C.I.F. and F.O.B. contracts are the chief terms used in international trade contracts. But, in recently, the multimodal transport which is based on the containerization and the improvement of air transport has been grown gradually, Regardless of theese change in international trade environment, most of the contract of sale is made by C.I.F. and F.O.B. contracts which are based on the traditional port to port transport. In other words, there are some limitation in terms of legal base in which traditional C.I.F. and F.O.B. contract is applied to the changed environment. Especially, problems arised in marine insurance which export by F.O.B. trade terms. Therefore, when the parties of the contracts of sale make an sale contracts by using the container ship and Multimodal Transport, they should use the F.C.A. and C.I.P. contracts Instead of F.O.B. and C.I.F. contracts for the transport of goods. And parties of the contracts of sale need to gain a better understanding of the characteristic of F.C.A. and C.I.P. terms and the problem of the F.C.A. and C.I.P. contracts used in the performance on international multimodal transport.
Bronchogenic cysts, though known as a relatively common malformation of the mediastinum, were rarely discussed in Korean literatures. Since the surgical removal of asymptomatic lesions was adopted as the reasonable therapeutic principle, the incidence of bronchogenic cysts were found to be higher than previously expected. Two cases of bronchogenic cysts operated on in The Dept. of Thoracic Surgery, Korea University Woo Sok Hospital were reported and related literatures were reviewed. Case 1. 5 year old boy with chief complaints of bulging cystic mass on left supraclavicular region during straining or coughing since his age of 2 was admitted, and cystogram with Lipiodol revealed hen-egg sized mass in the left antero-superior mediastinum without any communication with bronchus or esophagus. Cyst was successfully removed under general anesthesia thru left supraclavicular incision, and pathological examination of the cyst revealed thin cystic wall lined with stratified columnar epithelium and it`s content was milky white mucoid fluid devoid of any bacterial growth. Case 2. 15 year old school girl has been noted slowly growing walnut-sized mass on anterolateral side of the neck for 4 months without any subjective symptom except cosmetic problem... Mass was aspirated to find milky white mucoid fluid in some loculation and yellowish turbid fluid in other part due to chronic infection. Cystic tumor was removed under local anesthesia, which was loculated in between the trachea and esophagus without any communication, and pathological diagnosis of the cyst was bronchogenic cyst with columnar epithelial cell lining with moderate chronic inflammatory cell infiltrations. Postoperative conditions of the two cases were all excellent with normal life.
ㆍPurpose: This study was performed to investigate the initial conservative treatment for TMD patients using careful counselling and medication prospectively.
ㆍMaterials and Methods: Careful counselling and medication were performed in 51 TMD patients and 27 patients had follow-up check 2 months or more. Diagnosis of TMD was based on medical history and, physical and radiographic examination. TMD included masticatory disorder, internal derangement, degenerative joint disease, inflammatory joint disorder. and problems resulting from extrinsic trauma. All patients had chief complaints of TMJ pain, mouth-opening limitation. joint noise, and/or referred pain. We counselled and explained to the patient about the pathogenesis, etiologic factors, diagnosis and treatment plan for abut 10 minutes. We prescribed nonsteroidal anti-inflammatorv analgesic(Somalgen) and amitriptyline 10mg per day for 2 weeks. We informed the patient of the attention sheet and taught self-exercise of jaw. The patient were assessed by answering the questionnaire of subjective evaluation of TMD & maxillofacial pain. Questionnaire of an activity limitation. Questionnaire of a jaw function, and Questionnaire for the evaluation of TMD.
ㆍResults: In questionnaire for the evaluation of TMD, 88.5% of 26 patients answered that the treatment was efficacious. 71.4% of 21 patients answered no problem in everyday life. There were significant differences between pretreatment and final follow-up in the evaluation of the subjective pain in the following sections: opening widely, chewing, resting, morning, masticatory muscle, and temporal portion(SAS program, paired T-test, P = 0.05).
ㆍConclusions: Considerate counselling and proper medication could be significantly effectve in the initial treatment of TMD.
This study has surveyed the problems raised through the standardization process of differentiation system and searched its solution, reaching the following conclusion. 1. The most serious problem is, most frequently occurred, an wilful application of differentiation system or constitutive classification for disease. 2. To overcome this wilfulness, we must make a definite understanding of the origin and its applicative limit of the theory. 3. And it must be preceded for a correct and objective differentiation to standardize in all choice of the differential diagnostics and its applicative condition. 4. To establish such a corresponding diagnostic scheme, it must be generally agreed on an individuality and inevitability of the suitability to differentiation principles. 5. And, though we can make a prescription through the frequency, degree, and clarified cause of the symptom, its flexibility of application must not be necessarily, ignored. 6. As this study for standardizing the disharmony between liver and pancreas(肝脾不調) shows, accordingly, we must begin by scrutinizing and defining what the chief cause, head, and inevitable symtoms are and discern them from its affinities, making necessarily a great deal attention to minute feelings and degree about its individual symptoms. On the ground of these recognition, we must go further to establish a general standardization and try to get a specific study series.
