The operation of KTX in Korea has launched since 2004, which brought about a great change in railroad industry. We have acquired lots of great know-hows, especially in railroad construction and operation field. Therefore, we have been building up numerous operation skills until now. However, it was necessary to investigate some of the equipment based on our own environment because the high speed train system were totally imported. In case of Toughened Glass Stem Insulator, it was totally new type in domestic. This paper introduces estimation method and result in three different field aspect, such as an electrical field, a physical field, and environmental circumstances. First, in case of an electrical field, amplitude and a number of time for switching surge voltage data were collected. Second, in case of a physical field, amplitude and trend of vibration in to the insulator were examined. Finally, in case of environmental circumstances, flying possibility of gravel and ice clod were investigated. Also shrink and expend characteristic according to temperature were reviewed. Through this basic data, suitability for Toughened Glass Stem Insulator using in domestic high speed railway have been accumulated and estimated.

The scenography in terms of directorial viewpoints could suggest the overall vision of scripts rather than providing stage design only. I chose Antonio Buero Vallejo' because he presented the spatial characteristics and images clearly and believe that it could be an exciting challenge to change its original scenography that the playwright suggested. The concept of failed social success and enclosed repeated destiny spaces gave shape to my scenography of stairs. I chose every character in this play had to climb a flight of stairs in order to go outside because a main and sole entrance was located on the top floor. Characters' visual movement which went up in the morning for their dreams, but came down disappointedly due to failure day by day. This concept of scenography became the characters' given circumstances and intended to always affect the characters' acting during the show. Finally, I verified a new scenographic possibility beyond theoretical examination because I applied it to practical production.

Built-up environments by humans are cultural byproducts which combine social ideology and architectural paradigm. The process of modernization in the Western countries has the characteristic of decisive paradgm based on materialism. Therefore, environmental design in modern world failed to focus on the essential features of humanity which are the subject of space and replaced it for objective and unilateral architectural environments, instead. Environment without supporting the human psychological and complicated behaviorism is as same as the hardware without the vitality. under these regards, this study will cover the design approach of pattern language as a design method of environment design. The purpose of design approach by pattern language lies in creating the space of flexibility, adaptability and strong vitality. It is summed up as humanization in space and it helps the user to verbalize individualized space language for their own. The range and method of in the study attribute to the pattern language of Christopher Alexander and a researcher' method on them. In premise that human behavior ought to the multilateral and indefinite under rapid change of circumstances in modern world, th study tried to find the design method stimulating creative behavior of human being.

Apartment Building remodeling market is now growing centering around non housing building. Unlike non housing building remodeling business, understanding of remodeling demanders accustomed to profit of reconstruction, deficiency of experience performing remodeling project and construction, shortage of will performing remodeling policy and detailed action method are difficulties in performing apartment building remodeling business. Understanding change of remodeling demanders, strong economic incentive by government, construction management paradigm shift from new construction into building life cycle, application of construction method using existing building condition before remodeling and remodeling related industry infrastructure are required to improve this remodeling business circumstances.

It is necessary that at any rate we try to decrease underachievers by learning deficiency in mathematics to extreme limits under circumstances that mathematics becomes more requisite daily in the 21st century's informative society. However, the traditional teaching method causes a lot of problems in elevating the needed ability for the newly changing society. Accordingly, for the purpose of letting underachievers by learning deficiency have much interest in mathematics, seek the qualitative elevation, have the feelings of self-confidence and accomplishments, escape from desperation, and also teachers choose the activities of small groups, design teaching plans, apply those to teaching-learning activities and finally verify the effect, this researcher sets up a hypothesis as follows: 1. The teaching method through small groups will be effective for the accomplishments of underachievers in mathematics. 2. Its method will bring out the meaningful change in the emotional areas of mathematics. Therefore, so as to prove the above hypothesis, the results through the theoretical approach and practicing teaming by small groups have turned out to be positive.

Wind turbines as a power distribution system linked to the driving operation according to the characteristics of the distribution system can be adversely affected by a change of circumstances, depending on Distribution Systems with driving characteristics of a wind turbine can be affected. Thus according to the grid-tied wind turbines and transient suppression of the distribution lines and distribution lines outside of the accident in order to maintain stable power supply to supply reactive power efficient system is necessary to keep the voltage constant. In this paper, we substantiated in Jeju Hangwon 12 Unit Level 1MVA STATCOM system configuration, control, configure, and test results will be introduced.

Quality circle activities as an important part of TQM have greatly contributed to the development of Japanese industry. Recently, however, there are severe criticisms about quality circle activities in Japan. Quality circle activities must be reformed in accordance with new world-wide industrial circumstances. In this respect, several Japanese companies are trying to change the method for implementing their circle activities. In this case study, I have investigated one of these movements which occurs in several Japanese companies. It allows us to gain an insight into the way we might go here in Korea.

The recent concerns over the threat of global climate change and the requirements of national reduction of $CO_2$ emission have led to the diversification of energy resources and a large scale integration of renewable resources. In these circumstances, the policy decision currently made by the government sector includes several programs to promote the equipment of large scale generating assets to use wind energy. However, the power systems and wind farms need such innovative operation scheme schemes that maintain an adequate level of system security for continuing growth of renewable resources. This paper presents a method for determining optimal operating points for wind farms by making use of a nonlinear interior point method.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co.,LTD(KHNP) was strongly interested in promotion of employee's Safety Culture because it is needed to change the recognition of Safety Culture after the Fukushima accident and Kori-1 blackout event. So, KHNP developed the KHNP Safety Culture Definition, Principles and Attributes and shared them with all employees. By using them, Safety Culture Assessment for a site plant employees was carried out. Through the pilot Safety Culture Assessment in 2012, In 2013, it was expanded to 6 plants and various improvements had been obtained from that. KHNP has been developing a variety of training materials, Safety Culture posters, videos which was designed to give lessons about safety culture with a variety of event cases. And keep trying to form Safety Culture Circumstances In this study, statistic methods are used to verify the effectiveness of KHNP Safety Culture Principles and Safety Culture Assessment.
