진피의 복합처방에 따른 유효성분 추출율의 변화 (Varied Flavonoid Contents of Citri Unshii Pericarpium Extracted from Several Traditional Herbal Prescriptions)

  • Objecitves: Peel of Citrus unshiu (Rutaceae) has been used in traditional herbal prescriptions. Hesperidin and naringin contents of Citri Unshii Pericarpium were determined and compared to herbal prescriptions. Then, the different extractions from prescriptions are explained with traditional herbal theories. Methods: The herb and herbal prescriptions were extracted in boiled water. A quantitative analysis was made of hesperidin and naringin using HPLC with-reversed-phase CIS column and a UV detector at 204nm. Elution was carried out at 1.0ml/min with $38\%$ methanol. Results and Conclusions: The extract of Citri Unshii Pericarpium for 180 min was the better method for extracting naringin and hesperidin. The flavonoid contents in remedies are different among several traditional herbal prescriptions. The reason for the difference can be explained with traditional drug interaction theories.

진피(陳皮)의 저장기간에 따른 항알러지효과 비교 (Changes in the Anti allergic Effect of Citrus unshii Pericarpium According to Storage Period)

  • Objectives : The present study was undertaken to determine whether the ethanol extact of Citri Pericarpium (CP, Pericarp of Citrus unshiu Markovich, Rutaceae) is effective against atopic dermatitis according to it's storage period. Methods : To evaluate antiallergic effect of CP and OCP (Old Citri Pericarpium) evaluated in vivo their inhibitory effects against passive cutaenous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction induced by IgE-antigen complex and scratching behaviors by compound 48/80. The Anti-atopic effects were measured by contact dermatitis, prurient animal model and PCA reaction. Contact dermatitis in mice as a model of the Type IV reaction caused by Oxazolone. Results : The results showed that anti-pruritus effects, analgesic effects of CP was depends on its hesperetin contents. And It also showed that keep longer in storage appeared to be higher in hesperetin contents. Both CP and OCP(Old CP) have a dose-dependent analgesic action in acetic acid induced writhing syndrome. OCP Potently inhibited PCA reaction in mice, although OCP weakly inhibited in long term contact dermatitis model in mice. Conclusions : These results suggest that the Proportional to the storage period, Citri Pericarpium possesses analgesic effects and anti-allergic effects.

반응표면분석을 이용한 진피의 항산화 활성 최적화를 위한 로스팅 조건 확립 (Roasting Conditions for Optimization of Citri Unshii Pericarpium Antioxidant Activity Using Response Surface Methodology)

  • 본 연구는 진피의 항산화 성분 및 항산화 활성에 대한 최적 로스팅 조건을 설정하기 위하여 로스팅 온도($40{\sim}100^{\circ}C$, $X_1$)와 로스팅 시간($5{\sim}15min$, $X_2$)을 독립변수로 하고, 중심 합성계획(CCD) 실험 범위 설정에 따른 13가지 조건으로 로스팅 된 진피의 열수 추출물에 대한 전자공여능, 총페놀 함량, 총플라보노이드 함량 및 hydroxyl radical 소거능을 측정하였다. 전자공여능은 $71.12^{\circ}C$에서 9.39분 로스팅 하였을 때 최적점이 72.38%로 예측되었으며, 총페놀 함량은 $69.71^{\circ}C$에서 8.39분 로스팅 하였을 때 최대 10.76 mg TA/g, 총플라보노이드 함량은 $72.54^{\circ}C$에서 8.64분 로스팅하였을 때 최대 105.99 mg QE/100 g, hydroxyl radical 소거능은 $68.97^{\circ}C$에서 9.84분 로스팅 하였을 때 최대 60.33%로 예측되었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 진피의 항산화 활성 및 유효성분 증가를 위한 최적 로스팅 조건은 $70.90^{\circ}C$, 9.03분으로 분석되었으며, 이 조건에서 예측된 각각의 값과 실제 측정값을 비교하였을 때 95% 신뢰구간 내에서 재연성이 확인되었다. 이상의 결과로 로스팅 된 진피의 열수 추출물의 천연물 유래 기능성 식품소재 및 식품으로서 활용 가능성을 확인하였으며, 추후 연구를 통해 유효 물질의 분리 정제 및 구조분석이 필요하다고 사료된다.

16종 다용한약재의 산지별 As, Cd, Pb, Co, Cr 농도 및 특성고찰 -한국과 중국산의 평균농도, 최소-최대농도와 법적 허용농도초과비율을 중심으로- (As, Cd, Pb, Co, Cr Concentration and Property Evaluation in Frequently Using 16 Oriental Herbal Medicines -Mainly Average, Lowest, Highest Concentration and Percent Exceeding Value of Legal Allowance in Korean and Chinese Origines-)

  • Objective : Average, lowest, highest concentration and exceeding value of legal allowance of As, Cd, Pb, Co, Cr in frequently using 16 oriental herbal medicines in korea(Astragali Radix, Ginseng, Citri Unshii Pericarpium, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Zingiberis Rhizoma Crudus, Zizyphi Fructus, Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, Hoelen, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Corni Fructus, Schisandrae Fructus, Lycii Fructus) was evaluated according to their origines (korea, china) and property was also discussed according to the medicinally active part and individuals regardless origines. Method : Korean and Chinese herbal medicines were evenly sampled from corresponding country nationwide. Pre-treatment was executed according to the KFDA(Korea Food and Drug Administration) regulation and analysis was performed according to the Korean Environmental Analysis QA/QC. Result : Not much difference was observed according to their origines. However, lowest, highest and percent exceeding value of legal allowance was showed some consistent differences according to the medicinally active part and individuals. Co and Cr was can not be evaluated since their legal regulation was not established yet. Conclusion : The average concentration of As, Cd, Pb, Co, Cr in frequently using 16 oriental herbal medicines in korea showed no noticeable difference according to their origines. Regardless the origin, some consistent differences were observed according to the individuals and medicinally active parts.

서울지역 유통 한약재 중 잔류농약 실태조사 (Pesticide Residues Monitoring of Medicinal Herbs in Seoul)

  • 서울지역에서 유통되는 1,565개 한약재에 대하여 다종농약다성분 분석법으로 100종의 잔류농약을 분석하였다. 농약의 회수율은 71.0~119.7%이였다. 전체 시료 중 잔류농약 검출률은 5.3%이고, 0.9%가 MRLs를 초과하였다. 잔류농약 검출률이 높은 한약재는 택사, 진피, 구기자, 대추였다. 농약잔류허용기준을 초과한 한약재는 택사(4), 천궁(4), 구절초(1), 진피(1), 지골피(1), 박하(1), 오미자(1), 포공영(1)이였다. 검출빈도가 높은 잔류농약은 cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos, phenthoate, endosulfan, isoprothiolane, chlorothalonil, chlorfenapyr였다. 검출된 농약의 EDI와 ADI를 비교한 %ADI 값으로 위해성 평가를 실시하였다. 천궁에서 검출된 ethoprophos가 26.85로 가장 높은 %ADI를 나타내었다. 그리고 천궁에서 pyraclofos와 endosulfan, 택사에서 endosulfan과 isoprothiolane, 포공영에서 cyprodinil이 1 이상의 %ADI를 나타내었지만 그 이외 한약재는 모두 1이하의 %ADI를 나타내었다.
