Abstract MOCIE(Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy) handles 6 Projects for Intelligent Robot, whose budget is around 40 Million dollars per year. In this paper we have tried to analyze the state of robot technology of the projects. Each sub-projects has been divided according to the technological classification. Two major projects of Next Generation Growth Engine and 21C Frontier show different state each other. The former is focused on the product while the latter on the technology. Output of 21C Frontier should be linked to the Next Generation Growth Engine, otherwise, it will fail to advance. The project management handles only the quantitative performance such as business results, number of prototype, and number of patents and papers. Technological Capability is essential and it should be managed. This paper proposes efficient classification of robot technology and technology index.

Neural networks are increasingly being used to enhance the classification and recognition powers of data collected from sensor array. This papers reports the effectiveness of multilayer perceptron network based on back-propagation algorithm combined with the outputs from "Electronic Nose" using electrically conducting polymers as sensor materials. Robust performance and classification results are produced with preprocessing method.

특허분석은 전 세계적으로 축적된 특허 데이터베이스로부터 기업의 연구개발 전략에 필요한 지식을 추출하는 것이다. 현재까지 특허출원 결과를 분석하여 해당기술에 대한 기술동향과 전개과정을 파악하여 향후 개발될 기술에 대한 방향정립을 위하여 특허분석은 필요한 결과를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 특허분석과 관련된 방법 및 시스템에 대한 기술 분류를 수행하고 관련된 국내특허와 미국특허, 그리고 IEEE 논문을 조사하고 분석한다. 특허분석시스템은 기술 분야의 특성상 특허출원뿐만 아니라 연구결과의 논문발표도 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서 선정된 검색어를 통하여 최종적으로 검색된 결과를 이용하여 기술 분류에 따른 분석을 실시한다. 유효한 전체 특허와 논문을 대상으로 특허분석시스템에 필요한 공백기술을 찾아내기 위하여 매트릭스분석을 수행한다. 현재까지 등록된 특허분석시스템에 대한 기술발전 동향을 파악하고 앞으로 필요한 특허분석시스템 관련 기술발전 방향도 제시한다. 통계적 검정과 자기조직화 지도를 이용하여 유효 특허와 논문을 정량적으로 분석하여 국내특허, 미국특허, 그리고 논문 내에서 상대적으로 개발이 취약한 기술을 찾아내고 이에 대한 개발의 필요성도 함께 제시한다.

In this paper, more efficient classification result could be obtained by applying the combination of the Hidden Markov Model and SVM Model to HMSV algorithm gene expression data which simulated the stochastic flow of gene data and clustering it. In this paper, we verified the HMSV algorithm that combines independently learned algorithms. To prove that this paper is superior to other papers, we tested the sensitivity and specificity of the most commonly used classification criteria. As a result, the K-means is 71% and the SOM is 68%. The proposed HMSV algorithm is 85%. These results are stable and high. It can be seen that this is better classified than using a general classification algorithm. The algorithm proposed in this paper is a stochastic modeling of the generation process of the characteristics included in the signal, and a good recognition rate can be obtained with a small amount of calculation, so it will be useful to study the relationship with diseases by showing fast and effective performance improvement with an algorithm that clusters nodes by simulating the stochastic flow of Gene Data through data mining of BigData.

The aim of the study was to analyze recent trends of experimental studies regarding to acupuncture and moxibustion (AM) through reviewing the 492 papers in the PubMed database in order to help researchers from overlapping study on the same theme and to spur them to investigate experimental studies on AM with understanding the current flow of that. For the analysis, we include papers in which abstract was written in English. First, we performed quantitative analysis of the experimental studies using whole of the first filtrated 492 papers. From this analysis, we could obtain the followings: 'Trends of study in the most frequently appeared journals and leading authors in experimental study of AM'. 'The number of papers and name of journals by leading authors in experimental study of AM'. 'Trends of Korean papers in the most frequently appeared journals and Korean leading authors in experimental study of AM", 'Classification of experimental studies related to acupuncture and moxibustion according to intervention methods or individual country' and 'Assortment of experimental studies related to acupuncture and moxibustion in terms of intervention methods on leading countries'. Second, we collected 72 papers considering impact factor of the journal and influential effect of the papers' result for qualitative analysis, and we divided the papers into pain related one or not, because the effect of AM on pain is major subject of AM study. The results showed that experimental studies regarding to AM still has several weakness such as limited usage of acupuncture points and inclined application of electroacupucture even though there are 361 acupuncture points in the human body and various kinds of stimulation methods using traditional needles and moxibustion. Therefore, we suggest that researchers should pay more attention to the study on basic AM research creatively and systematically through strengthening and enhancing the cooperation among colleges, research institutes and hospitals. Moreover, in order to promote the basic research of the AM, it is required that we need cross-disciplinary research as well as international collaboration research.

Objective : This paper analyzed the research trend of the experiment papers where inflammation was treated based on the oriental herbs among the issued papers of many areas such as oriental medicine and pharmacy, etc. Method : All experiment papers on the oriental herbs have been searched with the keyword of 'inflammation' in the internet sites like KISTI, OASIS, etc., and then they are analyzed on the basis of the effective classification of Korean herbal medicine, the frequency of research on Korean herbal medicine, and so forth. Result & Conclusion : It is presumed that anti-inflammation, the concept of Western Medicine, is related to clearing away heat, the concept of Korean herbal medicine, because it is ascertained that the highest cases is kinds of Korean herbal medicine effectively classified as clearing away heat medicine in the research of anti-inflammation. Also, it is checked that a ginseng is the most researched among the 138 Korean herbal medicine.

Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

This study examines the trend of research on food and culture in papers published in the Journal of The Korean Society of Food Culture from 1986 to 2020. The journals published a total of 329 papers, which we classified into 5 main categories and 13 middle categories. Of these, 204 articles were on "Korean traditional food culture." The most studied topic in the entire period was "Perception of Koreans towards traditional food, preference, satisfaction, and usage." A total of 76 studies related to "Korean contemporary food culture." The most advanced topic researched concerned "Recognition and attitude"; these studies were consistently carried out throughout the research period. The main classification of "World food culture" encompassed 32 studies, with major research focused on "World's Modern Food Culture" and the most advanced being "Comparison of Food Cultures of Foreign and Korean Food Cultures." All studies were consistently spaced out during the study period. These studies provide an integrated knowledge in the field of food and culture and can be used as a basic material for related research in the future.

Investigations on information security factors re- main elusive at small and medium enterprises (SMEs), es- specially for custom-made software solutions. This article aims to investigate, classify, adopt factors from recent literature addressing information security resources. SMEs al- ready have information security in place, but they are not easy to adopt through the negotiation processes between the in-house software development companies and custom-made software clients at SMEs. This article proposes a strategic framework for implementing the process of adoption of the information security factors at SMEs after conducting a systematic snapshot approach for investigating and classifying the resources. The systematic snapshot was conducted using a search strategy with inclusion and exclusion criteria to retain 128 final reviewed papers from a large number of papers within the period of 2001-2022. These papers were analyzed based on a classification schema including management, organizational, development, and environmental categories in software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases in order to define new security factors. The reviewed articles addressed research gaps, trends, and common covered evidence-based decisions based on the findings of the systematic mapping. Hence, this paper boosts the broader cooperation between in-house software development companies and their clients to elicit, customize, and adopt the factors based on clients' demands.
