근육내 혈관종은 주로 몸통과 사지에 발생하며, 두경부 영역에서의 발생은 드문 것으로 알려졌다. 저자들은 교근에서 발생한 2예의 근육내 혈관종을 치험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 임상의사들은 특별한 원인 없이 진행되는 이하선 부위의 종창을 주소로 내원하였을 때, 교근에서 발생한 근육내 혈관종의 가능성도 염두 해두어야 한다.

비정상행위 탐지를 위한 프로파일 기술은 침임탐지시스템의 성능 향상을 위한 핵심기술로서, 높은 공격 탐지율과 침입탐지시스템의 수행 시간 단축을 위해 반드시 요구되는 기술이다. 최근 인터넷의 보급과 활성화로 웹 어플리케이션 보안을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 웹 애플리케이션의 개발 언어와 공격 특성을 반영하지 못해 그 효율성이 저하되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 공격 탐지를 위해 연구 되었던 서열정렬 알고리즘을 이용한 웹 공격 탐지의 성능 개선을 위하여 웹 애플리케이션 개발에 주로 사용되는 스크립트파일을 기반으로 한 프로파일 방법을 제안하고 실험 결과를 기술하였다.

Although malignant transformation of meningiomas has been reported, it is extremely rare in meningiomas of ventricular system. Less than 2% of all meningiomas show malignant transformation from benign meningioma. We report a case of meningioma with early recurrence and malignant transformation and investigated possible underlying factors using immunohistochemistry for PCNA and p53 protein expression.

Surgery and radiotherapy are mainstays of treatment for ependymomas (EPNs). Recent molecular subgrouping could be superior to histopathological grading for predicting the prognosis of patients with EPNs. Gross total resection is an effective treatment approach regardless of its locations or pathologic grades. Adjuvant therapeutic strategies could be decided based on molecular subgrouping with risk-stratification. Information of histologic-molecular biology is now providing clues to therapeutic insights.

Foreign bodies in upper aerodigestive tract migrating into retropharyngeal space are rarely encountered emergent cases in otolaryngologic fields. A 60-years-old female presented throat pain and lump sense after a meal. Computer tomography showed metallic foreign body impacted in the retropharyngeal space. A hypopharyngeal perforation was suspected by through flexible laryngoscopy and gastrointestinal endoscopy. It was successfully removed by external cervical approach, and we report this case with a review of the related literatures.
