This paper is concerned with identifying the importance of the pre-qualification factors used in selecting contractors and also in determining the importance of various criteria used for the award of contract. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey administered to a population of 60 respondents in consultancy and client's organisation. The data analysis included a statistical comparison of means and interpretation. The result of this study showed that experience of the contractor is the most important prequalification factor while technical expertise is the most important criteria in the award of contract. The result of this study will enable clients, consultants and contractors to lay emphasis on the influencing factors in terms of pre-qualification and award of contract.

Project-based joint ventures are often used in the construction industry to assemble an organization that meets a client's project needs and matches or exceeds the capacities of competitors. The joint venture / partnerships provides the means for a firm to quickly add resource, political, technical, or other required strengths that will increase project acquisition. This paper sets out to study the types of joint ventures, different issues or problems while having joint ventures and the critical factors that contribute to successful joint ventures. A questionnaire was designed and administered to survey the issues and present practices of joint ventures in the South Florida construction industry. Along with the questionnaire, personnel interviews were also conducted to get first hand knowledge about the subject matter. The results are presented in the paper. These results specifically identify the overall practice of joint ventures in South Florida as well as indicate the most significant factors leading to failure or success of these ventures.

본 연구는 독서치료의 기본적 도구인 상황별 독서목록의 기초적 요건에 관한 후속 연구이다. 상황별 독서목록을 작성하는데 필요한 상황을 설정하기 위하여 상담사린 공공도서관용 독서치료 목록집, 독서치료 관련 교육기관의 강의계획표 등을 조사하였다. 분석 결과에 따라 우리나라 사람들의 독서치료 상황을 설정하였으며, 이것을 십진 분류체계에 따라 정리하였다. 분류에 적용된 기준은 전편 논문에서 제시한 연령, 성별, 공간 및 관계이며, 소아용, 청소년용, 성인용, 노인용 상황분류 체계 안이 제시되었다.

Purpose: This study aimed to find the factors affecting medical sequelae management service satisfaction among injured workers. Method: This study population were 200 randomised samples of 619 medical sequelae management beneficiaries from April to June 2007 among occupational accident treatment ending workers in 2006. Data were collected through the telephone survey from November 28 to December 7 in 2007. Data were analyzed by ${\chi}^2$ test and multiple logistic regression using SAS 9.1 version. Results: According to the finding of this study, positive perceptions for the purpose and the effect of medical sequelae management were the factors influencing the satisfaction of medical sequelae management service. Conclusions: We recommend key issues to take into account for enhancing medical sequelae management service satisfaction in workers' compensation as follows; explaining the purpose and effect of medical sequelae management to client, evaluating medical sequelae management effect, and the policy participation of medical profession.

Current audit reports on IS development projects provide useful information to stakeholders but have such limitations as the lack of quantification of audit results and the insufficient recommendations on success factors. The purpose of this study is to solve these limitations, leading audit reports to become of future-oriented contents and form. This research was conducted through the logical inference from the review on the related literature, the analysis of audit reports from 1996 to 1998, and the collection of data from interviews and questionnaires with IS auditors. As a result of the study, eighteen success factors were identified for the development of IS projects, including the adequate composition of the system development team, the degree of project manager's cooperation with the client organization, and the timing of decision making.

The purpose of this study is to provide a practical guide for selecting architectural artwork and analyze relationship between artwork and interior space & facade. The problems with many outdoor artwork did not make the characteristics of the specific environment and did not form a big flow in the urban contextualism. Choosing the artwork, architectural environment for artwork is very much part of the designers' task. When artwork is to be specifically acquired for a particular projects, designer and client must work together to make choices and plan placement. The data are collected through evaluation surveys of college students and graduate students majoring in interior architecture & design, and analyzed by using SPSS-WIN program to find the major characterized factors. It is concluded that architectural artwork should be constituted with nine major factors of interior space - theme/scale, situation/contemporay accord, finished materials harmony, line/two-three dimensional form, proportion/rhythm, sequence, natural/artificial form, abstract/reality expression, originality - and eight major factors of facade - situation, abstract/reality expression, finished materials harmony, theme/sequence, natural/artificial form, proportion/rhythm, static/dynamic expression, originality/. contemporay accord.

The construction industry has the most safety accidents among domestic industries. Special care must be taken because disasters in the construction industry lead to social problems caused by huge property losses and casualties. As a result of this, there is a growing awareness of disasters occurring in the construction industry, and government departments are tightening regulations on safety management. In particular, the OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Agency) focuses on the expansion of protection targets and the clarification of responsibility in the full amendment OSHA. As a result, a study that focuses on safety management by client's responsibility is needed. In this study, the project performance capability assessment of construction project management contractors, which is being carried out with uniform assessment criteria without considering the characteristics of the construction project, is considered and all the amendments to the OSHA are considered, and the factors were derived for improvement measures.

