일제강점기 양식건축구법(洋式建築構法) 사용의 특징과 계획적 변화 - 1910년대 조선총독부 관립시설을 중심으로 - (Characteristics of the Use of the Western Building System with the Change of the Architectural Design in the Japanese Colonial Period - Focused on the Facility Built by Japanese Government-General in 1910s -)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the use of the western building system with the change of the architectural design in the Japanese colonial period focused on the facility built by Joseon Government-General in 1910s. Through the 131 cases of governmental building, the tendency of the use of western building system. After 1910, Japanese Imperialism adopted the western wooden building system which main structure was made with combination of small pieces of timber for building the modern governmental facility because of the political and financial intention. So, all facilities were designed similarly by the structural module and the facade was finished by the feather boarding in the same with the 'sitamitakei-giyohu' in Japan. the functional requirements of each facility was not revealed. Such an western wooden building system was used until 1920s with the change of the facade by the mortar coating. But, in 1920s-1930s, the building system have begun to change. The use of the brick system caused some changes although the planing concept was still lasted. On the other hand, the use of the reinforced concrete led to more changes on the overall scheme.

일본 전통적 도시공간의 경관변용에 관한 연구 - 주차장소와 용도변경의 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Transformation of Traditional Urban Space - Focused on Parking Space and Change of Building Use -)

  • Recently, the traditional urban space has been transformed gradually by the renovation due to increased acquisition of cars and change of building use. This study deals with the transformation of traditional urban space. This contents of this paper as follows. 1)Based on a questionnaire distributed to residents of the Hachiman preservation district, it analyzes actual condition of the possession of cars and its parking spaces. And it shows how traditional houses have been repaired and reconstructed due to the increased acquisition of cars and as a result how the townscape has been transformed. 2) Based on field survey in 1999 and detail map from 1977 to 1999 in Sanneizaka preservation district, it analyzed the change in building use since 1976(when this area was designated as preservation district). It was discovered that the renovation for the building use has been a considered influence on the transformation of the townscape.

  • Now we using purpose area rule of city planning code in city planning areas for efficient, economical use of land and increasement of common welfare. Architectural code restrict building purpose after each division of area and this aimed for making more comfortable and convenient living atmosphere in city environment. Through this research we extracted conclusion about purpose area distinction system and restriction of building purpose after examined changes and tendencies of these rules. And the conclusion is the changes of purpose area distinction system issued from 32 kinds of distinctions in 1978, 28, 30, 32 kinds of distinctions in 1992 to 21kinds of distinctions in 1999 are caused by demand of enabling different purposes of programs can exist within one building possible.

패턴을 이용한 3D 가상 건축 기술 (3D Virtual Building Technic using Pattern)

  • 본 연구는 건축자재들을 컴포넌트로 구성하고 컴포넌트들을 패턴으로 조립하여 패턴 단위로 건축설계가 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 3D 가상건축 기술을 개발한다. 또한 이 기술을 이용하여 건축의 공정에 설계, 분석, 변경정보, 조립 등의 건축설계를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 건축의 손쉬운 변경과 비용을 효과적으로 절감하기 위한 기술을 지원하는 조립 건축설계 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 특히 설계자와 사용자도 패턴을 이용하여 쉽게 건축물을 변경시킬 수 있으며 변경에 따라 필요한 자재들의 패턴 정보와 변경된 건축물의 설계도가 자동 생성된다. 또한 개인의 숙련도나 지식 가시화를 통해 발생할 수 있는 지식검색 역시 구현 목표로 한다.

오피스텔의 생활형 숙박업 용도변경 활성화를 위한 제도적 개선방안 연구 (Legal Institutional Improvement Measures for Revitalization of Change in Building use Officetel to Lifestyle Lodging Industry)

  • 본 연구는 오피스텔의 생활형 숙박업으로의 용도전환을 활성화하기 위해서 어떠한 제도적 개선방안이 필요한지 연구하였다. 연구방법으로는 첫째, 오피스텔의 생활형 숙박업 용도 전환 저해요소를 정립하였다. 둘째, AHP방식을 이용하여 향후 오피스텔을 생활형 숙박업으로 용도 전환하는 것을 활성화할 목적에서 제도적 혹은 운영적 측면에서 개선이 시급한 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 오피스텔의 생활형숙박업 용도변경 저해요인으로 4개 항목 13개의 세부지표가 도출되었다. AHP 결과, '기존 분양계약자 100% 동의 요건'이 1위, '용도지역지구 중 상업/준주거지역' 2위, '전문 위탁운영업체 부족' 3위, '상대정화구역' 4위, '복잡한 인허가 절차로 용도변경 지연' 5위, '위탁운영사 운영 리스크' 6위, '시설물 관리 부담' 7위, '관련 제도 홍보부족' 8위, '건축법 내 생활형 숙박시설 개념 미비' 9위, '주차장, 하수도, 소방시설 등 기본 건축 요건' 10위, '환기시설 설치' 11위, '객실별 욕실 또는 샤워실 설치' 12위, '취사시설 설치' 13위로 나타났다.

