보건행정학 전공학생의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념 간의 융합적 접근 (Convergence Approaches between Clinical Practice Satisfaction and Professional Self Concepts of Health Administration Students)

  • 본 연구는 보건행정학 전공학생의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념 간의의 정도를 파악하고 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 전국에 소재한 10개 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지 250부를 SPSS Ver.24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 연구 결과, 보건행정학 전공학생의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념 수준은 평균 이상인 것으로 나타났다. 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념의 세부 영역에서는 모두 양의 상관성을 보였으며, 임상실습 만족도에 가장 유의한 영향을 주는 변수는 전문직 자아개념 세부 영역 중 전문직 실무이다. 따라서 보건행정학 전공학생들의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념을 높이기 위해서는 실습 전 충분한 실습지의 점검과 사전실습 지도교수와의 상담, 그리고 이에 맞는 임상실습 프로그램 개발과 임상실습 기관과의 상호 협력체계 방안 모색도 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 방사선학과 학생들의 임상실습 후 만족도와 관련 요인을 조사하여 보다 효율적인 임상실습 프로그램을 개발하기 위함이다. 부산, 경남지역 3, 4년제 대학(교)의 방사선(학)과 학생들 중에 실습을 마친 학생 138명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시한 결과, 실습지도에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았고 실습평가에 대한 만족도는 가장 낮았다. 학제별로는 3년제에서는 실습지도에 대한 만족도가 높았고 실습환경에 대한 만족도가 낮았으며, 4년제에서는 실습시간에 대한 만족도가 가장 높고 실습평가에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과, 3년제 학생의 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요인은 병원실습 중에 느끼는 방사선사의 위상이었으며, 4년제 학생은 학교생활 중 느끼는 방사선사의 위상과 개인적으로 실습을 나간 경험이 주요인으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 G, J 지역의 치위생(학)과 학생들을 대상으로 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하기 위해 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-검정, 일원분산분석을 사용하였고, 상관관계는 피어슨 상관계수로 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 대상자의 일반적인 특성에 따른 임상실습만족도의 차이는 건강상태(F=8.108, p<.001), 학과만족도(F=16.372, p<.001), 교우관계(F=8.198, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 대상자의 교우관계와 학업성적(r=.277, p=.01), 건강상태와 교우관계에서도 정적상관관계(r=.327, p=.01)를 보였다. 또한 임상실습만족도와 학업성적(r=.127, p=.05), 건강상태(r=.226, p=.01), 교우관계(r=.240, p=.01)에서도 상관관계를 나타내었다. 본 연구 대상자의 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교우관계, 학과 만족도, 건강상태로 나타났고, 본 연구결과를 통하여 치위생(학)과 학생들을 대상으로 임상실습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

임상간호사 유지 전략으로서 멘토링 프로그램의 효과 (Effect of a Mentoring Program as a Strategy for Retention of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of a mentoring program as a strategy for the retention of clinical nurses. Method: Research subjects were 20 mentors, 20 mentees and 22 clinical nurses for a control group of mentees. A mentoring program was developed by an expert committee and applied to the experimental group for six months. Data were collected at three and six months after the application of the program from September, 2008 to March, 2009. Data were analyzed using $x^$-test, t-test, Repeated Measures ANOVA, One-way ANOVA in SPSS/Win 15.0 Program. Results: Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, empowerment, and carrier commitment in the mentees of the experimental group were significantly higher than the nurses of the control group. Intention of resignation in mentees of the experimental group were significantly lower than the nurses of the control group. Also, there were significant interaction between the groups and the times of measurements in all variables. Conclusion: The mentoring program showed positive impact on the variables for maintenance of clinical nurses. Recommendation: Based on these findings, retention strategies using mentoring programs were recommended to reduce clinical nurses' resignation and improve the competency of clinical nurses that leads to the productivity of nursing organizations.

일부 치위생과 학생의 교육 만족도와 임상실습 만족도의 관련성 (The relationship between the satisfaction levels of education and clinical practice in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the satisfaction levels of education and clinical practice in the dental hygiene students and to provide the basic data for the improvement of satisfaction with major. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 487 dental hygiene students in Busan, Gyeongnam, and Ulsan. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 program. Results : Those who chose the dental hygiene by themselves tended to have higher satisfaction(p<0.05). Those who chose the major by teacher's advice tended to have higher satisfaction for the clinical practice(p<0.05). The satisfaction level between the education and clinical practice was equally proportional to each other. Multiple regression test showed that the influencing factors on satisfaction level included major satisfaction and lecture satisfaction(p<0.05). Conclusions : Satisfaction with the major influenced on the clinical practice performance. More systematic approach for the better curricula can bestow the students satisfaction with the major in the future.

