  • 본 논문에서는 최적화를 적용하여 독립형 마이크로그리드 내에서 신재생 발전원의 설치 비율을 산정한다. 계통과 독립되어 있는 마이크로그리드에서의 발전원을 신재생 에너지원인 풍력 및 태양광, 그리고 에너지저장장치(Energy Storage System, ESS)만으로 가정하여 마이크로그리드의 부하규모에 맞는 신재생 에너지 발전원의 비율을 제시한다.

실용신안 운송 및 저장용기의 실용화를 위한 Expert System의 개발연구 (An Expert System for the Practical Use of the Newly Designed Freight/storage Containers)

  • This work presents an expert system for the classification of a given substance and thus enabling one to select the proper container in consultation with the computer. The system consists of 34 rules and uses Micro Expert as a shell program based on backward chaining method. The prototype system will have to be under extensive test. However, its use is bound to have advantages over conventional methods, e.g. looking up in a reference book or using conventional programs with a database. Since the expert system determines the group of the given substance not by its name but by its physical and chemical properties, it is not necessary to add data items even for newly synthesized substances. The system also provides reasoning for its determination and therefore it can be used as a good package for the training of unskilled operators.

Evaluation of interfacial tension for poly(methyl methacrylate) and polystyrene by rheological measurements and interaction parameter of the two polymers

  • Morphological and rheological properties of the poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and polystyrene (PS) blends were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and advanced rheometric expansion system (ARES). From the SEM results, the PMMA-PS blends showed dispersed morphology and the particle size of the dispersed phase was quite small (0.1~0.6 $\mu\textrm{m}$ compared with other immiscible polymer blends. Values of the interfacial tension of the PMMA-PS blend were obtained from the Choi-Schowalter and the Palierne emulsion models using the storage modulus of the PMMA and PS, and found to be 1.0 and 2.0 mN/m, respectively. The interfacial tension between the PMMA and PS was also calculated from the Flory-Huggins polymer-polymer interaction parameter ($\chi$) and found to be from 0.98 to 1.86 mN/m depending on the molecular weight and composition. Comparing the values of the interfacial tension from the Flory-Huggins polymer-polymer interaction parameter and the values measured by oscillatory rheometer, it is suggested that the interfacial tension of the PMMA-PS blend obtained from the polymer-polymer interaction parameter are in good agreement with the values obtained by rheological measurements.

  • Application of a generalized equivalent circuit including the electrode condition for the Hebb-Wagner polarization in the frequency domain proposed by Jamnik and Maier can provide a consistent set of material parameters, such as the geometric capacitance, partial conductivities, chemical capacitance or diffusivity, as well as electrode characteristics. Generalization of the shunt capacitors for the chemical capacitance by the constant phase elements (CPEs) was applied to a model mixed conducting system, $Ag_2S$, with electron-blocking AgI electrodes and ion-blocking Pt electrodes. While little difference resulted for the electron-blocking cell with almost ideal Warburg behavior, severely non-ideal behavior in the case of Pt electrodes not only necessitates a generalized transmission line model with shunt CPEs but also requires modelling of the leakage in the cell approximately proportional to the cell conductance, which then leads to partial conductivity values consistent with the electron-blocking case. Chemical capacitance was found to be closer to the true material property in the electron-blocking cell while excessively high chemical capacitance without expected silver activity dependence resulted in the electron-blocking cell. A chemical storage effect at internal boundaries is suggested to explain the anomalies in the respective blocking configurations.

Solid Dispersion of an HIV Protease Inhibitor

  • LB71350 is an HIV protease inhibitor with poor aqueous solubility and extensive first pass effect. The purpose of the present study was to test the feasibility of solid dosage form of LB71350 with improved bioavailability utilizing solid dispersion. Three different compositions with varying ratio of (LB71350: Gelucire 44/14: Tween 20) were studied. Capsule filling of these solid dispersion compositions was tested using a semi-automatic capsule filling system. Oral bioavailability in dog was tested. Chemical and physical stability at 4, 25 and $40^{\circ}C$ was monitored by HPLC assay, dissolution test, powder XRD and microscopy. The capsule filling system yielded uniform products of drug loading up to 10%. Oral bioavailability in dog was improved compared to the aqueous suspension of crystalline LB71350. Capsules were chemically stable for up to 6 months at $40^{\circ}C$. However, there were temperature and composition dependent physical changes. Decrease in dissolution rates after storage at $40^{\circ}C$ was due to the polymorphic change. In conclusion, manufacturing process, bioavailability, and physico-chemical stability have been considered to propose a solid dispersion capsule formulation for the HIV protease inhibitor with poor physico-chemical properties. A new less soluble crystalline form identified during the physical stability test warrants further study.

