The ratio of dissociation rate $textsc{k}$-acversus the radiative decay rate $textsc{k}$D of the 1O2(1Δg) dimol has been determined to be $1.5\times$109 by its relaxation dynamcis in combination with a two-step O2((1Δg) sensitizing tetratert-butylphthalocoyanine luminescence. Consequently, with a known $textsc{k}$D value of 1.2 $\times$103S-1 , 10$textsc{k}$-ac has been extracted to be 1.8 $\times$1012S-1 CDCl3.
Encephalo-duro-arterio-synangiosis (EDAS) is a relatively new surgical procedure for treatment of childhood moyamoya disease. We assessed regional cerebral perfusion in moyamoya patients before (1.3 mo) and after (6.8 mo) EDAS with $^{99m}Tc$-HMPAO brain SPECT. A total of 21 EDAS operations in 17 moyamoya patients was included. Preoperative CT or MRI showed cerebral infarction in 14 patients and carotid angiography showed Suzuki grade I to V stenosis in 6%, 9%, 62%, 12% and 12% of the hemispheres respectively. Preoperative SPECT showed regional hypoperfusion in all patients, bilateral frontal and temporal lobes being the most frequently involved site. $4{\times}4$ pixel sized ROIs were applied on the frontotemporal cortex in 3 slice averaged transverse tomographic images. An index of regional perfusion was measured as: PI (%)=average F-T activity/average cerebellar activity${\times}100$ Pre-EDAS ipsilateral PI ranged from 23.7 to 98.4% (mean: $74.3{\pm}17%$) and increased significantly after operation ($81.4{\pm}17%$, p<0.001). Individual post-EDAS PI improved in 15/21 cases, showed no significant change in 5 and was slightly aggravated in 1. The amount of clinical improvement (${\Delta}CI$) was graded with a scale of 0 to 4 based on frequency and severity of TIA attacks. When patients were grouped according to pre-EDAS PI, group II (PI 70-89) showed a significantly higher ${\Delta}CI$ (3.3) compared to group I (PI< 70, 1.57) or group III (PI >90, 0.5) (P< 0.001). The amount of perfusion improvement (${\Delta}PI$) showed significant correlation with ${\Delta}CI$ (r=0.42, p=0.04). ${\Delta}PI$ did not, however, correlate with the amount of neovascularization assessed angiographically in 8 patients. Serial HMPAO SPECT is an useful noninvasive study for assessing perfusion improvement after EDAS in childhood moyamoya patients.

Owing to developments in the internet of things, many products have developed and various researches have processed. Smart home systems in Internet of things area are receiving attention from many people than the other areas. Autonomous mobile robots perform various parts in many industries. In this paper, a smart housekeeping robot was implemented using internet of things and an autonomous mobile robot. In order to make a smart housekeeping robot, Raspberry Pi, wireless USB camera, and uBrain robot of Huins Corp. is used. To control the robot, cell-phone connected with IP of Raspberry Pi, and then Raspberry Pi connected with uBrain robot using Bluetooth. a smart housekeeping robot was controlled using commands of a cell-phone application. If some user wants to move a robot automatically, we implemented that a robot can be chosen an autonomous driving mode from the user. In addition, we checked a realtime video using a cell-phone and computer. This smart housekeeping robot can help user check their own homes in real time.
The influence of the 2-(4-(6-chloro-2-benzoxazolyloxy)phenoxy)-N-phenyl- propionamide derivatives on the herbicide activities against rice plant with pre-emergence and post-emergence in down land were examined and the structure activity relationship (SAR) were analyzed by Free-Wilson and Hansch method. In pre-emergence, the SAR approach is shown that the optimal, $({\pi})_{opt}=0.91$, hydrophobicity with electron donating effect of the ortho substituted mono substituents and 2,3,4-substituted three substituents were found to be contribute the herbicidal activity. Whereas, in post-emergence, the optimal, ({\pi})_{opt}=0.50$, hydrophobicity with electron withdrawing effect of meta substituted mono subsituents and 2,3-substituted two substituents were found to be contribute the herbicide activity. The herbicide activities with post-emergence more increase than that of pre-emergence. It is assumed from the SAR equations that the 2-methyl-3-methoxy-4-cyano group substituent is selected as the most lowest herbicide activity against rice plant with post-emergence in green house. The hydrolysis reaction was proceeded through nucleophilic addition-elimination (Ad_{Nu-E})$ with the orbital control between LUMO of substrate and HOMO of water molecule. And molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) of none (H) substituent was discussed.

