contour mapping of the aerodynamic sound for the region enclosing the inter-coach space is presented.

본 연구의 목적은 투척선수들의 지도자 신뢰가 선수만족 및 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 2011년 4월21일부터 25일까지 5일간 개최된 제40회 전국종별육상선수권에 참가한 고등부, 대학부, 일반부 남 여 육상투척선수 198명이었다. 수집된 자료는 분석 목적에 따라 사례별로 분리 입력하였다. 지도자와 선수의 신뢰가 선수만족 및 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0 프로그램으로 각 변인별 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석(multiple regression)을 실시하였다. 첫째, 투척선수들의 지도자 신뢰는 선수만족에 의미 있는 영향을 미친다. 즉, 지도자 신뢰의 하위요인인 성실성, 능력, 일관성, 이타성, 개방성은 선수만족의 하위요인인 기술분석, 지도능력, 코치자질에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 둘째. 투척선수들의 지도자신뢰는 인지된 경기력에 의미 있는 영향을 미친다. 즉, 지도자 신뢰의 하위요인인 성실성, 능력, 일관성, 이타성, 개방성은 인지된 경기력의 하위요인인 승리의지, 기량발휘에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 투척선수들의 지도자신뢰는 선수만족은 물론 인지된 경기력에 유의미한 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다.

In this study, we have analyzed the running performance of Mugungwha coach in curves to grasp the problems relating to this coach's curving performance and present improvement plans. Simulations and tests to analyze curving performances are carried out, and through this Process we could prepare a plan to improve the running performance in operation.

In this study, fire behavior for subway coach fire in the 1/10 reduced scale model is analyzed using numerical analysis method (FDS). The size of the reduced model coach is 1.9 m long, 0.290 m high and 0.235 m. The simulation is carried out only one-sided four doors of the coach are opened. A fire source is the n-heptane pool fire with a mean heat release rate 2.33 kW. Smoke temperature, heat release rate and mass loss rate for the model are calculated.

본 연구는 한국프로축구팀 감독교체가 팀 경기성과에 미치는 효과를 경영학의 조직학습이론을 적용하여 규명하고자 하였다. 1983년 시즌부터 2013년 시즌까지 30년 동안의 19개 팀과 96명의 감독에 대한 307개의 팀-연도 데이터를 기반으로 패널데이터를 구성하였고, 최종적으로 226개의 팀 데이터가 실증분석에 투입되었다. 자동상관 및 이분산성의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 고정효과 일반화최소자승법(Fixed Effect Generalized Least Square Regression)을 사용하여 분석하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감독교체는 팀 경기성과와 부(-)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시즌기간(on-season)의 감독교체는 팀 경기성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시즌기간에 감독을 교체하는 경우 악순환이론 관점이 적용되는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 비시즌기간(off-season)의 감독교체는 팀 경기성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 비시즌기간에 지도자를 교체하는 경우 상식이론 관점이 적용되는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 시즌기간의 감독교체와 비시즌기간의 감독교체 간의 팀 경기성과의 차이를 비교한 결과, 비시즌기간의 감독교체가 시즌기간의 감독교체에 비해 유의한 팀 경기성과를 보였다. 다섯째, 감독교체가 발생한 경우 후임감독으로 내부출신을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 내부출신감독은 팀 경기성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 감독교체와 팀 경기성과 간의 부(-)의 관계 사이에는 내부출신감독요인이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 프로축구산업 현장에서 팀 경기성과의 향상을 위한 감독교체가 필요할 때 후임 감독이 역량을 효과적으로 발휘할 수 있는 교체시기에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

본 연구는 Rhind & Jowett(2012)이 개발한 코치-선수관계 유지 척도(CARM-Q)를 국내 프로 스포츠 상황에서 활용될 수 있도록 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도를 재검증하는 것이다. 1차 예비조사는 2014년 국내 프로야구 1군에 등록된 프로야구 코치(29명)와 선수(103명) 총 132명을 대상으로 코치-선수관계 유지에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 최대우도추정법을 사용하여 잠재적 기본구조를 확인하였다. 코치-선수관계 유지 척도의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 최종 273명(코치 62명과 선수 211명)을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 16.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석(EFA), 확인적 요인분석(CFA), 내적일관성, 검사-재검사 신뢰도 분석 그리고 상관관계 분석을 통해 6요인 25문항 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도가 완성되었다. 분석결과 6요인으로 구성된 한국형 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도가 재검증되었다. 전반적으로 본 연구에서 확인된 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도를 다 집단 분석을 통해 드림과 나눔 팀, 또는 1군과 2군 간 경로의 차이를 비교하여 결과를 제공해 보는 것도 의미가 있을 것이다.

In this study, we have analyzed the optimum control of wheel for coach car in maintenance process to grasp the problem relating to this coach's wheel exchanged. So, these problems brought about decrement maintenance cost. This study were deliberated to solve problems concerning maintenance process of wheel exchanged and wheel specification in rolling stock workshops of KNR. Here, we describe some results.
