  • 본 연구은 텍스트 인식과 카카오톡 메신저 Chat bot을 통해 위험 유해물질(HNS)으로 인한 사고 대응법에 대한 정확성 있는 정보를 빠르고 간편하게 검색할 수 있는 서비스이다. 사용자는 국내 모바일 메신저 어플리케이션 중 가장 많은 이용자 수를 보유한 카카오톡 상에서 서비스하는 Chat bot을 통해 서비스를 이용 할 수 있으며, Chat bot에게 화학물질의 이름을 물어보는 것으로 해당 물질에 대한 대응방법 및 기본적인 정보를 얻을 수 있다.

  • Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly growing technology with the latest developments in computing technology and is considered as one of the next major technologies. Chat-Bot is a system that is designed to respond to user's input according to the rules that are set up in advance and it provides more services through simple and repetitive tasks such as counseling, ordering and others. Accordingly, the study aims to present a model of a celeb-bot using Artificial Intelligence. Celeb-Bot is a combination of Celeb, which are short for Celebrity and Chat-bot. Celeb-Bot provides a Chat-Bot service that allows people to talk to a celebrity. The celeb is the best thing to build a relationship and has the advantages of being accessible to anyone. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence is a technology that can be seen as a person, not a product. Based on this, we believe that Celeb's Characteristic and Chat-bot based on artificial intelligence technologies need to be combined, so variety of products can generate synergy. It is predicted that there will be variety of derivatives that utilize this technology, and it is going to present a celeb-bot model accordingly.

  • Artificial Intelligence is one of the technologies that are being discussed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, attracting the attention from companies around the world and this technology is being applied to various industries such as education, finance, automobile, etc. AI integrated ChatBot is a system designed to respond to user questions according to defined response rules. This system is gradually expanded from simple inquiry responses for intelligent virtual assistant service, weather, traffic, schedule, etc. to service provisions through user pattern analysis, to solidify its position as a life-style service. As a result, research on AI integrated ChatBot platform has become necessary. Therefore, this study suggests the design and implementation of an intelligent chatbot service platform for small businesses.

  • 본 논문에서는 Azure 플랫폼 기반의 ChatBot을 활용한 한국어 학습 챗봇 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. C# ChatBot Server를 통해 챗봇 메뉴 버튼에 대한 네비게이션을 구현하며, Python 기반의 웹 프레임워크 Django를 활용하여 단어 퀴즈에 필요한 대화 처리를 구현한다. 단어 퀴즈를 통해 언어학습에 대한 흥미를 유발하고 학습 효율을 높일 수 있도록 구현한다.

  • This study aims to explore how the effects of the perceived social presence on trust and live chat adoption intention vary with the types of live chats in e-commerce context. As technology develops, live chat with the seller in e-commerce is rapidly replaced by AI-assisted live chat called chat-bot. However, it is not well known how the buyers perceive the difference between the chat with seller and the chat-bot. This study therefore proposes first, the perceived social presence toward the seller will influence trust and the live chat adoption. Second, the effects of social presence will be stronger when using live chat with seller than using chat-bot. To validate, we collect data from 232 e-commerce users and confirm the first proposition. However, the higher level of the social presence effect of live chat with seller is not clearly revealed. This study is expected to provide researchers and managers who are interested in AI-based chatbots with useful theoretical and practical implications.

  • In recent years, cyber crimes were intended to get financial benefits through malicious attempts such as DDoS attacks, stealing financial information and spam. Botnets, a network composed of large pool of infected hosts, lead such malicious attacks. The botnets have adopted several evasion techniques and variations. Therefore, it is difficult to detect and eliminate them. Current botnet solutions use a signature based detection mechanism. Furthermore, the solutions cannot cover broad areas enough to detect world-wide botnets. In this paper, we propose IRC (Internet Relay Chat) that is used to control the botnet communication in a session channel of IRC servers connected through the analysis of the relationship of the channel and the connection with the server bot-infected hosts and how to detect.

  • 본 논문에서는 Microsoft Bot Framework 기반의 챗봇(Chat Bot)을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 챗봇은 인하공업전문대학 컴퓨터정보과에 진학하려는 학생이나 재학생을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하는 챗봇이다. 사용자는 간단한 정보를 보다 빠르게 찾아볼 수 있다. 또한, 교과과정과 교수진에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 취업정보를 알 수 있으며 전공 스터디룸을 예약할 수 있다. 전공 스터디룸 예약 같은 경우 데이터베이스 연동을 통해 예약 정보를 저장할 수 있으며, 삭제하여 취소하는 기능을 제공한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of project learning using chatbots on artificial intelligence literacy. The subjects of the study were a total of 41 students from 1st to 3rd grade of general high school in Gyeonggi-do. Classes were held after school for a total of 6 hours, and the contents of the classes consisted of the concept and characteristics of artificial intelligence, the concept and expression of knowledge, OBT application for Kakao i open builder, guidance on how to create chatbots, and chatbot production practice. As a result of the pre- and post-test of the experimental group, the quantitative value of artificial intelligence literacy increased in all three grades. In the case of second-year students who set up a comparison group, when compared with the results of the comparison group, there was a significant positive effect on the AI literacy result, and female students were found to be more effective than male students.

  • 대학교에 민원, 문의 등 업무용 전화가 많이 오가는 상황에서 사용자가 원하는 부서, 교직원의 전화번호를 알아내기 위해 직접 검색하는 과정에 대한 솔루션을 제공하기 위해 본 논문에서는 대학 교직원들의 전화번호와 부서의 정보를 저장하고 있는 CSV 파일을 챗봇 시스템에서 요구하는 모양과 특성에 맞게 데이터를 가공하고 알맞은 정보를 제공하기 위해 사용자의 질의 문장을 해체 분석하여 필요 정보에 대하여 답변을 해주는 대학 교직원 번호 안내 챗봇 시스템을 개발하였다.
