감성인식기술 기반 교사의 감정코칭이 유아에게 미치는 반응 연구 (A study on behavior response of child by emotion coaching of teacher based on emotional recognition technology)

  • 유아시기 정서발달은 전반의 발달에 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 지속적인 마음 상태인 정서는 일시적인 마음상태인 감정의 인식과 처리가 핵심 자원이 되어 발달한다. 본 연구의 목적은 정서발달에 중요한 유아시기 감성인식 기술을 이용한 교사의 효율적인 감정코칭을 제안하며, 그 효과의 유의성을 정량적으로 검증하고자 한다. 교사2명, 유아 42명 피험자를 대상으로 기준 무자극, 행동코칭, 감정코칭, 감성인식 시스템 피드백 감정코칭 자극을 제시하였고 영상기반 집단의 행동 양과 유아 개별의 주관평가 그리고 Heart Math Tools을 이용하여 HRC (Heart Rhythm Coherence)을 측정하여 분석하였다. 결론적으로 유아의 주관평가, 영상의 움직임 양, HRC (Heart Rhythm Coherence)수치는 감성인식시스템 피드백 수업 시 긍정적인 유의한 차이를 보였다. 단 주관평가는 감정코칭과 감성인식 시스템 피드백과는 차이가 나지 않았지만 정량적인 데이터 유아의 행동 양에서는 그 양이 증가하는 결과를 확인하였다. 이는 유아의 주관적 반응에 미흡한 정보를 정량적 데이터로 보완 할 수 있으며, 기관에서 정서교육의 효과적 접근으로 감정코칭 교육 프로세스 시스템을 제안하며 아동 정서발달의 정량적 연구 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료 된다.

  • 예술로만 인식되었던 뮤지컬은 소득의 증가와 웰빙 소비 문화의 확산에 힘입어 이제 대중문화산업의 뉴 트렌드로 확실하게 자리 잡아가고 있다. 본 연구는 문화콘텐츠의 원소스멀티유즈 측면에서 TV로 방영할 당시 애니메이션 사상 최고의 시청률을 기록한 원작 콘텐츠인 <날아라슈퍼보드>가 뮤지컬로 어떻게 제작되었는가를 살펴보고자 하며, 이것을 다시 어린이 공개방송으로 개발하여 부가가치를 창출하고자 하는 멀티 유즈 전략을 통해 만화, 애니메이션의 원작 콘텐츠를 활용하여 공연예술 콘텐츠를 기획하고자하는 사람들에게 원소스멀티유즈의 개발모델을 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 애니메이션의 뮤지컬화를 위해 그 제작의 전 과정에 있어서 원작의 캐릭터 특성과 이야기 구조 등을 뮤지컬 혹은 공연예술이라는 큰 범주 안에서 재편성하는 시나리오 각색 작업과 무대미술을 위한 디지털 영상의 기술적 활용 방안, 의상과 연출, 마케팅과 상품개발 방안에 이르기까지 실제 작품제작을 통해 원소스멀티유즈의 개발방안을 제시하고자 한다.

난백 마요네즈의 개발을 위한 주부들의 마요네즈 소비실태 및 난백 마요네즈의 물성과 관능적 특성 (A Study on the Mayonnaise Consumption Pattern of Housewives and Sensory and Physical Properties of Egg-white Mayonnaise)

  • The study was carried out to investigate housewive's consumption pattern and preference of mayonnaise for the development of egg-white mayonnaise. Data was collected from 515 housewives in Ulsan by self-administered questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS package program. The results were as follows: 1. Most(98.1%) of housewives were concerned about nutrition and health and they considered that nutrition was the most important factor when purchasing food related items. 2. The frequency of using processed foods was two to three times a week and the reason for use it was the convenience. Usually the housewives obtained nutrition related information through mass media such as TV, radio(37.5%) , and newspaper, magazine(32.1%). 3. 75.9% of the subjects thought mayonnaise is a high calorie food and 57.5% of them knew the basic ingredients of mayonnaise. Most(79.3% ) of housewives perceived that cholesterol which is rich in egg yolk is related to cardiovascular disease and arteriosclerosis. Among family members, children showed high degree in the preference for mayonnaise. 4. Comparison of the low cholesterol mayonnaise which was made by egg white for egg yolk with commercial product was made by sensory evaluation and mechanical test. The viscosity and turbidity did not show any difference. Overall taste of low cholesterol mayonnaise was better than of commercial product. Based on these results of this study provided useful information for development of egg-white mayonnaise (low-cholesterol mayonnaise) and expected the possibility of using low cholesterol mayonnaise will be high.

