인터넷 의류구매에서의 관계혜택지각이 관계몰입과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Perceived Relational Benefits on Relational Commitment and Customer Loyalty in Internet Clothing Purchase)

  • 소비자와의 장기적 관계 관리가 강조되는 현 시점에서, 소비자들이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 의류제품을 구매할 때 지각하는 관계혜택에 초점을 두고, 소비자들의 관계혜택지각이 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계몰입 및 충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 인터넷 의류구매 경험이 있는 20대 및 30대 남녀 소비자 343명에게 설문조사하였다. 연구결과, 인터넷 의류구매에서의 관계혜택지각은 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계몰입 및 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳐, 관계혜택지각이 클수록 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계몰입 및 충성도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관계혜택지각 차원에 따라 소비자들을 유형화한 결과, 소비자들은 '사회적 혜택지각 집단', 경제/쇼핑편이성 혜택지각 집단', '쇼핑편이성 혜택지각 집단', '고객화 혜택지각 집단', '정보적 혜택지각 집단', '심리적 혜택지각 집단'으로 구분되었으며, 이들의 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계몰입 및 충성도에도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 인터넷 기업이 고객과의 관계를 결속시키고 나아가 쇼핑몰에 대한 충성도를 높이는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 본다.

중년 남성의 라이프스타일과 신체만족도에 따른 의복 추구혜택과 추구이미지 (Clothing Pursuit Benefit and Pursued Image of the Middle Aged Men according to their Lifestyle and Body Satisfaction)

  • This study examines the clothing pursuit benefit and pursued image of middle aged men according to lifestyle and body satisfaction. A survey was carried out among male consumers between the ages of 40 and 50, and a total of 322 responses were analyzed by factor analysis, a reliability test, cluster analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows. Middle aged men were classified into four different groups in terms of lifestyles, including health managing, trend-seeking, economic consumption, and proactive lifestyle groups. As a result of looking at the differences in clothing pursuit benefits among four lifestyle groups, two lifestyle groups such as trend-seeking and proactive lifestyle groups both considered individuality more importantly than other clothing pursuit benefits. The proactive lifestyle group considered comfort, social recognition and individuality benefits. As a result of looking at differences in the pursued image of clothing among lifestyle groups, the proactive lifestyle group preferred a classic, refined and mild clothing image. There were significant differences in clothing pursuit benefits and pursued images between high- and low-level groups of body satisfaction. Those with high body satisfaction considered individuality, social recognition, and comfort more than those with low body satisfaction. The high body satisfaction group preferred all clothing images such as mild, classic and refined.

20~30대 남성의 의복태도와 가방구매에 관한 연구 (Fashion Attitude and Bag Purchase Behaviors of Males in their 20s-30s)

  • This study examined bag purchase behaviors for male consumers based on fashion attitudes. Data research were conducted on 304 males in their 20s and 30s located in Seoul & Gyeonggi province. The SPSS 17.0 software program was used to conduct data analyses such descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe's test as a post-hoc analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Fashion attitude was identified with four factors personality, social recognition, practicality, and dignity. Customers were segmented into three subdivisions: conspicuous, recognition of individual style, and practicality of clothing. The factors derived from the factor analysis of selection criteria included intrinsic attributes and extrinsic attributes. Males in their 30s valued the intrinsic attributes and males in their 20s valued extrinsic attributes. The group of conspicuous of clothing, valued both intrinsic and extrinsic attributes as important. The factors derived from the factor analysis of bag pursuit benefit included pursuit of fashion/economic, famous brand, quality/convenience. Males in their 20s and 30s pursued famous luxury brands and fashion attitudes had a positive relevance to the bag pursuit benefit.

백화점 CRM이 고객만족과 고객충성에 미치는 영향 -대전지역 의류제품 고객을 중심으로- (The Effect of Department Store CRM on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty -Focused on clothing product customers in Deajeon area-)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the factors of CRM activity and the difference in CRM activities of department stores and to analyze the effect of CRM activities on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Investigators interviewed the buyers of three department stores in Daejeon area and surveyed 468 people aged over 20 who did shopping those stores. The data were analyzed with factorial analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis, ANOVA, Scheffe Test, etc., using the SPSS 10.0. The results of this study were: 1) Six factors were identified: 'benefit & information', 'service', 'customer invitation', 'customer contact', 'special management', and 'purchase-related help'; 2) CRM activities of three department stores were different, and department store buyers and customers were different in perception on CRM activities; and 3) Customer satisfaction was affected by the CRM factors like 'service', 'customer invitation', 'purchase-related help', 'benefit & information', and 'customer contact' Customer loyalty were affected directly by customer satisfaction, 'benefit & information' and 'service', and indirectly by 'customer invitation', 'purchase-related help', 'customer contact' through customer satisfaction.

소비자의 시간압박 수준에 따른 패션정보원, 추구혜택, 구매기준 비교연구 (Comparison on Fashion Information Sources, Clothing Benefits Sought & Purchase Criteria according to Consumers' Time Pressure Level)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate demographic profiles between the consumer group under high time pressure(HTP) and the group under low time pressure(LTP) during the shopping, to examine the level of association between the fashion information sources and time pressure variable, to determine the difference in clothing benefits sought between HTP and LTP, and to determine the difference in purchase criteria. We distributed questionnaires to 600 women aged in 20-65. The reliable 562 questionnaires were used for a statistical analysis. Data analyses were conducted with SPSS program on t-test, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and Chi square test. We obtained the following results: There was a significant association between demographic variables such as age, occupation, education, residence area, & family cycle and time pressure variable. Fashion information sources were classified into 4 factors. HTP searched information on fashion products using more various sources than LTP did. There was also a significant difference between HTP and LTP in clothing benefit sought. Four clothing benefit factors such as trendy/social position, economic value, protection/comfort, and makeup of body shape were sought more by HTP than by LTP. In addition, HTP considered significantly more purchase criteria such as color/pattern, comfort, quality, suitability, material, sewing finishing, coordination, price, brand, easy care, and country of origin than LTP.