Synchronous primary lung cancers in the same lobe are rare. Cavitating adenocarcinoma as single lung lesion is unusual. We experienced cavitating adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma in the same lobe of the lung. The patient was a 74-year-old male with chief complaints of hemoptysis. CT scan showd a central mass in right upper lobar bronchus, obstructive pneumonia, and lung abscess in the right upper lobe. Pathologically, the central mass was a 2.3$\times$1$\times$1 cm sized squamous cell carcinoma, and lung abscess was revealed as a 37272 cm sized adenocarcinoma. The patient was discharged without any specific problem after right peumonectomy.

A novel distributed compress-and-forward (CF) system based on multi-relay network is presented. In this system, as the direct link between the source and destination is invalid due to some reasons, such as the limited power, special working environment, or even economic factors, relays are employed to receive analog signals and carry on distributed compressed encoding. Subsequently, the digital signals are transmitted to the destination via wireless channel. Moreover, a theoretical analysis for the system is provided by utilizing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) theory and Shannon channel capacity theory, and the rate-distortion function as well as the connection between the transmission rate and the channel capacity are constructed. In addition, an optimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) -based power allocation method is proposed to maximize the quantization SNR under the limited total power. Simulation result shows that the proposed CF system outperforms the amplify-and-forward (AF) system versus the SNR performance.
Through 'The Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan' for carbon neutrality, the government promised to raise the proportion of renewable energy generation to 20% and renewable energy installation capacity to 63.8% by 2030. Therefore, we plan to test a 5.5 MW offshore wind turbine near Maldo, Gunsan. In this project, we measure the level of public acceptance and perform ordinary least squares (OLS) regression analysis to show the determinants of public acceptance. The regression results are as followed. First, it is judged that the closer the distance to the offshore wind turbine, the more the economic effects considered by residents. Second, especially in Maldo, the experience of being discriminated from the Saemangeum project, is understood to have caused distrust in the surrounding fishing villages chief/Fisheries Cooperatives, converted into a local community effect. Finally, the policy implications are as follows. First, a bottom-up problem-solving method is required to improve public acceptance, based on the Living Lab. Second, the island community may be indifferent to the briefings or forums of outsiders. Therefore, a gradual approach is required through (in)formal channels based on reliability from a long-term perspective with nearby universities and research institutes using SamsØ Energy Academy.
This study is a descriptive research to examine the effects of meta-cognition and resilience on clinical reasoning ability of nursing students who have completed the simulation education integrated with problem based learning. The study subjects were senior nursing students who had experienced SIM-PBL education, and data was collected by using a structured questionnaire from September to December 2021. The collected data was analyzed employing descriptive statistics, correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results demonstrated that meta-cognition and resilience had a significant positive correlation with clinical reasoning ability. The chief factors influencing on the clinical reasoning ability of nursing students were as follows: confidence in participating in the SIM-PBL education, meta-cognition, and resilience. In addition, the three factors explained the clinical reasoning ability at a high level of 75%. The clinical reasoning ability of nursing students may be cultivated by applying internal reinforcers of self-confidence, meta-cognition, and resilience into a SIM-PBL simulation.
In Korea, the regional differences of medical facilities and man-powers are very serious recently. in order to solve rural medical problem, the comprehensive health care service is required earnestly in rural area. The present study was performed to provide the material for rural medical policy by analyzing the diseases occurring frequently in rural area and assuming the paramedical workers' abilities of medical treatment. The frequently by occurring diseases were classified by investigating. The chief complaints of 4559 subjects through home visiting for last weeks occurred in 1978. The paramedical workers' abilities of medical treatment were investigated by analyzing the clinical charts of patients treated by paramedical workers by systemic health care delivery system from, September 1977 to December 1977. The results obtained are summarized as fellows; 1. The rate of disease suffering recently for 2 weeks was 22.5% in Rural area. 2. The rate of respiratory disease was 36.%, gastrointestinal disease 18%, trauma 8% and neuromuscular disease 7.5%, respectively. 3. The coverage of treatment by health workers was 97.6% in general practitioner, 70% in community health practitioner and 42.1% in community health aid, respectively.
