본 연구는 한국지질자원연구원에서 3년간(2004-2006) 수행된 기본사업 성과를 투입연구비 및 투입인력 둥의 변수로 분석하였다. 세부분야 기술별 성과의 특성을 기술통계적으로 분석한 결과, 실험 및 개발 분야가 상대적으로 논문 및 특허가 많이 생산되는 것을 보여주고 있다. SPSS을 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 투입 연구인력 수가 많아지면 연구비 규모가 커지고, 연구 성과량도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다 다만, 연구비가 증가한다고 연구 성과량이 증가하지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 독일의 주요 일간지와 시사주간지가 대중문화 한류를 어떻게 보도하고 있으며, 어떤 프레임을 사용하는지를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 독일 언론의 한류보도에서 나타난 외형적 내용적 특징, 보도태도 및 보도프레임을 분석하였다. 분석대상은 2009년부터 2014년까지 독일의 3대 일간지 FAZ, SZ, Die Welt와 양대 시사주간지 Der Spiegel 및 Focus였으며, 대중문화 한류로써는 영화, 드라마, K-pop, 대중문화공연, 한류스타, 한류정책 등 6가지로 한정하였다. 분석 결과, 독일 언론에 보도된 한류기사는 총 78건으로 아직 상당히 적었으며, 싸이의 <강남스타일>이 성공한 2012년에 가장 많이 보도되었다. 한류기사는 영화가 가장 많았으며 다음은 K-pop이었으나 드라마는 1건도 없었다. 그럼에도 한류보도는 대부분 긍정적인 보도경향을 나타냈고, 형식적으로도 심층적 분석 및 해설을 하는 주제중심적 프레임을 상당히 많이 사용하였으며, 내용적으로 볼 때는 문화적 흥미 프레임이 압도적으로 많았다. 따라서 독일에서 한국이미지를 제고하기 위한 방안으로 대상 공중인 독일 언론에게 적합한 한류 정보를 제공하는 '미디어화된 문화홍보'를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 잊힐 권리와 관련한 뉴스 기사와 학술지 게재 논문을 대상으로 텍스트마이닝 분석을 활용해 각 문서 내에 나타난 논점과 특성을 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 '잊힐 권리'와 '잊혀질 권리' 키워드를 검색어로 하여 2010년부터 2020년까지의 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터를 대상으로 키워드 분석과 토픽모델링 분석을 수행한 결과, 지난 10년간 뉴스 기사와 학술지 논문에서 다루어진 쟁점은 크게 다르지 않으며, 접근방법 또한 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 다만 뉴스 기사와 학술지 논문 간 비교를 통해 이들 간 공통적으로 나타나는 쟁점과 부분적인 쟁점의 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 도출된 쟁점을 중심으로 기록관리학 분야에서도 적극적인 논의가 이루어져야 할 필요가 있으며, 공통적인 쟁점들을 우선적으로 고려하되, 쟁점상 이견이 존재하는 경우, 이를 다각적으로 논의하는 것이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기록관리학계에서 잊힐 권리와 관련된 논의가 이루어지고 있지 않은 현재의 상황에서 기록관리학 분야에서 잊힐 권리의 의미와 향후 발생할 수 있는 이슈를 도출해볼 수 있었다는데 의의가 있으며, 본 연구의 결과를 중심으로 기록관리학 분야에서 잊힐 권리에 대한 다양한 논의가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 미세먼지 관련 기사의 토픽을 추출하고 토픽별 특징 및 시계열 추이를 검토한다. 1990~2021년 중앙지의 기사를 빅카인즈에서 추출하였고, 잠재디리슐레할당 모델링을 이용하여 총 18개의 토픽을 발견하였다. 추가적으로 군집분석을 통해 유사한 토픽들을 병합하여 11개의 클러스터를 도출하였다. 최근 상승하는 토픽들로는 미세먼지 관련 제품/거주지, 국외 요인(중국), 국내 요인 중 발전소 관련 이슈, 전국의 비상조감조치, 국제협력, 관련 정치적 이슈, 세계 각국의 현황 및 대응, 관련 제품의 소비경향 논의로 나타났다. 반면 최근 하락하는 토픽들은 오염농도 기준, 실내 공기질 개선과 관련된 토픽으로 나타났다. 사회적으로 큰 관심사인 미세먼지의 언론보도 양상을 검토함으로써, 미세먼지와 관련한 정책방향과 대응전략을 추론하거나 파악하는 데 유용할 것이다. 미세먼지 관련 제품들의 시장규모가 확대됨에 따라 향후 실효적인 소비자보호정책을 확대하고, 근본적인 문제 해결을 위해 정치적 논쟁보다 국민의 건강과 안전을 목적으로 하는 정책 수립이 요구된다. 또한 국민 공감대와 국제사회 협력을 확대할 수 있는 정책수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

In mountainous area with high relief, topography may cause cast shadows due to the blocking of direct solar radiation. Remote sensing images of these landscapes display reduced values of reflectance for shadowed areas compared to non-shadowed areas with similar surface cover characteristics. A variety of approaches are possible, though a common step in various active approaches is first to delineate the shadows using automated algorithm and digital surface model (or digital elevation model). We studied the meaning of the term avant-garde in relation to clothing of the 1980s and 1990s by examining the media's perceptions of Martin Margiela, a Belgian deconstructionist designer who was often labeled as avant-garde by journalists, scholars, and fashion critics in the late 20th century. A five-step content analysis method described by Paoletti (1982) was used to conduct the research. Newspaper and magazine articles in the 1980s and 1990s were analyzed using a set of existing avant-garde characteristics developed by Crane (1987) to determine if those journalists' perceptions matched the characteristics described by Crane. Results indicated that the journalists' critiques and descriptions matched the avant-garde characteristics described by Crane (1987). Including a subjective element to the conceptualization of the term explains how journalists described Margiela's designs despite Japanese designers' use of similar techniques before him. We (re) conceptualize the term's latter 20th century meaning and shifting dialogue to include a subjective element.

