Although the construction industry is changing from a 2D-based to a 3D BIM-based management process, 2D drawings are still used as standards for permits and construction. For this reason, 2D deliverables extracted from 3D BIM are one of the essential achievements of BIM projects. However, due to technical and institutional problems that exist in practice, the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM requires additional work beyond generating 3D BIM models. In addition, the consistency of data between 3D BIM models and 2D deliverables is low, which is a major factor hindering work productivity in practice. To solve this problem, it is necessary to build BIM data that meets information requirements (IRs) for extracting 2D deliverables to minimize the amount of work of users and maximize the utilization of BIM data. However, despite this, the additional work that occurs in the BIM process for drawing creation is still a burden on BIM users. To solve this problem, the purpose of this study is to increase the productivity of the BIM process by automating the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM and securing data consistency between the BIM model and 2D deliverables. For this, an expert interview was conducted, and the requirements for automation of the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM were analyzed. Based on the requirements, the types of drawings and drawing expression elements that require automation of drawing generation in the design development stage were derived. Finally, the method for developing automation technology targeting elements that require automation was classified and analyzed, and the process for automatically extracting BIM-based 2D deliverables through templates and rule-based automation modules were derived. At this time, the automation module was developed as an add-on to Revit software, a representative BIM authoring tool, and 120 rule-based automation rulesets, and the combinations of these rulesets were used to automatically generate 2D deliverables from BIM. Through this, it was possible to automatically create about 80% of drawing expression elements, and it was possible to simplify the user's work process compared to the existing work. Through the automation process proposed in this study, it is expected that the productivity of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM will increase, thereby increasing the practical value of BIM utilization.

In this study, we compare and analyze the performance of three inventory management policies for raw material inventory management in a Precast Concrete production plant: Fixed Order Quantity Policy (FOQP), Fixed Order Interval Policy (FOIP), and (s, S) Ordering Policy (sSOP). In order to make more realistic conclusion, we developed and utilized the ARENA simulation model, a performance evaluation tool that considers the variance of raw material demand and supply for the entire production process in a PC production plant using multiple raw materials. For the three policies, reorder point, order quantity, target level, and order interval parameters were initialized by using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model and then optimized through OptQuest. As a result of optimization, inventory management costs were reduced by an average of 97.28% compared to the EOQ model that does not consider the variance of demand and supply. After setting three influencing factors, Project Occurrence Cycle (POC), Raw Material Lead-time (RML), and Unit Stock-out Cost (USC), a performance evaluation was conducted for the three policies. As a result of evaluation, the inventory management costs of FOQP and sSOP, which determine order intervals by considering inventory levels by real-time or daily, were 30.6% and 27.9% lower than FOIP with fixed order intervals respectively. In addition, inventory management costs were affected by RML and USC factors excluding POC, but the differences were 2.17% and 2.09% respectively, which were not large due to the optimization of parameters for responding the variance of raw material demand and supply.

The development project of Busan New Port aims to be Logistics Hub Port but there are too many things to deal with ; enlargement of harbour, interport competition, modernization of harbour loading equipment and so on. At present, 23 berths of North and South container quay are in operation and 22 berths will be constructed on west and south-side by 2020. Namely, Busan New Port will operate 45 berths in 2020. When it comes to port distripark, a large-scale of Port distripark project is underway, such as Ung-Dong district 1,2 phase, West container 1,2phase, North distripark and so on. This study is to deduce traffic system problem of Busan New Port which is caused by the development project through predicting traffic need considering the development project. According to study, there are three main problems of traffic system : 1. traffic congestion caused on main crossroad, connecting second harbour back road. 2. It has been predicted that South-North road and traffic capacity of New Port road would lack compared to traffic volume-to-be-increased. Moreover, the detour volume of traffic is caused because New Port's 1st avenue and route 2 were not connected directly. Thus, this study suggests three kinds of improvement plan for smoother traffic flow. 1st. Operate roundabout on major intersection, for example, second harbour back road, west container wharf's subway corridors(South to North), and permit only right turn on sub-intersection. 2nd. Extend New Port road(North container's port road) by utilizing side walk and median. 3rd. Install exit ramp which utilizes Route 2 connecting New Port's 1st avenue and local road 1042. The method we used to analyze the effect of improvement is Vissim of Mircro Simulation Package.

The abandoned channel restoration is one of methods to enhance the environmental function and ecological habitat as well as the functions of water-utilization and flood control. The channel-forming or dominant discharge must be evaluated and defined to design the cross-sectional and plane geometries of the stable and equilibrium channel for the abandoned channel restoration project. In general, bankfull discharge, specified recurrence interval discharge, and effective discharge have been used to decide the channel-forming discharge. In this study, bankfull discharge, specified recurrence interval discharge, and effective discharge were calculated and compared for the abandoned channel restoration site of Cheongmi Stream and their relations to historical bed changes were analyzed. The bankfull discharge, 488 $m^3/s$, of the abandoned channel restoration site of Cheongmi Stream was calculated using HEC-RAS data and ranged between 1.5-year and 2-year recurrence discharges. Also, the effective discharge evaluated with the sediment rating curve and mean daily discharge data is greater than the bankfull discharge. According to the survey data of 1994 and 2008, the bed elevation of the study reach was decreased over time. It is indicated that the channel bed is changing to the stable condition to allow the effective discharge.