패션 라이프스타일에 따른 아웃도어 의류 구매성향 (Outdoor clothing purchasing tendencies among fashion lifestyle segments)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in various fashion lifestyle segments' perceived benefits and design preferences for outdoor clothing to improve the development of outdoor clothing. Data were collected by questionnaire from 600 subjects aged 30 years and over with experience purchasing outdoor clothing in the past year. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, and chi-square analysis were used for the data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. Four segments were identified based on fashion lifestyle: manifoldly conscious, sensation conscious, practicality conscious, and brand conscious. Perceived outdoor clothing benefits generated three dimensions, including premium brand, practicality, and functionality, and preferred image produced two factors, tasteful/refined and comfortable/casual. Significant differences were found in the purpose of purchasing outdoor clothing, perceived benefit, and image and t-shirt pattern design preference among the segments. The manifoldly conscious group had a higher tendency to pursue various benefits and images of outdoor clothing and to prefer t-shirt textile designs with foulards and stripes. The sensation conscious group considered fashion and individuality in daily life but not in outdoor clothing. The practicality conscious group showed a preference for simple and casual styles with functionality and foulard patterns for t-shirts. The brand conscious group tended to prefer a striking design to functionality. This study is expected to be used as preliminary data for merchandising planning of outdoor clothing.

여대생의 자기애에 따른 의복추구혜택과 화장추구혜택에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Expected Benefits and Make-up Expected Benefits by Narcissism of Female College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze narcissism, clothing expected benefits, and make-up expected benefits of female college students and investigate the relationships of them. To achieve the purposes, a questionnaire was conducted to 322 from September 21 to October 30, 2014. The final data was analyzed with spss 18.0 program. The results were follows. First, It was found that narcissism were classified 4 factors of success-oriented narcissism, others-defensive narcissism, recognition-oriented narcissism, appearance-fascinated narcissism. Second, It was found that clothing expected benefits were classified 6 factors and make-up expected benefits were classified 4 factors. Third, there were significant differences of narcissism by major, clothing purchase cost and cosmetic purchase cost. Forth, there were significant differences of clothing expected benefits and make-up expected benefits by major, clothing purchase cost and cosmetic purchase cost. Fifth, there were significant relations of narcissism, clothing expected benefits, and make-up expected benefits of female college students. Thus, it was found that narcissism were related to clothing expected benefits and make-up expected benefits.

20대 여성정장의류의 편익과 상표이미지에 관한 연구(제3보) -속성.편익.태도에 의한 상표이미지 개념체계 연구- (The Brand Image and the Benefit of 20s Female Apparel Market(Part III))

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of the accord between consumers benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image on brand attitude. This study was based on Kellers conceptualizing model of brand image. The subjects were 605 working women in their twenties living in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by Euclidian distance model, ANOVA of repeated measures, regression, F-test by Extra Sum of Squares Principle. The results were as follows. 1. There were significant differences among the brands and among the segmented groups in the accord between benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image and in the brand preference. Moreover there were significant interactions between the brands and the segmented groups in the accord between benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image and in the brand preference. 2. There were significant effects of the accord between benefit factors and attribute factor of brand image on brand attitude. 3. There were significantly different effects of the accord between benefit factors and attribute factors of brand image on brand attitude among the segmented groups.

소비자 추구혜택에 따른 패스트 패션 브랜드 온라인 통합채널 전략 (Online Channel Integration Strategies for Fast Fashion Brands Based on Consumer Benefits)

  • This research evaluates the availability of consumers moving to integrated multi channels by a target analysis on the integrated online channel and verifies the possibility of a synergy effect created by the expansion of an integrated online channel. The objectives are to define the scope of benefits desired in fast fashion and online shopping, compare the desired benefits of fast fashion consumers, online shopping consumers and fast fashion, and online shopping consumers, investigate the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel of consumers, and verity its relationship with the desired benefits. As a result, all consumers indicate the desire to pursue social recognition, pleasure, individuality, economic and convenience orientation, and fashion-innovativeness through shopping activities. In addition, there were differences in the mean of social recognition benefit individuality benefit, economical and convenience orientation benefit, and fashion-innovativeness benefit. Lastly, the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel was significant in all groups and the desired benefits that affect the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel were social recognition for fast fashion consumers along with pleasure and individuality for fast fashion and online shopping consumers.

의복 구매시 정보 탐색 활동에 관한 연구 -자아 이미지와 추구 편익을 중심으로- (A Study on the Information Search Behavior Emphasis on the Self-image and Benefit -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors which explain consumer's information search behavior. Data were analyzed by utilizing factor analysis and multiple-regression to investigate the relationship among information sources, benefit, and actual and ideal self- image and demographics. Based on the results, information sources for benefit, actual and ideal self-image were developed. Predictors of information sources, benefits, and self-image were identified. Marketing implication about information sources were discussed. The results were as follows. 1. Actual and ideal self-images and information sources were devised into three factors. And benefits were devised into five factors. 2. Actual self-image has more predicting power than ideal self-image to the benefits which consumer sought. Among five benefits, character pursuit was the best predicted factor according to the self-image. 3. Among three information sources, mass communication was the most effective source which can be explained by the benefit and self-image. Fashion pursuit factor was the most significant factor to the mass communication oriented source.