This paper proposes a cooling system using self tuning PI controller for improving the output of BIPV module. The temperature characteristics in regard to improving the output of BIPV system has rarely been studied up to now but some researchers only presented the method using a ventilator. The cooling system efficiency of BIPV module applied to a ventilator mainly depends on the weather such as wind and insolation etc. Because the cooling system of BIPV module using a ventilator is so sensitive, that is being set off by wind speed at all time but is unable to operate in the nominal operating cell temperature(NOCT) which is able to make the maximum output. The paper proposes the cooling system using thermoelectron by self tuning PI controller so as to solve such problems. The thermoelectron control of self tuning PI controller can be controlled independently in the outside environment because that is performed by micro-controller. The temperature control of thermoelectron, also, can be operated around NOCT through algorism of the temperature control. Therefore, outputs of the whole system increase and the efficiency rises. The paper demonstrates the validity of proposed method by comparing the data obtained through a experiment of the cooling method of BIPV using a ventilator and proposed thermoelectron

The field oriented control of induction motors is widely used in high performance applications. However, detuning caused by parameter disturbance still limits the performance of these drives. In order to accomplish variable speed operation, conventional PI-like controllers are commonly used. These controllers provide limited good performance over a wide range of operation, even under ideal field oriented conditions. This paper is proposed high performance control of induction motor drive using multi adaptive fuzzy controller. This controller has been performed for speed control with fuzzy adaptation mechanism (FAM)-PI, current control with model reference adaptive fuzzy control(MFC) and estimation of speed using ANN. The proposed control algorithm is applied to induction motor drive system using FAM-PI, MFC and ANN controller. The performance of proposed controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions using parameters of induction motor drive. Also, this paper is proposed the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of this controller.
Background: Ischemic heart disease is the most common type of heart disease and an important cause of death in Korea. Among marketed anti-anginal medications, molsidomine, nicorandil, and trimetazidine are approved in Korea with unique mechanism of actions. As these drugs are not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration, the access to the up-to-dated and comprehensive safety-related information has been less than optimal from drug information resources used by Korean pharmacists. Methods: A systematic review was conducted using Embase and Korean manuscripts to compile safety updates for these medications. Out of 418 articles from keyword searches, 52 studies were reviewed in full to compare adverse effects (AEs) with the approved package inserts (PI). Results: Molsidomine related adverse effects were mostly mild or moderate, but anxiety, palpitation, epigastric pain, and sexual potency reduction were additional AEs found from the review not listed in PI. Although PI has included ulceration in oral cavity and gastrointestinal tracts including anus by nicorandil, the Korea FDA recently recommended adding corneal, genital, and skin ulcers to the approved PI. Trimetazidine induced Parkinsonism, worsening of the symptoms for patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, gastrointestinal burning, and muscle cramps were additionally identified AEs not listed in PI for trimetazidine. Conclusion: Continuous evaluations of the safety profile of these agents are needed to balance the risks and benefits to provide evidence-based safety counseling to the patients. In addition, more focused efforts on spontaneous reporting are warranted by healthcare professionals to safeguard patients against AEs.
To compare the sedative effects using intermittent intravenous bolus injection with tiletamine-zolazepam (n = 5, TZ group), xylazine-ketamine (n = 5, XK group) and propofol (n = 5, PI group), we investigated the changes of hemodynamic (heart rate, arterial pressure), $SpO_2$, rectal temperature, respiratory rate and pain score during 60 minute sedation and 40 minute recovery period in beagle dogs. The value of rectal temperature was significantly higher in PI groups (p<0.05) during recovery period. The value of heart rate was significantly lower in XK group (p<0.05) during sedation. The changes of respiratory rate were similar tendency in all groups. The change of $SpO_2$ was stable during sedation and value was significantly higher in PI group (p<0.05) during recovery period. The value of systolic arterial pressure (SAP) was significantly lower in XK group (p<0.05) than PI group during sedation and recovery period. Low analgesic effect occurred in PI group. We concluded that intravenous anesthesia by intermittent bolus injection with propofol is useful in stabilizing rectal temperature, $SpO_2$ and hemodynamic during sedation and provide fast recovery, but have low analgesic effect.
