In this paper, we have proposed the new configuration of wideband antenna using CPW fred lines. The proposed antenna has CPW feed lines and U-slot to achieve wade bandwidth with good impedance matching. The use of CPW feed line can decrease the number of substrates. It is compared with the conventional antenna find by a microstrip fled line. The parameters of CPW fred lines were studied by using the quasi-static approximation which is based on the conformal mapping method. The analysis of CPW discontinuities such as the tapered-step structure and the open ended gap were studied by using the quasi-static approximation which is based on the boundary element method. Also, the equivalent circuit model of multi-layer antenna were proposed using the cavity model. Experiment results of the proposed antenna 7how wide-bandwidth characteristics and good radiation patterns in passband.

Demand estimates in electric power systems have traditionally consisted of time-series analyses over long time periods. The resulting database consisted of huge amounts of data that were then analyzed to create the various coefficients used to forecast power demand. In this research, we take advantage of universally used analysis techniques analysis, but we also use easily available data-mining techniques to analyze patterns of days and special days(holidays, etc.). We then present a new method for estimating and forecasting power flow using decision tree analysis. And because analyzing the relationship between the estimate and power system ceiling Trices currently set by the Korea Power Exchange. We included power system ceiling prices in our estimate coefficients and estimate method.

Chitinolytic activity was enhanced by coexpression of endo-chitinase gene (chiA) and chitobiosidase gene (chiB) from Serratia marcescens KFRI314 using constitutive expression vector, pHCEIA, in E. coli. Coexpression vector was constructed by inserting ribosome binding site (RBS) into junction between two chitinase genes. SDS-PAGE analyses showed that two chitinase were constitutively expressed while E. coli clones expressing two chitinases simultaneously increased halo size on colloidal chitin plate. Furthermore, the chitinolytic activities were much enhanced in coexpressed clones when degradation patterns of substrate analogues such as 4-MU-(NAG), $4-MU-(NAG)_2$,$4-MU-(NAG)_3$ were used. Consequently, the combined use of endochitinase and chitobiosidase greatly increased overall chitinolytic activities on recombinant E. coli clones.

Fuel cell with high electric efficiency has many probabilities of commercial use. Especially, polymer electrolyte or proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) which is a low operating temperature and has less influence on $CO_2$ concentration is considered the power generation system of small building and household. We calculated the optimal operational plans of 1 kW household PEMFC power system based on daily electric and heat demand patterns of various size of apartments. Calculated results show that the economic feasibility of PEMFC power system is very sensitive to the cost policy of electricity and natural gas.

The purpose of this survey was to understand the attitudes, consumption patterns and preferences of domestic consumers relating to ginseng products in general. This study involved 1,305 people (420 agents, 742 ginseng farmer, 143 staff of Korea Tobacco and Ginseng Co.). The results obtained are summerized as follows. 1, Preferences for ginseng were very high for the majority of the respondents. 2. Most (80%) of the respondents had experience in taking ginseng. They expected ginseng to have efficacy as remidy for the hang-over syndrome, gastronil troubles and high blood pressure, in that order. 3. The patron of ginseng were, for the most part, men in the prime of manhood and old age. The favored products and the preferences regarding the organic condition of the ginseng products differed by sex and age. 4 To sum up the results of this study, we conclude that moderate priced ginseng products, not only easy to use and carry but also attractive to age and sex, should be developed without losing the efficacious components and characteristics.

Studies on the development of various energy management programs and real-time bidirectional information infrastructures have been actively conducted to promote the reduction of power demands and CO2 emissions effectively. In the conventional energy management programs, the demand response program that can transition or transfer the power use spontaneously for power prices and other signals has been largely used throughout the inside and outside of the country. For measuring the effect of such demand response program, it is necessary to exactly estimate short-term loads. In this study, the power consumption patterns in both individual and group consumers were analyzed to estimate the exact short-term loads, and the relationship between the actual power consumption and seasonal factors was also analyzed.

