클라이언트/서버 환경의 처방전달시스템 (OCS in Client-Server Environment)

  • 기존의 처방전달 소프트웨어들은 자료관리 성격의 패키지들로 구성되어 있으며 각 소프트웨어 모듈들은 내부 자료처리 위주의 텍스트방식 환경하에서 개발되어 실제 진료현장에서 발생되고 있는 다양한 이상현상이나 동작상황을 제대로 반영하지 못하고 잇다. 본 논문에서는 전산체계를 업무 그룹별 공통분야와 특수분야로 통합 또는 분산 관리함으로써 오더형태와 처방전달과정의 다양성으로 인한 시스템의 수정과 이식을 쉽게 할 수 있는 시스템을 설계. 개발하였다.

청소년 상담을 위한 마음의 병 온톨로지 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design of Diseases of Mind Ontologies for Juvenile Consultation)

  • 청소년들은 자신의 부정적인 경험과 감정에 대하여 자신은 마음에 상처를 받았다고 표현하고 있다. 이러한 마음의 상처의 근본원인을 다른 사람이나 외부적인 환경에서 찾고자 한다. 청소년들은 과거의 사건을 재조명하여 기억의 치유를 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 청소년의 상담을 위해 마음의 병과 관련된 원인과 증상 정보를 제공하기 위한 마음의 병 온톨로지를 설계하였다. 온톨로지를 사용하는 경우 대용량, 복잡한 지식의 체계적 구축이 용이하고, 의미 있는 정보로 저장이 가능하다. 또한 복잡한 기존 상담용어 체계들 간 통합을 위한 도구로 매우 유용하다. 그리고 궁극적으로 자료의 재사용과 공유를 활성화함으로써 내담자 중심의 상담서비스 제공이 가능하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 내담자 개개인의 맞춤형 상담 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 내담자의 마음의 병의 원인 및 증상을 분석하여 청소년 상담을 위한 마음의 병 온톨로지를 구축하였다.

간호이미지에 관한 의사, 간호사, 병원직원 및 일반인의 견해 비교분석 (A Comparative Study of the Opinon on the Image of Nursing Among the Doctors, Nurses, other Hospital Personnel and the General Public)

  • The hospital is not the place for functional isolationalism, that is, for each department to do their own activities independently. Rather it is an organization in which each part is joined together and concentrating on the same objectives. The hospital must maintain a one-system-function, so that all the resources of the hospital may be used efficiently. Although we do not yet completely understand how the nursing image as perceived by the medical team and the other members of the interdisciplinary team affects nursing practice. It is important to identify how the client recognizes the nursing image as this will influence the growth of the nursing profession directly and indirectly. So we must reevaluate the nursing image as presented to the client and find the ways to present them with a better image of nursing. The study procedures were as follow; First, the image of nurses was analyzed. The subjects for this study were 270 nurses, 172 doctors, 237 hospital employees, and 240 patients and their families from 5 local branches of the Yonsei Medical Center. The four negative responses shown in this study are as follows; 1) Nurses don't listen to patients. 2) Nurses are self-centered. 3) Nurses and careless. 4) Nurses are mechanical. Second, the concrete causes of the four negative responses were analyzed. Third, the contribution of the nurses for clinical practice, research and education was analyzed. Data were collected by questionnaires all seps of the research. Data were analyzed by use of SPSS/PC. In conclusion, the image of nurses differed according to which group, the respondents belonged. Generally, the public have a positive image of nurses, but hospital employees have a negative images of nurses. Further the nurses gave themselves a low grade. They showed negative as to the value of their job, professionality and their contribution to clinical practice when it was compared to that of the doctors.

중환자실(I.C.U.)환자에 관한 임상 간호학적 관찰 -중환자실 임상 간호 교육을 위한 기초조사- (Clinical Nursing Survey of the Patients in the Intensive Care Unit)