보건소 영양사 직무 분석(I) : 업무수행도 및 중요성 인식도 분석 (Performance and Importance Analysis of Dietitian's Task in Public Health Nutrition Areas)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze task performance and importance level of the dietitian who is working in the public health nutrition area. Work oriented job analysis methodology was employed for the study purpose. Subjects of 38 dietitians currently working at health centers in 2002 were recruited. Based on the focus group interview with 7 public health nutritionists and 7 professors, information about task elements was collected. Questionnaires measuring work performance and self-perception of importance of the selected task elements were administered. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) The tasks with high performance and importance level among 20 tasks are developing nutrition education material (B1), nutrition services for adults and the elderly (C3), writing the proposal for nutrition services (A2), evaluating service effect (A4), improving professionalism (E1), and self management (E2). 2) The task elements with high performance and importance level among weekly task elements are nutrition education for diabetes (C56), nutrition counseling for adults (C47), nutrition for hypertension (C53), managing and keeping records (C80), nutrition education for kindergarten and nursery school children (C42), searching for nutrition education materials (B26), and searching for media (B27). 3) The number of task elements with high performance and importance level among monthly task elements are 13 in the planning and evaluation of public health nutrition service, and 5 in developing nutrition education materials. The tasks of a dietitian in the public health center show a very wide spectrum. However dietitians recognize most of the tasks are important even though they cannot perform those tasks adequately.

청소년 보호를 위한 광고 규제: 문제점과 개선 방안 (Advertising Regulations for Juvenile Protection: Problems and Alternatives)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년 보호를 위한 광고 규제를 분석하여 문제점을 발견하고 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 청소년 보호법을 근간으로 하여 청소년에게 유해한 매체물에 대해서는 광고를 포함한 모든 매체들이 규제를 받는다. 청소년 보호를 위한 주요 광고 관련 규제들 중에서 어린이 식생활안전관리 특별법, 방송법에 근거한 방송광고심의에 관한 규정 및 그 외 국민건강증진법의 청소년 보호 광고 규제 조항들을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 청소년 보호를 위한 광고 규제들이 산만하게 흩어져 있어서 운용의 일관성 및 객관성이 우려되며, 현실과 동떨어진 규제 조항들이 발견되어 새롭게 정립할 필요성이 있고, 주류 광고 규제의 정립이 시급하다는 점이 발견되었다. 결론적으로 청소년 보호를 위한 통합된 단일의 광고 심의 규정 또는 가이드라인이 제정될 것을 제안하였다.

Protection Motivation Theory and Rabies Protective Behaviors Among School Students in Chonburi Province, Thailand

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to predict rabies protective behaviors (RPB) based on protection motivation theory (PMT) among fourth-grade students at schools in Chonburi Province, Thailand. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted from December 2020 to February 2021. A multistage sampling technique was used for sample selection. The questionnaire was divided into socio-demographic data and questions related to PMT and RPB. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using the EpiData program and inferential statistics, and the results were tested using the partial least squares model with a significance level of less than 5%. Results: In total, 287 subjects were included, of whom 62.4% were girls and 40.4% reported that YouTube was their favorite media platform. Most participants had good perceived vulnerability, response efficacy, and self efficacy levels related to rabies (43.9, 68.6, and 73.2%, respectively). However, 54.5% had only fair perceived severity levels related to rabies. Significant positive correlations were found between RPB and the PMT constructs related to rabies (β, 0.298; p<0.001), and the school variable (S4) was also a predictor of RPB (β, -0.228; p<0.001). Among the PMT constructs, self efficacy was the strongest predictor of RPB (β, 0.741; p<0.001). Conclusions: PMT is a useful framework for predicting RPB. Future RPB or prevention/protection intervention studies based on PMT should focus on improving self efficacy and response efficacy, with a particular focus on teaching students not to intervene with fighting animals. The most influential PMT constructs can be used for designing tools and implementing and evaluating future educational interventions to prevent rabies in children.