Domestic road and railroad construction have been increasingly growing and for reasons of mitigating traffic congestion, urban plan and refurbishment project, deeper and longer tunnels have been built. The event of fire is the most fatal accident in a tunnel, and it can be very disastrous with a high possibility. In this study, QRA (Quantitative Risk Analysis) which is one of quantitative risk analysis approaches was applied to tunnel fire safety design and the evaluation of QRA cases and the cost comparison of QRA methods were carried out. In addition analysis of risk reduction effect of tunnel fire safety system was conducted using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the priority of major factors that could mitigate the risk in tunnel fire was presented. As a result, significant cost reduction effect could be obtained by incorporating QRA and it is expected to design fire safety system rationally. The priority of fire safety system based on risk mitigation effect by fire safety system considering the cost is in order of water pipe, emergency lighting, evacuation passage and smoke control system.

An experimental investigation was carried out in order to verify the compressive strength, flexural strength, equivalent bending strength, rebound rate of shotcrete according to silicate accelerator, aluminate accelerator, cement mineral accelerator respectively and to especially evaluate the performance of shotcrete using cement mineral accelerator for high quality. The test result of compressive strength was showed that all accelerators were satisfied the required test value for each age, for the requirement of having the $75\%$ or higher compressive strength ratio to plain concretes at 28 days, cement mineral accelerator with $87\%$ compressive strength ratio was only satisfied. In flexural strength test, cement mineral accelerator was satisfied the flexural strength requirement in steel fiber reinforced shotcrete for each age. Aluminate type was conformed to the requirement for 28 days, but not at 1 day, silicate type was failed to satisfy standard requirement. Rebound rate was measured between $11{\~}19\%$ and cement mineral accelerator was showed comparatively lower rebound rate. Based on the test results, cement mineral accelerator exhibited excellent strength improvement and lower rebound rate compared to the conventional accelerator, its result is showed the possibility of making high performance shotcrete.
Even though the cost associated with the repair and rehabilitation of existing structures are rapidly increasing, vast number of the repaired and rehabilitated structures do not function properly as expected during their remaining service lives. This paper focused on the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete slabs repaired and reinforced by PS strand and polymer mortar in the tension face. The slabs have the size of 700${\times}120{\times}$2200 m and 700${\times}120{\times}$1300 mm. Variables of experiment were space of strengthening, chipping, the number of strand, the kind of mortar in this experimental study. Attention is concentrated upon overall bending capacity, deflection, ductility and failure mode of repaired and reinforced slabs. Test results show that deflection of repaired and reinforced slabs reduced to approximately $40 \%$ comparison to standard slabs. Boundary cracking of chipping slab started ultimate load afterward. Concrete-mortar interface cracked 64.5 kN in repaired slab with AP mortar and 36.0 kN in repaired slab with general polymer mortar. Reinforcement effect increased with reducing space of strand. Also, Reinforcement effects are more by strand than by polymer mortar.

The Under Space Integrated Map has been constructed consistently from '15 construction projects until the present time in an effort to implement the "ground sinking prevention method" for the purpose of strengthening underground safety management. The constructed Under Space Integrated Map is utilized to provide information to the person in charge at local government through application of the system of underground information based on the administrative network and to deliver this to specialized underground-safety-effects -evaluation organizations through map extraction based on a floor plan. It suffers from a limitation in its practical use, however, since information is only provided, without promoting a separate renewal project. Although in Section 1 of Article 42 in the Special Law Concerning Underground Safety Management the content pertaining to submission obligations of completion drawings related to underground information including change and renewal are stated explicitly in order to solve this problem, submission is not sufficient since a submission window based only on the administrative network is operated. Accordingly, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport constructed an online system for submitting completion drawings, in an attempt to change the method by which entities involved in underground development directly submitted completion drawings. In this study, a DB standard relating to submitting completion drawings was designed and applied in order to construct an auto-renewal system based on submitted completion drawings, which will be extended to cover the range to underground structures hereafter.
Civil engineers have taken the numerous slope monitoring data for an engineering project subjected to hazard potential of slide. However, the topics on how to deal with and draw out proper information from the data related to the slope behavior have not been widely discussed. Recently, several researchers had installed the real-time monitoring system to cope with slope failure; however they are mainly focused on the hardware system installation. Therefore, this study tries to show how the measured data could be grouped and connected each other. The basic idea of analyzing method studied in this paper came from the clustering, which is the part of data mining analysis. Therefore, at the base of classification of time series data, the authors suggest three mathematical data analyzing methods; Average Index of different displacement ($AD_{i,j}$), Difference of average relative displacement ($\overline{RD}_{i,j}$) and Coordinate system of average and relative displacement ($\overline{RD}$, AD). These analyzing methods are based on the statistical method and failure mechanism of slope. Therefore they showed clustering relationships of the similar parts of the slope which makes the same sliding mechanism.

In large-scale land development for the rational use and management of national land resources, the use of geospatial information is essential for the efficient management of projects. Recently, drone LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) has attracted attention as an effective geospatial information construction technique for large-scale development areas, such as housing site construction and open-pit mines. Drone LiDAR can be classified into a method using SLAM (Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) technology and a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System)/IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) method. On the other hand, there is a lack of analytical research on the application of drone LiDAR or the characteristics of each method. Therefore, in this study, data acquisition, processing, and analysis using SLAM and GNSS/IMU type drone LiDAR were performed, and the characteristics and utilization of each were evaluated. As a result, the height direction accuracy of drone LiDAR was -0.052~0.044m, which satisfies the allowable accuracy of geospatial information for mapping. In addition, the characteristics of each method were presented through a comparison of data acquisition and processing. Geospatial information constructed through drone LiDAR can be used in several ways, such as measuring the distance, area, and inclination. Based on such information, it is possible to evaluate the safety of large-scale development areas, and this method is expected to be utilized in the future.
