현재의 도시는 교통혼잡, 환경오염, 도시범죄와 같은 다양한 문제를 겪고 있으며 성장 한계에 직면 해 있다. 도시의 지속가능한 성장은 경제, 사회 및 환경과 밀접한 관련이 있으며 인구통계학적 추세에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 잘 관리 된 도시는 부정적인 요인을 최소화하고 이익을 극대화 할 수 있다. 최근에는 이러한 도시 문제를 해결하기 위해 스마트 시티를 구축하려는 다양한 시도가 확산되고 있다. 그러나 스마트 시티에 대한 다양한 정의가 혼재되어 있고, 스마트 시티 구현 방법과 전략은 기술의 발전과 축전된 경험으로 인해 진화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통해 그동안 제시된 스마트 시티의 정의들을 정리하여 통합적인 정의를 제시하였다. 스마트 시티는 제4차 산업혁명과 함께 미래 사회의 핵심 플랫폼으로 주목받고 있다. 그동안의 스마트 시티가 기존의 도시 문제해결에 치중하였다면 제4차 산업혁명시대에서의 스마트 시티는 혁신을 통한 지속가능한 성장을 할 수 있어야 함을 더욱 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명의 플랫폼으로서 스마트 시티를 구축할 때 추진되어야 할 전략들을 제시하였다.

We intend to improve the sustainability of rural villages by investigating the element technologies and platforms necessary for building smart villages. There are so many investment smart city platforms and solutions in many cities. but there are relatively few investments in rural or small cities. This situation can not only increase the urban problem due to the increase of population to the city, but also deepen the digital gap of citizens. So far, studies on smart village have been investigated in fragments. We will examine the cases applied to smart village as a whole and study the open smart village platform that analyzes the overall data storage and management of the village after the smart village was finally established. First, we will look at the overseas trends of smart village and second, we will study the smart village platform that efficiently manages smart village through the technology necessary for smart village.

USM(Unit Service Management System) is the development tool and methodology to handling the event process in a U-City integrated platform by using the minimum unit services. USM can be one of the SOA development methodology. Minimum unit service has a minimum business logic that can be executed with input and output parameters. Minimum unit service consists of three parts : service profile, service input and output parameters and service execution information. USM provides two types of the execution method. One is module execution and the other is web service execution. The development of the event sinario by the USM development methodology can reduce the cost and duration of the u-service development by raising the rate of reusing minimum unit service.

스마트 도시를 실효성 있게 추진하기 위해서는 도시의 다양한 정보가 개방되고 연계되어야 하며, 각 구성원이 공유할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 또한 시민과 시민협의체의 참여가 가능한 협력체계의 구축이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 시민참여를 가능하게 하는 스마트 도시를 만들기 위하여 스마트 도시 플랫폼의 구성요소와 개념모델을 제안하였다. 그 구성요소로는 실세계로부터 데이터를 수집하기 위한 센서, 정보 저장 및 관리, 정보공유 및 표준체계, 시민의 개인정보 보호 및 관리체계, 활용 및 서비스 등을 포함하고 있다. 개념모델에 대해서는 시민중심의 참여와 서비스가 이루어지도록 스마트 도시 구성원 간의 역할을 정의하였다. 또한 데이터의 수집, 정보연계 및 공유방안, 서비스 구성 체계 등에 대한 내용도 포함하고 있다. 시민은 데이터 수집 및 공급자, 서비스 기획가 또는 요구자, 서비스 수혜자 등의 다양한 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 시민들과의 자유로운 소통과 의견교환은 스마트 도시 성공의 핵심 요소라고 할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스가 존재하는 스마트시티에 IoT 표준기술을 적용하여, 다양한 센서 및 데이터를 통합 관리할 수 있는 플랫폼 개발에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 플랫폼 개발을 통해 여러 데이터를 통합하여 관리하고, 수집된 데이터를 서비스에 맞춰 가공할 수 있도록 구조를 설계하였다. LwM2M 표준 기술을 기반으로 플랫폼을 설계하여, 다양한 기기를 수용할 수 있는 기능을 제공할 수 있다.

