역할행동 사전교육이 의사소통, 진료기술의 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Pre-training about Role Behavior on Communication and Evaluation or Clinical Skills)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to clarify the effect of pre-training about role-behavior on the evaluation of communication and clinical skills in clinical training using role-playing. Methods: This study used data of 116, 4th grader students from Korean Medicak College of Dongshin University in 2016 and 2017. The data was divided into two groups: those who did pre-training about role-behaviors and those who did not. After performing their role-playing, they were asked to fill out questionnaires about 2 categories-communication and evaluation skills-, composed of 10 items each. Results: 1. Through pre-education, communication skills required the form and content of questions and the practice of communicating with patients. 2. Through pre-education, there was the need to practice listening for medical history, diagnosis skills and establishing relationships with patients. 3. Pre-training of communication skills and clinical skills helps to expose the shortcomings of clinical practice. Conclusions: In conclusion, pre-training about role-behaviors can help improve communication skills and clinical skills in clerkship using role-playing.

졸업학년 간호대학생의 임상추론역량에 미치는 융합적 영향요인 (Converged Influencing Factors on the Clinical Reasoning Competency of Senior Grade Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 임상추론역량에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 M시와 G시의 졸업학년 간호대학생 160명으로 자료수집은 2019년 4월 15일부터 5월 15일까지 하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson의 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 임상추론역량과 비판적 사고성향, 메타인지, 공감능력 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었고 임상추론역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 메타인지(${\beta}=.48$, p<.001), 비판적 사고성향(${\beta}=22$, p=.021), 공감능력(${\beta}=-.19$, p=.012)으로 확인되었으며, 이 변인들은 임상추론역량을 35% 설명하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 메타인지, 비판적 사고성향, 임상추론역량을 포함한 융합교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과를 검증하는 실증연구가 필요하다.

간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Career Preparation Behaviors of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of nursing professional intuition, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing college students, and to identify factors that influence career preparation behavior. Method: This study was a descriptive research study to analyze the factors affecting career preparation behavior. The data collection period was from August 03 to 30, 2020 for 4 weeks. The survey conducted an online survey of 220 students in grades 3-4 who were enrolled in 6 nursing departments located in P metropolitan city and G province, and have clinical practice experience. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 program. Results: Career preparation behavior had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional intuition(r=.455, p<.001) and self-leadership(r=.539, p<.001), and major satisfaction(r=-.337, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.380, p<.001) had a significant negative correlation. Self-leadership(β=.424, p<.001) was the most significant factor influencing the study subjects' career preparation behavior, nursing professional intuition(β=.170, p=.010), clinical practice Satisfaction(β=.127, p=.047), employment information(β=.122, p=.023), major satisfaction(β=.137, p=.042) in the order, these variables were found in the order of The explanatory power of the factors affecting the subject's career preparation behavior was 40.2%. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to help nursing students' career preparation behavior, a strategy to provide a variety of employment information and a strategy for nursing intervention that can improve self-leadership, clinical practice satisfaction, and major satisfaction is required.

간호대학생의 자기자비, 갈등해결전략이 임상실습 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-compassion, Conflict Resolution Strategy on the Adaptation of Clinical Practice in Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생 4학년을 대상으로 자기자비정도와 갈등해결전략이 임상실습 적응에 미치는 영향을 탐색하여 간호대학생들의 긍정적인 임상실습적응을 위한 교육훈련방안 마련 시 기초자료로 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 간호대학생 4학년 243명의 자료를 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 임상실습적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색한 결과, 임상실습만족도가 높을수록, 자기 스스로 고립되지 않으며, 과잉동일시 하지 않고, 갈등해결전략으로 타협을 사용하고 회피와 지배를 사용하지 않을 때 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이들 변인은 간호대학생들의 임상실습 적응도를 설명하는데 43.3%의 영향력을 나타내었다

도라지(Platycodon grandiflorum)의 임상적 효과에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰 (The Clinical Effects of Platycodon grandiflorum: A Systematic Review)

  • Platycodon (Platycodon grandiflorum) is used as a food and medicinal ingredient worldwide, particularly in Northeast Asia. Although a large number of studies have been conducted to determine its medicinal efficacy, there is still a paucity of literature summarizing the clinical activity of Platycodon. In this systematic review, we aimed to summarize the clinical efficacy of Platycodon. All literature describing the clinical efficacy of Platycodon was collected from international databases, and relevant papers were carefully evaluated for eligibility. Data were extracted from the selected papers and quality evaluation was conducted in accordance with the standards provided by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), with all procedures being conducted in accordance with PRISMA 2009 checklist guidelines. After the removal of 342 papers, 644 studies were fully screened for their titles and abstracts, among which, 19 studies were finally selected for full summarization. Extraction of data indicated evidence of the effectiveness of Platycodon in the treatment of respiratory system-related diseases and cancer, and in the provision of immunity. However, we found that the quality and objectivity of evaluation, management of variable factors, sample size, and reproducibility were generally poor. Although Platycodon has shown potential antiviral, antibacterial, anticancer, and antidepressant effects, and promotion of immunity in clinical settings, it was not possible to integrate objective indicators to conduct a meta-analysis due to the lack of literature and insufficient studies. More investigations in the clinical setting should be conducted to confirm the functional effects of Platycodon.

