소비자의 클래식공연유형 인식과 활용이 클래식공연 활성화에 미치는 영향 (The Perception of Classical Performance Types by the Audience and Its Effects on Performance Invigoration)

  • 본 연구는 클래식 공연 소비자들이 공연을 선택하고 결정하는 데 있어 공연유형 인식과 활용이 클래식 공연활성화에 영향을 끼치는지, 또 공연유형 분류체계에 대한 소비자의 인식이 공연 생산자들에게는 마케팅 측면에서 활용가능한지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 선행 연구자들의 분류체계와 전국 대표적인 5개 도시공연장에서 진행한 최근 3년간 공연 프로그램과 여타 자료 분석을 통해 정통클래식 유형 옴니버스 유형 렉처 유형 크로스오버 유형 그리고 혼합유형 5 가지로 분류하였다. 이 분류 유형을 바탕으로 설문조사 전문기관에 의뢰하여 조사 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 클래식 소비자들은 잠재적으로 공연유형을 인식하고 있었으며 실재로 공연선택의 요소로 활용하고 있었다. 둘째, 유형을 인지하고 수용도와 만족도가 높은 상태에서 관객개발과 클래식 공연발전에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알았다. 셋째, 공연 제작자는 분류된 유형에 의한 명확한 타깃층을 설정함으로서 흥행을 위한 마케팅 기법으로 적지 않은 활용가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

국악 연주단복 개발을 위한 연구 (Development of Performance Uniform for Korean Classical Music Band)

  • This study proposed the design development of performance uniform for Korean classical music. To do this, we considered the state of the performance uniform of the Korean Classical Music Band through photographic data. The research targeted the performers in Korean Classical Music Band, and conducted a survey for the preference of type, pattern, decoration, color and fabric materials. Based on the results, we extracted the design of performance uniform, which is suitable for the environment of Korean classical music performance and meets the substantial requirements of performers. The performance uniform that the current national or public Korean classical music bands are using, has two types: Western clothing and Hanbok. The attire is influenced by the genre of the music that they are playing because one of its main functions is to deliver the music to audience effectively. In addition, there are some differences in the uniform based on the gender, but no division in the design of clothing according to music instruments. However, the result of the survey show that there was no difference in preference by gender, but there was some difference according to the division of music instruments. On this study, we reflected this result in the design, and proposed the design of an convenient outer garment for everyone to wear in the music performance band.

현대공연장에 나타난 고전유형의 적용경향에 관한 연구 - 무대와 객석공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Application of Classic Styles in Contemporary Performing Art Centers - Focusing on Stage and Auditorium Space -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the application tendency of the western classical style which appears in contemporary performing arts centers. The types of space in performing arts centers were investigated according to the times. There were somewhat fixed stage and auditorium types for each period ; the ancient times had the arena stage and round auditorium, the Renaissance the proscenium stage and the U-shaped auditorium, the Elizabethan period the thrust stage and polygonal auditorium, and the modern times the proscenium and apron stage, the horseshoe and fan type auditorium. Today since the purposes of performance are multiple, a variety of stage types are applied to each performing arts center. They use various spaces and performances of multiple purposes by moving and transforming the stage and auditorium according to the kinds of performance as a variation of the arena and proscenium stage. Recently there appear complex performing arts centers that can plan performing spaces of diverse sizes and forms to fit the functions of a performance in a large building. Since they put on performances in a large space according to the characteristics of the kind of performance, the intentions and goals of the performance are well delivered to the audience.

언어 시각화를 통한 한국의 시대별 고전화장 연구 (A Study of Classical Makeup of the Korean Age by Using Language Visualization)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the visual elements for effectively conveying the make-up method of the Korean history. We will do basic research on language visualization through visual poetry by using a make-up method as a visual expression element. Our research methods consisted of a related literature research, an internet search, and case study methods. The make-up methods of Korean classical make-up through visual poetry consisted of a through literature review. First, make-up methods, cosmetics, jewelry, and hair styles are shown in the classic make-up style of each age. Second, classical make-up visual poetry shows the identity, gender, and character depictions. Third, there were many visual metaphors about the hair types, figures, and hair among the classical make-up methods of each age. I think that this topic is worth researching as an appropriate medium to increase attractiveness. This research is with visual expression elements of the Korea make-up method. This study analyzed the Korean traditional make-up method that expresses and reinterprets visual metaphors. The results of this study can be applied for basic research.

Probabilistic-based prediction of lifetime performance of RC bridges subject to maintenance interventions

  • In this paper, a probabilistic- and finite element-based approach to evaluate and predict the lifetime performance of reinforced concrete (RC) bridges undergoing various maintenance actions is proposed with the time-variant system reliability being utilized as a performance indicator. Depending on their structural state during the degradation process, the classical maintenance actions for RC bridges are firstly categorized into four types: Preventive type I, Preventive type II, Strengthening and Replacement. Preventive type I is used to delay the onset of steel corrosion, Preventive type II can suppress the corrosion process of reinforcing steel, Strengthening is the application of various maintenance materials to improve the structural performance and Replacement is performed to restore the individual components or overall structure to their original conditions. The quantitative influence of these maintenance types on structural performance is investigated and the respective analysis modules are written and inputted into the computer program. Accordingly, the time-variant system reliability can be calculated by the use of Monte Carlo simulations and the updated the program. Finally, an existing RC continuous bridge located in Shanghai, China, is used as an illustrative example and the lifetime structural performance with and without each of the maintenance types are discussed. It is felt that the proposed approach can be applied to various RC bridges with different structural configurations, construction methods and environmental conditions.