복합용도지역의 건축물 규모의 운용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application building Scope for the Mixed-Use Districts)

  • This study has been given careful consideration to an induction of the mixed-use districts for the efficiency of Land Use, the rational plot planning and the mixture/complex among the functions in order to complement the zoning plan with the primary purpose to purify the usage of landscape. Furthermore, it is aimed to indicate the implementations through the medium of the in-depth analysis about the cardinal factors such as the standards on the regional location, building size and building uses in the case of designating the Mixed-use districts.Abstract This study has been examined by the aspect of scope for securing the adequacy of Site Division Restriction, Floor Area Ratio, Building Coverage Ratio and Outdoor Area Ratio in the "Mixed-Use Districts" and especially, by the medium of the in-depth analysis about the actual condition of building and outdoor space scales. It has been deduced the scale standards by using the simulation and correlation analysis among the factors of those buildings and outdoor spaces. Moreover, it has been applied the analysis method of using the building scale, especially, the latter has analyzed the total 1,656 different types classified by 3 patterns of Plottage and Building Coverage Ratio, 9 patterns of the factor change on Outdoor Area Ratio and 8 different patterns of road width.

새로운 패러다임으로서의 플로팅 건축에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Floating Building as a New Paradigm of Architecture)

  • According to climate change, deficiency of usable land, large water portion of the Earth surface, and improvement of income level, floating architecture is emerging as a strong & attractive alternative. The aim of this study is to suggest some related applying ways for new building projects around waterside. New paradigm of architecture can be described as a new model and/or system of architecture with new concept and Zeitgeist like sustainability and green building. Floating building is already a new paradigm of architecture comparing with the preconception of building only on the land and current building regulations. New paradigm features from the sample projects can be summarized as new concepts of building, application of various renewable energy resources(water, solar, wind), modular construction, use of local raw material, dual purpose usage, long term and relocatable usage, and special building materials for green building.

에너지, 환경 및 경제성을 통합 고려한 공동주택 설계요소 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Control of Apartment House Design Factors considering Energy, Environment and Economical Efficiency)

  • The current building energy efficiency rating certification regulation on apartment houses evaluates only the saving rate of energy consumed during operation, i.e. use, of a building, but doesn't consider the energy consumptions and environmental load($CO_2$) emissions occurring during the whole lifetime of a building. So this study calculated the energy consumptions and environmental load emissions occurring during the whole lifetime of a building, selected reference schemes and alternative items by design variables to present a design draft considering energy efficiency and environmental performance, and evaluated the total cost by combining and calculating its direct cost(material and heating cost) and indirect cost(environmental cost), for an existing apartment house as an evaluation object. As a result of analysis, the change of heating cost by alternative items of design variables showed a 4~8% change rate compared to the reference scheme, and the material cost of design variable 7 showed a maximum 4.4 times change rate in the alternative plan 6 compared to the reference scheme. The environmental cost showed a similar change rate to the material cost change rate in general, but showed a similar environmental cost change rate to the heating cost change rate in case of design variables 4-1, 4-2, 7.

ACI 318-19 변경에 따른 확대머리철근 정착설계의 영향분석 (Study on the Effect on the Development Design of Headed Deformed Bars by change of ACI 318-19)

  • In ACI 318-19 published recently, the conditions and development length equation to use the headed deformed bars were changed considerably. Although the use of the larger-diameter(No.14 and 18) headed deformed bars isn't yet permitted, the use of the high strength(80,000psi) headed deformed bars is permitted and the effect of bar-diameter($d_b$) on the development length is increased considerably. Therefore, structures using larger-diameter headed deformed bars will be expected to be affected by this code change. We will study the effect of the code change on the development design and find out the design optimization method to minimize the effect of the changed conditions and development length equation.

노인여가복지시설 주변 다중이용시설에서의 감염병 확산 취약성 분석 모델에 관한 연구 (An Analysis Model Study on the Vulnerability in the Infectious Disease Spread of Public-use Facilities neighboring Senior Leisure Welfare Facilities)

  • Purpose: This study aims to suggest an analysis model finding the relationship between building scale characteristics of Public-use facilities and infectious disease outbreaks around senior leisure welfare facilities and the features and their scopes where quarantine resources are to be concentrated. Methods: Reviewing previous studies found the user characteristics of senior leisure welfare facilities and scale characteristics of urban architectures. The data preprocessing was performed after collecting building data and infectious disease outbreak data in the analysis area. This study derived data for attributes of building size and frequency of infectious disease outbreaks in Public-use facilities around senior leisure welfare facilities. A computing algorithm was implemented to analyze the correlation between the building size characteristics and the infectious disease outbreak frequency as per the change of the spatial scope. Results: The results of this study are as follows: First, the suggested model was to analyze the correlation between the infection frequency and the number of senior leisure welfare facilities, the number of Public-use facilities, building area, total floor area, site area, height, building-to-land ratio, and floor area ratio varied as per the change of spatial scope. Second, correlation results varied between the infection frequency and the number of senior leisure welfare facilities, the number of Public-use facilities, building area, total floor area, site area, height, building-to-land ratio, and floor area ratio. Third, a negative correlation appeared in the analysis between the number of senior leisure welfare facilities and infection frequency. And positive correlations appeared noticeably in the study between the number of Public-use facilities, building area, total floor area, height, building-to-land ratio, and floor area ratio. Implications: This study can be used as primary data on the utilization of limited quarantine resources by analyzing the relationship between the Public-use facilities around the senior leisure welfare facilities and the spread of infectious diseases. In addition, it suggests that infectious disease prevention measures are necessary considering the spatial scope of the analysis area and the size of buildings.