간호대학생의 공감능력과 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성이 임상실습적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Empathy, Communication skills and Resilience on the Adaptation of Clinical Practice in Nursing College Student)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 공감능력, 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성이 임상실습적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 효율적인 임상실습 교육을 위한 학습전략 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 3개 대학의 간호대학생 244명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 공감능력은 3.49±.44점, 의사소통능력 3.86±.85점, 회복탄력성 3.63±.56점, 임상실습적응은 3.63±.52점이었다. 대상자의 임상실습적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 공감능력, 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 39.9%로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 임상실습적응에 영향을 미치는 공감능력, 의사소통능력과 회복탄력성을 향상시키기 위한 교육프로그램 마련이 필요하다.

상급종합병원과 종합병원의 근거기반 임상간호실무지침의 활용도 (Utilization of Evidence-Based Clinical Nursing Practice Guidelines in Tertiary Hospitals and General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual utilization of clinical practice guidelines developed by Hospital Nurses Association. Methods: The subjects were 70 nurses who were in charge of guideline distributions in 70 advanced general hospital and general hospitals with 500 beds or more nationwide. Data were collected between June and August, 2020 by mail (return rate: 88.6%). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: Among the clinical practice guidelines developed by Hospital Nurses Association, 72.9~90.1% were placed with book and electronic file in nursing department and 24.3~35.8% were placed with book and electronic file in each nursing unit at hospital. The average number of utilized clinical practice guidelines were 3.96±3.88, and average score of guideline utilization was score 2.85±0.79 which means 'use sometimes'. Conclusion: To improve the distribution and utilization of the clinical practice guidelines, it is necessary to enhance the recognition of values of evidence based nursing practice targeting head of nursing department and to stimulate the distribution and utilization of the clinical practice guidelines using diverse education programs for staff nurses.

간호대학생의 의사소통능력이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Communication Competence of Nursing Students Clinical Practice Stress)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 G시에 소재하고 있는 4년제 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 188명으로 자료수집기간은 2022년 9월 5일부터 9월 20일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램의 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차, t-test와 One way ANOVA, Pearson's correation coeffcient, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 본 연구대상자의 의사소통능력은3.54±0.41, 임상실습 스트레스는 3.64±0.60였다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 영향요인은 의사소통능력, 학과만족도, 성별로 검증되었으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 30.4%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 교욱프로그램 개발에 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

임상 간호현장에서 간호사에게 요구되는 바람직한 인성: 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 중심으로 (Desirable Personality Required of Nurses in Clinical Nursing Field: Focus Group Interviews Centered On)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 바람직한 간호 인성의 본질과 내용을 확인하여 임상간호사로서 간호역량 확보와 양질의 간호 제공을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 임상 간호현장에서 기대하는 바람직한 간호사의 인성에 대해 포괄적으로 탐구하기 위하여 포커스그룹 인터뷰 분석을 시행한 질적 연구이다. 2019년 11월 30일~ 2020년 1월 20일까지 경력 5년 이상 D지역 대학병원의 경력 간호사 6명을 대상으로 총 4회 진행하였으며, 내용 분석 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 임상 간호사에게 요구되는 인성은 '환자 간호를 위한 자기 통제와 노력의 과정', '인간 중심의 간호를 위한 구성요인', '건강한 인간관계를 만드는 영향력', 간호'조직을 구성하고 운영케 하는 영향력', '조직의 변화와 성과를 이끌어내는 영향력' 총 5개의 주제와 17개의 하위 주제로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 간호현장에서 바람직한 인성의 요소를 확인하였으며, 추후 전문직 간호역량 확보와 양질의 간호 제공을 위한 간호사 대상의 임상간호 인성 교육 프로그램 개발 연구를 제언한다.

악화환자 인지 및 대응을 위한 시뮬레이션교육에서 간호대학생의 임상판단력과 간호수행: 후향적 혼합연구 (Nursing Students' Clinical Judgment and Performance in Simulation of Recognizing and Responding of the Deterioriating Patient ; a retrospective mixed-methods)

  • Purpose : This retrospective mixed-methods study aimed to explore key considerations for designing effective simulated education in nursing, focusing specifically on the recognition and response to deteriorating patients. Methods : Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed to assess the clinical judgment and performance of the nursing students. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze quantitative data related to prior knowledge, simulation satisfaction, clinical judgment, and nursing performance during deteriorating patient simulations. Qualitative content analysis was conducted for the reflective journal entries of the participants. Results : Quantitative analysis showed that most participants demonstrated a "being skillful" level of clinical judgment (33.1%) in effective response. At the beginner level, clinical judgment varied across effective noticing(39.7-82.8%), effective interpretating(77.6-82.8%), effective responding(3.4-86.2%), and effective reflecting(90.0-95.4%). Nursing performance in assessing patient respiration or SpO2 after request from a physician ranged from 46.6-48.3%. Qualitative analysis indicated that 48.5% of the participants anticipated a deteriorating condition and initiated appropriate actions, while 70% noticed patient unresponsiveness for the first time. Conclusion : To design an effective simulation program for identifying and addressing deteriorating patient care, a framework for observation and interpretation is essential, along with regular simulated training. It is important to design and assess simulation programs and to conduct thorough interviews with nursing students to gain insight into their clinical decision-making.