최근 u-City, u-EcoCity, Smart City 구축 등을 통해 기존 도시를 혁신하려는 움직임이 있으며, 도시시설물관리체계 또한 단순한 DB대장 관리를 넘어서 최신 IT기술을 이용하여 실시간 모니터링 및 사전대처를 하려는 다양한 개발들이 진행중이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 도시시설물 관리체계의 혁신을 위해 도시공간객체의 표준화된 위치기반 ID체계인 도시공간객체식별자(UOID)를 제시하였으며, 네트워크 기반으로 관리하고 다양한 서비스를 연계시키기 위한 UOID 네트워크 서비스 시스템을 개발하였다. 세종시 테스트베드를 통해 시스템을 시험검증하여 완결성 및 안정성을 확보중이며, 도시공간정보플랫폼의 서비스 모듈로 탑재되어 향후 u-City 등에서 다양한 u-Service에 활용가능하도록 실용화를 추진하고 있다.

With increasing interest and research on smart cities, there is also an increasing number of studies on urban facilities that can be built within smart cities. According to these studies, smart cities' urban facilities are likely to become high value-added industries. However, the concept of smart city is not clear because it involves various fields. Therefore, in this study, the definition of Next-Generation(N.G) Smart City Facilities with Digital Twin and Digital Chain is carried out through a multidisciplinary approach. Based on this, Next-Generation Smart City Facilities will be divided into High Value-Added Products and Big Data Platforms. Subsequently, the definition of the Digital Chain containing the data flow of the entire process built through the construction of the Digital Twin proceeds. The definitions derived are applied to the Next-Generation Noise Barrier Tunnel to ensure that data is exchanged at the Digital Twin stage, and to review the proposed configuration of the Digital Chain and Data Flow in this study. The platform definition and Digital Chain of Next-Generation Smart City Facilities proposed in this study suggest that it can affect not only the aspects of data management that are currently in the spotlight, but also the manufacturing industry as a whole.

Purpose: This study investigated the legal issues and policies on accommodation sharing based on qualitative research and examined how OECD societies establish laws and regulations to legalize accommodation sharing and prevent adverse effects. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the understanding of the different laws and regulations at both the country and city levels and to help better manage accommodation sharing in our society. The ultimate goal of this study is to enhance citizen understanding of platform businesses to minimize unnecessary conflicts. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted a qualitative research by exploring laws and regulations in OECD countries. This study performed comparative analysis of accommodation sharing business' legislation, legal definitions, and operational policies that citizens should necessarily understand for better usage. Results: Local ordinances and regulations developed differently based on the situations of local markets and communities, so they are established and improved at the city or country level. Conclusions: Each government should consider preparing better policy on accommodation sharing by considering how to secure the housing market for residents with better establishment of new platform businesses and relationships with citizens. This study suggests policy reactions to government as policymakers, guests, hosts, platforms, and communities.

건설 프로젝트에서 정보관리 시스템은 도면, 문서관리, 행정처리 위주로 사용되고 있으며, 실시간 의사소통 및 참여자간의 의사전달 관리를 지원하는데는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 커뮤니케이션 방식과 콘텐츠를 지원하는 플랫폼 비즈니스 시대에 맞추어 프로젝트 참여자간 의사전달 관리를 지원하는 협업 플랫폼을 개발함으로써 효과적인 의사소통, 정보공유 및 업무관리 효율화에 기여하고자 한다. 도면 및 문서관리 또는 행정업무 중심으로 사용되는 기존 프로젝트 또는 사업관리 시스템에서 벗어나 프로젝트 참여자간 커뮤니케이션 및 협업과 관련된 일련의 활동을 지원하는 협업 플랫폼(CCP)을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에서 개발된 CCP는 설문조사를 통해 협업 플랫폼 사용에 따른 효과가 검증되었으며, 기존 커뮤니케이션 또는 협업 방식에 비해 정보공유 및 배포, 기록 및 추적관리가 용이하며, 자신의 업무능력 향상에 기여한 것으로 나타났다.

The recent efforts in academia and industry represent a paradigm shift that will extend the IoT from the home environment so that it is interoperable with the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). IoV is a special kind of IoT. It allows to connect between vehicle and things located in infrastructure. Furthermore, IoV enable to create new intelligent services through collaboration with existing various services such as smart city and connected home. In this paper, we develop a service in order to realize IoV. To this end, we design a novel vehicle service platform which could automatical controlling the IoT device according to drivers' voice. To show practical usability of our proposed platform, we develop a prototype service could be call car-to-thing (C2T). We expect that our proposed platform could eventually contribute to realizing IoV.