숲놀이 관련 연구 동향 분석: 국내 학위 논문 중심으로 (Analysis of Research Trends Related to Forest Play: Focusing on Domestic Dissertations)

  • 본 연구는 숲놀이 연구 동향을 알아보고자 하였다. 숲놀이 연구의 연구시기, 연구내용, 연구방법 연구대상을 분석하여 숲놀이 연구의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 '숲', '놀이', '숲놀이'를 주제어로 국회도서관과 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)를 통해 검색된 국내 석·박사학위논문 57편을 추출하였다. 숲놀이 연구를 연구시기, 연구내용, 연구방법, 연구대상의 네 가지 준거로 분석하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 숲놀이 연구의 시기별 동향은 2011년부터 2021년까지 석사학위 49편(85.9%), 박사학위 8편(14.1%)으로 석사학위 중심으로 숲놀이 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 연구내용별 동향은 기초연구 16편(28.1%), 실천연구 41편(71.9%)으로 나타났다. 숲놀이 연구는 실천연구 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 셋째, 연구방법별 동향은 양적연구 39편(68.4%), 질적연구 17편(29.8%), 문헌연구 1편(1.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 숲놀이 연구는 양적연구 중심으로 이루어지고 있고, 상대적으로 질적연구와 문헌연구가 낮은 비율을 차지하였다. 넷째, 연구대상별 동향은 단일대상 연구가 56편(98.2%).으로 나타났다. 단일대상은 아동 52편(91.2%), 교사 3편(5.2%), 부모 1편(1.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 혼합대상은 아동과 부모를 대상으로 한 연구가 1편(1.8%)으로 혼합대상으로 이루어진 연구가 필요하다. 물적대상 연구는 자연환경 42편(73.7%), 교육기관 13편(22.8%), 매체 2편(3.5%) 순으로 나타났다. 숲놀이 관련 가정환경 연구는 부족하여, 추후 숲놀이와 관련된 부모, 어린이-부모, 가정환경 등에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 한다.

Marriage in Korea III. Age at Marriage, Family Planning Practices, and Other Variables as Correlates or Fertility

  • Data from this study support the View that the following factors are not sufficiently important in Korea to invalidate the relationships observed between age of marriage and fertility: (1) Premarital pregnancy and common law marriage, (2) shortening of birth intervals in late marriages, (3) adverse effects of very eary marriage in reproductive capacity, and (4) postponement of first pregnancy among early marriages. Thirteen variables which were considered to be potential predictors of fertility were studied to determine their influence on three indices of fertility. Age of marriage and family planning praetice are the strongest predictors and account for about 10% and 7% of the total variance, respectively. Seven other factors each account for an intermediate amount of variability; these are ideal number of children, rural versus urban study area, education, aspiration for daughter, index of exposure to mass media, economic index of respondent's home at survey, and residence before marriage. The remaining variables have no consistently significant relationship to fertility. Most of the relationships appear to be stable and consistent over time; others appear to be changing. The latter group include those variables which are associated with modernization indices of family planning practice, mass media exposure. and aspiration for daughters. Thus, the index of family planning practice is of limited significance for the $40{\sim}49$ age group but is the most important variable for the $20{\sim}29$ year women. The relationship is a direct one for the two age groups between 30 and 49 years which suggests that these groups already had high fertility when family planning services became available and that this high fertility then became an inducement to acccept contraception. The pattern of relationship is not yet clear for the $20{\sim}29$ year group. Similar interactions are observed for the other indices of modernity and are discussed. The thirteen variables together can account for a maximum of about 40% of the variance in the number of live births in the age group $30{\sim}39$, and for lesser amounts of variance in other age and fertility groupings.

노인의 문자메시지 및 SNS 활용역량과 비공식적 사회관계망과의 접촉에 관한 연구 (Senior' Use of Text Messages and SNS and Contact with Informal Social Network Members)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 문자메시지와 SNS 활용역량이 비동거 자녀, 형제·자매 및 친인척, 친구, 이웃, 지인과의 접촉과 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 2017년 노인실태조사에 참여한 65세 이상 노인 8,392명으로, 노인의 문자메시지 받기와 보내기, SNS 활용역량을 기준으로 4집단으로 구분하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 노인이 문자메시지와 SNS를 모두 사용하는 능력을 보유하였을 때, 비공식적 사회관계망을 구성하는 모든 성원과 비대면 접촉(연락)이 가장 빈번하였다. 그러나 문자메시지와 SNS 활용역량은 친구, 이웃, 지인과의 대면접촉 빈도와 주로 유의한 관련성이 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 문자메시지와 SNS 활용역량이 가족 및 친구와의 정서적, 도구적 지원 교환에 핵심적인 역할을 하여 지역사회에서 거주하는 노인의 삶의 질에 기여할 가능성을 제시한다. 또한 비공식적 사회관계망 성원들과 관계를 지속하는데 정보화 교육이 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사한다.