The revolution of nursing curriculum has been focused on clinical competency for nursing graduates to flexibly respond to changes in societal health needs and disciplinary requirements. In this trend, the study was designed to identify basic concepts of nursing education that reflects the changes in societal needs and nursing discipline, and to develop the instrument to measure performance level in each dimension of clinical competency. The study was conducted in two phases. In phase 1, principal concepts consisted of nursing education were determined through literature review as well as series of discussion sessions on nursing philosophies and educational objectives among researchers. Though the process, the conceptual framework of competency based nursing curriculum was constructed with nursing process and professional role as horizontal threads, client, health needs, and nursing interventions as vertical threads. Then, items were developed to represent each dimension of competency : client and health need, nursing process, professional role, and nursing interventions. The total of 273 items were included as to represent clinical competency required for BSN graduates. In phase 2, questionnaires were distributed to nursing faculties of 41 BSN programs to validate the 273-item Instrument developed to measure competency. The total of 34 subjects returned the questionnaire with 81% of response rates. The subjects of the study had an average of 42 months of clinical experience and 13 years of education experience in various nursing areas with an age range of 30 to 52 years. The data were analyzed by utilizing SPSSWIN and the results are as follows. 1) The mean score of the nursing process dimension was supported most with the mean of 3.60(SD=0.32) compared to client and health need dimension(M=3.49, SD=.40), professional role(M=3.41, SD=.44), and nursing interventions(M=3.57, SD=.34). 2) The dimensions of competency were moderately correlated to each other with a range of r=.433 to r=.829, confirming that four dimensions of competency were related but distinct concepts. 3) The items of each dimension were analyzed based on its appropriateness. 'Assessing risk factors of the clients' were most highly supported in client and health need dimension. Most items of nursing process dimension were considered appropriate, while items related to efficient communication were well supported in professional role dimension. In nursing intervention dimension, items on basic nursing skills were highly supported while items on specific nursing interventions such as music therapy or art therapy were considered relatively inappropriate to competency for BSN graduates. The findings clearly showed that the current nursing education more emphasizes nursing interventions based on nursing process than other dimensions of competency. There is a need to reconceptualize nursing curriculum that is able to reflect more of nursing professional role and client/health need dimensions. Further research to validate the instrument by confirming competency dimensions of nursing graduates who are currently working at the hospital has been suggested.

본 연구는 청소년 상담사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 내담 청소년의 정서적 안정과 상담만족에 미치는 영향을 객관적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 만19세 미만 청소년 180명을 대상으로 2020년 05월-07월까지 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구가설 1 '청소년 내담자가 인식하는 상담자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 내담자 정서적 안정에 영향을 미칠 것이다'에 대한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 청소년 상담사의 통제형과 전문형 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 청소년 내담자의 긴장과 불안에 정적 영향을 미친다. 또한, 상담사의 통제형, 전문형 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 청소년 내담자의 근심과 두려움에 정적 영향을 미친다. 그리고 상담사의 협력형 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 내담자의 만족과 평온함에 정적 영향을 미친다. 마지막으로 상담사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 청소년 내담자의 낙관에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구가설 2 '청소년 내담자가 인식하는 상담자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 내담자의 상담만족에 영향을 미칠 것이다'에 대한 분석 결과, 협력형, 통제형, 전문형 스타일 등 모든 하위 요인이 내담자의 상담만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

본 연구는 치료공동체에 거주하는 알코올 중독자의 회복을 측정하는 도구 CAS(Client Assesment Summary)의 한국어판의 타당도를 검증하여 일반 알코올 중독자의 회복 척도로 사용하기에 수용가능한지에 대한 적합성을 검증하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구 대상자로 단주 중인 알코올 중독자 205명의 자료를 분석하였으며, 분석은 CAS 척도의 내용타당도, 신뢰도, 요인분석을 통한 구성타당도, 타 회복척도인 ARS, 단주기간, 단주 자기 효능감, 병식, 변화 동기 변수와의 관계 분석을 통해 기준타당도를 검증하는 분석을 시행하였다. 내용타당성 검증 후의 구성타당도 검증을 위한 요인분석 결과, CAS척도는 전체 12문항, 4개 요인으로 구성되었으며 전체 설명력은 76.26%, 공통성 0.6 이상, KMO 값 0.92로 구성타당도를 확인할 수 있었다. 내적일치도 계수는 .92로 신뢰도를 확인하였으며, ARS, 단주기간, 단주 자기효능감, 병식, 변화 동기 변인과의 상관관계로 기준타당도를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 검증 과정을 통하여 CAS척도가 치료공동체 뿐 아니라 일반 알코올 중독자에게 사용하기에도 타당한 척도임을 확인하였으며, 이상의 척도가 알코올 중독자의 회복을 평가하는데 학술적, 임상적으로 활용되어 궁극적으로 알코올 중독자의 회복에 기여하기를 기대한다.