클래식 음악공연의 소비자 선택요인이 구매의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 관객유형 중심으로 (The Effect of Selection Factors on the Consumers' Purchasing Decisions for Classical Music Performances: Focused on Different Types of Audience)

  • 본 연구는 시장 내 소비자 확보의 어려움을 겪고 있는 클래식 시장의 소비자 확장과 시장 활성화에 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 개방형 설문으로 클래식 공연 소비자의 공연 선택요인을 탐색한 뒤, 도출된 선택요인을 바탕으로 설계된 설문을 통해 공연 소비자의 유형을 나눈 후 관객 유형에 따라 공연관람을 위한 선택요인이 구매의사에 어떻게 다른 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 최종적으로 35개의 클래식 공연 선택요인이 확정되었고 양적연구를 통해 개인적요인, 명성실력요인, 마케팅요인, 공연장환경요인, 공연내용요인, 사회관계요인, 정보적요인의 총 7개 요인으로 유형화할 수 있었다. 또한 도출된 요인과 구매의사와의 관계를 분석한 결과 개인적요인, 공연내용요인, 정보적요인, 환경적요인, 마케팅요인이 구매의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고 관객 유형별 구매의사에 미치는 영향에는 유형별 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 공연장 및 공연예술 단체들이 마케팅 전략을 세울 때 좀 더 세부적인 전략을 세울 수 있도록 이바지 하고자 한다.

표적 탐지/추적 성능 향상을 위한 불균일 미세 잡음 영상 화질개선 연구 (A study on enhancement of heterogeneous noisy image quality for the performance improvement of target detection and tracking)

  • Images can be contaminated with different types of noise, for different reasons. The neighborhood averaging and smoothing by image averaging are the classical image processing techniques for noise removal. The classical spatial filtering refers to the aggregate of pixels composing an image and operating directly on these pixels. To reduce or remove effectively noise in image sequences, it usually needs to use noise reduction filter based on space or time domain such as method of spatial or temporal filter. However, the method of spatial filter can generally cause that signals of objects as the target are also blurred. In this paper, we propose temporal filter using the piece-wise quadratic function model and enhancement algorithm of image quality for the performance improvement of target detection and tracking by heterogeneous noise reduction. Image tracking simulation that utilizes real IIR(Imaging Infra-Red) images is employed to evaluate the performance of the proposed image processing algorithm.

한의학 교육에서 내상발열(內傷發熱) 증례를 이용한 표준화환자 프로그램 개발 연구 (Developing a Standardized Patient Program using Internal Damage Fever Cases in Korean Medical Education)

  • Objectives : The objective of this paper is to develop a standardized patient program with a focus on diagnosis and treatment of internal damage fever in Korean Medical education. Methods : First, cases of diagnosis and treatment of internal damage fever were collected from various classical texts, then a module was developed according to pre-existing standardized patient program's protocols based on selected cases. Careful consideration was given to developing evaluation criteria on history taking and physical examination that are necessary to accurately differentiating the 9 types. Results : Nine types of differentiation models on internal damage fever were selected, which are qi deficiency from overexertion/fatigue and famish; blood deficiency from overexertion/fatigue, famish and fullness; fire stagnation from excessive eating and cold foods; food damage; yang deficiency; yin deficiency; phlegm; stagnated blood; liver qi stagnation. For each type, evaluation criteria in regards to history taking, physical examination, communication with patient, and patient education were developed. Conclusions : When developing a standardized patient program using internal damage fever cases, it would better reflect the characteristics of Korean Medicine in clinical education of Korean Medicine if the program is based on classical texts. It would also be useful in evaluating students' graduation competence in exams such as CPX.

FIR을 이용한 Demerit-CUSUM 관리도의 수행도 평가 (Evaluation of Demerit-CUSUM Control Chart Performance Using Fast Initial Response)

  • Complex Products may present more than one type of defects and these defects are not always of equal severity. These defects are classified according to their seriousness and effect on product quality and performance. Demerit systems are very effective systems to monitoring the different types of defects. So, classical demerit control chart used to monitor counts of several different types of defects simultaneously in complex products. S.M. Na et al.(2003) proposed the Demerit-CUSUM for the improvement of the demerit control chart performance and Nembhard, D. A. et al.(2001) and G.Y Cho et al.(2004) developed a Demerit control chart using the EWMA technique and evaluated the performance of the control chart. In this paper, we present an effective method for process control using the Demerit-CUSUM with fast initial response. Moreover, we evaluate exact performance of the Demerit-CUSUM control chart with fast initial response, Demerit-CUSUM and Demerit-EWMA according to changing sample size or parameters.

A Parallel Algorithm for Image Segmentation on Mesh-connected MIMD System

  • This paper presents two sequential advanced split and merge algorithms and a parallel image segmentation algorithm based on them. First, the two advanced methods are obtained from the combination of edge detection and classic split and merge to solve the inherent problems of the classical method. Besides, the parallel image segmentation algorithm on mesh-connected MIMD system considers three types in the merge stage to reduce the communication overhead between processors, such as intraprocessor merge, interprocessor with boundary merge, and interprocessor without boundary merge. Finally , we prove that the proposed algorithms achieve the improved performance by implementing them.
