The SCOR(supply chain operations reference) model which is a management tool, has been developed to describe the business activities associated with all phases of satisfying a customer's demand. The model is able to successfully describe and provide a basis for supply chain improvement. In this paper, we review the SCOR model, the present status of the Korean defense logistics system, and suggest an application of the model for the integrated defense logistics system.

A new driving method is proposed to reduce the address period. The scan time of new driving method overlaps with the next scan time during the discharge lag time. Thus, without reducing the address pulse width and the scan pulse width, the new addressing method can reduce the address period. The results show that the scan time of about 100ns ${\sim}$ 300ns can be overlapped without the misfiring,.

인축의 안전 및 기기보호를 위해 시설하는 접지설비는 수평 및 수직 접지도체와 접지단자 그리고 접지콘넥터 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 접지설비는 포설조건에 따라 전기적 기계적 화학적 변화를 일으켜 시간이 경과함에 따라 접지시스템의 안전성과 신뢰성을 경감시키게 된다. 따라서, 대책을 갈구하기 위해 각종 접지설비의 시편을 채취해서 경년변화 특성을 분석하였다.

To control a continuous processing line, it is necessary to take the entire system into account. In this paper observers to estimate the line tension are discussed. Considering a tension as a external disturbance, a closed loop observers are designed. It becomes clear that the proposed tension control scheme has high accuracy performance and simplicity.
