This paper is addressed to Internet telephony based service implementation. It describes an implementation method which uses ARS as a gateway which combines Internet and traditional public switched telephone network for Internet information service using telephony and fax, is different to traditional Internet telephony which provide enhanced speech quality and low cost functionality. This method allows telephony and/or fax user to get Internet information without additional Internet bill, Internet infrastructure and low connection quality from low signal bandwidth connected him. Implemented system is useful to a special kind information service such as climate information of Korea etc and simpler than WAP based service as for wireless mobile telephony user. We implement job opportunity information and advertisement service supported by Home page of Choong Book Small & Medium Business Administration and e-mail service supported by Korean Society for Rehabilitation of persons with Disabilities to demonstrate the system ability. As a result of test implementation, this service system works good fur blind persons and graduated persons without job, is expected to apply for special Internet information provider via Voice and Fax.

The present study was conducted to assess the dietary and nutritional status of thiamin in fourty-two elderly women. Dietary intake was determined by 24hour recall method and nutritional status of thiamin was determined by measurement of transketolase activity in erythrocytes. Average dietary intake of energy and thiamin were found to be low, and not more than 78% and 63.2% of Recommended dietary allowances(RDA) respectively. Transketolase activity in erythrocytes was distributed in the range of 0.227-0.589mU/mgHb and the mean value and 0.434mU/mgHb. The mean value of Thiamin pyrophosphate effect(TPP effect) was 24.0% and the range was from 9.36% to 83.9%. It appeared that 95% of 42 elderly women were severely or marginally deficient in thiamin status, showing 22 persons to be above 20% and 18 persons to be 15-20% of TPP effect. Transketolase activity and TPP effect did not show any significant correlation with dietary thiamin intake.

To make filler loaded conducting rubber which has the excellent electronical and physical properties, CR and NBR were mixed with magnetite$(Fe_3O_4)$. From the result of the study, vulcanization characteristics shows the upgrading curve as increase in filler concentration and CR has more torque than NBR. When elongation be higher, modulus comes to decreases. Tear strength gradually decrease after showing of the maximum point when is in the 100phr in all. Resilience is not good to cause the increase in filler concentration. In the electrical properties, conductivity becomes smaller when filler concentration is increased. The increase of voltage makes an conductivity grown, but the changed rate is weak. The influence of temperature hardly changes on increasing temperature. The morphology and the distribution for a conductivity filler through SEM were better, the more filler concentration increase, the shorter the particle interval is.

Univariate and multivariate analyses of morphometric characters were performed with samples of striped field mice, Apodemus agrarius coreae Thomas, collected from Mt. Taebaek area, Mt. Wolak area, Mt. Palgong area, and Chongju area. It was confirmed that the samples of A. agrarius coreae were similar with one another to be grouped into a single subspecies. Moreover, clinal variation related with the altitude of localities where samples were collected was revealed in the first axis resulted from discriminant analysis and in the length of tail vertebrae.

The students can search and solve the problems for themselves, improve the scientific inquiry skill through the distance learning in the WWW. It also enable them to construct the wide recognition of the STS which is emphasized in the 7th national curriculum. In addition, due to the one-to-one contact in the distance learning the diverse differentiated education can be run. In this paper, we develop the web-based distant learning model which is suitable in the elementary science and emboss those merits of the distance learning.

In this paper, A bit processor for controlling sequence logic was implemented, using a FPGA. This processor consists of program memory interface. I/O interface, parts for instruction fetch and decode, registers, ALU, program counter and etc. This FPGA is able to execute sequence instruction during program fetch cycle, because of divided bus system, program bus and data bus. Also this bit processor has instructions set that 16bit or 32bit fixed width, so instruction decoding time and data memory interface time was reduced. This FPGA was synthesized by pASIC 2 SpDE and Synplify-Lite synthesis tool of Quick Logic company. The final simulation for worst cases was successfully performed under a Verilog HDL simulation environment. And the FPGA programmed for an 84 pin PLCC package. Finally, the benchmark was performed to prove that Our FPGA has better performance than DSP(TMS320C32-40MHz) for the sequence logic control of PLC.

This paper proposes a Fuzzy TPR having the control function to a TPR used for the conversion of electricity in industrial field. The Fuzzy TPR based on the Fuzzy Logic Control technique is composed of the parts to calculate the low-level value and the high-level value. These values are calculated by error and change in error which are refer to the look-up table. To show the usefulness of the proposed Fuzzy TPR, it is applied to industrial temperature control system. In the results of experiment, we see that the system is able to fast reach steady-state, and for our approach to be robust to external disturbance than the method using the conventional TPR.

This paper describes a technique for human sensibility evaluation using personality-group templates of EEG(electroencephalogram). 10-channel EEGs of 5 extroverts and 5 introverts are collected in comfortable seat, uncomfortable seat and relaxed state. After preprocessing of EEG, the linear predictor coefficients are extracted and used as feature parameters. A neural network based sensibility classifier is designed and the output of the neural network is assumed as the sensibility index. Multiple templates of two personality-groups are stored and the most similar template can be selected by the proposed method. The proposed method showed the better performance than our previous results which have used ungrouped templates.

The spermatogenesis of pale chub (Zacco platypus) was investigated morphologically. The testis of pale chub contained numerous testicular sacs. These testicular sacs were bounded on neighboring sacs by single layer of squamous cells. Also, differentiated sperms were filled in the sacs. In the stage of spermatogonium, the germ cells had a large nucleus and a distinct nucleolus, and mitochondrial development was prominent. In the primary and secondary spermatogonia, these cells had a round electron-dense nucleus, reduced cytoplasm, and mitochondria were congregated in the side of cytoplasm. The highly condensed chromatin of sperms was electron-dense, the acrosome was not found in the head of the sperm and a motile flagellum consisted of an axoneme with a typical 9+2 pattern of microtubules.

Fluorimetric and absorption spectroscopic studies were performed to elucidate the photocurrent decay with time in the conversion process of solar energy into electrical energy using a photoelectrochemical cell containing rose bengal as a sensitizer, and allylthiourea as a supersensitizer. Spectra of dye solution before and after irradiation revealed a new photocatalytic dimerization reaction between sensitizer and supersensitizer. It was also found that the geometrical arrangement of the transition dipoles is oblique in the dimer of dye molecules.