Distal humerus fractures (DHFs) are challenging to treat due to the locally complex osseous and soft tissue anatomy. Adequate exposure of the articular surface of the distal humerus is crucial when performing an anatomical reconstruction of the elbow. Even though "triceps-on" approaches are gaining popularity, one of the most commonly used surgical treatments for DHF is olecranon osteotomy. The incidence of complications related to this approach is unclear. This review was performed to assess the type and frequency of complications that occur with the olecranon osteotomy approach in the treatment of DHF. A literature search was conducted in the PubMed/Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Library digital databases up to February 2020. Only English articles describing complications of olecranon osteotomy in the treatment of DHF were included. Data on patient and surgical characteristics and complications were extracted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. A total of 41 articles describing 1,700 osteotomies were included, and a total of 447 complications were reported. Of these 447 complications, wound infections occurred in 4.2% of osteotomies, of which 1.4% were deep infections and 2.8% were superficial. Problems related with union occurred in 3.7% of osteotomies, 2% of which represented non-union and 1.7% delayed union. The high risk of complications in olecranon osteotomy must be considered in the decision to perform this procedure in the treatment of DHF.

This study aims to analyze the research trends of the Journal of Korean Academy of Dental Administration and identify the characteristics of the journal. The research was based on 10 academic journals from 2013 to 2022 and related documents. The type of paper, research method, statistical analysis, topic classification, and research subject of 65 papers were extracted and categorized. As a result, the distribution of paper types was as follows: research articles accounted for 83.2%, review articles for 12.3%. In terms of research methods, questionnaire surveys were used in 46.2% of the papers, literature reviews in 23.1%, and national data analysis in 7.7%. Research topics included dental manpower at 20.0%, infection control at 7.7%, dental information at 6.2%, patient safety at 6.2%, and oral health care quality at 6.2%. 72.3% of the papers were quantitative studies, and the majority of research subjects were dental hygienists or dental hygiene students, accounting for 26.2% of the total. The Journal of Korean Academy of Dental Administration covers topics such as dental healthcare marketing, dental healthcare organization and management, dental healthcare information, dental healthcare policy, dental healthcare insurance, dental healthcare quality management, patient safety, medical disputes, and infection control. The authors are also contributed by a variety of dental personnel, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental technicians.

This study was done to suggest directions for research and interventions of health promoting behaviors in Korean older adults in the future. Thirty seven articles for health promoting behaviors in Korean older adults were reviewed and analyzed. Findings are summarized as follows: 1) The total scores of the HPLP in Korean older adults were 2.30-2.44 out of 4 points. In the subscale, the highest degree of performance is nutrition, following interpersonal support, self actualization, stress management, health responsibility and the lowest degree of performance was exercise. 2) The total scores of the Health Behavior Assessment Tool of the Korean Elders were 2.87-3.2 out of 4 points. 3) Among the characteristics of older adults, monthly pocket money, previous job had consistently significant relationships with health promoting behaviors. Sex, job and presence of disease were consistently insignificant relationships with health promoting behaviors. 4) Perceived health status, self efficacy, self esteem, family support and social support had consistently significant correlations with health promoting behaviors. 5) In regression analysis, self efficacy, family support, depression, self esteem were the most powerful predictors of health promoting behavior in more than two articles. Predictors accounted for 14.2-65.2 % of the variance in health promoting behaviors of Korean older adults. On the basis of above findings, It is necessary to develop the interventions for more regular practice of the health promoting behaviors in Korean older adults. The interventions are recommended to focus increasing the exercise & health responsibility and to use the strategies to increase self esteem, self efficacy, social support including family support.

As compared with VOD data, NOD article data has the following characteristics: it is created at any time, has a short life cycle, is selected as not one article but several articles by a user, and has high access locality in time. Because of these intrinsic features, user access patterns of NOD article data are different from those of VOD. Thus, building NOD system using the existing techniques of VOD system leads to poor performance. In this paper, we analysis the log file of a currently running electronic newspaper, show that the popularity distribution of NOD articles is different from Zipf distribution of VOD data, and suggest a new popularity model of NOD article data MS-Zipf(Multi-Selection Zipf) distribution and its approximate solution. Also we present a life cycle model of NOD article data, which shows changes of popularity over time. Using this life cycle model, we develop LLBF (Largest Life-cycle Based Frequency) prefetching algorithm and analysis he performance by simulation. The developed LLBF algorithm supports the similar level in hit-ratio to the other prefetching algorithms such as LRU(Least Recently Used) etc, while decreasing the number of data replacement in article prefetching and reducing the overhead of the prefetching in system performance. Using the accurate user access patterns of NOD article data, we could analysis correctly the performance of NOD server system and develop the efficient policies in the implementation of NOD server system.