  • The objectives of this study have been conducted to establish effective clinical teaching program to I.C.U in terms of proper assignment of the clients for the students, proper rotation schedule, priorities in critical nursing problems and selection of the teaching and learning. We have analyzed statistically 1,850 patients who have been admitted during a period from January 1977 to October 31 1979 in Ewha Woman's University Hospital. The results are as follows: 1. The proportion to the total inpatients number was 6.5% and mortality rate was 16.3%. 2. The average hospitalized days were 5.8 days in I.C.U and the total death was occured from 1 st hospital day to 5th hospital day. So it shows a certain difficulties for clinical experiences of the senior students in I.C.U. 3. In the age of the death, 41.3% of the patients were in the 41-60 year age group. It shows highest mortality rate in socially active and productive age groups. 4. The mortality rates of the departments of the medicine was 18.7%, general surgery 18.5%, and neurosurgery 14.7%. 5. The number of patients admitted to the department of neurosystem was 30.6%, cardiovascular system 22.6%, respiratory system 11.1 % and urinary system 2.9%. 6. On utilizing instruments and machine for diagnosis and client's assessment in I.C.U, they have utilized everything a usual. But they never utilize angiogram and cardiac catheterization in cardiovascular system, and retroperitoneal pneumography in the urologic system. Further more we would recommend as follows 1. In consideration of the average hospital days and the date of death, the rotation program for clincal experience need to be adjusted as continuing practice program in apposite to current alternative practice program for comprehensive nursing care. 2. Socioeconomic needs for the patient's families and himself should be emphasized by the students in addition to physical needs. 3. Course content for critical care might be built up in considering of core disease centered nursing problems. 4. The diagnostic procedures and client's assessment items which could not experience in our university hospital by the students might be considered and refilled as filled trips to another hospital and visual aids.

내담자-참여자 중심 독서치료 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Developing a Theoretical Model for Clients-participants Centered Bibliotherapy)

  • 심리치료는 심리 정서적 어려움을 호소하는 사람들을 돕기 위한 활동 분야이다. 따라서 심리치료사들은 치료 장면에서 만나는 내담자 및 참여자들을 적절히 돕기 위해 이론적 배경을 쌓고 수련을 통해 실습 경험도 채워 나간다. 더불어 적정 치료 모형을 만들어 방법과 효과에 대해 알리고 활용한다. 그런데 우리나라의 독서치료 분야는 이미 20년 가까운 역사를 갖고 있음에도 여러 대상과 목표에 맞는 치료 모형이 개발 및 제안되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인간중심상담 이론을 바탕으로 독서치료의 주체가 되는 내담자-참여자들을 중심에 둔 독서치료 모형을 개발해 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 향후 여러 대상과 목표에 맞는 독서치료 모형 개발의 기초 및 참고가 될 것이다.

움직임 검출의 캠 제어에 의한 웹기반 이동 객체 추적 (Web-based Moving Object Tracking by Controlling Pan-Tilt Camera using Motion Detection)

  • 본 연구에서는 연속된 비디오 프레임을 대상으로 움직임을 검출하고, 이에 따른 움직임 벡터를 이용하여 카메라를 좌우 상하로 제어함으로써 이동 객체 중심의 비디오 프레임을 지속적으로 확보할 수 있는 웹 기반의 이동 객체 추적방법을 제안한다. 비디오 스트림에서 두 프레임간 일정 간격의 격자점에서의 차분을 계산하고, 임계치 이상의 차분을 갖는 격자점들에 대한 수평 및 수직 투영 히스토그램을 이용하여 움직임의 방향과 거리를 결정한다. 이 방향과 거리 정보를 이용하여 RCM을 제어함으로써 이동 객체의 움직임 영역이 비디오 스트림의 중앙에 위치하도록 한다. 실험 결과, 움직임이 있는 부분이 비디오 프레임의 중앙에 위치하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 웹상의 서버/클라이언트 방식으로 구현함으로써 인터넷을 이용하여 원격의 클라이언트가 비디오 스트림을 모니터할 수 있었다.

