The Daechong dam is located nearby Chongju city, and the population alone in the Chongju-Chongwon area is over one half million. It is found that the number of days for fog occurrence after constructing the dam was much fewer than those before constructing it. It appears that the construction of a large dam did not cause to increase in the occurrence of fog in the Chongju area, and that was the increase due to topographical characteristics and wind direction. Low visibility in the Chongju-Chongwon area occurred frequently. In summer, Chongwon recorded more days of poor visibility than those observed at Chongju. It is thought that TSP, $\textrm{SO}_2$ and $\textrm{NO}_2$ 씨오투 were the main constituents of air pollutants causing the reduction in visibility. Those air Pollutants are produced by vehicles and industrial activities in the region.

질의응답 시스템은 인터넷과 같은 실용적 환경에서 사용될 경우, 실제 사용자의 질의는 다양한 유형으로 나타나게 된다. 따라서 실용적인 시스템에서 사용되는 질의는 문장의 형태나 단어의 쓰임에 관계없이 같은 의도를 가진 질의를 같은 유형으로 분류할 수 있는 의문형 문장패턴을 태깅하여 다양한 형태의 자연어로 기술된 문서에서 원하는 응답으로 처리할 수 있는 질의 응답 시스템은 정보 검색 시스템으로서의 가능성을 보여준다.

This paper describes the development of temperature controller using program control method for small heating system. This system consists of three parts; sensing part, control part that includes the PID control algorithm, and actuating part. We introduce a zero-crossing control method of TRIAC and firmware technique using single chip micro-controller(ATmega8535) in the control part.

A novel temperature difference-to-frequency converter using two resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) has been developed. The resistance difference of two RTDs is converted into its equivalent inductance to form the resonant circuit of the Colpitts oscillator. The conversion sensitivity of $16\;Hz/^{\circ}C$ and the residual nonlinearity less than 2.15% over the temperature difference range from $35^{\circ}C$ to $155^{\circ}C$ are obtained by the prototype converter. The frequency drift of oscillator itself is ${\pm}0.5\;Hz$. Thus, the minimum detectable temperature difference is estimated to be ${\pm}0.013^{\circ}C$. The proposed converter, except for two RTDs, can be fabricated in monolithic IC form.

본 연구에서는 웹 접근성 평가를 위하여 기존의 문서의 배경색과 문자 색 사이의 색 대조 정의에 대한 알고리즘을 조사하고, 비교하였다. 현재까지 나와 있는 색 조합에 대한 색 대비의 정량적 정의는 가독성 측면에서 불완전하며, 사용자에 대한 시험 평가에서도 무시하지 못할 불일치를 드러내고 있다. W3C에서 색 대비 평가 방식으로 추천하는 토론토 대학의 웹 접근성 평가 수정도구인 A-prompt에서 사용하는 알고리즘과 미국 토양조사센터의 토양지도 작성을 위한 색 대비 평가 알고리즘을 비교 대상으로 하여 216개의 웹 안전 색의 조합에 대하여 총 46656개의 비교 평가를 수행하였다. 평가 결과 W3C의 기준은 미국 토양조사센터의 기준보다 대비기준이 너무 엄격하며, 전체 색조합의 94.7%가 부적절한 색 대비를 제공하는 것으로 판정 되었다. 따라서 W3C의 기준은 웹 문서 저작자의 색 선택을 상당할 정도로 제약하며, 적용 기준을 정상인에게도 혼란을 줄 수 있는 기준, 시각적 결함을 가진 사용자에게 혼란을 줄 수 있는 3단계의 기준을 적용하는 것을 제안한다. 추후에는 사용자 평가를 통하여 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하고, 보완점을 제시할 예정이다.

Ambient polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were measured during the winter and summer of 2002 in Chongju. A filter pack and polyurethane foam (PUF) system was employed to collect simultaneously the particulate and gas phase PAHs. The samples were then analyzed using a gas chromatograph equipped with mass spectrometer detectors (GC/MSD). A total of 29 samples were collected and 11 PAH species were identified. The lower molecular weight PAH compounds (3∼4 rings) dominated the total PAH mass. The higher molecular weight PAH compounds (5∼6 rings) were less abundant. The PAHs were showed to exhibit seasonal variations. The concentrations of all com-pounds were significantly higher in winter than summer. The lower molecular weight PAHs were mostly found in the gas phase whereas the heavier ones were mainly associated with particulate phase. Vehicle emissions are likely to be the primary contributor of PAHs in Chongju. This study also demonstrated that it is necessary to perform simultaneously particulate and gas phase measurements to determine the accurate concentrations of ambient PAHs.

본 논문에서는 p-type (100)Si. (100)MgO 그리고 MgO/Si 기판 위에 RF Magnetron sputtering 법으로 $Ba_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}TiO_3$(BST) 박막을 증착 후 $600^{\circ}C$ 의 질소분위에서 RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing)를 이용한 1 분간의 고온 급속열처리를 하였다. XRD 측정결과 모든 기판에서 (110) $Ba_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}TiO_3$의 주피크가 관찰되어졌고, 열처리 후 피크 세기가 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다. C-V 특성에서 각각의 기판에서 측정된 커패시턴스 값으로 계산된 유전율은 120(bare Si), 305(MgO/Si) 그리고 310(MgO)이었다. 누설 전류 특성에서는 150KV/cm이내의 인가전계에서 0.1$uA/cm^2$이하의 안정된 누설전류값을 보여주었다. 결론적으로 MgO 버퍼층을 이용한 기판이 BST 박막의 증착을 위한 기판으로써 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

실내음장을 정밀하게 모사하기 위하여 음의 파동성을 고려한 탄성판의 음향특성을 평가하지 않으면 안된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Baffle에 지지된 탄성판의 음향특성을 정량적으로 나타낼 수 있는 근사적인 평가 값에 대하여 고찰하고, 또한 탄성판의 음향특성의 하나인 방사 어드미턴스에 대하여 이에 대한 음향학적 특성에 대하여 평가한다

This paper deals with the asymptotic behaviour for the semi-linear differential systems x' (t) = A(t)χ + f(t, x). We give a detailed proof of known generalization of Coppel's result about the above mentioned system.

In this paper, we describe the implementation of a monitoring and diagnostic system for Gas Insulator Switchgear(GIS). This system monitors operation status of GIS and transmits data from GIS to host. With this system, a operator can monitor a operating condition and judge the aging of each device, and prevent the failure or breakdown in advance.
