In this research, in order to study the spray, combustion, and emission characteristics of the common rail DME engine, the target engine was disassembled, and 3D CAD file was constructed using a 3D measurement machine and a rapid prototyping machine. Using the obtained 3D geometry, fine moving meshes are generated, and three dimensional non-steady turbulence flow field and combustion phenomenon including spray were numerically analyzed. As a result, IMEP of DME and diesel in medium and high speed revolution showed similar performance. As the DME fuel start to burn in spray area, the vaporized fuel rapidly spreads squish area in low speed revolution. In the case of DME engine, CO and NOx are relatively consistent with experiment results. It was found that the break-up, evaporation, collision model of DME fuel need to be properly adjusted through matching the characteristics of fuel and injector for further improvement.
Because of casehardenign effect of amorphous paclitaxel, residual solvents, methylene chloride and emthanol could not be reduced to the maximum value allowed, 600 ppm and 3,000 ppm, in accord with the guidelines issued by the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH, 1997), using rotary evaporation and successive drying in a vacuum oven. However, methylene chloride and methanol were reduced to 486 ppm and 403 ppm, respectively using supercritical $CO_2$ on purified paclitaxel. The optimum pressure and operating time were 80 bar and 30 min at fixed operating temperature ($40^{circ}C$). This approach serves as a novel application of supercritical fluid extraction to remove residual solvents from active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Red color OLED has been fabricated by the doping method apply to CBP using co-evaporation, GDI4349 of phosphorescent dopant, and rubrene of fluorescent dopant. The OLED structure are multi-layer of ITO(150 nm)/ELM_HIL(50 nm)/ELM_HTL(30 nm)/CBP : Rubrene, GDI4349 (30 nm)/BAlq (30 nm)/LiF(0.7 nm)/Al (100 nm). Accomplished best result at 3 vol.% of rubrene when the OLEDs were made of 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 vol.% doped rubrene. The highest efficiency of 7.2 cd/A was resulted at 8 vol.% of GDI4349 when the OLEDs were made among 5, 8, 11, 14 vol.% of GDI4349. Obviously, the best concentration of rubrene at 3 vol.% and changing GDI4349 concentration to 5, 8, 11, 14 vol.% OLED dramatically enhanced characteristic of resulted 10.7 cd/A at 8 vol.% of GDI4349. This result would understand to analyse as the emission efficiency increases by energy transport efficiency increase using GDI4349 energy transfer when rubrene absorbs the energy from CBP of fluorescences host.
Laser wave length can have evaporation effect by absorption because outer skin or tissue of focus is consisted of water almost though absorption of water occurs more than 90% almost in formation thickness of very thin floor Can operate outer skin, steam by floor and correct incision of formation is available. Suture surgical operation is avaliable to vein or lymph system and surgical operation region can dry and see as eye and radish bleeding surgical operation is avaliable Specially, stability of tube both end output about pulse by weight very, this research can cause various curative effect because can reduce bulk and control easily current wave style of medical laser using electric power conversion device of high frequency way. If introduce ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) or ZVZCS (Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switching), is more profitable because can reduce switching damage Because electric power department of proposed medical laser can do stable soft-switching in wide subordinate extent introducing ZVZCS technique by the first help and control department composes microcontroller, output current waveform user have free form make. Result that experiment because design and manufacture, brought result that improve of 20% than existing equipment, and will be bought to get into superior result if supplement as systematic late.
Planar type micro catalytic combustible gas sensor was developed by using nano crystalline $SnO_2$ Pt thin film as micro heater was deposited by thermal evaporation method on the alumina substrate. The thickness of the Pt heater was around 160 nm. The sensor showed high reliability with prominent selectivity against various gases(Co, $C_3H_8,\;CH_4$) at low operating temperature($156^{\circ}C$). The sensor with nano crystalline $SnO_2$ showed higher sensitivity than that without nano crystalline $SnO_2$. This can be explained by more active adsorption and oxidation of hydrogen by nano crystalline $SnO_2$ particles. The present planar-type catalytic combustible hydrogen sensor with nano crystalline $SnO_2$ is a good candidate for detection of hydrogen leaks.