한 대학병원 부속 건강검진센터 이용자의 만족도와 재이용 의사에 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Satisfaction and Revisit Intension of Health Promotion Center In A University Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for providing quality medical service and mapping out consumer-centered marketing strategies to successfully cope with the rapidly changing medical environment and meet consumer needs, by examining what affected the satisfaction and revisit of health Promotion center Client. The subjects in this study were 186 of visitor to health Promotion center in a university hospital in the city of Busan. A survey was conducted with structured questionnaire from March 2 to 30, 2001. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS for Windows (ver10.0). For more statistical analysis, frequency analysis, component analysis, t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis procedures were utilized. Results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Regarding demographic characteristics, 51.6% of the Client investigated were male, and 48.4% were female. The greatest number of them were in their 40s(38.9%). 86.5% were married, and 34.2% were self-employed. 44% were a high-school graduate, and the monthly mean income of 59.4% was one to three million Won. And, the residential area of 46.8%, the largest percentage, was a half-an-hour distance from health Promotion center. 2. The most common motivation of their selection of the health Promotion center was a recommendation by Staff and neighborhood(59.7%), followed by excellent facilities and services(17.2%), the tradition and reputation of the hospital(7.5%), and its publicity pamphlets(7.5%). 3. 45.9%, the largest percentage, acquired health-related information from their friends or acquaintances. 43.8%, the greatest percentage, visited there because they felt there's something wrong with their body. 53.4% worried about the possibility of being attacked by cancer, and 57.5% wanted to take a precise cancer examination. For health maintenance, 50.1% got regular exercise. Regular exercise was considered most crucial for health maintenance or promotion. 4. The largest reason they used that examination center again was the kindness of employees(52.7%), followed by the tradition and reputation of the hospital(21%) and excellent examination setting and equipment(10.8%). 5. By demographic factor, there was no significant difference between the man and women in satisfaction level with examination and expenses. The women expressed more satisfaction at facilities, and the high-school graduate group were more contented with expenses. 6. As a result of investigating their satisfaction level according to the motivation of selecting that examination center, the group that chose the center due to excellent facilities and services were more satisfied with examination and expenses. 7. As for the relationship of total examination satisfaction to revisit. intention, there was a higher correlational relationship between total health examination satisfaction and expense satisfaction. Especially, the more they were satisfied with examination, the more they were willing to revisit there for another examination.

전자잡지 관리에 관한 고찰 (Electronic Journal Collection Management Issues)

  • 이 글은 전자잡지의 선정, 예산, 정책결정, 장서평가, 보존 등 전자잡지에 관한 장서관리문제를 소개 분석하고 있다. 전자잡지와 관련한 직원과 예산이 주제별 접근방식이나 형태별 접근방식에 따라, 또는 이 두 접근방식을 병행하여 조직될 수 있다고 주장하고 있다. 전자잡지는 인쇄형태 잡지와 마찬가지로 자료식별, 평가, 선정이라는 3단계과정을 거쳐 선정된다. 전자잡지는 인쇄형태잡지에 적용되는 전통적 기준뿐만 아니라 또 다른 기준이 추가로 적용된다. 이 글은 전자잡지의 구독취소와 제적을 언급하고 있지 않지만, 그 중요성은 증가할 것이다. 잡지의 소유권보다는 이용가능성과 접근가능성에 중점을 둔 새로운 이용자위주 평가 방법기법에 대한 요구가 일고 있다.

병원의 인터넷 마케팅을 위한 간호부서의 웹사이트 분석 (An analysis of Web Sites on the Nursing Departments for Hospital Internet Marketing)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was exploring current status of having home page on the hospitals which have more than 500 beds and analyzing web site on the Nursing Department among them. Method : Cases under analyzing were 92 hospitals which have their own home pages. And then, content analysis with 33 cases was used to evaluate web site of Nursing Department. Results : 1. There are 85(92.4%) home pages in the hospitals among 92 hospitals. 2. There are 33(35.9%) web pages on the Nursing Home page in the 85 hospitals which has hospital home pages. 3. The contents of web pages were 'Introduction of Nursing Department' (78.8% of Nursing Department), 'Home health care'(39.4%), 'Areas of Nursing department'(36.4%), 'Educational Opportunities'(36.4%), 'Research activities'(30.3%), 'Interaction'(27.3%), 'E-mail'(18.2%), 'Information providing to consumer'(15.2%), 'Hospice'(15.2%), 'Hot line, consultation'(12.1%) respectively. Conclusion : The results showed that most web sites of Nursing Department were consist of simple contents with simple purpose. Therefore, in this informational world, Nursing Departments have to try using internet marketing with well developed client centered web site.

초등학교 저학년 부모를 위한 자녀성교육프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of a Children's Sex Education Program for the Parents of Lower Elementary Grade Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to develop a children's sex education program for the parents of lower elementary grade students and to evaluate its effects on sexual knowledge, gender role attitude, parent efficacy for child's sex education, and marital consistency. Methods: A quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The participants were 29 couples (58 parents, experimental group=28, control group=30) from G city. The 5-week (5-session) program was developed based on 'A theory of protection: parents as sex educators' and used the case-based small group learning method. Data were collected during July and August 2015. The characteristics of the program developed in the present study were a theoretical-based, client-centered, multi-method. Results: After the intervention, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in sexual knowledge, gender role attitudes, parent efficacy for child's sex education, and marital consistency, compared to the control group. The effect sizes of the program were .64 (knowledge), .65 (gender role attitudes), and .68 (parent efficacy). Conclusion: The results of this study provided implications for the parents as effective sex educator and the role expansion of school health nurses.
