a-Si:H Photosensor Using Cr silicide Schottky Contact

  • Amorphous silicon is a kind of optical to electric conversion material with current or voltage type after generating a numerous free electron and hole when it is injected by light. It is very effective technology to make schottky diode by bonding thin film to use optical diode. In this paper, we have fabricated optical diode device by forming chrome silicide film through thermal processing with thin film($100{\AA}$) having optimal amorphous silicon. The optimal condition is that we make a thin film by using PECVD(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) to improve reliability and characteristics of optical diode. We have obtained high quality diode by using chrome silicide optical diode from dark current and optical current measurement compared to previous method. It makes a simple process and improves a good reliability.

LASER CONSOLIDATION OF THE PLASMA COATED CHROME CARBIDE LAYER (레이저를 이용한 크롬카바이드 플라즈마 용사층의 특성향상)

  • This paper evaluated the feasibility of laser consolidation for improving the properties of the plasma coated layer, Further, the mechanim of the degradation sequence of the chrome carbide layer applied on the turbine blades was postualted. The laser consolidation could be successfully applied for improcing the surface properties of the plasma coated blade, if a proper condition was carefully chosen. The consolidated layer had erosion & corrosion resistance and vond strength superiro to those of the as-plasma coated layer. The properties of the consolidated layer were strongly dependent upon the degree of dilution, especially on the Fe pickup from the substrate. The degradation of the plasma coating layer was thought to be a reault of the repeating action of the solid particle erosion, corrosion penetration through the pores and oxide films formed along the interlayer surface and impact spalling.

  • The cleaning resistance of tanned chrome garment leathers was investigated by using drycleaning solvents. Hydrocarbon, perchloroethylene and fluorocarbon (F-113) were used as solvent. Various test methods, such as color difference test, surface view by scanning electron microscope, mechanical properties measured by KES-FB System and their hand values and wearing abilities are carried out in this study. The results can be obtained as follows: 1. Fluorocarbon type (F-113) was demonstrated a suitable solvent for drycleaning of leather. 2. Perchloroethylene showed the worst in fading and stiffening among three different types of solvents.

  • The surface finishing system using the micro abrasive film was designed and manufactured to make the mirror surface of the cylindrical workpices. An experimental study of srface finishing was carried out to investigate the performance of mirror surface finishing system. The surface roughness value of stainless steel was about 0.2 .approx. 0.25 .mu. m Rmax, 0.02 .approx. 0.04 .mu. m Ra, using abrasive grain size of 12, 9 .mu. m. The surface roughness value of chrome coated workpiece was about 0.07 .approx. 0.11 .mu. m Ra using abrasive grain size 3 .mu. m. In the same condition, the chrome coated workpiece has obtained better surface roughness charateristics than the one of stainless steel.

  • 최근 온라인 매체에서 무분별한 비속어나 욕설 사용이 늘어남에 따라 유해한 텍스트를 자동으로 필터링하는 시스템의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 유해 텍스트 필터링 관련 기존의 접근방법은 채팅 프로그램 등 특정 프로그램에 한하여 적용이 되거나 특정 포탈의 웹페이지에 국한되어 적용이 되는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 AI를 활용하여 모든 웹 페이지의 유해 텍스트를 필터링할 수 있는 Chrome Extension을 구현하고 그 유효성을 검증한다.

  • 사용자들은 필요한 자료 검색을 위해서 다양한 포털 사이트를 활용하고 있으며, 현재 구글을 이용한 활용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 필터링을 위하여 사용자들은 구글에서 제공 되는 검색 연산자의 활용에 어려움을 격고 있다. 검색 연산자를 활용하여 검색의 효율성을 극대화 시켜 불필요한 검색 결과를 필터링하고 원하는 검색 결과를 획득 할 수 있는 효율적인 검색연산자의 사용 방법의 필요성이 제기 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 크롬의 확장 프로그램기능을 이용해서 일반인들이 크롬 환경에서 편히 검색 연산자들을 통해서 검색 결과를 필터링 할 수 있는 크롬 확장 프로그램을 Web/App으로 개발 하였다.
