지역사회복지관 조직풍토와 사회복지사의 자원연계기술과의 관계: 성찰적 사고의 매개효과 (The relationship between organizational climate and resource linkage skills of social workers in community welfare centers: The mediating effect of reflective thinking)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사들의 자원연계기술에 지역사회복지관 조직풍토가 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이들의 관계에서 성찰적 사고의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지역사회복지관의 조직풍토, 자원연계기술, 성찰적 사고에 대한 선행연구를 토대로 연구모형을 설정하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 부산광역시 소재의 종합사회복지관, 노인복지관, 장애인복지관 전수를 대상으로 이들 기관에 근무하는 사회복지사들을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 우편설문조사방법으로 실시하였고, 526명의 자료를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 주요연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회복지관의 조직풍토는 사회복지사의 자원연계기술에 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회복지사들이 조직풍토에 대해 긍정적으로 인식할수록 자원연계기술의 활용정도가 증가함을 의미한다. 둘째, 지역사회복지관의 조직풍토와 사회복지사의 자원연계기술과의 관계에서 성찰적 사고의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 지역사회복지관 사회복지사들의 자원연계기술향상과 성찰적 사고의 실천적 방안들을 제언하고, 실천적 함의 및 추후연구과제에 대해 제시하였다.

단기 강우예측 정보를 이용한 도시하천 유출모의 적용 (Application of Urban Stream Discharge Simulation Using Short-term Rainfall Forecast)

  • In this study, we developed real-time urban stream discharge forecasting model using short-term rainfall forecasts data simulated by a regional climate model (RCM). The National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Climate Forecasting System (CFS) data was used as a boundary condition for the RCM, namely the Global/Regional Integrated Model System(GRIMs)-Regional Model Program (RMP). In addition, we make ensemble (ESB) forecast with different lead time from 1-day to 3-day and its accuracy was validated through temporal correlation coefficient (TCC). The simulated rainfall is compared to observed data, which are automatic weather stations (AWS) data and Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) Multisatellite Precipitation Analysis (TMPA 3B43; 3 hourly rainfall with $0.25^{\circ}{\times}0.25^{\circ}$ resolution) data over midland of Korea in July 26-29, 2011. Moreover, we evaluated urban rainfall-runoff relationship using Storm Water Management Model (SWMM). Several statistical measures (e.g., percent error of peak, precent error of volume, and time of peak) are used to validate the rainfall-runoff model's performance. The correlation coefficient (CC) and the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) are evaluated. The result shows that the high correlation was lead time (LT) 33-hour, LT 27-hour, and ESB forecasts, and the NSE shows positive values in LT 33-hour, and ESB forecasts. Through this study, it can be expected to utilizing the real-time urban flood alert using short-term weather forecast.

다문화가족지원센터의 조직풍토, 다문화실천역량 그리고 직무착근도간의 관계에 대한 구조방정식 모형분석 연구 (A Study on the Structural Analysis among Organizational Climate, Multicultural Practical Competence and Job Embededness of Multicultural Family Service Center)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터의 조직풍토, 다문화실천역량 그리고 직무착근도에 대하여 알아보고, 이들 간 관계의 영향력을 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자는 경기도와 서울 지역에 있는 7개의 다문화가족지원센터에 근무하는 다문화 실천가들로 총 175명이며, 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 통하여 수집되었다. 수집된 자료에 대해 SPSS Statistics 20.0 및 Amos 21.0 프로그램을 이용해 기술통계 분석, 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형분석이 이루어졌다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 다문화 실천가의 조직풍토, 다문화실천역량 그리고 직무착근도의 평균값은 5점 총점에 3.5 이상으로 긍정적으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 보상인센티브(M=3.33)와 업무배정(M=3.27)이 낮게 나타났고. 다문화역량에 대해 다문화실천기술(3.27)이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 직무착근도의 하위요인 중 적합성(Mean=3.79)이 매우 높게 나타났으나 연계(Mean= 3.19)와 희생(Mean= 3.02)은 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화실천역량은 직무착근도에 양의 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며(표준화 계수=0.426, C.R.=5.293, p<.001), 조직풍토가 직무착근도에 미치는 영향에 간접효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 조직풍토는 다문화실천역량에 양의 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고(표준화 계수=. 206, C.R.=2.499, p<.05), 또한 직무착근도에 양의 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다(표준화 계수=0.488, C.R.=6.131, p<.001). 연구 결과에 따라 조직풍토의 개선과 다문화역량의 강화로 인한 다문화 실천가들의 직무착근도를 향상시키는 실천적, 정책적 함의가 제시되었다.

한국주변해역 살오징어(Todarodes pacificus)의 회유 및 분포특성 (Migration and Distribution of the Common Squid (Todarodes pacificus) in Korean Waters)

  • Catch data for the common squid (Todarodes pacificus), classified by squid-jigging fisheries per grid (size: $0.5^{\circ}latitude{\times}0.5^{\circ}longitude$), and the water temperature values KODC (Korea Ocean Data Center) were collected for the 1980-2009 period to study the changes in squid distribution and migration with climate regimes (1980s, 1990s, and 2000s). The primary fishing period in the 1990s and 2000s was approximately 2-3 months earlier than that in the 1980s. Especially in the East Sea, the fishing grounds in the 1980s stayed longer at high latitudes than those in the other decades. Moreover, in the 1980s, centers of the fishing ground were located near the Yamato bank (central East Sea), whereas in the 1990s and 2000s, they were situated near the southeastern coast of the Korean peninsula.