This study was conducted to investigate the pyrolysis characteristics of switchgrass using TGA-FTIR instrument. Switchgrass is a high yielding perennial grass that has been designated as a potential energy crop, because of its high energy value. Ground switchgrass were pyrolysed at different heating rates of 10, 20, 30, and $40^{\circ}C/min$ in a TGA-FTIR instrument. The thermal decomposition characteristics of switchgrass were analyzed, and the gases volatilized during the experiment were identified. The thermal decomposition of switchgrass started at approximately $220^{\circ}C$, followed by a major loss of weight, where the main volatilization occurred, and the thermal decomposition was essentially completed by $430^{\circ}C$. The pyrolysis process was found to compose of four stages; moisture evaporation, hemicellulose decomposition, cellulose decomposition, and lignin degradation. The peak temperatures for hemicellulose decomposition ($306^{\circ}C$ to $327^{\circ}C$) and cellulose decomposition ($351^{\circ}C$ to $369^{\circ}C$) were increased with greater heating rates. FTIR analysis showed that the following gases were released during the pyrolysis of switchgrass; $CO_2$, CO, $CH_4$, $NH_3$, COS, $C_{2}H_{4}$, and some acetic acid. The most gas species were released at low temperature from 310 to $380^{\circ}C$, which was corresponding well with the observation of thermal decomposition.
Huperzine A-loaded microspheres composed of poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) were prepared by an O/w emulsion solvent evaporation method. The characterization of the microspheres such as drug loading, size, shape and release profile was described. The in vitro release in the initial 7 days was nearly linear with $10\%$ released per day. Thereafter drug release rate became slow gradually and about $90\%$ drug released at day 21. The in vitro release rate determined by dialysis bag method had a good correlation with the in vivo release rate. Huperzine A aqueous solution was intramuscularly injected (i.m.) at 0.4mg/kg and microspheres were intramuscularly injected at 8.4 mg eq huperzine A/kg in rats. The maxium plasma concentration $(C_{max})$ after i.m. microspheres was only $32\%$ of that after i.m. solution. Drug in plasma could be detectd until day 14 and about $5\%$ of administered dose was residued at the injection site at day 14. The relative bioavailability of huperzine A microspheres over a period of 14 days was $94.7\%$. Inhibition of acyecholinesterase activity (AchE) in rat's cortex, hippocampus and striatum could sustain for about 14 days. In conclusion, huperzine A-loaded microspheres possessed a prolonged and complete drug release with significant inhibition of AchE for 2 weeks in rats.
Experimental error sources for thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) of poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate) (EVA) were investigated and sample preparation method to reduce the experimental error was suggested. Maximum dissociation temperatures of EVA for the first and second dissociation reactions ($T_{m1}$ and $T_{m2}$, respectively) were measured. By decreasing the weight of raw EVA, the $T_{m1}$ increased but the the $T_{m2}$ decreased. When weight of the raw EVA was over 10 mg, the TGA curve showed abnormal behaviors. The abnormal TG behaviors were explained by gathering and instantaneous evaporation of acetic acid formed by deacetylation of the VA unit. When TGA analysis of EVA was performed using untreated (raw) EVA, the experimental errors were about 1%. In order to eliminate the abnormal TG behaviors and to reduce the experimental errors, EVA film made by solvent casting was used. For the treated EVA (EVA film), the abnormal TG behaviors did not appear, the $T_{m1}$ decreased by about $2^{\circ}C$ but the $T_{m2}$ increased by about $6^{\circ}C$, and the experimental errors were reduced by 0.5%.
In this paper, the performance analysis of condensation and evaporation capacity, turbine work and efficiency of the OTEC power system using vapor-liquid Ejector is presented to offer the basic design data for the operating parameters of the system. The working fluid used in this system is $CO_2$. The operating parameters considered in this study include the vapor quality at heat exchanger outlet, pressure ratio of ejector and inlet pressure of low turbine, mass flow ratio of separator at condenser outlet. The main results were summarized as follows. The efficiency of the OTEC power cycle has an enormous effect on the mass flow ratio of separator at condenser outlet. With a thorough grasp of these effects, it is possible to design the OTEC power cycle proposed in this study.

An experimental study was carried out to understand the heat transfer performance of a miniature loop heat pipes using water-based copper nanoparticles suspensions as the working fluid. The suspensions consisted of deionized water and copper nanoparticles with an average diameter of 80 nm. Effects of the cupper mass concentration and the operation pressure on the average evaporation and condensation heat transfer coefficients, the critical heat flux and the total heat resistance of the mLHPs were investigated and discussed. The pressure frequency also depends upon the evaporator temperature which has been maintained from $60^{\circ}C$ to $90^{\circ}C$. The Investigation shows 60% filling ratio gives the highest inside pressure magnitude of highest number pressure frequency at any of setting of evaporator temperature and 5wt% results the lowest heat flow resistance.