LNG 밀도계를 이용한 저장 탱크 내 LNG 발열량 실시간 측정방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method for Measuring the live Calorific Value of LNG in storage tank using LNG Densitometer)

  • 가스호환성에 문제가 있는 저열량의 LNG가 도입되기 시작한 것은 2005년 동절기부터이다. 이러한 LNG의 도입량은 매년 증가하고 있으며 향후에는 극저열량(발열량 ${\leq}$ 9,500 kcal/$Nm^3$)의 CBM(Coal Bed Methane), Shale LNG도 대량 도입될 예정에 있다. 따라서 호환 가능한 발열량의 가스를 인수기지에서 송출하기 위해서는 저장 탱크별 LNG 발열량을 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있는 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 방법의 일환으로 저장 탱크 내설치된 밀도계를 이용하여 LNG 발열량을 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 액상 LNG와 발열량 간의 정밀 정확한 상관식을 도출하고 이 방법의 불확도를 계산하였으며 또 인수기지 내 발열량 측정 시스템을 시험 구축하였다. 본 방법의 유효성을 확인하기 위해 현장 LNG 분석데이터와 비교하였으며 그 결과 0.17~0.47%정도의 편차를 확인하였다.

LNG 저장 탱크의 Pool Fire에 의한 복사열 피해 (Radiation Damage by the Pool Fire of LNG Storage Tank)

  • 본 연구에서는 LNG 저장탱크에서 액면화재(pool fire) 발생시 복사열속(radiation flux)의 정량적인 예측과 복사열 피해를 줄이는 방법을 제안하기 위하여 RISC모델을 사용하여 여러 조건에서 복사열속을 계산하였다. 모델 예측결과 LNG 탱크의 액면화재에 의한 복사열 피해에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 풍속임을 알 수 있었다. 화염과 피해 대상물사이의 복사피해 정도는 높은 풍속에서 보다 낮은 풍속에서의 풍속변화에 따라 크게 변하였다. 또한 액면화재 발생시 복사열 피해는 탱크 또는 공장 주위에 방풍시설을 함으로써 크게 줄일 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 방풍시설은 다른 방법들 보다 경제적이기 때문에 냉각시설 및 소방시설과 연계하여 가스 저장탱크 주위에 설치하는 것이 바람직하다.

  • Agriculture, rural landscapes are accompanied by a variety of environmental issues. Therefore, it is necessary to study on biodiversity and ecosystem services. Horticulture complex is low groundwater recharge function, it can be evaluated as a facility that biodiversity is impaired. The ecosystem services in agricultural landscapes were obtained 19 kinds of functions. Experts survey Groundwater recharge function (4.13) teeth chapter higher, Water storage (4.05), Amphibian & Reptile habitat (3.96), Aquatic insect habitat (3.92), Flood control (3.87), Water purification (3.86), Avian habitat (3.76 ), Creating landscape (3.74), Vegetation diversity (3.71), Experience, Education (3.69), Biological control (3.48), Fishery habitat (3.42), Climate regulation (3.30), Mammal habitat (3.30), Air quality regulation (3.25 ), Mainenance of genetic diversity (3.25), were analyzed in order Rest area (3.14). Improving capabilities in the Detention Pond, Wetland, Green space, Corridor, Non-Chemical, Program development, Green spaces, Rainwater storage facilities, Water cycle system, Surface water storage facilities, Infiltration trench, Water purification facilities, Permeable pavement. Environmentally friendly, and to contribute to sustainable agricultural development through ecological planning.

다공성 금속 촉매를 이용한 메틸사이클로헥산의 탈수소 반응 (Dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane over porous metals)

  • Hydrogen has been considered as an important and essential future energy source. But the storage of the hydrogen is a difficult problem and many studies were focused on this matter. However, the MTH-system (methylcyclohexane, toluene, hydrogen) was proposed for storage of hydrogen by Taube et al. and that is the reaction of hydrogen with toluene to give methylcyclohexane. One toluene molecule can store six hydrogen atoms to form methylcyclohexane. In this form the hydrogen can be easily stored in liquid organic hydrides and transported at ambient pressure in tanks. Hence, this study is focused on the catalytic dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane. Since supported platinum and nickel were employed as catalysts in literature, in this study, porous Pt and Ni were prepared and tested for the dehydrogenation reaction. When the porous Pt catalyst was applied to the dehydrogenation it showed higher activity in the reaction and higher selectivity to toluene. Specially at higher pressure, it showed almost 100 % conversion and 100 % selectivity and hence porous platinum could be considered as best for the given reaction.

LPG 충전소 저장탱크의 설치방법에 따른 경제성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Economic Analysis for Installation Method of Storage Tank in LPG Filling Station)

  • 환경 친화적 자동차는 우리나라 정부가 추구하는 저탄소 녹생 성장 전략의 상징이어 왔다. 최근 정책 추세에 맞추어, 새로운 LPG 충전소가 많이 지어지고 있다. 하지만 대규모 가스 저장시설에서의 안전사고는 사회적으로 막대한 인명 피해와 재산 피해를 야기시켜 왔다. 이 논문에서는, LPG 충전소에서 안전사고를 사전에 예방하기 위하여 설치방법에 따라 경제적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 지하 저장소는 그 유지관리 및 효율적인 토지이용 면에서 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.