THE EXTRACTION OF THE THERMAL RADIATION ASSOCIATED WITH GREENHOUSE GASES FROM AIRS MEASUREMENTS

  • For the purpose of investigating the contributions of various gases to climate change, the thermal radiation associated with greenhouse gases are extracted from AIRS (Atmospheric Infrared Sounder) infrared radiances over the tropical pacific region. AIRS instrument which was launched on the EOS-Aqua satellite in May 2002 covers the spectral range from 650 cm-1 to 2700 cm-1 with a spectral resolution of between 0.4 cm-1 and 1 cm-1. In order to extract the thermal radiation absorbed by individual gases, the interfering background radiances at the top of the atmosphere are simulated using the radiative transfer code MODTRAN (MODerate spectral resolution atmospheric TRANsmittance). The simulations incorporated the temperature and water vapor profiles taken from NCEP (National Centers for Environmental Prediction) reanalyses. The differences between the simulated background radiance and AIRS-measured radiance result in the absorption of upward longwave radiation by atmospheric gases (i.e. greenhouse effect). The extracted absorption bands of individual gases will allow us to quantify the radiative forcing of individual greenhouse gases and thus those data will be useful for climate change studies and for the validation of radiative transfer codes used in general circulation models.

Comparative Analysis of Surface Heat Fluxes in the East Asian Marginal Seas and Its Acquired Combination Data

  • Eight different data sets are examined in order to gain insight into the surface heat flux traits of the East Asian marginal seas. In the case of solar radiation of the East Sea (Japan Sea), Coordinated Ocean-ice Reference Experiments ver. 2 (CORE2) and the Objectively Analyzed Air-Sea Fluxes (OAFlux) are similar to the observed data at meteorological stations. A combination is sought by averaging these as well as the Climate Forecast System Reanalysis (CFSR) and the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP)-1 data to acquire more accurate surface heat flux for the East Asian marginal seas. According to the Combination Data, the annual averages of net heat flux of the East Sea, Yellow Sea, and East China Sea are -61.84, -22.42, and $-97.54Wm^{-2}$, respectively. The Kuroshio area to the south of Japan and the southern East Sea were found to have the largest upward annual mean net heat flux during winter, at -460- -300 and at $-370--300Wm^{-2}$, respectively. The long-term fluctuation (1984-2004) of the net heat flux shows a trend of increasing transport of heat from the ocean into the atmosphere throughout the study area.

Signal of vegetation variability found in regional-scale evapotranspiration as revealed by NDVI and assimilated atmospheric data in Asia

  • This study focused the relationship between the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and the evapotranspiration (ET) temporal changes. Especially, the interannual change of the NDVI and ET from 1982 to 2000 at regional to continental scales was highlighted mainly over Asia. Monthly global NDVI data were acquired from Pathfinder AVHRR Land (PAL) data (1$\times$1 degree resolution). The monthly ET was estimated from assimilated atmospheric data provided from National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) (2.5$\times$2.5 degree resolution), and gridded global precipitation data of CPC Merged Analysis of Precipitation (CMAP) (2.5$\times$2.5 degree resolution). Significant positive correlations were found between the NDVI and ET interannual changes in May and June over western Siberia. Moreover, it was revealed that the most of area in Asia has positive correlation coefficient in May and June. These results delineate that the vegetation activity significantly contributes to the ET interannual change over extensive areas.

Application of the Empirical Orthogonal Functions on the GRACE Spherical Harmonic Solutions

  • During the period of 2002 to 2017, the Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment (GRACE) had observed time-varying gravity changes with unprecedented accuracy. The GRACE science data centers provide the monthly gravity solutions after removing the sub-monthly mass fluctuation using geophysical models. However, model misfit makes the solutions to be contaminated by aliasing errors, which exhibits peculiar north-south stripes. Two conventional filters are used to reduce the errors, but signals with similar spatial patterns to the errors are also removed during the filtering procedure. This would be particularly problematic for estimating the ice mass changes in Western Antarctic Ice Sheet (WAIS) and Antarctic Peninsula (AP) due to their similar spatial pattern to the elongated north-south direction. In this study, we introduce an alternative filter to remove aliasing errors using the Empirical Orthogonal Functions (EOF) analysis. EOF can decompose data into different modes, and thus is useful to separate signals from noise. Therefore, the aliasing errors are effectively suppressed through EOF method. In particular, the month-to-month mass changes in WAIS and AP, which have been significantly contaminated by aliasing errors, can be recovered using EOF method.

기상 모델의 초기장 및 자료동화 차이에 따른 수도권 지역의 CMAQ 오존 예측 결과 - 2007년 6월 수도권 고농도 오존 사례 연구 - (An impact of meteorological Initial field and data assimilation on CMAQ ozone prediction in the Seoul Metropolitan Area during June, 2007)

  • Air quality models have been widely used to study and simulate many air quality issues. In the simulation, it is important to raise the accuracy of meteorological predicted data because the results of air quality modeling is deeply connected with meteorological fields. Therefore in this study, we analyzed the effects of meteorological fields on the air quality simulation. This study was designed to evaluate MM5 predictions by using different initial condition data and different observations utilized in the data assimilation. Among meteorological scenarios according to these input data, the results of meteorological simulation using National Centers for Environmental Prediction (Final) Operational Global Analysis data were in closer agreement with the observations and resulted in better prediction on ozone concentration. And in Seoul, observations from Regional Meteorological Office for data assimilations of MM5 were suitable to predict ozone concentration. In other areas, data assimilation using both observations from Regional Meteorological Office and Automatical Weather System provided valid method to simulate the trends of meteorological fields and ozone concentrations. However, it is necessary to vertify the accuracy of AWS data in advance because slightly overestimated wind speed used in the data assimilation with AWS data could result in underestimation of high ozone concentrations.