한국과 일본여성의 식문화 의식과 전통식품 소비실태 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Dietary Culture Consciousness and Their Consumption Attitude of Traditional Foods between Korean and Japanese Women)

  • We conducted a survey on Japanese women's consciousness of food culture and their traditional food consumption by self filling-out questionnaire during January, 2000 for the period of a month, For the survey we selected 250 women residing in Kyoto, Japan. For the statistic work we used SAS package system, and t-test, $\cal{X}^2-test$ and Duncan's multiple range test were also used to verify the results significance. The purpose of this survey lies in gathering a basic data on the comparative direction of Korean and Japanese women's food culture in the future 1. Comparing the preferred food purchase place, In case of Korean women, traditional market was comparatively more preferred while Japanese women relatively preferred convenience store (p<0.001). 2. In case of Japanese women, they answered there is no difference from ordinary days on New Year's Day (71%) and Christmas (40%) while 38% answered they prepare food at home. 40% said they prepare food on parents-in-law's birthday, and 41% said no difference from ordinary days. 52% said they prepare food at home on husband's birthday. For their own birthday, 32% said yes to preparing food at home while 45% said no difference and 22.3% said eating out. For children's birthday 65% said preparing at home, 16.3% said no difference and 14.9% said eating out. 3. Comparing the conception on traditional food, Korean women answered 'complicated' (77%) most while 'simple' (5%) least, which indicates their demands for simplified recipes. In case of Japanese women, 'complicated' (44%) was most while 'scientific' (6%) was least which indicates their demands for scientific way of recipes. There were differences shown by age (p<0.001) and the older the more said 'simple' or 'logical' (p<0.01). 4. As the reason for the complicity of traditional food recipes, Koreans said 'too many hand skill' (60%) most while 'too many spices' (8%) least. For Japanese, 'various kind of the recipe' (55%) was most while 'too many hand skill' (7%) was least. There were significant differences shown by academic background (p<0.01) and income(p<0.01), and the lower the academic background, the more said 'too many spices' as the reason for the complicity in making traditional food. Generally, the lesser the income, the more tendency to say 'various kinds of the recipe'. 5. In case of Koreans, 'the recipe is difficult' (56%) was high while 'uninterested' (9%) was low in answer which showed differences by academic background (p<0.05), and in case of Japanese, 'no time to cook' (44%) was high while 'uninterested' (7%) was low. 6. The following is the reasons for choosing traditional food as a snack for children. In case of Koreans, they answered as 'traditional food' (34%), 'made from nutrious and quality materials' (27%), 'for education' (22%) and 'suites their taste' (17%) revealing 'traditional food' is highest. In case of Japanese, it was revealed in the order of 'made from nutrious and quality materials' (36.3%), 'traditional food' (25.2%), 'suites their taste' (22.6%), 'for education' (12.8%) and 7. Comparing the most important thing for the popularization of traditional food in the world, Koreans answered 'taste and nutrition' (45%) most while 'shape and color' (6%) least. In case of Japanese, 'taste and nutrition' (75%) was answered most while 'hygienic packaging' (4%) was least. Both considered 'taste and nutrition' as most important thing for the popularization of traditional food in the world. 8. In case of Koreans, they answered they learn how to make traditional food 'from mother' (47%), 'media' (18%), 'school' (15%), 'from mother-in-law' (14%), 'private cooking school' (4%) and 'close acquaintances' (2%). In case of Japanese, they said mostly learn 'from mother', but it was also shown that the lower the academic background the lesser the tendency of learning 'from mother' but 'from school' (p<0.001). 9. About the consumption of traditional fermented food, Koreans said they make kimchi (90%), pickled vegetables (39%), soy sauce (33%), bean paste (38%), salted fishery (12%) and traditional liquors (14%) at home while 67% for salted fishery and 48% for traditional liquors answered they buy rather than making at home. On the other hand, Japanese answered they mostly buy kimchi (60%), soy sauce (96%), bean paste(91%), natto(92%), salt fermented fish foods (77%) and traditional alcoholic beverage (88%) to eat. This difference was shown very distinct between Korean and Japanese women (p<0.001). 10. About the most important thing in food, Koreans answered in the order of 'liking and satisfaction' (33%), 'for health' (32%), 'for relieve hunger' (18%) and 'convenience' (17%). In case of Japanese, it was revealed in the order of 'for health' (61%), 'liking and satisfaction' (20%), 'to relieve hunger' (16%) and 'convenience' (3%). This shows that Japanese women take comparably more importance to health than Korean women. The conception of food was shown different between Korean and Japanese women (p<0.001), and Koreans showed level 4-5 of food culture while Japanese showed level 5.