일부 치위생과 학생의 자기효능감, 피로, 의사소통능력과 임상실습 만족도와의 관련요인 (Self Efficacy, Fatigue, Communication Competence and Satisfaction of Clinical Practice and its Related Factors among Some Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to provide basic educational data for improvement of satisfaction in clinical practice by investigating the relationship of clinical practice satisfaction with self-efficacy, fatigue and communication skill in dental hygiene students. Methods: A survey using a self-administered questionnaire was conducted among 205 second- and third-year students enrolled in an dental hygiene program at three colleges located in A and B province from March 10 to April 10, 2018. Results: Satisfaction level of clinical practice was significantly higher in the group more satisfied with their majors, with more healthy subjective health status, more satisfied with their interpersonal relationships, with a higher self-efficacy, with a lower fatigue, and with better communication skill. Clinical practice satisfaction had a significantly positive correlation with self-efficacy and communication skill and a significantly negative correlation with fatigue. Factors affecting clinical practice satisfaction in the subjects were communication skill, self-efficacy and fatigue. The total variance explained by all three variables was 20%. Conclusion: Further studies and development of education programs including a broad range of strategies for clinical training are warranted by reflecting those related variables to improve clinical practice satisfaction in dental hygiene students.

작업치료(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도 (A Study on the Satisfaction with Clinical Practice of Occupational Therapy Students)

  • 임상실습 만족도가 높을수록 업무수행능력은 더 증대되며 학생들의 임상실습에 대한 만족도를 평가하는 것이 중요하다. 작업치료(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도를 알아보고자 한다. 분석방법은 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리를 하였으며, 분석결과 임상실습 만족도는 임상실습 내용, 임상실습 후 만족감, 임상실습 환경, 임상실습 지도방법, 임상실습 시간, 임상실습 평가, 임상실습 중 자신의 내적 갈등 순이었다. 작업치료(학)과 학생들의 일반적인 특성에 따른 임상실습만족도의 차이는 전공 만족도와 실습기간에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서, 효율적인 임상실습이 이루어질 수 있도록 본 연구의 내용이 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of clinical practice-related education program by analyzing the effects of grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention on transition shock of new dental hygienists. Methods: From April 19 to July 4, 2022, the data was collected from 200 new dental hygienists working for dental hospitals/clinics. Using the SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0, this study was conducted the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were positive correlations between grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention, a negative correlation between grit and transition shock, a positive correlation between job satisfaction and retention intention, a negative correlation between job satisfaction and transition shock. and a negative correlation between retention intention and transition shock. As the factors affecting transition shock, lower pay and main performance of medical cooperation work increased transition shock. When job satisfaction and retention intention were higher, transition shock decreased. Conclusions: In order to reduce transition shock of new dental hygienists, it would be necessary to operate clinical practice-related training program, and also to establish a training environment similar to the clinical site/context/situation similar to clinical context/situation.

완전학습모델기반 간호 미생물학 이론 및 실습프로그램의 개발과 효과평가 (The Development and Evaluation of a Clinical Practice Nursing Students' Microbiology Program Based on the Mastery Learning Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a clinical practice nursing students' microbiology program based on the mastery learning model, and to evaluate the effects of the program on nursing students' knowledge, self-efficacy, performance, and satisfaction related to the nursing students' microbiology program. Methods: The program was developed by using the processes of the mastery learning model. The pre-experimental research design involved a one group pretest-posttest design. The setting was a university located in Incheon, Korea. A total of 130 nursing students participated in the program including a theoretical lecture, clinical practice, and formative and summative evaluation. Results: Using the program that was designed and developed, results for the total score of self-efficacy, knowledge, and performance in the post-test application were significantly higher than in the pre-test application (p<.05). The satisfaction of hand hygiene and disinfection/contaminated hand microbial culture and disinfection test received the highest ratings. Conclusion: The application of a clinical practice nursing students' microbiology program was effective, and can be expanded to other nursing students. Future research with other study designs was warranted in order to prove the effect of a microbiology program based on the mastery learning model.

치위생과 학생이 지각한 가족지지와 임상실습 만족도와의 관계연구 (A study on the relationship between perceived family support and satisfaction of clinical practice by dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the degree of family support and the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice by dental hygiene students. Methods : In this study, convenience sampling was conducted in 272 dental hygiene students from 3 dental hygiene colleges in South Jeolla Province, from October 4 through 15, 2010. A survey was conducted by using structured questionnaires. The data was analyzed by t-test, a one way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results : Family support according to general characteristics showed a significant difference by economic status(p<0.001), satisfaction of major(p<0.01), and interpersonal relationship(p<0.05). Satisfaction degree on clinical practice according to general characteristics showed a significant difference by satisfaction of major(p<0.05) and interpersonal relationship(p<0.05). The relationship between generally perceived family support correlated with the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice(r=.154, p<0.05). Conclusions : It was found that a higher degree of satisfaction in clinical practice depends on a higher degree of family support. Therefore it is required to program development to improve satisfaction level of clinical practice by family support.