$CoAl_2O_4$는 열적 및 화학적으로 매우 안정한 물질이며 독특한 광학적 특성으로 인해 도자기 제품, 유리, 페인트, 플라스틱을 장식하는 세라믹 착색제로 사용되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 착체중합법(Polymerized complex method)과 고상합성법(Solid state reaction)을 이용하여 단상의 $CoAl_2O_4$ 청색 무기 안료를 합성하였고, 잉크젯 프린팅용 잉크로의 응용 시 노즐 막힘 및 분산안정성과 같은 문제점을 방지하기 위해 고에너지 밀링 공정 중 하나인 어트리션밀을 이용하여 입자를 미세화하였다. 밀링 공정은 직경 1 mm의 지르코니아 볼을 이용하여 BPR(Ball to powder weight ratio) 100 : 1, 800 rpm의 조건에서 3시간 동안 진행되었다. 합성된 안료는 XRD, FE-SEM, TEM, PSA, 그리고 CIE $L^*a^*b^*$ 측정을 통하여 어트리션밀링 전후의 특성을 분석하였다. XRD 측정 결과 단상의 $CoAl_2O_4$ 청색 무기 안료가 합성되었고, 고에너지 밀링 공정을 통하여 100~200 nm의 입자 크기를 가지는 청색 나노 무기 안료를 얻었다.

Tumor necrosis facto-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) is a recently identified member of the tumor necrosis factor cytokine superfamily. TRAIL has been shown to induce apoptosis in a number of tumor cells whereas cells from most of normal tissues are highly resistant to TRAIL-induced apoptosis. These observations have raised considerable interest in the use of TRAIL in tumor therapy. In this study we report the biodistribution fates and serum expression pattern of plasmid DNA encoding TRAIL (pTRAIL) delivered in erythrocyte ghosts (EG). pTRAIL was loaded into EG by electroportion in a hypotonic medium The mRNA expression of pTRAIL was prolonged following delivery in EG-encapsulated forms. EG containing pTRAIL showed significant levels of mRNA expression in the blood over 9 days. The organ expression patterns of pTRAIL delivered via EG, however, did not significantly differ from those of naked pTRAIL, indicating that the expression-enhancing effect of EG containing pTRAIL was localized to the blood. These results suggest that pTRAIL-loaded EG might be of potential use in the treatment of hematological diseases such as TRAIL-sensitive leukemia.

예를 들어, 옥션에서 실시하고 있는 경매 서비스가 타 쇼핑몰과 비교할 때 우위성을 토대로 사업을 강화시키고 발전시켜 나갈 경우에 국내 인터넷 비즈니스에서 가장 강력한 모델이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 현재까지 옥션은 인터넷 경매시장에서 확고 부동한 선두자의 자리를 취하고 있으며 수수료 수입이 거래 규모와 비례하는 관계를 보이고 있다. 또한 향후경매 인구확대 및 시장규모 증대시 옥션의 수익 증가가 추가적으로 이루어질 전망이다. 이와 같은 인터넷 상거래와 네트워킹 마케팅이 결합될 경우 유통 및 소비혁명을 이루어갈 것으로 예상된다.

Purpose: The use of flumazenil administration in the emergency department is still controversial because of concerns about adverse effects. The present study was conducted to re-evaluate the risk-benefit ratio associated with flumazenil administration to patients suspected of having acute hypnotics and sedatives poisoning in the emergency department. Methods: A retrospective chart review study was conducted for patients whose final diagnoses were "poisoning" and "benzodiazepine" or "sedatives-hypnotics" from Mar. 2006 to Feb. 2015. The basal characteristics of the patients, including past medical history, ingredients and dose of ingested drug and co-ingested drugs were investigated. For patients administered flumazenil, responsiveness and time from admission to flumazenil administration were investigated with supplement. All collected data were analyzed in aspect terms of risk/benefit. Results: A total of 678 patients were included in our study. Benzodiazepine was the most common sedative/hypnotic drug prescribed, and the frequency of prescription continuously increased. The proportion of TCA as co-ingestion decreased from 13.1% to 3.9% in patients with acute sedative/hypnotic poisoning. Flumazenil was administered to 55 patients (8.1%), of which 29 patients (52.7%) were applied to contraindications. Fifty-three patients (96.4%) showed positive responsiveness, including partial responsiveness after flumazenil administration. No severe adverse events were identified. Conclusion: Based on the current trends in prescription patterns for sedative/hypnotic drugs, increased use of non-TCA antidepressants, and responsiveness to administration of flumazenil, benefit seemed weighted more in this study, although the observed benefits were based on limited results. Further prospective multicenter studies will be needed to optimize benefit-risk ratio.
