This study investigates consumer opinions of clothing care and provides fundamental data to decision-making for oncoming development of clothing care system. Textom, a web-matrix program, was used to analyze big data collected from Naver and Daum with a keyword of "clothing care" from March 2019 to February 2020. A total of 22, 187 texts were shown from the big data collection. Collected big data were analyzed using text-mining, network, and CONCOR analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, many keywords related to clothing care were shown from the result of frequency analysis such as style, Dryer, LG Electronics, Product, Customer, Clothing, and Styler. Consumers were well recognizing and having an interest in recent information related to the clothing care system. Second, various keywords such as product, function, brand, and performance, were linked to each other which were fundamentally related to the clothing care. The interest in products of the clothing care system were linked to product brands that were also naturally linked to consumer interest. Third, the keywords in the network showed similar attributes from the result of CONCOR analysis that were classified into 4 groups such as the characteristics of purchase, product, performance, and interest. The purpose of this study was to clarify the factors that characterize the fashion brand online communities that have a high participation rate among high school students, and to determine the impact of those factors on the high school students' commitment to the community, especially in relation to their demographics. The study was implemented through a descriptive survey method using an online questionnaire. The sample consisted of 301 members of online fashion brand communities operated on the Daum portal site. The data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follows: (1) Factor analysis revealed that the characteristics of a fashion brand online community are associated with three factors ; compensation/interest, interactivity, and information. (2) Regression analysis showed that the more compensation/interest, opportunity for interaction, and information the community provides, the more likely high school student members are to show a higher level of commitment to the community. (3) There was no difference in the effect of community attribute factors on the high school student members' commitment to the community according to gender. The group of students majoring in human and liberal education was the most influenced by the attributes of fashion brand online communities. The interactivity factor had a greater impact on the group of students majoring in art and physical education than on the other groups. The greater the use of the Internet, the greater the impact of community attributes on commitment. (4) In the process of developing an online community, marketers should fully consider the fact that information factors have the biggest impact on high school students' commitment to the community. Therefore, greater effort should be made to differentiate between community attributes based on high school students' majors and their amount of Internet use in order to motivate commitment to the community and brand loyalty as well.

Consumers attribute human personality to products or stores as well as brands. As brand personality is imprinted to a consumer's mind, in e-commerce, the concept of store personality needs to be examined by comprehending the e-brand personality. Unlike the recent studies that focus primarily on the portal site, we attempt to identify e-brand personality of online shopping malls that sell fashion products. This study also examined the impact of the parent company's attributes on e-brand personality. A survey was conducted to 240 females and 240 males in their 20s or 30s. E-brand personality of three different types of the Internet shopping mall was evaluated by 160 respondents, respectively. As a result, we found that Internet shoppers perceive that e-brands have four distinct personality dimensions: young, reliable, sophisticated, and creative. Among the four dimensions, "young" and "reliable" showed the most significant influence on intention to visit the shopping mall site. Besides, e-brand personality varied with parent companies' attributes such as reputation, credibility, and fashion industry-relatedness. Especially, credibility of the parent company showed a strong positive relationship with e-brand personality.

The purposes of the study were to identify the online service attributes that contribute to online consumer experiences of satisfaction, service failure, and service recovery and to examine whether differences exist in these attributes between U.S. and Korea. E-A-S-QUAL provided a useful framework for the study. Focus group interviews and web surveys were conducted by utilizing college students in both countries. No significant cultural differences were found in online service dimensions of service satisfaction. Personalization was the most frequently mentioned online service dimension of service satisfaction both in the U.S. and Korea. The findings showed significant cultural differences in terms of online service dimensions responsible for service failure and recovery. For Korean consumers, merchandising was one of the key online service dimensions of service failure, while efficiency was the important service dimension resulting in service failure for the U.S. consumers. In addition, for U.S. consumers, efficiency and personalization were the two most frequently mentioned service dimension for service recovery, while Korean consumers put more importance on the contact and information dimensions for service recovery. This study provided a comprehensive list of online service attributes important to online apparel retailing.

In this study, we develop a scale to measure brand image attributes related to the symbolic use of fashion brands, and then, test the validity and reliability of the scale. In Study 1, a comprehensive literature review was conducted to generate the initial set of measurement items. Nominal Group Technique was subsequently conducted to refine the measurement items in a qualitative way. In Study 2, an expert survey was performed to further refine the measurement items in a quantitative way. In Study 3, a consumer survey was performed to determine the final set of measurement items and validate it. The scale of brand attribute symbolism consists of 21 items with six factors (i.e., Strength, Intellect, Cheerfulness, Traditional Femininity, Nature, and Affordability). The six-factor, 21-item scale is found valid and reliable. Implications, limitations of this study, and suggestions for future research are also discussed.
